Xander calls Sarah and she finally answers. Xander asks where she is. Sarah says she has nothing to say to him. Xander begs her not to hang up and to tell him where she is.

Ciara finishes a call with Rafe at the Brady Pub, saying she and Ben will definitely come visit David soon. She hangs up and explains to Ben that Rafe told David that Christian is his real father even though he's not sure David totally gets it. Ben worries about Christian and Orpheus not letting this go. Ciara suggests they might have to since Rafe asked Justin to file a restraining order against them and to finalize the adoption. Ben hopes they get some good news too about jobs they have been applying for. Ciara mentions hearing they are hiring at Julie's Place but they both agree that's a bad idea. Ciara jokes that she loves her grandma but doesn't want her to be her boss.

Chad and Abigail talk at Julie's Place about Gabi finding out that she's locked out of her own place. Chad is grateful for Li Shin and the board booting out Gabi and making him CEO again. Abigail says it's Chad's legacy while Stefan was just a wannabe and Gabi is just a has been.

Gabi remains in the town square in front of the Gabi Chic store. Gabi says first she loses Stefan and now she loses her business. Gabi adds that if she could do it over again, she would've never given Stefan's heart to Julie after they ripped him away from her and no one cared. Gabi cries that Stefan should be here now and that they don't deserve this. Gabi then imagines Stefan in the shop window.

Victor questions what Kristen is going to do with the knife. Kristen says it's what should've been done a long time ago. Victor tells her not to be ridiculous. Kristen argues that he stole her child and now she may never see her again. Victor tells her not to be so dramatic as they will find her daughter. Kristen doesn't believe him. Victor tells her to put the knife down but she instead stabs him in the stomach and pulls back the now bloody knife.

Ciara suggests she and Ben call it a night. Ciara talks about being frustrated about being unable to find a job, arguing that Ben was head of security at DiMera while she was a junior executive at Titan. Ben suggests they take her motorcycle up to Inspiration Point to enjoy the view. Ciara agrees and they exit the Pub.

Sarah tells Xander that he's the last person she would ever tell where she is because he let her believe Mickie was her child and would've gone on letting her believe it forever. Xander wants to hear everything she has to say but warns that right now she is not safe since everyone is looking for her because she took the baby. Sarah cries that she had no choice because she loves Mickie with all her heart and they need each other. Xander tells her that there is a solution here. Sarah tells him that he can't talk her in to bringing the baby back. Xander asks her not to hang up and swears that he can help her.

Chad tells Abigail that he finally feels free to run DiMera the way it should be without anyone else involved. They talk about Kristen trying to find her baby. Abigail says it's so sad for Eric and Sarah that their baby is dead. Chad admits he feels bad for them but reminds her they were here to celebrate. Abigail agrees to toast to Gabi being gone. Abigail goes to get them champagne while Chad decides to step out to call to check on the kids.

Gabi runs in to Brady in the town square, claiming she just saw Stefan. Brady tells her that's impossible but Gabi insists he was in the reflection of the window. Brady says he has something else to deal with as his baby has been kidnapped. Brady tells her that he has to go find Kristen and rushes off.

Sonny comes downstairs on the phone with Will, asking how it went with Maggie. Sonny is surprised to hear that Julie was there but he's glad Will showed up when he did. Sonny notes that Victor is right that if Maggie finds out she's responsible for her own granddaughter's death, it would destroy her. Sonny adds that after everything Victor's done to protect her, it would kill him too...

Kristen drops the knife and tells Victor that he got what he deserved as she calls him a heartless son of a bitch.

Ben and Ciara exit the Pub and get on Ciara's motorcycle but it won't start.

Gabi bring a rose to Stefan's grave and says maybe she saw his reflection because she misses him so much. Gabi talks about putting her body and soul in to Gabi Chic and now she's out while Chad and Abigail are gloating over her downfall. Gabi declares that she won't let this happen and she will fight this as she won't let them win. Gabi adds that she will do it for Stefan to make him proud.

Chad comes back in to Julie's Place and tells Abigail that the kids are sound asleep. They prepare to toast their champagne but Abigail gets a call from Paris, France. Abigail is confused as she is told about a baby.

Xander swears to Sarah that he can help her. Sarah questions why she would want his help after he ripped her heart out. Sarah tells him that she is the only mother that Mickie has ever known for almost a year so she doesn't care what he or anyone else says, she's not going to just hand her over to Brady and Kristen. Xander says no one knows better than him how much she loves the baby and he swears he can help her keep her. Xander tells her that he will make sure no one will ever take Mickie away from her.

