Episode #11622 ~ Victor gives Adam unsolicited advice; Abby plays hard to get; Victoria worries about Billy.

Provided By Suzanne

Previously on "the young and the restless"...

Adam: All I want is to move as far away from genoa city as I can get.

Nick: If we meet your demands. What do you want?

Adam: Money. So I can start again somewhere else.

Victoria: You said you had three demands. What else do you want?

Adam: Tell me where I can find chelsea and connor.

Victoria: And the third request?

Adam: Christian. I want my son.

Victoria: I wonder what he wants with chelsea and connor?

Nick: Yeah, I don't care. There's no way I'm dragging her into this.

Victoria: Wait, what? You know where she is?

Abby: Would you like to go to dinner sometime?

Nate: Are you asking me out?

Lola: Let's go grab your stuff.

Kyle: Now?

Lola: Yes. I don't want to wait to start living with you.

Kyle: [ Sighs ] I know the feeling.

Lola: [ Snorts softly ] How'd you sleep?

Kyle: Not great. You snore like a buzz saw.

Lola: What? I do not!

Kyle: [ Chuckles ] No. You don'T. You even look beautiful when you sleep.

Lola: Mm. You saved it at the end, there.

Kyle: Mm-hmm.

Lola: I want to do something special for our first morning here.

Kyle: Mm.

Lola: Something that we haven't done before.

Kyle: Mm, what do you have in mind?

Victoria: Is that a triple espresso?

Billy: The breakfast of champions. You sure you don't want one?

Victoria: No, I managed to sleep last night, unlike you. You were in front of your computer all night.

Billy: Researching adam.

[ Sighs ] The truth is, everything we know about him was from before the explosion. After, who knows? I wanted to dig in, try and find out what his life was like as spider. Especially because the shooter was from vegas.

Victoria: Did you find anything?

Billy: No. And it wasn't for lack of trying. It was like the guy actually was dead.

Victoria: Yeah, well, now he's back to life with a vengeance.

Billy: What does that mean?

Victoria: The reason that adam wanted to see me and nick wasn't only to tell us that his shooter was in custody.

Billy: Of course it wasn'T.

Victoria: He had a proposition for us. We give him what he wants, and he leaves genoa city for good.

Billy: Oh, I like the sound of that. Except for him wanting something. What was it?

Victoria: Um... $500 million.

Billy: F-- is he insane?

Victoria: Well [Sighs] That's not all he wanted. He also wants to know where chelsea and connor are, and he wants custody of christian.

Billy: [ Scoffs ] Wow. Even for adam's standards, that takes cojones.

Victoria: Yeah. Well, it also proves that he doesn't want a real relationship with nicholas or me.

Billy: Of course he doesn'T. He doesn't honestly believe that you're gonna give in to his terms, does he?

Victoria: He said it with a straight face. So I think he was serious.

Billy: So, now the question becomes, what happens when he doesn't get what he wants?

Adam: Uh, come in.

Nick: I thought about what you said.

Adam: [ Sighs ] I know my requests might have seemed a little --

Nick: Those weren't requests. They were demands. And since you're so anxious to get an answer, here it is -- go to hell.

Adam: [ Sighs ]

Adam: I strongly urge you to reconsider.

Nick: This isn't a negotiation. I will never, ever give you my son.

Adam: You mean my son.

Nick: I'm christian's father in every way that counts, and I always will be. End of discussion.

Adam: Oh, I beg to differ. I think we have a lot more to discuss.

Billy: Where does adam think you're gonna get half a billion dollars?

Victoria: Out of the company.

Billy: Right. Because what's embezzlement among siblings? And nick giving up christian?

Victoria: No. No, nick would shoot adam himself before that happens.

Billy: Why would he think you would know where chelsea is? When she skipped town, she disappeared like a ghost.

Victoria: That's not exactly true.

Billy: Okay, wh-what does that mean?

Victoria: It turns out that chelsea's texted nick a couple of times. But he hasn't written her back.

Billy: Are you kidding me right now?

Victoria: Well, it's not that I have any intention of telling adam that.

Billy: Why didn't you tell me about it last night, vick?

Victoria: Because I was shocked, and I was -- I was on edge. And I knew that if I felt that way, that you probably felt --

Billy: That I would fly off the handle? Go confront him, maybe throw a few punches? That'd probably be a good guess.

Victoria: I'm serious. I see the way that he's affected you, and all of the pain and the anger that it's dredged up.

