Random Thoughts

Is it me, or did the writers forget that Jake was at one
time Chief of Staff? That was when he was engaged to Liza’s
half-sister Mia. He got caught cheating on Mia with an
intern at PVH, and Mia broke it off, and he left town.
David can hide out with me as long as he wants. What was
the purpose of him lighting that match? If David left town,
what would Ryan, Tad, and Jake do with their time? I enjoyed
watching David grabbing the sandwiches and carrying the
grapes in his mouth as he went to get away.
Loved the line Ryan gave for once. Greenlee tells him
that David got out of town in a casket.
Ryan: Did he go in one that he sleeps in or did he buy a
special one?
I have never got all dewy eyed at soap weddings or
bedside farewells, but when Adam and AJ were there with him
that hit me. It reminds me again how great DC performances
are. He is also like Zach and Jake -- great with the
children on the show. I never find Ryan’s interaction with
the children that great. I don’t know why, he is a real life
dad.
Tad – “My Hillary?” I loved when Tad referred to Damon as
Eddie Haskell, and Damon had no idea what he meant. I also
like the way TPTB explain Tad meeting up with Hillary one
time just long enough to be Damon’s father. Wouldn’t Damon
be older than JR and Jamie? I watched an old clip from 1984,
and when they showed Tad with Hillary, I couldn’t believe
how much Damon does resemble Tad (MEK) at that age.
Colby and Natalia are getting on my last nerve.
It was nice for Adam to have one current and two ex-Mrs.
Chandlers to comfort him at the hospital.
Adam sure does like pouring back his scotch. He shouldn’t
be as hard on JR and his drinking when it is possible he
inherited the alcoholism from Adam not Dixie. Hayley got it
from Arlene but maybe a double whammy if Adam has that
genetic disposition. Even Colby had an issue with alcohol.
Still love Annie. She always keeps you entertained. When
she freaked that JR might die, and her biggest concern was
people would blame her, it was vintage Annie.
Heaven is awfully bright.
Why did they bring up Adam’s long lost son and he does
not appear? Any guesses? I wonder if that will become
something or it was just a throw away storyline.
I understand JR hates Annie, but if I was dying and going
to leave my son parentless, (meaning both my biological
parents died), I would take bone marrow from Jack the
Ripper.
Once again Emma's been pawned off so one of her parents
can have time with their romantic interest and/or spouse.
Well, that’s about all for now. Have a great week.
I would love to hear from any of my readers.
