Days of Our Lives Update Wednesday 7/15/20

Abe asks if they are ready for the official vows. Nicole says she's beeen ready for 20 years as they flash back to a montage of their moments over the years. Eric and Nicole say I do.

Vivian passed out in the interrogation room until someone walks in. She wakes up and says thank God they are here. It's her old friend Ivan, who tells her that he is always at her service.

Gabi says whether he remembers or not, he is Stefan. Gabi knows he's done questionable things but he's done great things too. She says he has a great family and a life worth living. Gabi invites him to come have the serum checked out but he declares he can't take this anymore. He takes the serum from her but Gabi argues that they don't know if it's real or not. He then injects himself and decides they will find out soon enough. Gabi can't believe he did that. He says he had to shut her up somehow and now they can finally settle this once and for all to figure out if he is her husband.

Lucas is at the DiMera Mansion, sending a text message to Allie about knowing she plans to give her baby to Rafe and he was going to call her mother but realized it was a bad idea and that he'd really like it if they could talk. Bonnie then walks in and asks Lucas if they can talk.

Roman hands over the rings which Eric and Nicole place on each others' fingers. Abe has them continue their vows. Abe officially pronounces them husband and wife. Eric kisses Nicole as everyone applauds. Abe introduces them as Mr. and Mrs. Eric and Nicole Brady. Sami then appears, surprising everyone, and gives her deepest condolences. Sami apologizes for the interruption and says she had no idea that her brother was getting married today, remarking that her invitation must have gotten lost in the mail. Marlena gets up and asks Sami not to make a scene. Sami says she's not here to make a scene and that she came for her daughter. Allie asks if Lucas called her. Sami says no but she thought they should have a little chat face to face. Eric tells Sami this is not a good time. Sami tells him that she had no idea as she went to his apartment but no one was there so she came here to check on Roman but had no idea she'd find her entire family here for his wedding to Nicole. Eric apologizes to Sami for not inviting her but points out that she said how she felt when he told her about their engagement. Sami repeats that Nicole is not good enough for him and she thinks Nicole will break her heart and ruin his life. Sami asks if Nicole forced him to not include her. Eric clarifies that Nicole was the one who wanted her there. Sami questions Nicole being selfless. Allie tells Sami not to blame Nicole and reveals that she was the one who didn't want her there.

Ivan apologizes for taking so long as he was hiking in the Himalayas. Vivian says she can't even believe they let him in. Ivan explains that he convinced them that he was her attorney. Vivian complains about being chained to a chair like an animal so she needs his help more than ever as she's in terrible trouble. Ivan calls that nothing new and asks what happened this time. Vivian tells him that she crashed a wedding and tried to murder the bride but she had a good reason. Vivian adds that Stefan isn't dead, he's very much alive.

Jake/Stefan tells Gabi to stop staring at him. Gabi says she's worried because they should've had the drug tested first. He points out that Kate seemed fine but Gabi feels they can't trust her. Gabi asks if he's getting his memory back but he says he's got nothing. He asks how long it's supposed to take to work. Gabi says it works differently with everybody and points out they have another syringe. He suggests she leave and he'll call her if he remembers anything. Gabi asks what if something happens and refuses to leave. He declares that if he's not Stefan, this stops today. She insists that he is. He complains that he can't sit here with her staring at him all day as he has a life and things to do. Gabi suggests there might be a way to speed things up. She brings up Jack getting all his memories back without using the serum as it only took a wack over the head. Gabi asks if they should try that.

Lucas thought he made it clear that he has nothing to say to Bonnie. Bonnie argues that he never gave her the chance to apologize properly for posing as Adrienne, breaking his heart, and trying to convince him that someone else's baby was his. Lucas tells her that sorry won't cut it so she can leave now. Bonnie says she knows and that's why she brought a peace offering; a copy of her book. Lucas asks why he would want that. She says he's a big part of it and asks him to just read the inscription. Lucas declines but she refuses to leave until he does. Lucas agrees to read the inscription then if it means getting rid of her.

