Monday

Continuity
The dead john’s body was in a different position on the bed from last week.

Continuity
Jessica’s tattoo keeps changing.  Last week it was clearly visible and now it’s covered by the band of her underwear.

Nitpick
Why would Luis take a shower with his bandage on?

Nitpick
Luis, Miguel, and Sheridan were dry when they didn’t use a towel to dry off.

Tuesday

Continuity
The bed in Theresa’s room (the one the blackmailer was in) was unmade.  It was made up when she and Ethan left the room.

Nitpick
Since Sheridan was dressed as a prisoner, how was she able to leave the prison?

Nitpick
Why would Pilar tell Kay about Miguel and not Theresa or Paloma?

Wednesday

Nitpick
Who would have told Julian about Miguel and not his family?

Nitpick
Theresa is constantly blaming herself for what happened to her brother, but she still does the opposite of what the blackmailer wants.

Continuity
Ethan’s face looked clean-shaven, but he had 5 O’clock shadow on Tuesday’s episode.

Nitpick
Why was Pilar at the prison hospital so fast when she said it would have taken over an hour to get there?

Continuity
The door in Miguel’s room at the prison hospital kept opening and closing within the scenes.

Thursday

Continuity
The blood on Luis’s face changed.

Nitpick
How was Ethan able to find Alistair’s room if it’s so private?

Nitpick
Julian and Fox were able to hear Kay talking about loving Miguel, but she didn’t hear them talking.

Friday

Continuity
There was more blood on Luis’s uniform than there was before.

Nitpick
Theresa dropped her glass (with water in it), but there was no water on the floor.
