You should be able to use these addresses for any of the CSI shows or the actors in them. Just write the actor's name and then c/o.

It's probably best to include a S.A.S.E. if you want an autograph or reply.

FYI: Actors are very busy people. Some of them answer or send autographs, and some just don't. It could take weeks, months, or years for them to answer, or you may get no reply at all.