Sami questions why Allie doesn't want her here. Allie says she doesn't feel like dealing with her right now and she needs space. Sami asks if she forced her uncle Eric not to invite his own twin to his wedding. Roman suggests not doing this right now. Marlena adds that they will make sure they have plenty of time to talk. Sami wants to talk now and thinks it's time Allie explains why and what she's hiding from her. Allie says she knew she'd pressure her to go back home which is why she asked her to stay away but she never listens. Sami asks why she would listen to her after her behavior in London, partying, drinking, and spending money. John says to cut her some slack but Sami tells him to stay out of this. Sami doesn't want Allie behaving that way in Salem. Allie insists she hasn't which Eric confirms. Sami says that's wonderful to hear but it's still time for them to go home. Allie tells her she doesn't want to go home as she's fine here. Sami thinks she's imposing on Eric and she's sure Nicole wants her new husband all to herself. Nicole adds that she's fine with Allie living with them. Sami argues that she's not fine with it as she doesn't want Nicole corrupting her daughter. Roman tells Sami that it's a day of celebration. Allie agrees and says since Sami isn't happy for Eric, maybe she should go. Roman suggests Sami go upstairs and rest but she refuses to go anywhere without her daughter.

Ivan asks Vivian about taking her medication. Vivian assures she is lucid and that it's true that Stefan is alive. Ivan says that's impossible as he was declared brain dead and his heart was donated to Julie. Vivian knows it's hard to understand but she saw him and he goes by the name of Jake Lambert. Vivian adds that Gabi did a DNA test and it was an exact match to Stefan so he has to be her son as it's the only explanation. Ivan responds that it's not the only explanation. Vivian asks what he is saying. Ivan thinks she needs to get Jake over here and hands her his phone.

Jake/Stefan tells Gabi that she can't be serious as he's not going to let her crack him over the head. Gabi says she won't hit him that hard but he doesn't trust her. Gabi insists he won't feel it. Gabi's phone rings from an unknown caller.

Lucas tells Bonnie that it's a very long inscription. Bonnie thinks he will like it. Lucas reads it where Bonnie says how sorry she is for hurting him and calls him a fantastic lover. Bonnie wrote that she often thinks about their night of passion and how special it was to her. She proposed that they share another night. Lucas asks if she's serious and says it's ridiculous that she put this in a book. Bonnie urges him to keep reading but Lucas refuses. Lucas thanks her for coming, says all is forgiven and tells her to go. Bonnie stops him and says she can help him with his daughter's pregnancy.

Allie tells Sami that she can't tell her what to do because she's an adult. Sami tells her to start acting like one then because her life is a mess and she needs to get it together. Allie remarks that Sami's life is always a mess and always has been. Allie wants Sami to go away and leave her alone. Sami declares they are done and she's coming home with her now. Nicole thinks Sami is making a big mistake. Sami tells her to mind her own business. Allie tells Sami not to talk to Aunt Nicole like that. Allie adds that Nicole is her family and unlike Sami, she's really nice to her, listens, and doesn't judge or make everything about her. Allie declares that she trusts Nicole and tells her things that she would never tell Sami because she just makes it worse. Sami asks like what. Allie then reveals that she is pregnant, shocking Sami.

Gabi answers the call from Vivian, who asks her to get her son back to the police station as soon as possible. Gabi tells her that Kate already gave them the syringe and he injected himself but there's been nothing yet. Vivian questions the serum not working. Gabi says not yet but it takes some time. Vivian asks her to get him to the station as soon as possible as there is someone here who wants to talk to them. Gabi questions who and why she's being so mysterious. Vivian says she'll explain when she gets there as it's very important. Gabi says they will see her soon and hangs up. Gabi then informs him that his mom wants them to go the police station.

Vivian tells Ivan that Gabi and Stefan are on their way and asks him to shed whatever light he can on her son. Ivan thinks it's best to wait for the others. Vivian questions why he's being so cryptic. He responds that she will know soon enough.