Billy: Look, I want us to be honest about everything, okay? So, yes, this has been hard. But you don't have to worry about me. History is not going to repeat itself.

[ Knock on door ]

Victor: Come in.

Nate: Is now a good time?

Victor: Yeah. Come in. Especially if you have a diagnosis.

Nate: I do. But it's not good news. That doesn't mean we can't fight this. We can.

Victor: Huh. Yeah. And we will. We will. I want to know what all the options are, no matter how experimental, okay?

[ Sighs ]

Lola: Aw, we're making our first breakfast together. You, me, café con leche. All of my favorite things.

Kyle: Mm. We could live right there forever. Just never leave.

Lola: We would run out of supplies eventually.

Kyle: Then we'll live off love.

Lola: We basically did last night. And I burnt our dinner.

Kyle: Worth it, given what we were doing instead.

Lola: If we don't focus, we're never going to eat.

Kyle: Eh. Okay. [ Claps, rubs hands ] Focused. What's on the menu?

Lola: Fruit salad and a breakfast spin on a cuban sandwich.

Kyle: Mmm! That sounds incredible. Tell me what I can do. And please say cut the fruit, 'cause that's the only thing I know how to do.

Lola: [ Chuckles ] You can cut the fruit, and I will start on the coffee.

Kyle: Phew!

[ Sighs ]

[ Sighs ] Huh. This apartment's great, but maybe we should do a few things. Add our own stamp.

Lola: I love that idea. Um... I would love to add some color. Maybe an accent wall.

Kyle: Perfect. What else?

Lola: Well, I would really love a special place to put my cookbooks since they're just staying in a box right there. How 'bout you?

Kyle: I can't think of anything right now. 'Cause everything I want is right here in front of me.

Nate: Good morning.

Abby: Hey, you.

Nate: Thought I'd, uh, swing by, see how you were doing.

Abby: Oh, it really put a damper on my typing, but other than that, your patient is stable.

Nate: I actually meant, how are you feeling? I know you got a lot going on with your family right now.

Abby: Right. Yeah. Um... thank you for asking. I am in the "compartmentalize my feelings" mode and not talk about them. It seems to be working well for me.

Nate: It also works for sociopaths.

Abby: [ Laughs ] You did not. Look, why am I gonna focus on things that I can't control? And there are too many of those things to count, so I am just trying to get through the day.

Nate: Okay. Keeping it light.

Abby: Yes. And any and all diversions are welcome.

Billy: Yes, adam is one big emotional trigger for me. I look at him, and I see delia.

Victoria: I know.

Billy: I went to the cemetery to go talk to dee a few days ago, and I told her that adam was back. And I could -- I could feel the rage start to bubble up inside of me.

Victoria: That's not good, billy.

Billy: You didn't let me get to the "but."

[ Sighs ] But I am not gonna let him dictate my life. I'm not gonna give him that power. It took me a long time to get over the anger that I had inside. It was chewing me up. And I'll be damned if I let it swallow me again. Vick, it took us a long time to get to where we are right now. And I see a big, bright, beautiful future for us. For johnny and katie. Our family being back together. And I'm not gonna let anyone ruin that. So please tell me that you believe me.

Victoria: I do. I believe you. You don't know how badly I've needed you to say that.

Billy: I'm not gonna let you down.

Adam: So it's a definite no on christian, then?

Nick: Noting about this is funny. I'm not playing with you.

Adam: What about chelsea and connor? Can you help me track them down or not?

Nick: I already told you I can'T.

Adam: Can'T...or won't? Because I feel like you're holding something back.

Nick: You don't get it. When chelsea left, she had no intention of ever coming back to town. All she left was a note and her engagement ring.

Adam: Ouch. That must have stung.

Nick: I have no idea where she went, and I haven't talked to her since she left.

Adam: She never reached out? After all you two shared and everything you've been through?

Nick: Sorry to disappoint you.

Adam: Disappointment doesn't begin to describe what I'm feeling. I've lost nearly three years of my life that I will never get back. I lost my wife and child, and you're telling me that I can't be part of christian's life.

Nick: Why are you so determined to weasel your way back into it?

Adam: Because I was living a meaningless existence with no idea of who I was. Now that my memory's back, i have a chance to be with the family I should have been with all along. To be a father to my boys.

Nick: That sounds noble. And I'll admit, what you went through was traumatic. But if you think one conversation is gonna get me to change my mind, you are wasting your breath.

