ABOUT:

An alter ego of Harley Cooper, Ruth was middle aged and frumpy. She was created by Harley and Bill in order to help infiltrate Spaulding Enterprises. Phillip fell for it, as he appreciated her directness and good judgment. She was an indispensable assistant to Phillip and he remained oblivious until his son pointed out that 'Ruth' was really Mommy.
