Xander enters Victor's hospital room and swears that Brady will pay for doing this to him.

Brady is handcuffed to the table in the interrogation room when Eric enters. Brady asks what he's doing here. Eric responds that he could ask him the same. Brady says he stabbed his grand dad. Eric says he heard. Brady asks how Victor is doing. Eric informs him that the doctors aren't offering a lot of hope and they don't think he's gonna make it. Brady brings up Maggie. Eric warns Brady that if Victor dies, he's facing murder one so he asks what the hell happened.

Kristen is in her room at the Salem Inn looking over maps. Nicole shows up outside her door. Kristen opens the door and goes back to her maps. Nicole comments that it looks like a war room. Kristen asks what she wants. Nicole says she came to see how she's doing and asks if there's any news. Kristen says there is nothing since Sarah landed in London so she could be anywhere with her daughter. Nicole informs her that Eric went to see Brady and asks if she's seen him. Kristen shouts that she hasn't because she promised him that she would find Sarah and she's not going to stop until she does.

Sarah checks outside her door in Paris and says there's no sign of Jeanne Marie so she tells Rachel that it's time for them to get out of here.

Ben wants to get Ciara out of the hospital but Ciara says she can't leave. Ciara suggests Ben go check on the job at the garage but Ben says that can wait. Ciara argues that it doesn't make sense for both of them to wait here and she doesn't want their lives to come to a stop because of what happened. Ben still can't get over how much Jake looks like Stefan DiMera.

Gabi walks through the town square and sees Jake, who looks exactly like Stefan, standing in front of the Bistro. Gabi starts to freak out and calls out to Stefan.

Brady repeats to Eric that he stabbed Victor after he found out he was the one who stole his baby and had him believe his daughter was dead. Brady claims that something took over. Eric reminds Brady that he was here so he's not understanding how Brady could try to kill someone. Brady claims he blew up over what he did. Eric doesn't believe he blew up enough to try to kill someone. Eric wants Brady to tell him the real story.

Xander sits at Victor's side and says it would be different if Brady stabbed him. Xander argues that Brady had to have known Victor was only trying to protect Maggie yet he stabbed an old man who loved him. Xander mentions being sure that Kristen was going to try to kill Victor when she found out but guesses Brady beat her to the knife. Xander talks about the last thing Victor seeing was Brady come at him with a knife when he loved him.

Kristen notes Nicole's concern and tells her that she can go now. Nicole argues that Brady is in jail. Kristen says she knows and doesn't need to be reminded. Kristen tells her again to go. Nicole tells her that she and Eric will do whatever they can to help. Kristen thought she hated her guts. Nicole says she does but she's doing it for Eric and Brady and Brady's daughter so she's not giving up on her. Nicole knows she's going through Hell. Kristen complains that she doesn't need her to be nice to her because she doesn't deserve any of this after what she's done. Nicole questions just what has she done now.

Gabi faints in the town square after seeing Jake.

Sarah tells Rachel that it's time for them to go out so they exit the apartment.

Kristen questions what she has done as she flashes back to stabbing Victor. Kristen tells Nicole that she knows what she has done including stealing her identity and keeping Holly from her. Kristen says maybe losing her baby is just payback for that. Nicole argues that Brady didn't deserve all of this.

Brady tells Eric that is the real story. Eric says he saw him leave and he didn't have a knife so he questions where he got it. Brady says the knife was just there. Eric asks if he just picked it up in the heat of the moment. Brady asks why he's grilling him about it. Eric says he's having a hard time understanding it, pointing out that Brady didn't try to kill Xander. Brady says it being his grandfather made it worse and that he doesn't understand. Eric argues that his daughter is the one who is actually dead while Brady's is alive and so is his son but he's willing to throw it all away. Brady claims he wasn't thinking and was in a fit of rage. Eric responds that someone was.

Ben tells Ciara about Jake looking exactly like Stefan and even moves like him. Ben says that if he didn't know Stefan was dead, he'd swear they are the exact same person.

Jake checks on Gabi after she fainted in the town square. When Gabi wakes up, she calls out for Stefan but instead sees Kate. Kate helps her up while Gabi insists that Stefan was there. Kate thinks Gabi fainted and must have been dreaming. Gabi questions her not seeing Stefan. Kate argues that she doesn't see dead people and wants to take her to the hospital. Gabi talks about it not being the first time she saw him. Gabi swears he was there. Kate tells her that even Dr. Rolf couldn't bring Stefan back. Gabi knows what and who she saw.

