New York, NY, March 16th, 2010 - TV Land announced today that it has
signed Emmy(r) Award-winning and audience-adored actress Betty White to
star in the highly-anticipated TV Land PRIME Original sitcom "Hot in
Cleveland" scheduled to premiere in June. Betty White will take on the
role of the snarky but lovable Elka Ostrovsky, property caretaker of the
home that co-stars - Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick -
rent after their plane makes an emergency landing in Cleveland and they
decide to stay. "Hot in Cleveland" is written by Emmy(r) Award-winning
Suzanne Martin ("Frasier," "Ellen") and is produced by Emmy(r)
Award-winner Sean Hayes ("Will & Grace") and Todd Milliner of Hazy Mills
Productions. "Hot in Cleveland," a TV Land PRIME original production has
been picked up for ten episodes and is the network's first venture into
scripted comedy series.

The film commences principal photography on March 15 in various locations

tape its "8th TV Land Awards" show on the Sony Studios lot in Culver City,
CA on April 17, 2010. Set to tape on Sony's historic Stage 15 where
iconic films like "The Wizard Of Oz" and "Spiderman(tm)" and "Spiderman
2(tm)" were shot. "TV Land Awards" is set to premiere on TV Land on
Sunday, April 25th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Press credential applications for

Central for their new show "Ugly Americans." In "Citizen Ugly" you help

"Ugly Americans" is a new animated horror-comedy series that follows Mark
Lilly, social worker at the Department of Integration, as he helps new
citizens both human and "other" adapt to hectic life in the Big Apple. It
