Zarf is a rock star who is battling with his desire to become a
transgendered female named Zoe. Jeffrey is not
transgender in real life but is thrilled to play a transgender character on
TV.
After arriving in Pine Valley, Zarf developed feelings for Erica Kane's
daughter, Bianca. Though she also feels something for Zarf, Bianca is
confused, because she is a lesbian. Zarf is a woman in a man's body who
began hormone replacement therapy by illegally purchasing the drug over the
Internet. Zoe believes she is a lesbian. An operation for gender
reassignment is being discussed.
