JT is talking lovey dovey talk to Victoria. Nikki clears her throat to let JT know she is hearing him. He laughs. Nikki holds up some posters up that Victoria drew when she was small.

Devon is sampling all of the food. He can hardly bare the taste. Lily walks in and knows that Devon isn't liking it. She gets upset and says she doesn't want to have Thanksgiving without Dru. Devon tries to make her see that it is just food. Thanksgiving isn't about the food. She doesn't want to hear it and storms out.

Lauren is having wine. Michael walks in and doesn't understand where all the food is. The kitchen has been used. No smell of food. Lauren informs him that she ordered take out and drops her robe to the floor.

Gloria wants to go and help Lauren, Kevin tells her that Lauren doesn't want her help. Daniel invites Amber to have dinner with him and his family.

Neil gets a phone call from Devon informing him that Lily stormed out and left. Neil tells him to try and find her. Devon lets Neil know that Lily is missing Dru and that is why she doesn't want to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Phyllis brings Summer to the hospital to see Nick. Brad and JT show up. Brad and Phyllis have a few words. They make it clear they aren't happy to be in the same room with each other. Victor comes in and sits. Phyllis says Happy Thanksgiving to him but he has no response. Nikki comes in and ask if he wants some private time with Victoria.

Cane shows up to help out with the Thanksgiving dinner. He gets a call from Lily. She lets him know that she want be at the dinner with her family. He ask if she is ok. She says yea. They hang up. Amber ask him to have dinner with her. He agrees.

Victor goes in to see Victoria. He starts to cry.

Neil finds Lily. She says it is just too soon for her to have Thanksgiving with her mom. She is very sorry but she just can't handle it. She ask to be left alone. Maybe next year she says. Neil gives her a hug and leaves her alone. Karen ask her if she would like to have cup of coffee. Lily agree and they have a seat. Phyllis, Fen, and Michael show up to pick up their take out order.

Kevin calls Jana. They get into an riff because she isn't keeping her journal like she promised she was. She hangs up on Kevin.

Nikki and Phyllis have words. They agree not to talk to each other. Daniel brings in food. Nikki starts to cry.

Lily and Karen chit chat about Dru. Karen tries to make Lily see the good things that her mother gave her in herself. Karen tries to talk Lily into having dinner. She tells her that her mom wouldn't care if the cranberry was perfect. Lily doesn't see that. Karen tells her she would if Dru made it but not if Lily made. Dru would think it was the best cranberry was perfect. Traditions are made from everyone Karen says. She makes Lily laugh.

Victor leaves Victoria's room as Nick comes in.

Kevin lets them know he is going to the prison to be with Jana. He intends to ask her to marry him. Lauren and Michael are in disbelief. Lauren tells him that they are very happy for him. Michael agrees to be Kevin's best man. Gloria doesn't know yet Kevin tells them. He wants Lauren and Michael to tell her. No way they say.

Nick fills Victoria in on all that is going on outside. He tells her he loves her.

Lily phones Cane to tell him that the dinner is back on. He is shocked but says he will be there. Lily cons Devon into helping her with the food. Neil shows up with take out. Jack, Sharon and Noah show up with food. And Karen brings hers.

JT goes in to tell Victoria Happy Thanksgiving. He finds it hard to say it. He just sits with her. Brad comes in and ask if he can have a minute with her. Brad sits and tells her how grateful he is that she came into his life. She made him a better person. Nikki comes in. Brad continues to tell her he is sorry for the pain that he has caused her.

Gloria comes in with Jeffrey and wonders what is wrong. Michael and Lauren say they don't know what she is talking about. Gloria wonders why there are only 4 plate settings. They tell him that Kevin is gone to the prison to have dinner with Jana.

Kevin phones Jana and walks in while they are still talking. She turns around and he is behind her. He brought her some pie. She is very happy he is there. They kiss. They wish each other a Happy Thanksgiving.

JT ask Nikki if they can talk about Victoria. He doesn't want her to die. She doesn't either. Phyllis, Nick and Summer come into her room.

They all say prayer at dinner. Neil lets Cane know that they have a tradition that everyone goes around the table and says what they are thankful for and ask him to start. Cane is grateful that he was invited. Karen is grateful to have meet this amazing family. Sharon is grateful for her friendship with Dru. Neil is grateful for his family and family. That they came to have dinner with him and his family.

Gloria says next year they will need a bigger table for Thanksgiving dinner. Michael almost chocks on his wine. She knows that something is going on. She thinks Lauren is pregnant. Lauren assures her that it isn't that. Lauren tells her that Kevin is proposing to Jana. Gloria gets up from the table and calls Kevin's phone and leaves him a message.

Kevin ask Jana to marry him. She starts to cry. She says she can't. He tells her to think about. He tells her that she will change her mind and they will be married.

Daniel knocks on the door. Amber sits alone. She hollers that they are closed. She doesn't know that it is Daniel. She finally turns around and lets him in. She can't believe that he is there to have dinner with her. He is truly her best friend she tells him. He messes with her and tells her that Cane paid him to go there and eat with her. She knows he is joking. He makes her smile.

Everyone is around Victoria's bed. Victor kisses Summer.
