Congratulations to ATWT for its 12 Daytime Emmy Nominations: Outstanding
Lead Actress Maura West (Carly), Outstanding Supporting Actress Kelley Menighan
Hensley (Emily, ATWT), Outstanding Supporting Actor Trent Dawson (Henry,
ATWT), Outstanding Younger Actress Jennifer Landon (Gwen, ATWT), Outstanding
Younger Actors Van Hansis (Luke) and Jesse Lee Soffer (Will), Achievement in
Art Direction/Set Decoration/Scenic Design, Achievement in Costume Design,
Achievement in Multiple Camera Editing, Achievement in Lighting Direction,
Achievement in Makeup, and Achievement in Technical Direction/Electronic
Camera/Video Control.
ABC will broadcast the "35th Annual
Daytime Emmy Awards" on Friday, June 20, from Hollywood's Kodak

According to soapcentral.com, GL and ATWT have been renewed for September 2008 through September 2009
with the option to renew yearly through 2011 based on their performances.
During the third season of InTurn, 9 actors will be selected as finalists
and move into a loft in Brooklyn where for two weeks their lives will be
recorded. The top three finalists will qualify to appear on ATWT, and the
winner will be awarded a 13-week contract.
AMC and ATWT are the two daily dramas nominated for
a GLAAD Media Award for 2007, recognizing
and honoring media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of
the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and the issues that
affect their lives. Van Hansis (Luke) and Jake Silbermann (Noah) will
be presenters at the awards show in New York City on Monday, March 17, 2008.
On January 10, 2008, it was announced that ATWT was nominated for a
Directors Guild of America award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in
Daytime Serials. Christopher Goutman directed spooky episode #12971
which aired on March 9, 2007, when Gwen and Maddie were haunted by memories
of Adam's murder and burial. The other directorial nominees were Casey
Childs, AMC (Episode #9669), Scott McKinsey, GH (Episode #11228), Ellen
Wheeler, GL (Episode #15221), and Larry Carpenter, OLTL (Episode #9947).
The awards were presented on January 26, 2008, at the Hyatt Century Plaza
Hotel in Los Angeles, California, when OLTL's Larry Carpenter won.
