General Hospital Update Friday 12/28/18

Ned and Olivia welcome Michael and Kristina to a fundraiser at the Metro Court. Kristina thinks that the person you are with at midnight is the one you will spend the rest of the year with. Michael doesn’t need threats. Willow walks in with Chase.

Julian says hi to Kim. Julian thought that she would be spending the night with Oscar. Kim explains that he is with Joss watching the ball. Julian thinks that he can be back by midnight if she wants. Kim wants him to have fun. Drew shows up and he says happy New Year. Kim wonders if everything is fine. He explains that Jason stopped by to warn him of someone from his past.

Sam tells Jason that he looks good. No one will recognize him in his suit at the Metro Court. Jason thinks she looks amazing. Sam would like to go to this because it is for cancer research. Sam thought he would just like to write a check. Jason has realized that sometimes you just have to show up. Sam agrees that sometimes you do.

Ava walks over to the bar in her living room. She sees a box on the table with Kiki’s stuff in it.

Curtis and Jordan make love in their room. Jordan thinks they are going to be late for the party. Curtis doesn’t think those parties start jumping until ten.

Someone walks down a hall putting on gloves. It’s Ryan walking into the room that Peyton was working on his project.

Jason and Sam continue to kiss. Sam should power down. Jason asks if she has any more emails. Sam got one asking if she wanted any help. She hasn’t heard anything back yet. Jason doubts they are going to give up on a few emails. Sam asks if they should reach out and try to find them. Sam wants his opinion. Jason thinks if she engages then she is giving them what they want. Sam just finds this all so random. Jason had something random happen today. Sam assumes someone mysterious from his past. Jason explains it was Drew’s.

Drew says that this guys name was Hank and he knew him during his military days. Kim doesn’t remember anyone by that name. Drew guesses it is up to him to do something about this.

Lulu tells Laura this is what she needed. No sign of Kevin.

Willow thanks Chase for inviting her out tonight. She is sorry she couldn’t have made it on Christmas Eve. Chase thinks that is fine. He wonders if he can get her something to drink. Willow bumps into Julian. Chase assumes she remembers Julian from Charlies. Julian thought that she was kind to Avery. They can come back anytime and the first round is on him.

Ava looks through a letter of New Years resolutions for 2001. She wanted a puppy and train it. See Destiny’s Child, that was a good concert. Learn to do backflip. Ava remembers going to the hospital for that one. She wanted to learn about art from Ava.

Ryan wipes down Peyton’s phone that has blood all over it.

Jordan tells Curtis that she cannot be hours late for an event. He gets a text. It is the producer Peyton. He wants to meet tonight. Jordan thinks that is rude. Jordan thinks he should go though. Curtis thinks this is a long shot. Jordan wants him to go. Then they can be newly weds on New years eve. Curtis will be there every new years for the rest of their lives.

Jason tells Sam that this guy called him Drew. There was something about his reaction that didn’t feel right. He said he knew Drew and he said that the guy used to know him as Hank. He was working him the whole time. He wanted to know Drew’s information. He thinks something about this guy doesn’t feel right.

Drew isn’t sure he will contact this guy. He doesn’t want to go through the entire explanation as to what happened. Kim suggests he could be a friend. Kim thinks he knew him from a different point of his life. He should show him a different aspect and a window to his past. Drew could have his entire past back but it is not worth losing his son and daughter.

Kristina tells Valerie that she looks great. Michael congratulates her on her promotion. Valerie will see them later. Michael asks if something is wrong with them.

Sam tells Jason that this is his last chance to bail. Jason knows she promised them they would be here. Sam just wished that all kids could have the same outcome. Julian walks over.

Kim doesn’t think him reaching out to Hank is a bad thing. Drew knows that she turned out to be the mother of his son. There is a big difference. She is her past and present. He is grateful that she came to PC so his son could be part of his life. Kim just wishes that she had found him sooner. She wished she had done things differently. Drew wants to look at things now. Drew is glad that Oscar finally got out of his room. Joss is definitely keeping his spirits up. He hopes she can stomach him for company.

Drew wonders if they have actually spent a New years together. Kim said that she guesses he could say that. New Years was when they conceived Oscar.

Michael says that it is nice to see Willow again. Willow has never met his date. Kristina explains that she is his sister. Kristina asks how she knows her big brother. Michael explains that he spoke to Willow’s class. Chase actually spoke as well. The kids loved him. Willow sees a students parents and is going to say hello to them. Kristina wants to hear about this Thor.

Scott says hi to Laura. He wanted to say that he was really sorry about her breakup with Kevin. Scott doesn’t know how to tell her this but Kevin might be… Laura knows that Kevin is sleeping with Ava.

