Nitpick
What kind of a cop’s son would have touched a gun that was fired?

Noah said that he and Paloma heard the gunshot at the motel, but he wasn’t there.  He went to get the food when Chad fired the gun.

Whitney didn’t hear Chad talking to Noah about Vincent even thought they were across from her.

Why did Paloma feel she had to arrest Chad, but she didn’t arrest Jessica?

Why wasn’t Amy invited to Endora’s sleep over?

Since Theresa had a phone, why didn’t she use it to call the guard?

Theresa and Ethan weren’t coughing that much considering the smoke was near their faces.

Wednesday

Nitpick
Since the beam never hit Ethan and Theresa, why was Theresa knocked out?

Nitpick
Miguel wants it both ways.  He is the one who told Kay to move on with Fox, yet he expected her to leave Fox and be with him now that he is out of prison.

How did Eve know that Whitney was pregnant when she wasn’t at the mansion when she announced it?

Why did Maria have to go to bed during the sleep over?

Why does everyone cut you off whenever you have something important to say?  Miguel kept interrupting Kay when she tried to tell him about staying with Fox.

Theresa said she was freezing outside, but Whitney was the one wearing the sleeveless dress and didn’t complain about it being cold.

When Chad told Noah and Paloma who knew about him and Vincent, he forgot to mention Jared.  He knows about the affair too.

Luis’s bruise was practically gone.

If Eve was too busy to talk to Julian, why was she able to run Fox’s DNA test?

How was Sheridan able to fix Fancy’s laptop when it broke completely?

Nitpick
Luis’s hospital bed was barely big enough for him to be in it, yet it was big enough for him an Fancy to be in the bed.
