Fawlty Towers was a hilarious British show starring Monty Python comedian John Cleese.  Basil Fawlty is the proprietor of a small country inn.  He runs it with the help of his wife and a small staff.  Basil is lazy, hates people, and is only interested in money.  Every scheme he tries backfires.
