The ABC lawsuit, low ratings, and eventually actors getting other jobs or being pregnant (AMC's Eden Riegel, Bianca & Paula Garces, Lea) when their characters were not, contributed to Prospect Park's problems. Even though the union dispute was resolved on June 20, production did not resume in August as planned, because all of the above obstacles "discouraged potential investors." Carolyn states that half of OLTL was unrecognizable to her, but Sonia thinks their biggest flaw was concentrating too much on the “Wow Factor” for events. Sometimes, they lost track of why the event was happening in first place. To read more, click here.