Adam: Hmph. And you think I'm the heartless one.

Nick: You're damn right I do. Because I lived it. And all this talk about family... adam, you're not fooling me. 'Cause I know the only thing you care about is yourself.

Abby: I know I said any and all diversions, but I draw the line at your riddles.

Nate: You're nervous you can't solve it.

Abby: Oh, yeah. You got me. Are you sure that your degree wasn't in psychology?

Nate: Ha, ha. All right. Never mind, never mind. It's probably too tough for you.

Abby: [ Sighs ] Okay, fine. Go ahead.

Nate: Two girls were born to the same mother on the same day, month, and year, but they're not twins. How can this be?

Abby: Give me a minute.

Nate: You're stalling.

Abby: [ Sighs ] Fine. I give up.

Nate: They're not twins because they're two of three triplets.

Abby: Wow.

[ Both laugh ] That is so corny. That's like bad-dad-joke material.

Nate: I got a lot more of them locked and loaded.

Abby: [ Laughs ] But they'll have to wait, 'cause I have to get back to work.

Abby: Don't give up your day job.

Nate: So, when are you taking me on this date you promised?

Abby: I will know my schedule this afternoon. I'll text you.

Nate: Sounds good.

[ Sighs ] Looking forward to it.

Kyle: That was so good. Can I fool myself into thinking I actually helped?

Lola: You did. You were my sous-chef.

Kyle: [ Groans ] I like cooking together. And I want to learn more. You spend all your time making meals for other people. I want to be able to make you dinner when you get home.

Lola: I would love that.

Kyle: As long as you keep your expectations low. Very, very low.

[ Chuckles ] Ahh... I've got to get to work. Want me to drop you at society? Don't you have a staff meeting this morning?

Lola: We pushed it back. So I am going to hang here for a little while.

Kyle: Okay. Enjoy your morning.

[ Inhales sharply ]

[ Flutters lips ]

Nick: See, family is about caring for each other. Not blackmailing your siblings to get what you want.

Adam: I am trying to do what's best for everyone in the situation.

Nick: You think this is best for christian? Uprooting his entire life, taking him away from the only family he's known? Have you given one minute of thought to the pain and confusion it will cause this little boy?

Adam: He may not know me, but he should. Because I'm his dad.

Nick: A week ago, you were looking at him like he was an alien.

Adam: Because I didn't remember him.

Nick: Well, he doesn't remember you. See, being a good father is putting your children first. You wanting christian back, it's about you -- your ego and what you want. Getting what you feel like you're owed. Well, you know what? I don't give a damn about any of that.

Adam: You know, nick, I am sorry that you think so little of me. But at least I know where we stand. I just hope you won't come to regret the way you've handled this.

Nick: Is that a threat?

Adam: Mnh-mnh. Not at all. I'm just expressing my concern for you, brother. The way family does. We're done here.

Billy: You don't have to worry about me going rogue when it comes to adam. But we do have to figure out how we're gonna handle him. And your father. Because it's clear victor wants him back in the fold.

Victoria: [ Sighs ] Adam made it very clear that dad wants him back on top at newman, and he was more than happy to tell me about it. He wanted to provoke a reaction out of me. It took everything in me not to give him what he wanted.

Billy: Good for you. He knows how to push your buttons, vick. He loves adam more. It's egomaniacal, yet so basic.

Victoria: Not to mention delusional if he thinks that i am so threatened by him that I would embezzle half a billion dollars.

Billy: So, what's our next move?

Victoria: Adam's plan depends on dad's continued support. So I think I need to let dad know exactly what his intentions are.

Lola: It's amazing. Thank you so much.

Abby: Well, I know you like the one at the restaurant, so i thought you should have one at home. Pand I'm sure kyle will love whatever you make with it.

Lola: We actually made breakfast together this morning. Kyle wants to learn how to cook.

Abby: Wow! You guys are really diving in to the whole domestic-bliss thing. Good for you.

Lola: [ Sighs ] I've never been happier.

Abby: [ Sighs ]

Lola: I'm sorry. I'm still mad at arturo for being such a --

Abby: Hey, no need to apologize. I was heartbroken and angry, but I worked through it with a hammer and some champagne.

[ Giggles ]

Lola: Yeah, you did.

Abby: But I am over it, and I am moving on.

Lola: Okay. Good. Is it possible that someone's helping you do that? You know, I noticed that nate was at the restaurant again.

Abby: He really likes your food.

Lola: He really likes your face.

