The Bold & The Beautiful Update Thursday 12/12/19

Steffy asks if Ridge is sure about getting a divorce. Ridge is sure that he will always love Brooke and he is also sure that he cannot be with her anymore. Ridge understands that Brooke cannot get over what Thomas did. He cannot give up his son. Steffy is sorry that Thomas did this to him.

Thomas asks if Hope can give him a chance. He wants to work together. He wants to design for her. Hope cannot think right now. She really needs to get home to Brooke. Thomas has plenty of designs ready to go. He wants to help her. With his talent and her vision they cannot lose.

Wyatt says that Sally called him Liam. Liam thinks that people say wrong names all the time. Wyatt thinks it is odd for her to call out an ex-crush. He knows that Hope wouldn’t feel great with him calling her Steffy. Liam thinks that they are not chasing because they are engaged. Wyatt thinks that they are cautiously engaged. Sally knows that he was unhappy and that slip up caused a lot of damage. Liam thinks that Thomas is involved in everything they do now. Thomas is clearly up to no good and that is what is going on.

Ridge thinks that Thomas is hurting. Steffy thinks he is obsessing. Steffy thinks it is nice to see him back at work designing and not being crazy. Ridge explains that Thomas had a good idea for a fashion showdown. Her new line up against Hope for the Future. Steffy thinks it is odd that he wants Hope to work with him. Steffy asks if he is doing this in order to work on a line or because he wants to drive a wedge with Liam.

Liam thinks that parenting is hard enough but he wants to monopolize all her time at the office. Liam thinks that Thomas might get exactly what he wants.

Hope wonders when the show down might happen. Thomas is not sure but that is why they need to collab. Thomas wants to help her. He wants to prove that he changed. He can do something positive for her. This line means a lot to her. She is proud of it and she should be. Thomas needs her to say that she will work with him.

Steffy thinks that this should be about the work. It is about getting Hope. That is his motive. Steffy is Co-CEO. If they are considering a fashion showdown then she wants to make sure everyone is invested for the right reasons. She wants to believe that people have reformed.

Wyatt thinks that parents can be blinded. Wyatt thinks that Steffy would be a fool to trust Thomas. Liam knows that Hope has to be around Thomas because of Douglas but he has no idea why he would want to be around that manipulator.

Thomas has plenty of designs ready to go. Hope says no. She doesn’t want to work with him. Thomas thought that they were raising Douglas together. Hope loves him deeply. She is willing to interact with a man that hurt her deeply and she is willing to do that. Thomas asks if she could work with her for the sake of the line. Hope reminds him that he kept her daughter hidden. Hope respects him as a designer Their relationship is their son. Hope will find another designer. Thomas doesn’t think she will find a designer as good as him. Hope cannot forget what he did. Working with him would be impossible. She doesn’t like saying that but it is the truth and he needs to hear it.

Steffy looks at the numbers and it does make sense to only have one youth line. Ridge thinks that Thomas and her should design together. Ridge wants them to have the relationship that they used to have. Hope walks in and thinks that they can talk later. Hope heard the news about him and Brooke. She doesn’t know what to say. Ridge will always love her but they couldn’t figure it out. Hope hasn’t actually heard from her. Thomas told her. He mentioned a fashion show down. Hope does think she is ready. She asks if he is really going to let the buyers decide. Hope won’t be working with Thomas. She turned him down. She wants to relaunch her line but not with Thomas as designer.

Liam walks into the design office. Liam is here to talk with him. He needs to back off. Thomas thinks he just barged into his office. Liam tells him that working together is off the table. Thomas explains that Hope just turned him down. Liam asks if that is enough for him. He wonders if he believes that Hope wants to spend as little time with him as possible.

Ridge thinks that Thomas is one of the best in the business. Hope does agree that Thomas is one of the best designers they have but she can’t. Steffy thinks that HFTF doesn’t have a chance if it doesn’t have a designer. Hope will find one. Steffy would like a minute. Ridge thinks they can find some time later to finalize things. Hope really doesn’t want her to convince her to work with Thomas. Steffy says no. Steffy asks what if she talks her out of the competition altogether. Steffy thinks her line has been stalled for some time. As much as she loves a good show down she doesn’t have a designer or design. Hope took a break and some time but she still believes in it. She thinks the message is still there. Hope is ready to do this. She thinks that game is on.

Thomas is not a threat to his relationship. He is not that man anymore. He is not manipulating anymore. Thomas thinks that Hope is excited about the line. Thomas is a great designer. Thomas thinks this is a great way for him to own his craft. Liam thinks it is a great fit. Thomas is not trying to get involved with his relationship. He feels that he can help Hope. That is all he is doing. Thomas is being serious. He understands why he would be worried. He is not obsessed anymore. Liam knows that recently when he offered her custody that wasn’t about sex. Liam asks if this was him totally redeemed. Thomas thinks that he actually wants them to all get along. Liam thinks if he tries to make her feel hurt he will go after her. Thomas wants Hope to be happy. If that makes her happy that is great. Thomas thinks that Hope can have a fulfilling and happy life. That is what he wants for her. Liam cannot believe him. There is some angle he is working. He will never let him hurt Hope again.
