Ben goes to the police station to turn himself in while Ciara questions what he's doing. Ben says they need to know the truth that Ciara only helped him get away because he made her do it.

Gabi cries that it's easy for Sonny to tell her to take the deal when he won't have to live a decade in a living Hell so she tells him to shut up. Sonny reminds her that the district attorney said she doesn't have much time to make the decision. Gabi declares that she doesn't need time because she knows what she's going to do so Sonny asks what she's going to do. Gabi states that 10 years is a long time but she has no choice. Sonny adds that she doesn't want to face a judge and jury because everyone knows what she tried to do to Julie. Gabi wonders what she was thinking. Sonny says she wasn't thinking about Arianna. Gabi cries about Arianna having to deal with two parents in prison for the rest of her life. Sonny hugs her as she breaks down crying.

Victor says he will pull whatever strings he has to in order to get Will out sooner and he'll see that Arianna never wants for anything. Victor pleads with Will not to tell Maggie what he knows. Victor says that God saw fit to take that memory from her that night so he prays that she never remembers. Will acknowledges that Victor is a powerful man but he doesn't have any control over what goes on in Maggie's mind. Will asks what he's going to do if Maggie recovers the memory on her own.

Maggie goes to the hospital. Sarah and Eric take Mickie to see the oncologist while Maggie joins Xander. Xander asks Maggie how Will is. Maggie says he's fine but thinks back to Will talking to her about the night of the accident and if she got behind the wheel that night. Xander asks if she's alright which starts to trigger memories of Xander asking if she was alright after the accident. Xander tells Maggie that she's starting to worry him and asks her to talk to him. Maggie responds that she would tell him if she understood it herself.

Eric and Sarah get the results to find out who the match is. Sarah opens the envelope and tells Eric that he's never going to believe this.

District Attorney James Giddens orders Rafe to handcuff Ben. Ciara argues that Ben didn't force her to help him. Ben says he came back so they wouldn't take it out on her. James wants Ben transferred to Statesville as soon as possible, reminding him that his execution is back on the calendar.

Victor tells Will that Maggie was so drunk that she has no recollection of that night at all so telling her that she killed Adrienne would destroy her and many other lives. Will asks if he means his and Xander's lives. Victor knows what he's asking of him but promises to make it up to him. Will tells him he's agonized over what this will do to Maggie but he has a life too, a kid he never sees, and Sonny is moving on with another man. Will argues that they are only getting divorced because Sonny still thinks he killed his mother. Victor repeats that he will do what he can to get him out but asks him to put his own feelings aside and keep his mouth shut until he does. Victor asks him to think of Maggie. Will tells him he better work fast because he hates being in here but he agrees to keep quiet and they shake hands.

Xander asks if Maggie is feeling sick. Maggie says she just had deja vu. Xander says it seems to have really shaken her up as he sits her down and goes to get her some water. Maggie flashes back to Xander checking on her after the car accident. Xander comes back with water. Maggie then tells Xander that she remembered him checking on her and asking where Sarah was.

Sonny knows Gabi and Will are worried about Arianna but says they can count on him because he loves her so much and will take care of her. Gabi wonders if she should take her chances and fight this court. Sonny tells her to start facing reality that she can't get around this because the jury will find her guilty and she could go away longer than 10 years. Sonny promises to take Arianna to see her every chance he gets. Gabi cries that Arianna won't want to see her because she's old enough to know she's a terrible person. Sonny encourages that Arianna loves her. Gabi cries that she screwed things up so badly and asks what's wrong with her.

Rafe finishes a call and informs Ben that there is a van at the courthouse ready to take him back to Statesville. Ciara asks for a moment alone with Ben because it may be the last time she ever gets to see him. Rafe gives her one minute and warns Ben not to try anything as he steps away. Ciara questions why Ben came back. Ben says he had to because they were going to throw the book at her. Ciara argues that they are going to execute him next week. Ben responds that if he can't have her in his life then his life is not worth it. Ben thanks her for always believing in him and for everything she tried to do. Ciara insits that she won't stop as she has one week to find David's father and she won't give up on it. Ciara cries that she won't lose him without a fight. Rafe comes back and says the minute is up. Ciara kisses Ben goodbye as Rafe then drags Ben away.

Maggie asks Xander if he remembers asking her about Sarah and his voice sounding panicked. Maggie asks if it was a dream or if it happened. Sarah and Eric return with baby Mickie so Xander asks who the match for Mackenzie is. Xander guesses it was Tate but Sarah and Eric reveal that it was not Tate or Theresa. Xander is surprised and asks who it was then...

