I Just Wanna Be Loved By You

Chapter 1

Mackenzie Browning slammed her head against her locker. She had just seen Brittany Hodges and Billy Abbott (her former boyfriend) making out at the ?? (something is missing, sorry)

"Hey Billy, why'd you pull away?" his girlfriend, Brittany Hodges asked. "Oh, sorry, I just needed a little air," he responded, as he watched Mac walk briskly out of the building. "That's okay. I didn't realize we were getting so hot. Maybe we should take this elsewhere, Billy," she said. "Yeah, maybe," he said, as he grabbed their coats. "Where do you want to go? I thought I heard Raul and Rianna talk about going to Crimson Lights," Billy asked. "Crimson Lights? That sounds good," Brittany replied, enthusiastically. About ten minutes later, Brittany and Billy arrived at Crimson Lights. 

They went inside and Billy spotted Mac, waiting tables. Brittany noticed Mac, too and decided to go have a chat with her. "Hey, Billy, I need to go freshen up. Get us a table." Brittany told Billy. "Uh, sure," Billy said, as he walked over towards Raul and Rianna. Brittany walked confidently over towards Mac as she prepared to make some kill. "Mackenzie, did you remember our little talk at the Glow House the other night?" Brittany asked, sure she'd intimidate Mac. "Oh, yeah, the one where you acted like the witch you are and told me to stay away from Billy, for like the millionth time. I got the message loud and clear, and I just want to say that you can shove it. I'll stay around whomever I want, whenever I want. There's nothing you can do about it. Now, I'm supposed to be working," Mac said toughly as she walked off, leaving Brittany speechless. 

She saw Brittany head towards the ladies room, so she decided to go talk with Billy. "Uh, Billy, I need to talk with you. Now," Mac said. "Okay. I'm listening." "Not here. Over there," she said, as she pointed to a corner by the phone booth, where they would have some privacy, "Okay. Let's go," Billy said. They walked to the corner and as Billy opened his mouth, Mac shushed him, because she heard something. "I told you why I went back to Billy, JT. He actually believes that lie I told him about us sleeping together. I can't believe I pulled off the trick of the century, letting Mac believe me and Billy slept together. It was brilliant. I can't believe that I was able to drug Billy's drink, and be able to break them up. NO JT, I won't go back to you. Us sleeping together was huge mistake. It never should have happened," Brittany whispered into the phone. "Mac, did you hear that?" Billy asked incredulously. "Yeah, I did. I can't believe what she did!" Mac exclaimed. "I think I need to go talk to Britt," Billy said sternly. "No, Billy! You can't! We have got to talk first!" Mac screeched. "Okay, let's go," Billy said, taking her hand. "Wait. I just can't leave work. You have got to tell Raul and Rianna and Brittany that something came up, and I have to give Cody an excuse or something," Mac said quietly. 

"Here's what we'll do. I'll go tell them that something came up with Dad at Jabot about my board seat and I have to take care of something. Then you'll go tell Cody that something personal came up, and you had to go take care of it. He should let you off. Tell him you have to finish waiting a table, then look like you're busy. I'll take off as soon as I talk to the others, then about ten minutes later, go tell Raul and them that something happened and you have to run. I'll wait for you in the back, and we'll leave and go to our place," Billy explained. "Okay," Mac called as she hurried to Cody. "Hey Cody, something came up that's personal and I have to go, but I need to finish a table here first," Mac said. "Okay. Do what you need. Don't worry about stuff here. I'll cover for you," Cody said nonchalantly. Mac walked off and started bussing some tables. Billy ran over to his friends and said, "Hey guys. Dad just called and I have to take care of something at Jabot. It's about my board seat." "Okay," said Raul and Rianna. Brittany leaned in for a kiss, and Billy scurried off. About fifteen minutes later, Mac went over to Raul and told him that something came up and she had to leave. "

Sure. Seeya later," Raul said, as Mac left. "Hey," Mac said as she slid into the car. "Did everything go okay for you?" Billy asked. "A-okay," Mac replied, as Billy took off. Five minutes later, Mac and Billy arrived at their place. "Billy, I need to talk first. I can't believe we were set up. I'm so sorry about not believing you. I've always just been so paranoid that something good in my life is going to hurt me, so that's why I broke things off right when I saw you and Brittany. You are the best thing in the world to me, and I love you so much," Mac said tearfully. "Mac, it's okay. I can see where you wouldn't be able to believe me. I forgive you. I love you, too," Billy said. Mac and Billy leaned toward each other, and kissed passionately. "I hate to interrupt, but what are we going to do about Brittany?" Mac asked. "Good question. Good question," Billy said.
