The Bold & The Beautiful Update Friday 1/18/19

Liam tells Wyatt that Brooke thanks him for coming over. She is worried that Hope is going to hide from everyone. She is struggling very hard right now. Liam thinks until she heals they need to take their ideas from Hope. Wyatt says that Sally is in the other room with Hope. Sally had an idea and got her a puppy. Wyatt thought it was a bad idea too. Wyatt wonders if he is wrong though. It might be what she needs.

Sally thought that it would help. Hope lost her little girl. She will never be able to watch her grow up. As if this will get her replaced. Sally didn’t want to replace her child. Hope doesn’t care what she did or didn’t mean to do. Her child is gone and she is trying to give her a dog.

Will asks if Bill can come speak at his school for career day. Bill thinks that Katie is super cool and would love to hear about Katie’s job. Katie explains that their son volunteered him. Bill asks if his teacher is cute. Katie says he is adorable. Bill will do it but only if he eats his veggies. Bill thinks nothing like a carrot. Will asks how old he needs to be to get an office at Spencer. Bill thinks when the time comes he will stick him right by the bathroom. Katie thinks the fashion business is also exciting. Donna points out you get to work with models. Will asks if Katie loves Bill.

Sally knows she has blown it. She thought that a puppy… She thinks that animals can help heal. It was like when she was younger and she was dropped off at her grandmothers. She kept to herself in her room until her grandmother was given a sweet little puppy. A puppy didn’t make everything ok because it didn’t. Hope doesn’t think she gets it. Sally is trying to explain to her. Hope is sorry that her parents abandoned her. She is glad a puppy got her through a tough time but this is nothing a like. She had Beth living inside her. When she finally got to meet her she was gone. She will never get to see or hold her and no puppy is going to change that. She needs her to leave. She cannot look at it anymore. Sally walks out and Wyatt says they were going to come in and check. Sally starts sobbing.

Hope sobs on her bed while she holds the picture of Beth.

Bill asks if they are having cookies and cream ice cream. Will thinks that this is his favorite flavor. Will wants to own a lot of ice cream stores to make a lot of money. Bill reminds him that family is more important than money. Will listens to everything he says. Katie wishes that he listened to her as well. Donna is amazed at everything Thorne does around here. She wishes she was so lucky to have a husband like her. Will thinks they are like the family they used to be.

Sally never meant to act like this. She knew this was a bad idea. She said that a puppy would replace her child. Sally just thought that the puppy could help ease the pain. Sally never expected Hope to react like that. Liam thinks this is the pain. She is trying to find answers where there are none. Their little girl is gone. Wyatt knows this is the cruelest thing that could happen. It is like an emptiest. Wyatt knows her intentions were good. Hope knows this too. He needs to go and talk with his wife. He goes into the next room.

Hope is on the bed silent. Liam sits next to her and holds her. Hope cannot believe she thought a dog could take Beth’s place.

Bill suggests a sleep over at his house tonight. Thorne thought they were going to the skate park. Will wants to do that another time. Thorne thinks that is fine.

Wyatt wonders if the dog is ok. Sally says that he is sleeping. Sally feels so foolish. She just wanted to help and she just made it worse. She wishes that she could forgive her. Wyatt doesn’t think that there is anything they can do. They all know that her heart was in the right place. Sally doesn’t think anyone deserves what Hope is going through. She just wanted to help lift some of her pain somehow. Wyatt holds her.

Liam knows she is hurting. He is too. Hope asks what is wrong with Sally. She thinks that was so insensitive. Hope is not going to let him defend her. Hope misses her child. She misses her so much. Their baby. She is gone. Liam hugs her.

Will wants to ask Bill a question. He wonders if Bill still loves Katie. Bill does. She is an incredible woman. Katie does as well. He works really hard and is very smart. He is a wonderful father to Will. Will is happy they are spending so much time together. Will thinks that Katie is the greatest mom there is. Will demands a hundred dollars. Bill never said that. Bill and Katie hug Will at the same time. Thorne looks at this.

Liam is glad they didn’t leave yet. Liam tells Sally that Hope wanted to talk again. Wyatt thinks it is better they just go and take the puppy with them. Hope is sorry about the things she said. She was just trying to be kind. She knows she was trying to be a friend. She needs the support right now. Hope is so sorry. She asks if she can forgive her. Sally doesn’t think she should say sorry for anything. She is going through a horrible time. Sally should have ran by the idea first. She knows it was a bad idea. Sally asks if she can forgive her. Hope thinks she has no idea how much she wishes she could take away her pain. They hug.