Xander and Maggie go back home to the Kiriakis Mansion and put Mackenzie to sleep. Xander says it's her usual nap time hour. Xander asks how Eric and Sarah are getting along with their potential bone marrow donor. Maggie says this has to work Xander says they have hope now so they can all relax a bit. Xander asks about the dream she remembered. Maggie thinks she heard Mickie crying and decides she will go check on her. Xander suggests she go lie down herself afterwards as she heads upstairs. Xander enters the living room, surprised to see Victor is back. Xander asks if Ciara told Will the truth which Victor confirms. Victor informs him that he got there before Will could talk to Maggie, but he made it clear that he wanted to. Xander asks what will keep Will from talking. Victor states that Will loves Maggie and doesn't want to see her hurt. Xander asks if that will be enough to shut him up. Victor says he told Will they would take care of Arianna and that he'll do everything he could to get him an early release so he thinks they are pretty much covered but Xander says not quite..

Maggie goes to her bedroom and says Xander is probably right that she just remembered a dream, or a nightmare. Maggie looks over at a photo of Sarah on her dresser and has another flashback to Xander checking on her and asking where Sarah was. Maggie realizes that she was in her car and wonders why she was sleeping in her car.

Will sits in his prison cell and says he gave Victor his word so there's no point in holding on to the divorce papers anymore. Ben is brought back to the cell and jokes with Will that talking to himself is the first sign of insanity, as he should know, leaving Will surprised to see him.

Gabi tells Sonny that her mind is made up so she asks him to find the D.A. to tell him that she is going to take the deal. Gabi decides Sonny is right that 10 years is the best she can hope for. Sonny goes to leave but Sarah and Eric arrive, announcing that they just got word that there's a bone marrow match and that the donor is here. Sonny asks if it's him but Sarah says no, revealing that the match is Gabi.

Will jokes that Ben must've missed the prison. Will guesses that Ben got caught. Ben explains that he did but he got away and then turned himself in. Will questions why since he's innocent. Ben tells him it was because of Ciara.

Rafe warns Ciara that she's lucky that Ben turned himself in so the D.A. won't pursure any charges against her. Ciara tells Rafe that the man she loves may be executed next week for a crime he didn't even commit. Rafe reminds her that the jury didn't agree and he lost three appeals. Rafe tells Ciara that it's time to face reality. Ciara asks if she's just supposed to call it a lost cause and say she did her best. Ciara cries that Ben has one week left to live so she needs Rafe's help in saving him. Rafe responds that even if he was willing to help, there's not a single lead. Ciara tells Rafe about her theory that the person who killed Jordan is David's father.

Gabi questions her bone marrow being a match for Eric and Sarah's baby. Sonny can't believe it and calls it incredible. Eric calls it a miracle. Sonny didn't even know Gabi got tested. Gabi says it was the day of the wedding when she was with Abigail. Gabi calls this amazing. Sonny is sure they have a lot to talk about so he's going to go home to check on Arianna. Sonny tells Gabi that he's here for her no matter what as he exits. Eric and Sarah tell Gabi that they have no words right now. Sarah tells Gabi that she's the one person in the entire world who could save their baby's life.

Xander tells Victor that Maggie was starting to have memories of the accident at the hospital. Xander says he told her it was just a nightmare. Victor remarks that it's going to be their nightmare if she remembers anything else. Victor guesses it was triggered by her visit with Will. Xander hopes Maggie will get some rest and calm down then that will be the end of it.

Maggie lays in bed continuing her flashback of the night of the accident and Xander asking her where Sarah was then questioning why she got so drunk when she was supposed to be taking Sarah to the hospital to have her baby.

Ben tells Will about how Ciara knocked Rafe out and told him to run so he did then he started thinking that Rafe would take Ciara to the police station and charge her. Ben says he couldn't let that happen to her so he turned himself in. Will asks what happens to him now. Ben guesses they'll be moving him to death row soon as he's all out of appeals. Ben notes that Ciara won't give up but she knows he's running out of time. Will knows Ciara is stubborn and tells Ben not to underestimate her. Ben brings up that Ciara has her own theory about who really murdered Jordan.

Rafe tells Ciara that he worked his butt off trying to find David's father when he started the adoption proceedings so he could sign over his rights but he couldn't find him anywhere. Ciara says that doesn't mean he didn't kill Jordan. Rafe says he was gnoe the minute he found out Jordan was pregnant so he wanted nothing to do with her. Ciara asks if Jordan ever talked about him. Rafe says she would never say much about him as he meant nothing to her. Ciara argues that things could've been really bad between them. Rafe points out there is no evidence that he was in Salem the night Jordan was murdered. Ciara argues that the entire case against Ben has been based on DNA evidence which can be misinterpreted. Rafe argues that if the killer was someone other than Ben, he must have been wearing a hazmat suit because Ben's DNA was the only DNA found on Jordan's body other than David's. Ciara brings up that her father used to say assumptions are the mother of all mistakes so what if the assumption of David's DNA on Jordan was really David's father's.

Sarah asks Gabi if she wants her to explain the process of harvesting the bone marrow. Gabi isn't sure what to do next, pointing out that she's handcuffed. Eric is sure he can go to the police about the situation and they can find a way to allow Gabi to donate. Sarah suggests starting with Rafe. They say they'll do that and keep her updated but Gabi stops them and points out that she hasn't said she would do it..

