Luke and Ryan's battle for Marissa heats up on the soccer field, but a definitive winner emerges at the back-to-school fair; Kirsten fears that Sandy's co-worker has a hidden motive for assigning him a case against her father; and Seth gets a leg-up on landing Summer with the return of Anna from Pittsburgh. • Sandy and Caleb fight over the heights, a patch of land

• Ryan joins the team and competes with Luke

• Anna returns from Pittsburgh

• Seth enlists her help to hook up with Summer by making her jealous

• Marissa plans the back to school fair

• Ryan overhears Marissa talking to Luke and presumes their getting back together

• He goes after Luke and gets suspended from the team

• At the fair Ryan takes his chance and goes on Ferris Wheel with Marissa

• He apologies, they have their first kiss

• Anna kisses Seth because she likes him, but Seth thinks its to make Summer jealous

• It works, he hangs out with Summer at the fair, leaving Anna hanging