Abby: [ Laughs ] We've been talking, and, well, we may be going out on a sort-of date.

Lola: That's amazing.

Abby: Super casual, though. Okay? God knows I am not ready for anything serious.

Lola: Well, he's a good guy and a great doctor, and he's hot.

Abby: I can't deny that. He's got a lot of dad jokes. But not the dad bod.

Lola: I hear you.

Abby: [ Chuckles ] We're both starting over. So why don't we go shopping to celebrate? I can get something for my non-date -- a cute little outfit -- and you can get something for your apartment.

Lola: Let's do it. Kyle and I were actually talking about making the place our own. I'll go get my purse.

Abby: Perfect.

Billy: Bad news?

Jack: Uh, no. Just sales projections for jabot collective. Actually, they're quite good. But, uh, I got other things on my mind right now.

Billy: Jabot collective is launching in a few days. What could be possibly bigger than that?

Jack: Dina. I know you haven't been around the house for a few days, but her condition is definitely deteriorating. We had a whole episode yesterday where she was lost. She couldn't find the bathroom, didn't recognize her own house. And when traci went to help her, she got violent, smacked her hand, and then just checked out. Frankly, it scared the hell out of me. And traci. And probably the most frightened person was dina.

Billy: [ Sighs ] I'm sorry, jack.

Jack: We decided to move her to a memory-care facility.

Billy: Look, I know you wanted to keep her at home as long as possible, but maybe that's the best thing for her.

Jack: More than anything, I wanted her to stay surrounded by people who love her, who care about her, and... she doesn't even recognize us. We're not professional caregivers, and I'm not sure we can even keep her safe.

Billy: Well, then, I think -- I think that's the right thing to do. I do. You talk to ashley about it?

Jack: Yeah. She's flying in. We're all gonna handle this together.

Billy: Good. [ Sighs ] Well, it doesn't matter what's going on with the business. Family comes first. Unless, of course, adam newman is part of your family.

Jack: Wow. That's a left turn. I take it things are no better since he got back between you two?

Billy: Well, I'd like to think that I've changed for the better, and he's still the rotten apple.

Jack: O-okay, let's stop there. Where adam's concerned, let's just agree to disagree.

Billy: Yeah. Fine. We can do that. You can have your opinion. I'll have mine. But there's only one of us that can be right. That's me.

Victoria: [ Knocks ]

Victor: Come in, sweetheart.

Victoria: Daddy, I need to ask you a question, and I would appreciate a straight answer -- yes or no.

Victor: All right. Ask me the question.

Victoria: Are you bringing adam back to this company and putting him above me?

Victor: Mm... I want us all to be working together as a family.

Victoria: So. That's a yes.

Victor: Sweetheart, adam has certain strengths. And you have other strengths. And I think that you two can complement each other, you know?

Victoria: You're saying that adam is ruthless, and he's willing to get his hands dirty in ways that I'm not.

Victor: Sweetheart, as i said, he has a different set of strengths.

Victoria: I can't believe that you're telling me this. After everything I have done for this company.

[ Sighs ] After all of my accomplishments, you are asking me to take a back seat to adam again.

Victor: I wish you wouldn't view it like that.

Victoria: Well, what other way is there for me to view it? You know what really kills me, dad? I am the one that loves newman. It's in my blood, just like it's in your blood. Adam couldn't care less about this company or anyone elsE.

Victor: Now I think you're jumping to conclusions, okay? The boy just got his memory back. He's trying to figure things out.

Victoria: He made his priorities crystal clear to me and nicholas.

Victor: What priorities?

Victoria: He wants as far away from you and newman as possible.

Victor: Well, now, that's hard to believe.

Victoria: Well, believe it, dad. He is ready to hightail it out of town if we meet his demands.

Victor: What demands?

Victoria: He wants to find chelsea and connor. He wants custody of christian. That's right. And here's the kicker -- he also wants $500 million.

Victor: What?!

Victoria: Mm-hmm.

Victor: [ Chuckles ]

"The young and the restless"

will continue.

Kyle: [ Grunting ]

[ Sighs ]

[ Sighs ]

[ Sighs ]

[ Sighs ]

Jack: So, it looks like our ad buys are on target. If we hit these projections, even ashley's gonna have to admit jabot collective is a success.

Billy: Speaking of ashley, are you two gonna be able to put everything aside when she gets here?

Jack: Absolutely. Some things are more important than our personal issues -- an approach you might think about taking with adam.

