Vince Teagues
 Vince
and his brother, Dave, run the town newspaper, the Haven Herald. From the first
season, it's obvious that they know a lot more about the Troubles and what's
going on in Haven than anyone else. Vince likes to sketch. He and Dave are very
funny but ultimately prove to be tragic. Vince was in love with Sarah, one of
Audrey's personalities from an earlier date. Vince and Dave have helped the
police a lot with their investigations, but they also withhold a lot. Vince was
revealed to be in charge of "The Guard", the group that helps Troubled people in
Haven. He is considered the Guardian of Haven.
