1. Run transcripts for B&B, GH, Days and Y&R;  and some primetime shows.
2. Put up primetime news and other content from volunteers; put up videos and new shows daily on weekly primetime news pages
3. Oversee site, managers, and volunteers in general, mostly via email.
4. post to social media as needed
5. Write GH Best Lines

Weekly or as needed

1. Make temp pages for next week's Daytime Best Lines/Recaps/Updates and Transcripts.
2. add "next time on GH" to transcripts; add episode numbers and previews to next week's transcripts.
3. Fri. start gathering video clips to add to next week's Primetime shows.
4. Weekend -get new appearances from talk shows and primetime shows
5. Weekend -Send out any soap scoop newsletters for ABC and CBS soaps.
6. watch new shows and DVD's, and write reviews
7. put up any recent interviews
8. Deal with any issues that crop up during the week from volunteers or put up link changes, articles, etc.
9. Fix/update important things as I come across them.
10. update soap opera cast lists and appearances

Monthly

1. Set up new volunteers with their work.
2. Update site map as needed.
3. Gather contest entries, pick winners, notify them and send out prizes; add new prizes and make new contests.
4. Write in TV blog if have time.
5. Keep Volunteers list updated
6. Post for more help-get new volunteers
7. Update current primetime show pages, esp. spoilers
8. check for more appearances in conventions site

Ongoing

1. adding in new coding to pages
2. Putting all pages in newer design
3. do weekly interviews as they come up
4. make new Fall schedule (annually)
5. finish building new series sections.
6. Transcribe missing soap transcripts.
7. Post for more CM's, proofreaders, article writers, forum hosts, and primetime volunteers
8. check links on all links pages
9. Update primetime current links
10. Put up new polls
11. make new pages for the rest of shows on list
12. double-check links on all store pages
13. Add more soap links, starting with official actor links
14. Rebuild and update Classic Primetime Links pages
15. Send out more Q&A's to soap stars.
16. Write missing updates from past.
17. Fix up and update primetime transcript pages.
18. Put new items in Cafe Press.
19. Update actor pages.
20. Find more webrings
21. Write remaining character descriptions
22. Finish episode guides.
23. Go through old SOD's for pictures etc.
24. Check all pictures; go through whole site to find any other problems.
25. Make more wallpapers if needed
26. Build soap-scum site.
27. Make artwork for site (drawings)
28. Put up more screencaps for Police Squad and other shows with screencaps
29. Organize all pictures and get rid of old ones.
30. Update Soapsgirl pages.