Billy: Yeah, well, I feel the way I feel when it comes to adam, and I have my reasons. But I'm also not gonna let those feelings consume me. So you're gonna have to deal with me ranting and raving about adam so I can focus on what's most important.

Jack: Which is?

Billy: Victoria. Our family. She's everything.

Jack: Where are things with you two these days?

Billy: Well, she wants to have a commitment ceremony with family and friends. Just a casual party. We'll get the sentiment of a wedding without the stress and formality. No gowns, no rings, no objections.

Jack: I like the sound of this already.

Billy: Yeah. Maybe one day we'll have something a little more traditional, but right now, we're just -- we're very happy.

Jack: Official, unofficial, traditional, not, wedding, no wedding, I am thrilled to hear that you two are finding your way back to each other.

Billy: Thank you. Thank you very much. And what about you? Hm? I mean, I know you're a little gun-shy after the one that shall not be named, but are there prospects out there?

Jack: I think it's a little early for that right now.

Billy: Are you kidding me? You're a good man. You're jack abbott. The women of the world need you back out there.

Jack: Eh, I'm not so sure about that.

Billy: Oh, wow. There is someone, isn't there?

Jack: [ Stammers ] Could we please drop this subject?

Billy: We'll drop it as soon as you tell me who this mystery woman is.

Jack: What difference does it make whether I am dating or not?

Billy: Jack, I'm your brother, okay? I want you to be happy. You deserve that. So give me the juice.

Adam: Everything victoria said is true. I'm not trying to hide it. But I just spoke with nick about christian, and he shut me down, to put it nicely.

Victoria: What were you expecting him to say?

Adam: I was hoping he might be level-headed about it. But I got what I expected -- same old nick. And I assume you failed to come up with the funds I've asked for.

Victoria: Oh, the half a billion dollars? Um, you know, I-I checked all of my pockets, and I looked in the couch cushions, but...

Adam: Doesn't matter. It was an all-or-nothing deal.

Victor: Okay, that's enough. Uh, I'd like to speak to adam privately, please.

Victoria: Why? I've already told you everything you need to know.

Victor: Sweetheart, just give me a minute. Thank you.

Victoria: Why am I not surprised? Some things never change.

Victor: I was wondering when I was gonna see you again.

Adam: I've been a little busy.

Victor: Mm-hmm. I understand they apprehended your shooter. Wish you had come to tell me about that yourself. But I guess there are a lot of things you have not told me about, right?

Lola: Oh, my god.

Kyle: [ Sighs ]

Lola: What happened?

Kyle: There aren't enough screws.

[ Sighs ]

Lola: Oh, no.

Kyle: Whoever "allen" is, his wrench stinks.

Lola: So... what's it supposed to be?

Kyle: A bookcase. For your cookbooks.

Lola: Mm. Yeah, no. I-I can -- I can see it now.

Kyle: And it was supposed to be a surprise. So, surprise.

Lola: I love you so much right now.

Kyle: You love a guy who managed to put three boards together backwards?

Lola: Yep. My heart is full.

Kyle: [ Chuckles ]

Lola: I think rey left a tool kit in the closet. Hold on.

Kyle: [ Sighs ]

Lola: Two minds are better than one. Here. And now we are armed.

[ Drill whirs ]

Kyle: Ooh, we're going to war against the bookcase?

Lola: Mm. Bet your ass.

Kyle: Nobody I'd rather be in the trenches with than you.

Lola: [ Laughs ]

Jack: Until, unbeknownst to me, lauren set me up with this woman, claire, from fenmore's in chicago.

Billy: That sounds great, jack.

Jack: Yeah, it was a nice time. Then she went back to chicago, and I'm left with the realization I'm not ready to start dating again.

Billy: Is that because of what happened with the bond villain?

Jack: You can say her name.

Billy: Oh, I'd love to. Which one? Kerry? Dominique? Maybe there's a third one.

Jack: Yeah, I definitely got burned.

Billy: [ Sighs ] Yeah, you did. But we all did. So, unfortunately, we can't blame you for it.

Jack: You know what? It's time I got past all this. It is not the only reason I'm going slow on the dating scene.

Billy: Mm-hmm.

Jack: This is no time to put anything new on my plate. I want to give my mother the time and attention that she deserves, and with this launch, I couldn't be much busier at jabot.

Billy: Okay, but maybe that makes it the perfect time to have something for yourself.