Bonnie pours herself a drink. Lucas thought she was going to help him with her daughter. Bonnie says her brain works better while drinking and asks if drinking in front of him will be a problem. Lucas tells her to go ahead and asks what her point is. Bonnie says his situation with his daughter reminded her of an argument she had with Mimi. Bonnie explains that Mimi asked her to babysit so she took Emily to the mall and got her ears pierced but Mimi flipped out. Lucas continues asking what her point is. Bonnie tells him to stick with her. Bonnie adds that Mimi said she overstepped her bounds but eventually saw that she was right. Bonnie says they as grandparents know best so they have to persist even when the kids aren't appreciative. Bonnie encourages Lucas to do whatever it takes to stop Allie from giving up her baby.

Sami can't believe Allie is pregnant. Sami questions her confiding this in Nicole which she confirms. Sami questions everyone knowing that her daughter was pregnant and knowing that she did not know. Sami calls it unbelievable. Abe decides to say his farewell and hugs Nicole and Eric. Abe says goodbye to John and Marlena. Abe then tells Sami that it is good to see her and adds that he didn't know Allie was pregnant. Abe advises Sami to go easy on her as he hugs her and then exits. John decides to take Holly out for some ice cream. Roman decides go with them so he hugs Eric and Nicole. Roman tells Sami that he loves her very much and then exits the Pub. Sami questions Nicole not going with them. Nicole thinks she's needed here. Sami disagrees but Allie says she wants her here. Sami just wants answers right now.

Gabi and Jake/Stefan arrive to the interrogation room. Vivian introduces Jake to Ivan, as her man servant for many years. Ivan says he's been independent for years. Jake asks why he wants to talk to him. Vivian knows he doesn't remember but says he has met Ivan before. Jake guesses she means Stefan met him before. Vivian explains that Ivan is the man who told her that Stefan was stillborn and then sent him to an orphanage so she couldn't raise him. He questions why he did that. Ivan says he did it to protect Vivian because Stefano DiMera seduced her and then abandoned her once he took her ruby. Ivan says that Stefano used Vivian and when he left, she was completely devastated so he thought it was best that she not be burdened with a child born out of their affair. Vivian adds that Ivan is sorry for that. Ivan adds that he's grateful she has forgiven him. Gabi doesn't understand why they dragged them down here to rehash this whole story when Stefan already told her. Ivan reveals there is actually much more to the tale as even Vivian does not know the full story...

John and Roman sit with Holly having ice cream in the town square. John and Roman praise her as the flower girl. John calls it an eventful conclusion to the wedding. Roman is glad they at least finished the ceremony before Sami crashed it. They wonder what's going on back there now. Roman thinks he should've stayed behind to mediate. John encourages that Marlena can handle it as she's pretty good at getting Sami to calm down sometimes because they have had their ups and downs over the years. John can't decide if Sami was more of a handful as a teenager or now as an adult. Roman calls it a tossup and says now she's getting a taste of it from the other side with her own daughter. John remarks that you could argue that karma is finally catching up with Sami.

Marlena asks if they can just sit down and talk about this calmly. Sami argues that Marlena lied to her by not telling her that Allie was pregnant. Allie explains that she asked everyone to keep it a secret, including Lucas. Sami questions her father knowing and why she was the only one deemed unfit to hear this information. Allie says it's because of how she's acting now. Sami cries that her baby girl is having a child and asks how she's supposed to act. Allie suggests not yelling at her. Sami agrees to stop yelling and apologizes, saying it's just a shock. Marlena agrees that it's complicated. Sami asks if this is why Allie ran away from London which she confirms. Sami argues that she could've helped her. Allie says she would've taken over her life. Sami remarks that someone has to because she's not controlling it. Sami says that Allie has been completely irresponsible. Allie responds that she's sounding exactly like Lucas right now. Sami says he's right and argues that Allie is too young to have a child. Allie points out that Sami was younger than her when she had Will. Sami talks about how she had to drop out of school and work that much harder. Marlena thinks Allie understands the consequences but Sami doesn't think she has any idea how her entire life will change forever. Allie tells her it's not because she's not going to raise this baby which shocks Sami.

