Claudia meets with Maxie at Crimson. Maxie reminds Claudia that Johnny is her brother and Claudia says that it is just sex. Lulu and Johnny walk in and Claudia hides.

Jax meets Alexis at the Metro Court. Alexis asks Jax for his help in convincing Sonny to give up Kristina.

At her home, Kate and Sonny talk about his new position in life and the decision to go back to his old life. She says that she doesn’t want him to give in and go back. Sonny says that it would be like taking back what was his.

At Crimson, Lulu and Maxie argue. Maxie tells Lulu to take Johnny and leave. Maxie offers to handle all of Lulu’s work, but Lulu says that she will do it. Maxie asks Lulu why she wants a future in a career she doesn’t have the taste for. Maxie says that there is something that Johnny could do for her.

Spinelli dances with Leyla at the wedding. A woman comes out and says that Spinelli is a disaster.

At the Metro Court, Alexis and Jax talk about why she wanted full custody of Kristina. Alexis says that Sonny thinks that signing away the boys was only temporary.

At her house, Kate and Sonny talk about when she was fired from Couture. Kate says that a job shouldn’t define a person. Kate says that her career choices never cost her anyone that she loved.

Carly walks into the Metro Court. She tells Jax that Michael’s case is closed. Jax asks Carly to appeal to Sonny to protect Kristina the same way he is protecting Morgan. Carly says that Jason agreed to take over the business in order to get Sonny to sign away his rights to Michael and Morgan. Alexis says that Carly is the only one who can help her and offers to beg. Carly says that she is sorry and refuses to help. Alexis starts ranting because no one will help her. Carly orders Alexis to leave.

At her home, Kate and Sonny talk about the power that went with his old life. Kate tells Sonny to remember why he walked away from the mob. The start kissing and he pulls back. Sonny leaves.

At the PCPD, the mayor and Mac argue about the newspaper. Mac and the mayor talk about what happened to Michael and Ian. An officer brings Nikolas and Nadine in.

At the wedding, Leyla and the woman argue about their dates. Leyla assures Spinelli that she is having a wonderful time.

At Crimson, Maxie asks Johnny to give her a boost to put the purses back on the shelf. Claudia moves toward the door. Lulu tells Maxie to stop hitting on Johnny. Lulu runs towards the elevator, but doesn’t see who is inside. Maxie says that people are always stopping by on accident since they are located in a hotel.

At the wedding, Leyla’s mom thanks Spinelli for escorting Leyla. Leyla thanks Spinelli for a lovely evening. A man says that Leyla is a good-looking terrorist and Spinelli punches him.

A realtor shows Claudia an apartment that looks over the Metro Court hotel. Claudia calls Johnny and tells her that they have a new home.

Alexis shows up at Kate’s and asks her to help with Sonny. Kate says that she doesn’t think that Sonny should have given up Morgan and he shouldn’t give up Kristina. Kate says that Sonny loves his children and that he will do anything for his children. Alexis says that it’s only a matter of time before Sonny gets back together with Carly.

At the Metro Court, Carly and Jax talk about Alexis’ decision to have Sonny give up Kristina. Jax asks Carly to try to persuade Sonny to give up Kristina.

At his home, Diane walks in to hear Sonny leaving a message for Bernie. Diane gives Sonny his copy of the papers for the boys. Sonny rips them up. Diane tells Sonny that if he decides to attempt to get his children back, he will have to find a different attorney.

At the PCPD, the mayor yells at Mac for arresting Nikolas and Nadine. The cop says that the charge is solicitation and that there is a prostitution ring running out of the building. Mac tells Nikolas and Nadine to sit down. Another officer brings Spinelli in while arguing with Leyla.

Claudia shows Johnny the apartment. They talk about his relationship with Lulu. Johnny asks Claudia to respect Lulu and says that he asks Lulu to respect Claudia too.

At his home, Sonny and Diane talk about her representation of him and Jason. They talk about his decision to give up Michael and Morgan. Diane says that she thinks he made the right decision. Sonny asks about Jason and Diane says that it is going better than expected. Diane tells him to relax and enjoy his new life.

At the Metro Court, Jax and Carly talk about Alexis’ reaction to Carly refusing to help. Jax says that Carly is the only one who can make Sonny realize that keeping Morgan safe and not Kristina is wrong.

At Crimson, Lulu and Maxie talk about Johnny’s reasons for leaving. Lulu asks Maxie to stay away from her desk. Lulu says that every time Maxie hits on Johnny, Lulu will make Maxie’s dreams crash a little more. Johnny calls Lulu from his new apartment and tells her that he can see her at the office.

At the PCPD, Spinelli and Leyla explain what happened. The mayor says that he wants Nikolas released immediately and Mac tells him to let the police do their jobs. Leyla and Nadine say that they are arresting the wrong people. Alexis walks in and asks what is going on.

Jax visits Kate’s home. Kate informs Jax about her visit with Alexis. Kate says that if Jax’s marriage to Carly is in trouble and if Carly is on her way back to Sonny, they need to work together to find out what to do.

Carly shows up at Sonny’s house and tells him about the investigation being closed. Carly says that Jason had to buy Michael and Morgan’s freedom by agreeing to take over the business. Sonny reminds Carly that he was a great father. Carly says that she loved him so much that she ignored the danger. Sonny says that what Jason did was unforgivable. Carly explains that Jason made the decision he did because she was going to take Morgan and run. Sonny suggests that she was playing Jason. Carly says that Sonny’s relationship with Kate will never stop him from wanting her.

At the PCPD, Alexis tells Mac to drop all the charges against Nikolas, Nadine and Spinelli immediately. Leyla thanks Alexis. The mayor apologizes to Nikolas and Nadine. Nikolas and Nadine talk about turning the building into a clinic. Spinelli apologizes to Leyla for ruining their evening. Leyla calls Spinelli her hero and kisses him on the cheek.

At Crimson, Claudia suggests that Maxie can break the hold that Lulu has on Johnny. Maxie and Claudia make a deal to break up Lulu and Johnny.

Johnny shows Lulu the apartment. Lulu kisses Johnny.

At her house, Kate and Jax talk about Sonny and Carly’s relationship. Jax says that what happened to Michael broke the bond between Sonny and Carly.

At Sonny’s, Carly asks him to sign over his rights to Kristina. Sonny refuses and Carly asks him if he would change his mind if Kate asked him. Sonny says that Kate doesn’t want him to give up his children because she thinks that he is a good father. Carly says that he used to be able to admit his flaws, but now he is hiding behind Kate. Sonny tells Carly not to mention the boys after she took them from him. Carly leaves.