Jake goes to work at the garage and thinks back to checking on Gabi then walking away from the scene. Ben arrives. Jake questions what he's staring at. Ben repeats that Jake looks exactly like his old boss. Jake tells him that he got the parts for his girlfriend's motorcycle. Ben thanks him and asks if he got a chance to talk to his boss about him. Ben asks if he has a job.

Xander talks about still not knowing where Sarah is even though he got her on the phone to try and convince her to get away but she wouldn't tell him where she is because she doesn't trust him. Ciara walks in and remarks that she can't imagine why.

Sarah brings Rachel to a cafe in Paris and talks to her about how she used to come here. Sarah's ex husband Rex Brady suddenly appears and greets her which shocks her. Rex asks what she's doing in Paris and then asks if the baby is Mickie which Sarah claims it is. Sarah asks why Rex is here. Rex says he's there for a medical convention and asks Sarah the same. Sarah calls it just a little vacation. Rex sits with her and guesses the last few months have been intense for her but Kate told him the transplant went well and the baby looks healthy. Sarah says she is and asks about his daughter Emily. Rex says she's great and calls Mimi an amazing mom. Rex mentions being offered a job in Paris but says he turned them down because he doesn't want to be away from Chicago so he can watch his little girl grow up which he calls the most important thing in the world to him. Sarah responds that she knows exactly what he means.

Kristen tells Nicole that she doesn't need to be reminded that none of this is Brady's fault. Nicole comments that it's hard to walk back trying to kill Victor. Kristen argues that she needs to continue to work. Nicole offers to help. Kristen thanks her but says she has the whole DiMera security department looking so she doesn't think Nicole can help. Nicole tells her that Eric is trying to remember anything that Sarah said to help figure out where she took Mickie. Kristen corrects her that it's Rachel so Nicole apologizes. Kristen apologizes and says she can't lose it like that anymore. Nicole understand she's angry and frustrated. Kristen brings up pushing Haley down a flight of stairs and asks what about her mother or JJ. Nicole says she was overwhelmed. Kristen cries that it happened all over again. Nicole admits that she thought maybe it had and calls it classic Kristen DiMera as she declares that it's obvious to her that Kristen is the one who stabbed Victor.

Brady knows Eric doesn't want to believe he stabbed Victor, but he claims that he did and he would take it back if he could. Eric doesn't believe Brady could stab Victor as he knows it's not in him. Eric says when he mentioned Victor might die, he brought up Maggie because he cares and protects the people he loves. Eric adds that when Brady goes crazy, he takes it out on himself and drinks and blames himself instead of attacking those he loves so he can't make him believe he would start with his grandfather. Brady jokes that it's like a sick Greek play that Victor would talk about where Victor couldn't stop playing God so his own flesh and blood had to kill him. Eric calls that a bunch of bull and insists that he knows Brady didn't do it unless he was drunk and he wasn't. Brady compares it to burying Vivian alive. Eric argues that the person who stabbed Victor was in a frenzy. Brady insists that he hated Victor for taking his baby and argues that he deserved what happened to him. Eric thought he was sorry and that he wished he could take it back. Eric says he knows Brady didn't do it because he doesn't even know how he feels about it. Brady says he doesn't want to talk about it anymore. Eric goes over the things Brady said and says that's not him, it's Kristen.

Kate brings Gabi to the Brady Pub. Gabi complains that she doesn't want tea, she wants tequila. Kate argues that she's already seeing things that aren't there. Gabi remarks that she wasn't hallucinating like Abigail. Kate asks what she's talking about. Gabi tells Kate that Abigail is back in the hospital after having visions of Ben and this time Abigail was drugged so everyone thinks she did it. Kate asks if she did.

Jake tells Ben that he talked to his boss and he said he doesn't know anything about him so he has a good chance of being hired. Jake says he will be his boss but Ben has to prove himself first. Jake tells Ben to get a motorcycle running and then he's in. Ben is glad there's hope. Jake thinks they are going to hit it off.

Ciara can't believe Sarah answered Xander's call after what he and Victor did. Ciara remarks that if Sarah is found, she'll go to prison forever and if she's not then Brady will never see his own kid again. Ciara adds that Xander convinced Sonny that his husband killed his mother so Will went to prison for something he didn't even do. Xander knows he's hurt people terribly. Ciara tells him to drop the act because she will not fall for his crap. Ciara comments on what Victor has done. Xander explains that Victor believed if Maggie found out what she had done, it would've killed her while he wanted to help Sarah because he loves her.

Rex tells Sarah that Kate told him about her being engaged to Xander and asks when the happy day is. Sarah responds that she's afraid it's not for awhile.

