Part 2 ~ Thoughts

Although she has been crying for hours, Maxie still looked stunning in her faded jeans and black silk shirt. The hospital was finally allowing Robin to receive visitors. Mac was preoccupied with completing insurance paperwork, so Maxie decided to visit Robin on her own. As she stood outside Robin's hospital room, tears laced her swollen eyes. Maxie reached out and opened the room door slowly.

Still holding Robin's hand, Patrick dozed in a chair beside the bed. As Maxie made her way to the chair on the opposite side of the bed, Patrick's eyes fluttered open. Maxie gave him a weak smile.

"I can sit with her if you want to visit your daughter."

Never letting go of Robin's hand, Patrick stood slowly.

"If she wakes, let her know that I will be right back."

Maxie nodded slowly, As Patrick released Robin's right hand, Maxie reached out and held Robin's left hand. When the door closed behind Patrick, Maxie kissed Robin's forehead. "Wake up Robin, your daughter needs you." And so do I, Maxie thought as she wept silently.

It cost Tracy a small fortune to restore Alan's will to its original state. In addition, she had to return the money to the trust fund. She found it odd that her father would be interested in Alan's will after all these months. Alan's will stated that all of his money and stocks would be split between Emily, Jason, and any heirs produced within 5 years after his death. Now that Emily was dead, all the money was left to Jason or his heirs.

Tracy sat and glanced at Alan's photo. They both new that Jason would never touch the Quartermaine money, Tracy thought to herself. All of a sudden, the memory of Elizabeth Webber and Jason's declaration of love for the nurse surfaced.

Unless, Tracy thought, Jason was going to start a family. Tracy leaped off the couch. There was no way in hell she was going to let that happen. Without a backwards glance, she left for the hospital.

Milo watched Elizabeth from afar. She was so beautiful, he thought. He liked the way in which she smiled at each patient, making them feel special. These acts of kindness were what made her a great nurse. As she bent over to pick up a pen, Milo watched her uniform lift to give him a peak of her waist.

Her skin looked so smooth and soft. Her waist was so small, he could probably lift her with one hand, he thought. She needed a man who was going to be devoted to her. Only her. Jason was not that man, Milo thought.