Vivian asks what Ivan hasn't told her. Ivan is afraid once he tells her, he will have to beg her for forgiveness all over again. Vivian tells him to just get on with it. Ivan says it all goes back to the day that Stefan was born as it was a difficult birth and after many hours of labor, she delivered the baby and then passed out. Vivian goes over Ivan taking the baby and telling her that he was dead then eventually Stefan was adopted and they weren't united again until he tracked her down. Ivan tells her that's not quite the end of the story. Gabi asks what else there was. Ivan reveals that as Vivian was passed out, there was a surprising turn of events as the doctor realized she was still in labor.

Lucas admits that he could be a little stronger with Allie. Bonnie says if they sit back and do nothing, their kids will make tons of mistakes but eventually they will be grateful for their guidance. Lucas says he tried to give Allie space but every time he does, she makes crazy decisions like giving her baby to her mother's ex husband. Bonnie calls that weird. Lucas explains that Will also wants to adopt the baby. Bonnie jokes that it sounds like a trashy talk show and she loves it. Lucas says she's not helping. Lucas states that he needs someone in his corner to back him up on this. Bonnie would love to help him but Lucas states that he needs Sami.

Sami questions Allie not wanting to raise her baby. Allie points out that Sami just said how hard it would be so she's going the adoption route. Sami declares that she's not going that route. Marlena urges Sami to let her speak. Sami questions Marlena being okay with this. Marlena calls it Allie's choice. Allie complains that Sami is trying to control her life again. Sami mocks the idea of not being as fun as her aunt Nicole. Allie notes that Nicole said she would support her decision no matter what and living with her has made her realize it's the right thing to do. Sami questions what exactly Nicole has been telling her. Allie says it's not what she's been saying but she's seen first hand what goes in to properly raising a little kid and she's not ready for it. Sami argues that no one really is but she can help her. Allie shouts that she doesn't want her help or this baby so she's giving it up and Sami can't stop her. Allie then storms out of the Pub. Marlena goes after her. Eric tells Sami to just let her go. Sami turns to Nicole and accuses her of convincing Allie to give up her child. Eric says that's not true and that Nicole has been there to listen. Sami argues that she should be doing that as she is her mother. Nicole tells her she's handling this the wrong way. Sami warns Nicole not to tell her how to raise her daughter. Nicole says someone should because as usual Sami shows up and ruins everything. Sami yells that she's not taking baby advice from a baby stealing ex porn star. Eric tells Sami that's enough. Sami demands Nicole stay away from her daughter. Nicole responds that Allie came to them because she needed someone and maybe she wouldn't have run away if Sami was a better mother. Sami then tackles Nicole through the wedding cake table and fights with her on the floor.

Lucas hates to betray his daughter's trust but decides he must call her mom. Bonnie asks if he's sure because she thinks she's much better suited to help him in this situation. Lucas calls for Sami but Sydney answers the phone so Lucas asks if Sami is home. Lucas then hangs up and informs Bonnie that it looks like hurricane Sami already blew in to town.

Eric tries to pull Sami off of Nicole.

Abe joins John and Roman in the town square. John tells Abe that Marlena is still there with Eric, Nicole, and Sami so they hope they are having a calm and rational conversation about Allie's situation. Roman hopes the Pub is still standing after the dust settles. John mentions really looking forward to a piece of the wedding cake...

Eric pulls Sami off of Nicole. Nicole then gets up and smears wedding cake in Sami's face.

Marlena finds Allie crying outside. Allie cries that she hates her mother and that this is exactly why she didn't want her here. Marlena says it was going to come out eventually so maybe it's best she knows now. Allie says everything goes to Hell whenever Sami gets involved.

Nicole and Sami throw cake at each other while Eric screams at them to stop. Nicole says Sami is so crazy. Sami accuses her of trying to turn her daughter against her and says she's going to pay for it. They throw more cake at each other as Eric tries to keep them separated.

Vivian asks Ivan how she could still be in labor after giving birth to Stefan. Ivan reveals that there was another baby on it's way. Vivian asks what he's saying. Gabi declares that he is saying Vivian had twins.
