DVD Reviews
I don't watch this show regularly, but I
always enjoy receiving the DVD sets, so I can catch up on
what's going on. My favorite character is Deeks (he's so
cute!), so I'm glad that he and Kenzi finally got together.
The characters are really what make this
show special. Even though all of the NCIS series are a
bit formulaic, what makes them fun to watch are the
characters, and the actors who play them. After 10
years, this show is like a well-oiled machine in the way
they crank out the episodes. This is not to say that they
rest on their laurels, because they don't. They find
ways to make each season unique, new and interesting.
Not only is the regular cast great, but they
have a lot of cool recurring actors and guest-stars as well.
The list is very long for both. My favorite recurring actors
are Esai Morales, Gerald McRaney, Erik Palladino and Pamela
Reed.
It was nice that they reunited the two main
characters from the show "JAG," too. I hope they can bring
them back.
The DVD has many great special features,
which you can read below. As the box says, "Over 45 Minutes
of Special Features!"