Rafe explains to Ciara that every human gets 50% of their DNA from each parent so it's impossible that David's DNA is an identical match for his father. Ciara argues that there had to have been a ton of similarities and asks if it's possible that the forensics team made a mistake. Rafe confirms they tested David and it was his DNA. Ciara asks what if Jordan was with David and his father the night she was killed and asks if the techs could've missed that. Rafe supposes anything is possible and agrees to check the case file.

Will questions the person who killed Jordan being David's father and if there's any evidence. Ben says no but Rafe said Jordan told him more than once that she didn't want David's father anywhere near her or David as they had major problems that she would never talk about. Will notes no one ever being able to track him down. Ben says the only reason his DNA was found on Jordan is because he found her and tried to revive her. Will says it sounds like a long shot but it's not nothing. Ben calls it his only hope of getting out of her alive. Ben then questions what the hell Will is still doing in here as he thought he would be a free man by now. Will responds that he should be but Maggie was so wasted the night of the accident that she doesn't even remember she caused it. Will adds that Maggie came to see him today and he didn't tell her because then she'd have to deal with the fact that she killed Sonny's mom. Will explains that he was trying to figure out what to do then Victor arrived and convinced him that the truth would kill Maggie. Ben argues that Victor says whatever is best for Victor in order to keep him quiet. Ben tells Will that he can't stay in here forever and he needs to call Sonny to tell him. Will complains that he can't because he gave Victor his word that he would help protect Maggie. Will calls Maggie the nicest person in the world and agrees that the truth would kill her so he promised Victor that he wouldn't say anything.

Victor tells Xander that if Maggie stays in the dark and if Will keeps his mouth shut, they should be okay. Xander worries that's a lot of ifs. Victor hopes his meeting with Will was not in vain. Sonny then walks in, questioning why Victor went to see Will. Victor says he wanted to find out what was holding up the divorce papers so that Sonny can get on with his life. Sonny thanks him for trying to help but says he's already been to see Will and told him the same thing. Victor hopes it will all get straightened out so Sonny can move on with his life. Sonny notes that he has to go talk to Arianna about Gabi which he's dreading. Xander remarks that at least he can say Gabi is a hero which Victor questions. Xander reveals to Victor that Gabi is the DNA match for Mackenzie who can save her life. Victor questions how that can be. Sonny confirms that he was at the station when Eric and Sarah came to tell her the news. Sonny calls it an absolute miracle so at least one good thing came out of today. Sonny then exits. Victor remarks that Sonny's life would be a lot better if he knew that Will was innocent. Victor declares that he loves Sonny but he has to do what he has to do to protect Maggie.

Maggie's flashback continues of Xander calling Victor about her car accident. Maggie begins to panic that she was drunk and had a blackout.

Sarah questions Gabi not wanting to do this while Eric argues that she got tested and knew she could be a match. Sarah asks if Gabi wants to save Mickie's life. James walks in and says that Sonny told him Gabi wants to take the deal but Gabi replies that he can now take his deal and shove it.

Ben argues that they are talking about Will's life and he can't just throw it away. Will hears what he's saying but says they should be thinking about Ben. Will wishes he could help track down David's father. Ben says even if Ciara finds him, they have no evidence and they don't even know if the guy's alive.

Rafe checks on the CIA profile in case there is anything to Ciara's theory. Rafe checks the DNA and sees that Ben's and Jordan's are an absolute match but there are slight differences in David's. Ciara says that could be David's father's DNA. Rafe says they can't know for sure without testing him. Ciara argues that there has to be something he can do with this. Rafe responds that there is, but it's a long shot. Rafe says entering this in a federal database might allow them to identify David's father but repeats that it's a long shot. Ciara says it could be Ben's only chance.

Gabi tells James that there is no deal. James warns that she's making a big mistake and storms out. Eric questions what just happened. Sarah asks why she didn't tell him about Mackenzie and how she can save her life. Sarah argues that Gabi has a daughter. Gabi responds that she's never going to leave her again. Gabi states that Eric knows what prison is like so she's never going back there again. Eric points out these are serious charges. Gabi declares that Eric and Sarah will make the charges disappear if they want her bone marrow to save their sick baby.

Will tells Ben that if he was at the paper, he could help Ciara by digging up dirt. Ben says he knew what he was getting in to by walking in to the police station today. Will doesn't want to give up. Ben thinks they should be talking about getting Will out of here instead of him. Will tells him that part of the deal with Victor is that he would pull some strings to get him out early. Ben argues that Will knows Maggie caused the accident. Will asks what he's supposed to do. Ben asks what Maggie would think of Victor guilting him in to staying in prison. Ben says she wouldn't allow it so he shouldn't either. Will responds that he's not just doing what Victor wants as he doesn't want Maggie to find out either. Ben remarks that Victor winning is bull since Will deserves to be with Sonny and Arianna.

Xander tells Victor that looking out for Maggie is the right thing to do while Sonny will get over Will like he has before. Victor knows there's no way Sonny could stay married to the man who killed his mother. Maggie then walks in and says "Except Will didn't kill Adrienne, did he?"