Brady goes to the police station and finds Kristen in the interrogation room.

Sonny goes in to the living room but finds Victor unconscious and bleeding. Sonny calls for an ambulance.

Brady tells Kristen that he was surprised when she wasn't at the Salem Inn as he thought they agreed she needed some rest. Kristen responds that she tried but she couldn't stop thinking about their little girl. Kristen thinks they should go to Europe to help with the search. Brady knows they are desperate to get her back but they have to faith in the authorities bringing her home.

Xander tells Sarah that the police spoke to the Titan pilot so they know he took her and Mickie to London. Sarah responds that maybe she's not in London anymore. Xander tells her they are on her trail but he can help her if she tells him where she is. Sarah repeats that she doesn't want his help. Xander says she's going to need it if she wants to keep her daughter. Sarah asks how exactly he can help them. Xander tells her that he has a foolproof plan that will assure the three of them will never be found as they can disappear together forever.

Ben tells Ciara that he can get a few parts to fix the motorcycle. Ciara remembers him rebuilding it after her accident and says he knew how much it meant to her. Ciara talks about knowing he was a kind and generous person then he rescued her and saved her life. Ben hated that she got hurt but he's grateful since they wouldn't have met otherwise. They kiss and then Ciara decides to find out what garages are open near them. Ciara opens her phone and tells Ben that he's never going to believe this. Ciara informs Ben that the nearest autoshop is still open but they are also looking to hire a new mechanic which could be perfect for Ben. Ben says he does have more ambitious goals. Ciara says it won't be forever but they can't afford to keep staying at the Salem Inn without some sort of income so Ben agrees as they kiss.

Sarah tells Xander that she will never go anywhere with him after he lied to her for months. She asks how she knows he's not lying now or that the cops aren't listening on this call. Sarah questions if Xander made a deal with the police for immunity. Xander swears he hasn't done anything like that. Xander argues that he lied to her about Mickie out of love and he just wants to help her have a life with her daughter.

Brady knows how hard it is to sit and wait for news but insists the cops are on top of it so they are going to catch a break. Brady adds that he won't stop looking until they find their daughter. Brady then informs Kristen that there is some news about his grandfather. Brady says they know Xander was involved with the baby switch but it turns out that Victor was as well. Kristen thinks back to confronting Victor about it. Brady says he knows what Victor is capable of and he can't believe he would deprive them of knowing their daughter was alive and well but he has to tell her the truth. Kristen then reveals that she already knew.

Sonny watches as Kayla and a nurse get Victor set up in a hospital bed. Kayla says his blood pressure is dropping. Sonny asks what's happening. Kayla says he might have a ruptured aortic valve but she needs Sonny to leave.

Abigail finishes her call with Jeanne Marie who lived below her and Chad in Paris. Chad questions how she got her number. Abigail explains that she said she would check on their place if they wanted while they're gone so she gave her number, thinking she never would actually use it since her eye sight's not great and she was always out of it. Abigail tells Chad that she was saying something about she went to check on their place and thought maybe they were in a fight then she said she would be happy to watch their baby girl for them. Chad calls it very strange and asks if she thinks someone got a hold of their key and are using their place. Abigail says she didn't think that until now. Abigail decides she'll call Jeanne Marie back to have the landlord keep an eye on their place. Gabi walks in and says she hates to ruin their celebration but she has a bone to pick with them. Chad tells her to leave. Gabi tells them about going to her store to get some of her items but finding it locked. Gabi argues that it was her business and they have no right to do that. Chad calls it standard procedure when someone gets fired. Abigail adds that they couldn't risk her destroying inventory. Gabi calls Abigail crazy. Chad warns her to back off. Gabi calls it the calm before the storm because Abigail will crack and her alters will come out. Chad threatens to rip her tongue out if she says another word about his wife.

Ben and Ciara kiss until deciding Ben should go check out that job. Ben says they will pick up where they left off. Ciara wishes him luck as he walks off. Ciara then gets a call from Sonny, who is at the hospital with bad news that Victor has been stabbed. Ciara asks him what happened. Sonny explains that he found him at home, unconscious and bloody so now Kayla is working on him and that's all he knows. Ciara says she's on her way and rushes off. Sonny hangs up and wonders who would try to kill Victor.

