I really love Bruce Campbell. I've watched most of his TV
shows, especially "The
Adventures of Brisco County, Jr." and "Burn
Notice." I never saw any of his "Evil Dead" movies, in
part because I hate zombies, and I thought they were about
zombies. Someone told me that they're demons, not zombies,
so I watched the first episode.
I hate to say it, but I couldn't watch more than a few
minutes of the first episode. It was way too gory and
violent. I loved seeing Bruce again, and his character looks
fun. He's still so handsome. I would have much rather seen
him in a "Burn Notice" spin-off starring him as Sam Axe! Or
just about anything else.
If you don't mind blood, gore, and lots of horror, mixed
with comedy, then you should watch the show. It's very
successful and has already been renewed for a second season!
