Superman... before the legend...before the icon...there was a teenager named Clark Kent. Between the boy he thought he was and the man he is destined to become are the stories of Smallville. Someday, he'll master his powers and understand his true calling.

"Smallville" follows the lives of the teenager who is to become Superman, along with his high school friends Lana Lang, and Chloe Sullivan. We also see a deep friendship develop between Clark and his future nemesis, Lex Luthor. Will Clark and his parents be able to keep his powers secret? How does his relationship with Lex turn to the dark side? And what is to become of Lana, is high school sweetheart, with the arrival of Lois Lane, his future wife?