Brady questions how Kristen knew about Victor. Kristen tells him that she ran in to Xander at the Salem Inn and he mentioned protecting Maggie from the truth so she just figured it out. Brady didn't think Victor screwing him over could get any worse but he allowed them to grieve knowing their little girl was alive in Salem. Brady is surprised Kristen is here instead of going to confront him herself. Kristen says the woman she used to be would've shown Victor no mercy. Brady says he knows she's not that woman anymore so he's proud of her for not engaging with that miserable old bastard. Kristen decides she doesn't have any energy for this and she just wants Rachel back. Brady promises they will get her back and they will have a long happy life raising their little girl. Brady decides to go check with the cops for any information on Sarah.

Xander reminds Sarah of his wedding vows where he told her that her love made him a better man but he still wasn't perfect and did bad things like lying to her. Xander swears he did it for the right reasons as he couldn't have her suffer knowing the truth. Xander still wants them to be a family. Sarah calls that impossible. Xander tells her to think back to the early days with the baby. Xander says he was there for all of it and wants to be there for the rest of it. He argues that it is possible for them to be a family because they already are one. Sarah cries that she doesn't know. Xander asks where she is and says he'll come get her so no one will find out. Sarah questions if he's honestly telling her that no one will ever find them. Xander assures they will have a good, happy life together and they can raise their daughter together like a perfect family. Xander tells her that all she has to do is say yes.

Gabi guesses she hit a nerve by reminding Chad that his wife is a wackjob. Chad tells her to get out of his sight. Gabi asks if he's going to let her in to her store. Chad agrees to let her collect her things as long as she finds a new place to live. Gabi questions why she should do that when her husband owned that house so they should find a new place to live. Gabi reminds them that she's allowing them to live there because she doesn't want to uproot their children. Gabi argues that they should be thanking her for the great success that Gabi Chic is. Gabi then reveals that she is suing DiMera for wrongful termination. Chad warns her to get out. Gabi says she's more sick of them than they are of her. Gabi tells them to enjoy their celebration and walks out.

Ciara goes to the hospital and asks Sonny for the latest. Sonny informs her that Kayla and her team are working on him and that Kayla will give an update when she can. Ciara finds out which room is Victor's and runs that way despite Sonny trying to stop her.

Brady returns to the interrogation room to inform Kristen that they found some footage of the Titan jet landing so hopefully there will be a lead as to where Sarah went. Brady encourages that they are getting close. Kristen wants to find out immediately to Europe so when they find their daughter, they will be right there for her. Brady gets a call from Sonny, assuming he's checking for news on Rachel. Sonny responds that he actually has some news for him about Victor.

Xander tells Sarah that he has every detail planned out as far as what to do. Xander asks her where she is. Sarah questions if they are just going to fly away. Xander says he will handle the logistics and arrange them new identities, insisting he can make this happen. Sarah says that's the problem, she knows exactly what he's capable of. Sarah tells him that she's sorry but she can't trust him so she hangs up. Xander tries calling her back but it goes to voicemail.

Sarah tells Rachel that they have to do this on her own. She's not sure what their next step is but all she knows is that she's never going to let anyone take her away from her.

Ciara enters Victor's hospital room and tells him that she's there. Ciara doesn't know who would do this to him but she also knows no one is as tough as him so he'll be okay. Ciara cries that he has to be okay because she doesn't know what the family would do without him. Kayla returns to the room so Ciara asks if he's going to pull through.

Brady tells Sonny to keep him posted and hangs up. Brady then turns to Kristen and tells her that Victor has been stabbed.

Gabi returns to Stefan's grave and says she just saw Chad and Abigail gloating over her being fired and Chad being named CEO. Gabi cries that it should be Stefan running DiMera. Gabi says they are going to get what they deserve because they should know by now to never cross a woman like her. Gabi declares they will learn the hard way and she wishes Stefan was there to enjoy it with her. Gabi says she's doing it for the both of them and when she's done, Chad and Abigail will get what they deserve.

Chad and Abigail go home to the DiMera Mansion. Chad makes a call to Li about Gabi planning to sue for wrongful termination but he hangs up. Abigail turns around and drops her drink as she imagines Chad as Ben being the necktie killer. Chad then asks if she's okay.

Ben goes to the auto shop garage to ask for a job but the owner turns out to look exactly like Stefan DiMera.
