Ridge and Eric look at models in designs in the CEO office. Eric thinks that they are fresh and elegant. Ridge thinks that this is Thomas’ work. Ridge thinks that this is inspired. Ridge is proud of Thomas for everything he is doing here and with Douglas.

Thomas asks if Douglas likes staying here. Douglas misses Hope. Thomas tells Douglas to call Hope and they can make a special evening of things. Steffy shows up and asks how her favorite nephew is. Douglas asks where Kelly is. Steffy says she is at home with Amelia. Thomas suggests that Douglas go upstairs and give Hope a call. He can tell her what they have been planning.

Liam asks if it is a mistake to accept Bill’s offer. Liam thinks that they are two different people. Liam thinks that she has not said a word that he has said. Hope has been just been thinking about Douglas and Thomas.

Ridge thanks the models. Eric is impressed with how Thomas is turning his life around. He thinks he is doing a good job and getting their life back together. Eric hopes that this is not permanent with Brooke. Ridge thinks that there is a lot of healing but it should be ok.

Steffy asks if he is really planning another night with Hope. Thomas thinks that Hope did some research. She found out that the existing parent can maintain their right so long as the adopting parent agrees to it. Steffy cannot believe he is still considering giving Hope custody.

Liam thinks that if she honestly expects Thomas to change his mind. Hope gets a call from Douglas. She says hi. Douglas misses her. Hope misses him too. Hope tells Douglas that seeing him is up to his father. She begs her to let him come. Hope would do anything for him. She loves him. Douglas loves her too. He says goodbye.

Charlie asks Ridge if he has a second. Someone fixed things and they are pickling things as they speak. They will be purring very soon. They are cleaning them with hydrochloric acid.

Thomas knows that a lot has to be decided. Steffy knows what Thomas told her but he is giving up every right to his son. Thomas knows what he is doing. Steffy asks if Hope knows what she is doing. Her attachment seems obsessive. She gets that Hope gave him a loving and stable home. She cannot believe that she is still trying to get custody. Douglas walks back downstairs. She wants to see them. Thomas thinks that is great. They should spend as much time as they need together.

Liam guesses that she is seeing Thomas and Douglas. Liam cannot wrap his head around this. He is not upset with her. He is just concerned. Hope doesn’t like spending time with him either. She just needs to free Douglas of Thomas. Liam thinks that it sounds like there is no length to what she would do. Liam thinks that what he wants and always has wanted is what concerns him. Hope knows Thomas better than anyone. Hope needs to get Douglas and she will not rest until she does.

Steffy has to get going. Amelia has a big date tonight. Steffy knows that Douglas loves Hope a lot. Douglas loves her a lot. Douglas hugs Steffy. Thomas thinks they will come to an understanding. Steffy needs him to hear her. He is Douglas’ father. He needs to think long and hard about this. Shared custody… He will regret it. Thomas appreciates her advice but he knows what he is doing.

Ridge tells Jake to stop. Ridge is just concerned about having dangerous chemicals inside this building. They have nothing to worry about. Charlie tells him to come down and look at things. Ridge needs them to make sure that accidents don’t happen.

Liam knows that Hope is coming from a place of love but he doesn’t like that she is having to hang out with Thomas all the time. Hope gets a call from Thomas. He wanted to check on the fact that they just saw each other. It would mean a lot of them if they could get together again. Thomas tells her to bring the custody papers. Hope asks where he wants to meet. Hope thinks the office would be a good place. They wouldn’t be interrupted there. It would be after hours. Thomas guesses it be a big night for all of them. Hope will see him soon.

Ridge asks why there is so much of it. Jake promises that once this is done it will be so much better. Charlie explains that they have warning signs everywhere. Jake has been washing these washers go on. Ridge needs this gone as soon as possible. Jakes shows him the washer after. Nothing bad will happen.

Douglas asks how much longer until Hope gets here. Thomas thinks it will be any moment. Thomas needs him to tell Hope how much he wants to be with her. Hope shows up. She thinks that is a hug. Douglas is so happy she is here. Thomas thanks her for coming. They are both excited to see her. Hope asks what this is. Thomas had dinner made for them. Douglas says they are having spaghetti. Hope loves that. Thomas thinks that this is what he always wanted. Thomas asks if she brought the papers. Hope loves Douglas. She is so special and he has such a special place in her heart. Hope wants what is best for him. She wants him to have the family that he deserves. She wants to give him that starting tonight.
