Eric reads Caroline's letter to him, saying she prayed he would find love after leaving the priesthood and she hoped he was at his happiest and that she was with him where ever she is.

Marlena brings Holly home to Nicole, who says she is the most excited girl in the world.

Kate returns to Vivian in the interrogation room. Vivian questions where she's been and what took so long, complaining that she has to get to her arraignment. Vivian asks how it went with Dr. Rolf. Kate informs her that it wasn't easy but she managed to get him to tell her where to get the serum. Vivian tells her to go get it then. Kate then reveals that she already has and pulls needles out of her purse.

Jake/Stefan does an online search for Stefan DiMera and finds an article questioning if he raped Abigail.

Gwen and Chad finish drinking at the bar at Julie's Place. Gwen tells him that she's ecstatic to find the one person in town that hates Gabi DiMera as much as she does. Chad jokes that she can throw a rock and hit another. Chad says he's glad to make her happy. Gwen toasts to hating Gabi DiMera. Gabi then walks in and asks what she's going to do about it.

Kate hands Vivian one of the needles. Vivian asks how she got them in. Kate credits working for the mayor. Vivian says she can't thank her enough. Kate reminds Vivian that when Dr. Rolf got the serum for Gabi, it turned out to be a completely different chemical and almost fried Stefan's brain. Vivian asks how they know this is the right formula. Kate says she can dig through the lab. Vivian suggests testing it on a guinea pig. Kate questions who would agree to that. Vivian then stabs Kate with the needle.

Nicole and Marlena talk about Allie trying on dresses. Marlena thanks her for being so generous with Allie, feeling it can't be easy having her live with them. Nicole says it's fine and praises Allie. Marlena helps Nicole put her bracelet on. Nicole admits she's feeling nervous as she just wants today to be perfect for Eric. Marlena hopes they have no doubts. Nicole wants Marlena to root for them because she knows she's not her favorite person. Marlena responds that she wants Eric to be happy and it's clear to her that Nicole makes him happy, so she hopes it lasts forever.

Kate questions what Vivian did to her. Vivian says she was testing the serum. Kate argues that it could be poison and she can't believe she did this to her after what she just did for her. Vivian jokes that Kate can end up in a hospital with Abigail. Vivian talks about their past and asks if Kate is having any hallucinations.

Gabi warns Gwen that she doesn't want to cross her and says that Chad knows what she's capable of. Gwen asks if she's crossing her by being with Jake. Gwen knows Gabi is pissed off that her husband doesn't remember her while he can't forget her. Gabi brings up Gwen checking herself in to a mental hospital so he wouldn't find her and that she broke up with him. Gabi argues that now that he's Stefan DiMera and married to her, she wants him back. Gwen responds that she forgot how good the sex is. Gabi claims that's because she's fantasizing about her the entire time. Gwen tries to go after Gabi but Chad holds her back, saying she's not worth it. Gabi tells Gwen that sex with her husband is over because he's promised that he won't touch her until he gets his memory back. Gabi declares that when he remembers how great his life was, he'll never want to come near Gwen again. Gwen says that's wrong and that she may have gotten him to kick her out for an afternoon but he will never kick her out of his bed or his life. Gabi says they'll see about that. Chad offers to call Gwen a car but she says she walked so it's okay. Gwen calls Chad a great guy as she then exits. Gabi questions if Chad is moving on.

Marlena, Allie, Nicole, and Holly arrive at the Brady Pub for the wedding where Abe, John, and Roman are inside. Abe hugs Nicole and congratulates her, mentioning her mother would be proud of her. John tells Nicole that she looks stunning and hugs her. Roman welcomes Nicole to the family and hugs her. Nicole thanks John, Roman, and Marlena for raising Eric to be the wonderful person he is and the man of her dreams. Nicole hears Eric coming down the stairs and worries that he can't see her yet so she heads to the back with Marlena, Allie, and Holly. Eric then comes downstairs. Roman hugs him and asks if he's ready. Eric responds that he was born ready.

Vivian asks Kate what's going on in her brain. Kate jokes that she sees something despicable but it's just Vivian. Vivian argues that this is not funny when they are talking about her son's life. Kate asks what about her life when she just jabbed her with a needle filled with chemicals. Kate then claims to remember where she lost her favorite pen last year. Vivian asks if this means it works and that Stefan will get his memory back.

Gwen shows up at Jake/Stefan's door and complains that he said he was going to call her. She questions if he's just going to let Gabi lead him around since he told Gabi he wasn't going to have sex with her. He says this isn't about Gabi. Gwen complains that he's ignoring her. He tells her that he's just feeling really confused right now so he thinks it would be best for them if they took a break. Gwen disagrees and says she's not confused at all. Gwen says they will see how long his promise lasts.

Gabi remarks that Chad and Gwen seemed pretty cozy. Chad tells her they just met a few seconds ago. Gabi points out their four drinks. Chad responds that they have nothing in common except that they both despise Gabi. Gabi questions what Chad is doing here instead of in Florida with Abigail. Chad explains that Jennifer is there so he can be here with the kids. Gabi points out that she doesn't see the kids. Chad tells her to stay out of his business. Gabi brings up that Chad and Abigail have broken up and gotten back together a million times. Chad says they are fine. Gabi tells him that he can deny it all he wants but she knows when she sees it.