Ava asks if she can fix Ryan a drink. She is making New Years resolutions. She is going to drink less but it is still 2018. She has a few hours before she has to cash that check. She also wants to stop caring about things that don’t matter. She is done living up to others expectations. She only cares about herself. She also resolves to not let the daughter she has left get to close. The more she gets closer to someone she seems to hurt them.

Jordan wishes Oliva and Ned a happy New Year. Ned assumes that Jordan has read the article from Lulu. He thought the theory was supposed to be kept under wraps. Jordan thinks that Lulu has been afforded certain privileges. He knows that sometimes their lives can be blurred. Ned needs Lulu’s privileges to be revoked.

Julian is here for Oscar and Danny. He wants to put aside their differences for the night. Sam asks if they can be excused. Alexis suggests it is not a good idea to walk up to their daughter and pretend nothing is wrong. Alexis doesn’t think he has put in the hard work yet. Sam thinks he needs to respect that. Julian is here because Kim wanted him to be here for Oscar. Alexis assumes that she thought it wouldn’t be fun for him to be the hospital. Alexis thinks that she wants to spend New Years with someone who cares about her.

Kim explains he found out on Christmas eve he would be deployed right after the holidays. Neither of them expected them to mean so much for one another. She thinks they were not strong enough to put each other in danger. Drew imagines that could be difficult. They did decide they would remain friends. They would enjoy every moment they had together though and they did. They watched the fireworks over the water and then they went back to her place and opened a bottle of champagne. Kim debated telling him how she really felt that she loved him. Drew guesses he didn’t say anything. It didn’t really seem fair. She found out a few weeks later. He knows the rest She didn’t want to tell him in a letter and then as time went on she rationalized. Kim guesses it was fine just raising Oscar on her own. She even thought sometimes that she was succeeding. Drew thinks that Oscar is a great kid. Kim thinks that is just who he is. It was always just him and her. She had to make all the choices alone. Drew doesn’t think she is alone anymore. She kisses him.

Ned didn’t think that Jason would come. Jason gives a donation.

Lulu wanted to let Willow know that she knew that Charlotte was bullying Aiden and she knows what she did was wrong. She hopes things settle down. Willow will continue to monitor things.

Scott knows that Kevin has been plastered to Ava’s side. Scott doesn’t like Kevin and Ava together either.

Ava is going to have to break resolution number one. Ryan doesn’t like resolutions. He likes to settle goals. Real obtainable goals. He wants to help her mourn but not the rest of her life. He wants to help her realize she is a force to be recognized with. He thinks she deserves to be treated better than she has. He is going to give that to her. He can’t imagine the person would try to stop him.

Curtis shows up at Peyton’s office. He walks in and trips over. There is blood on his hand. He turns the light on. There is blood all over the room and blood on a picture of Felicia.

Ava thinks there are some goals that Ryan has. Ava thinks that it almost makes her forget all she has lost. Ryan is not asking her to forget. He just wants her to move forward. He knows that he will be beside her no matter what the future holds. Ava thinks with him next to her, a future almost seems possible.

Willow thinks this will be a good year.

Olivia thanks them all for coming out tonight. She wants to thank them all for the money they have raised on behalf of pediatric cancer. They all count down to Midnight. It is New Year in PC. Streamers fall down. Kristina looks at Valerie and Valerie walks off. Curtis tells Jordan to get here. She asks what is wrong. Curtis thinks there has been another murder.

Ryan kisses Ava.

Julian sees Drew and Kim kissing and walks away.

Sam assumes that Jason couldn’t handle being everyone. Sam wishes Jason a happy New Year and they kiss.

Kim thinks the party is winding down. Kim knows Oscar got to kiss the girl he loves. Kim doesn’t think they need to talk about the kiss. Kim thinks they ae good.

Alexis sees Julian. Julian doesn’t want to talk about it. He gets a call. It is Kim. He doesn’t answer it. Michael runs over to Willow. Michael doesn’t want her to leave. The party is still going on. Willow thinks she needs to get going. She wishes him a happy New Year.

Ryan and Ava look at fireworks. Ava says that Kiki loved fireworks. She thought they were magical. There isn’t magic left in the world though. Ryan thinks that there is. They will find it together.

Curtis looked in and there was no sign of him. Just the blood. Jordan has no way of knowing if this was Peyton. Chase doubts the victim made it out alive. Jordan is afraid the killer moved the body.

Sam and Jason continue to watch fireworks. Jason gives Sam his jacket. The two look at each other. Jason kicks a snowman and Peyton falls out.
