The Bold & The Beautiful Update Tuesday 11/26/19

Steffy looks over some work papers. Thomas walks in and hears that she was looking for him. He asks how she has been. Steffy asks where he has been. Thomas explains that he was with Hope just now. It was very revealing. Steffy asks if Hope is alright. Thomas is not obsessed with her. He is confident that Hope is seeing him differently now.

Hope smiles as she watches Douglas sleep.

Ridge cannot believe that her and Hope were standing in the living room lying about where Thomas was. Ridge asks what he was supposed to do. She should have been honest with her. She owed him that. She owed his son that.

Steffy asks what he means that Hope knows things now. Liam explains that Hope now knows what it means to keep a dark secret.

Hope rubs Douglas’ head He wakes up and smiles at her. Hope kisses him.

Brooke knows how it seems but they were going to tell the truth. It all happened so fast. They needed time to think. Ridge thinks that she did find time to tell him that she wasn’t dead. Ridge thinks that she could have told the truth. Brooke thinks the important thing is that Thomas is well. Brooke thinks that she wouldn’t wish harm upon Thomas. Ridge thinks he shouldn’t know if he should believe her if she is even being honest with herself right now.

Steffy cannot believe this. Steffy wonders if he is alright. Thomas has survived worse considering what happened with Brooke. He could have pressed charges. He was hoping that Brooke would see that he could be forgiving. Steffy doesn’t understand why he would make Hope thinks that he was dead. Thomas thinks that Hope finally realized that good people make bad choices. It just means they are human. Steffy guesses that he showed Hope that he is not a monster.

Hope didn’t mean to wake him. Douglas had a dream. He had a secret. He admits that sometimes that he takes to Caroline in heaven. He wishes that Beth was his sister and that he could have a puppy. Hope doesn’t know about the puppy but Beth is already like a sister. She explains that he will be spending more time here. Douglas is so happy to be back here with her. Hope is happy that she will always be a part of his life.

Brooke is being honest with her and herself. She would never wish harm on Thomas. She caused the worst pain that Hope has ever had. Ridge thinks that Thomas was going to tell Steffy. Ridge asks if she has a good reason. Brooke thinks that they were in shock. Brooke was happy that Thomas was alive. Brooke didn’t want her to go to jail over an accident. Ridge thinks she could have trusted him. She lies to him though. Ridge loves her so much. Ridge asks about Broke. The ring came off and now she keeps this horrible secret from her. Ridge doesn’t recognize her. He asks where Logan is. He wonders where his beautiful wife is.

Steffy doesn’t understand how making Hope think he was dead makes her love him. Thomas thinks that it made her open her eyes. Thomas realizes he went about it in an unconventional way. All that matters if that he will be focused on Douglas. Steffy thinks that he is under the impression that there is a chance with Hope. Thomas thinks it also means that there is a chance with Liam too.

Brooke is right here. The woman who fell in love with him. Ridge thinks that she doesn’t think that they can care for a little boy. Brooke thinks that Thomas has problems. She has caused so many scandals over the years. People forgave her. Ridge thinks they always found their way back to one another. He is not ok with this. Ridge knows that Thomas has issues. He is trying to make him a better person and father. Ridge needs her help here. He needs her to stand with him. Ridge thinks all she does is tell him what to do. She keeps secrets and doesn’t recognize her anymore. He cannot look at her the same way again. Brooke doesn’t think that he can mean that. Brooke doesn’t think it will ever be over for them. Ridge thinks that every great book has a chapter that no one wants to finish. Brooke tells Ridge that she will always be his Logan. Ridge tells Brooke that they are done.

Douglas asks if she can stay here until he falls asleep. Hope promises that she will. Thomas walks in and asks how his big guy is. Thomas tells Douglas that they have news to share. Hope explains that they want Douglas to have the best life possible. Thomas tells him that they are both his actual parents now. Hope says that they are going to keep Caroline alive by talking about her but they are a real family.

Ridge remembers the first time he saw her. Brooke asks why. Ridge needs to remember her that way. He needs to remember who they were to each other. The way that they concurred the world. The way that they loved one another over and over again. He asks if he can hold her. He hugs her as Brooke starts to cry. Ridge will love her forever. He cannot change that. He kisses her. Ridge says goodbye. He walks away from her and out the front door. Brooke sits down and sobs.
