The first few years of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air were very funny. I watched every episode! After that, though, the show got less funny. By this fifth season, there was very little to laugh about. I don't know if the writers ran out of ideas, or if they changed writers too much (they had a lot of writing changes over the years). Of course, this is just my opinion, but the ratings bore this out because they dropped a lot after the 4th season. I don't remember exactly when I stopped watching, but I do know that at some point, it was just not that funny, so I stopped bothering with it.

This box set has no features, no extras, just the episodes. Unfortunately, that seems to be standard nowadays on box sets of classic TV shows.

I'm sure that the series' devoted fans will be glad to have it. Kids might enjoy it, too. The rest of you should not bother. Go rent or buy seasons one through four instead!