Eric guesses that Brady is trying to protect Kristen so Rachel will have her mother but questions what kind of mother. Eric brings up Kristen having anger management issues. Brady says he won't try to change his mind about the way he feels about Kristen. Brady states that Eric was here when he found out that Victor was behind the baby switch so he went right to him. Brady claims that Kristen didn't even know Victor was involved until after he stabbed him so she had no motive to kill him, he did.

Nicole says that Kristen pushed Haley down the stairs when she told her that her baby died and now she stabbed Victor when she found out he took her baby from her. Kristen thinks back to Brady telling her that he would take care of everything. Kristen tells Nicole that when she found out, she did want to kill Victor but claims that Brady got there first. Nicole questions what she meant then when she said this is happening all over again. Kristen says she meant that her baby is stolen and Brady is in jail so no matter what she does, she always ends up alone.

Ben and Jake work on the motorcycle together. Jake comments that Ben looks like he knows what he's doing. Ben talks about Ciara and calls her the best thing to ever happen to him.

Xander argues that Ciara doesn't have to tell him what he's done to Sarah as he never stops thinking about it. Ciara remarks that it's too bad he wasn't thinking before he and Victor decided to play God with people's babies. Xander says Sarah wanted that baby so much. Ciara says the pain would've been unbelievable but what about now after a year of loving her. Ciara asks how Sarah is supposed to lose the baby now or ever get over this.

Rex asks Sarah if her and Xander are having a long engagement. Sarah admits that she changed her mind and says weddings don't really work out that well for her anyways. Sarah then tells Rex that she's sorry. Rex says he was trying to will them in to being happy and in love and for her to forget that he cheated on her multiple times or not seeing that she and Eric were in love. Sarah doesn't want to talk about that. Rex asks if Xander was a rebound but Sarah doesn't want to talk about it. Rex is happy that she woke up from Xander and asks if that's why she is here, joking that there's no better place to visit than Paris when you call off a wedding. Rex asks Sarah where she's staying then guesses she doesn't want to tell him. Rex understands she wanted to get away from everything with her baby so he's the last person she wanted to run in to. Sarah says her baby needs a nap. Rex says he understands and tells her that motherhood looks really good on her. Rex hugs her and tells her to say hi to Eric for him. Rex suggests maybe he'll see her in Salem sometime soon. Sarah says he won't and walks away.

Eric questions Brady sticking to his story. Brady says he's getting on his nerves. Eric apologizes and tells him to let him know if he needs anything. Brady says there is something he'd like him to do for him. Brady asks Eric to be there for Rachel whenever she comes home since he can't be there. Eric agrees to be there then exits the room.

Nicole tells Kristen that she's alone because everyone in Salem is related to someone she tried to kill. Kristen yells at her to get out. Nicole asks if she'll kill her if not. Nicole says she's not taunting her but trying to get her to think. Nicole declares that crazy ladies need to make big changes if they want to be good at motherhood. Nicole states that she loves Holly and part of the job is keeping it together. Nicole tells Kristen to ask herself if she's up to it before Brady goes to prison and leaves Rachel entirely in her hands. Nicole then exits the room. Kristen asks if she can not be herself.

Nicole comes out of the Salem Inn to find Eric sitting in the town square. Nicole tells him that she's scared that it wasn't Brady who stabbed Victor. Eric informs her that he also thinks it was Kristen. Eric explains that he just saw Brady and told him his theory but Brady claimed Kristen didn't know what Victor had done until after he was stabbed. Nicole asks if he believes that. Eric believes Brady won't back down and is just doing what's best for Rachel. Nicole adds that she told Kristen that she needs to think about what's best for Rachel. Eric repeats that Brady won't back down while Nicole suggests maybe Kristen will.

Kristen goes to the interrogation room and tells Brady that she's so sorry. Brady tells her that they need to get straight that she didn't know anything about Victor being involved in the baby switch until Eli and Lani brought him in. Kristen stops him and declares that she has decided to confess to what she did.

Ciara tells Xander to go as she would like to be alone with her grandfather. Xander says he's going to find Sarah and exits. Ciara sits at Victor's side and talks about it feeling like deja vu to be begging him to wake up again. Ciara hopes Victor knows how much she loves him even though he makes it so hard sometimes. Victor then wakes up and says Ciara's name.

Ben asks Jake if he has a woman in his life.

Gabi asks Kate why everybody keeps asking if she drugged Abigail. Kate says it's because they know her. Kate gets a call and says she has to take this. Gabi says it was great talking to her and exits the Pub.

Sarah brings Rachel back to her apartment in Paris and complains about running in to Rex but says it's fine because he won't be talking to anyone in Salem anytime soon..

Kate answers her call from Rex and asks what the occasion is since he never calls her. Rex responds that he was just talking about her and asks what he's missed in Salem.
