What's the
show about? Kicking Demon butt and writing
in the Book of Shadows are a part of the
game. Trying to hold down a steady job and
keep the sibling rivalry to a minimum are a
part of life. Welcome to the world of
Charmed where potions, spells and the power
of three take sisterly bonding to a whole
new level. MePiper, Phoebe and Paige,
three sisters with magical gifts and a hell
of a legacy to live up to. They are
"Charmed" in every sense of the word, and
together, they are the three most powerful
witches known to, well, anyone. Each of the
sisters possesses different magical gifts
and wields her powers to protect the
innocents. Piper with the power to freeze
and blow things up, Phoebe with the powers
of levitation and premonition, and Paige
with the power to move things by simply
desiring them. With the help of Piper's
white lighter husband (an "angel" who
watches over witches) and Detective Darryl
Morris, these three witches are cleaning up
the streets and paving the way for a new
breed of butt-kicking good doers. The birth
of Piper's magical baby adds a interesting
new twist to the show's fifth season. Be
enchanted as you watch the sisters battle
demons from the darkest depths of hell and
learn life lessons that we could all benefit
from.