Jack: Billy, billy --

Billy: Okay, I will leave it there. But I will give you one little fun fact. Genoa city, chicago -- not that far of a trip.

Victor: You know, my boy, I've been bending over backwards to unify this family, you know.

Adam: Mm-hmm.

Victor: And -- and prevailing upon your siblings to give you another chance. And this is what you do? I mean, what were you thinking?

Adam: I wanted to see how far nick and victoria would go to get rid of me.

Victor: Well, all you accomplished is to further alienate them. Where do you think they were going to get the money from? What, from my company? Steal it from me?

Adam: No, I knew victoria would never do it.

Victor: Nicholas will never give up that boy. You know that. You didn't think this through.

Adam: No, maybe not. But I am deadly serious about finding chelsea and connor. To have a fresh start with them would mean everything to me. And I'm determined to make it happen with or without nick and victoria's help.

Victor: You're talking to me, the man who has always been concerned about his family. So I understand your desire to be with your children and with your family. I do. But this is not the way to go about it.

Adam: Are you saying you have a better way?

Victoria: I told dad that adam wanted no part of newman, and that he would leave town tomorrow if we paid him off.

Nick: And?

Victoria: And then adam walked in, and he admitted it.

Nick: And what was dad's reaction?

Victoria: Eerie silence, mostly.

Nick: He didn't say anything?

Victoria: He said, "I'd like to speak to adam privately."

Nick: So he asked you to leave the room? Unbelievable.

Victoria: Well, I can guess what happened after that. He scolded adam, and then he forgave him, because dad refuses to see what's right in front of his eyes.

Nick: You know, it's like he's willfully in denial with this adam situation. Or he thinks he's gonna be able to change his mind.

Victoria: Or maybe he thinks that he can manipulate adam to do whatever he wants, and adam thinks the same of dad.

Nick: And the games go on.

Victoria: Yeah, well, they both get some sick thrill out of it, I guess. One thing is for certain -- adam's not going anywhere.

Nick: Yeah, you're right about that. He gave me some veiled threat about the christian situation. But he's not giving up. It's gonna get ugly.

Victoria: Because there's no telling how far he'll go to get what he wants.

Lola: We did it.

Kyle: We did. [ Sighs ] I would have figured it out eventually, you know.

Lola: Yeah, but you didn't have to because we make such a great team.

Kyle: Agreed. You know, cooking and diy may not be my forte, but I need you to know, I am good at some things.

[ Chuckles ]

Lola: Oh, really? Like what?

Kyle: Ipo'S.

Lola: Ipo'S.

Kyle: Initial public offerings.

Lola: No, I know what they are.

Kyle: And hockey.

Lola: Okay, so you're good at ipo's and hockey.

Kyle: I'm also a really good dresser, and can quote every line of "caddyshack."

Lola: So many talents.

Kyle: Uh... did I mention I aced my sat's?

Lola: No, you didn'T.

Jack: [ Sighs ] Lauren, it's jack. Uh, listen, I have some business that I'd like to discuss with you. I -- that is great. I'm kind of tied up the rest of today, but maybe we could get together for a drink tonight? Excellent. I'll be in touch. Thanks.

Victoria: [ Sighs ]

Billy: Hey.

Victoria: Hey.

Billy: What a pleasant surprise. Are you, uh -- are you here because things went well with victor, or --

Victoria: He is infuriating.

Billy: Right.&

Victoria: He basically admitted that he's installing adam as heir to the throne.

Billy: Are you kidding me? You have devoted your life to newman enterprises. Who does he think was running it while he was off in vegas or dubai or wherever else he was?

Victoria: But that's just it. I am reliable. I am predictable. I'm always there. Whereas adam is ruthless.

Billy: He's deranged. He's unhinged. I could keep going, but I won'T.

Victoria: I don't want to get sucked up into his and dad's schemes. I don'T. But I can't take this lying down. I won'T.

Billy: Okay. What are you gonna do?

Victoria: I am gonna show the boys my ruthless side.

Nick: Can you meet me at my place? It's about christian.

Victor: To be frank with you, I never stopped trying to find chelsea. But when she left town, she covered her tracks. Now the trail has gone cold.

Adam: Okay, then... let's heat it up again.

Victor: Yeah, it has occurred to me to devote some more resources trying to find chelsea and connor. Yeah. You know... always thought that boy belongs right here in this town with his family.

Adam: What about christian? If I decide to stay, will you help me be a father to him, too? Look, you do that for me, dad, and I'm all yours.