Eric stands with John, Roman, and Abe as Holly walks down the aisle as the flower girl. Roman sits with Holly. Allie then walks in and takes her seat behind them. Marlena walks down and takes her seat with John. Nicole then walks down the aisle to Eric. Abe speaks about how touched he was when Eric and Nicole asked him to perform the ceremony. Abe states that the Pub signifies family more than anywhere else. Abe talks about the many events held at the Pub but says he believes it's the first wedding he's attended there. Abe adds that Shawn and Caroline would be thrilled so their family gathered here for their grandson's wedding. Abe states that those that can't be there are there in spirit.

Chad tells Gabi that her husband just returned from the dead so she should be practicing gratitude or turn over a new leaf if there's any decency left in her. Chad says she claims to be totally in love with Stefan but she's still jealous of he and Abigail. Gabi asks if they are even together anymore. Chad asks if she and Stefan are since he doesn't even remember who she is. Chad suggests she pray that he never does remember because he'll remember who she really is and that he only married her to hold onto his power and money. Gabi argues that Stefan loves her. Chad says that will be news to him. Gabi acknowledges that Stefan might never remember her but it doesn't matter because she will make him fall in love with her all over again.

Jake/Stefan tells Gwen that he wants to do this but he can't, bringing up that he just found out that Stefan raped his sister in law while she was mentally ill so it wasn't consensual. He notes that Gwen is drunk now but she insists this is totally consensual as she kisses him.

Kate asks Vivian what she wants her to do with the needles. Vivian instructs her to administer them to her son as they had a deal. Kate responds that she completed her side of the deal by getting the serum from Dr. Rolf. Vivian threatens to go to the police and tell them that she shot her in cold blood. Kate can't wait until this blackmail is over so she doesn't have to deal with her. Vivian thanks Kate as she exits.

Abe continues his speech and asks everyone to surround Eric and Nicole with love. Abe starts to begin the vows but Eric stops him and says there is something he wants to say. Eric talks about seeing a lot of weddings and a lot of them going wrong. Eric says it's about family coming together and says he's realized he can't live without Nicole. Eric thanks Nicole for being his wife and says he loves her.

Gabi sits at the bar and takes a drink then tells Chad that she has had to live without the man she loves for two years so there is nothing she won't do to get him back. Gabi argues that Dr. Rolf wouldn't give the serum to her but he will to Stefano's son. Gabi insists that Stefan wants the truth as much as she does. Chad is sure that Jake realized what a terrible human being Stefan was and suggests maybe he doesn't want to be that person anymore.

Gwen kisses Jake/Stefan until he stops and says he can't do this. Gwen questions what is wrong with him and who he is. He shouts that he doesn't know who he is and he's not sure he wants to know.

Nicole jokes that she can't let Eric make everyone cry and not say something. Nicole talks about how they always got through things together. They say they love each other.

Gwen goes to walk out on Jake/Stefan as Gabi arrives. Gabi argues that he promised her. He assures that nothing happened. Gabi informs him that she thinks he needs to go see Dr. Rolf himself but Kate arrives and reveals that won't be necessary.

Abe asks if they are ready for the official vows. Nicole says she's beeen ready for 20 years as they flash back to a montage of their moments over the years. Eric and Nicole say I do.

Gabi questions how Kate got the serum. Kate calls it a gift. Gabi asks why they should trust her when Kate wasn't Stefan's biggest fan. Kate says that Vivian compelled her to go to Dr. Rolf and get the serum. Jake/Stefan asks if she's sure it's the real deal this time. Kate explains that Vivian tested it on her but they can take it to a lab and have it tested. Jake/Stefan declares that won't be necessary because he's not going to take it.

Gwen returns to Chad at Julie's Place. Chad thought she went home to sleep it off. Gwen guesses it was just a place to crash. She stumbles so Chad suggests they get out of here and promises to be a perfect gentleman as they leave together.

Gabi questions Jake/Stefan not wanting to stop living a lie and to have his life back. He responds that he's not sure that he does. He says after what he found out about Stefan, he's not sure he wants to remember that life. Kate doesn't blame him. Gabi tells her to stay out of it. Kate says everyone knows she's team Chad. Kate doesn't care if he takes the serum or not but says her duty is done so she exits. Gabi says whether he remembers or not, he is Stefan. Gabi knows he's done questionable things but he's done great things too. She says he has a great family and a life worth living. Gabi invites him to come have the serum checked out but he declares he can't take this anymore. He takes the serum from her but Gabi argues that they don't know if it's real or not. He then injects himself with the serum and decides they will find out soon enough.

Vivian passed out in the interrogation room until someone walks in. She wakes up and says thank God they are here.

Roman hands over the rings which Eric and Nicole place on each others' fingers. Abe has them continue their vows. Abe officially pronounces them husband and wife. Eric kisses Nicole as everyone applauds. Abe introduces them as Mr. and Mrs. Eric and Nicole Brady. Sami then appears, surprising everyone, and gives her deepest condolences.
