Episode # 10437 ~ Christine prays for a miracle; Abby & Mariah butt heads; things grow awkward between Chelsea & Billy.

Provided By Suzanne

Reporter: Now, we came inside because it's been pouring all day in Rio.

Billy: Yeah, it makes sense now... why stitch's wife went from answering all our questions to practically slamming the door on us.

Chelsea: She was definitely tipped off.

Billy: By Kelly, of all people. I should have never told her we were going to Australia.

Chelsea: No, you shouldn't have -- amateur -- not to mention why we were going.

Billy: Well, at least we walked out of there with a potential clue -- that there's more to stitch and Kelly's connection than anyone realized.

Chelsea: You still think it's something other than an affair?

Billy: Yes, and I may be an amateur, but I know instead of standing here speculating, we should be working your angle.

Chelsea: Looking into Kelly's past.

Billy: May be the only way to figure out stitch's, and then we can go home with the dirt to bury him.

Kelly: I take it your phone call with Jenna didn't go well.

Stitch: [Scoffs] It was worse than I could have imagined. Yeah.

Kelly: I heard you say that Billy and Chelsea managed to track her down.

Stitch: And because of them, now Jenna is threatening to stop me from ever seeing max again.

Kelly: What?

Stitch: If I tell Victoria the truth about myself, I lose my son.

Kelly: I can't believe Jenna would blackmail you. What are you gonna do?

Abby: Mm! I can't believe I'm hugging you. I shouldn't even be speaking to you.

Victoria: Why not?

Abby: The stork pays you a visit, and you don't even mention it to me?

Victoria: "The stork"? Is it 1955?

Abby: Okay, you're preggers. You're with child. You are knocked up. However you want to say it, this is the most amazing news ever. I can't believe you're not skywriting it for the whole town to see.

Victoria: Well, Abby, it is a little soon, and I have had some trouble in the past.

Abby: And you want to keep it quiet. But there is nothing to worry about. Billy junior is gonna be just fine. We Abbotts have strong genes.

Victoria: [Sighs] Right.

Abby: So, how's the proud papa-to-be taking the news? I'm sure he's ecstatic.

Victoria: Actually, he's having a hard time.

Abby: Because you two are separated?

Victoria: Because another man might be the father.

Abby: Whoa. Um, okay. Well, whose little swimmers could they be? Stitch Rayburn's? Now I can see why Billy's been reeling.

Victoria: He wants so badly for this baby to be his.

Abby: Who do you want the father to be?

Christine: It's such a pretty day outside. I wish you could see it. How many days this winter did we wonder if it was ever gonna get warm, and now here it is. It's amazing how that happens. Every year, without fail, it just gets better. Paul, I need you to open your eyes. I need you to come back to me, okay? I hate this feeling. I feel helpless. I feel like I'm -- I feel like I'm underwater, and I can't breathe. And I'm trying to get to the surface, but something is holding me back. You remember with Isabella -- how she was holding me back, and you came and you saved me? And I just don't know why I can't do the same for you.

[Door opens, closes]

Todd: If only it worked that way.

Christine: [Sighs]

Jack: Find out what you can and get back to me. Thanks.

Nick: I mean, what the hell's going on in there? I don't want her to be around Austin any more than she has to be.

Jack: I just called a friend of mine -- a reporter friend at

the chronicle. Asked him to dig up what he could on Travers. Summer didn't have a thing to tell me about him when I asked her.

Nick: We talked about him a little. She said that she had fallen for him and that it was complicated.

Jack: Complicated how?

Nick: We were interrupted before she could tell me. If I had just followed through with this, maybe I could have prevented her from taking off with him.

Jack: You think you feel bad? I told her to follow her gut with this guy.

Nick: You did what?

Jack: Believe me -- I didn't think it was gonna turn into this.

Nick: Yeah, I mean, we both dropped the ball on this, Jack, but never again. We have to stop this before it gets any worse.

Austin: You're kidding, right?

Avery: There's no way that I can defend Austin.

Summer: Why not?

Avery: Because not only am I a victim in this crime -- I'm also the prosecution's star witness. They're counting on my testimony to put him away for a long time.

Christine: I'm so glad you're here.

Todd: I just -- I just spoke to him the other day about going to a brewers game.

Christine: God willing, you still will.

Todd: I just wish I'd been a compatible donor. Somebody else in the family -- any one of us would have gladly given up anything to...

Christine: It's not your fault that no one is a match to his rare blood type.

Todd: I've been asking why. What is his plan?

Christine: [Sighs] And is that what you think -- that there's a plan?

Todd: I'm sure of it.

Christine: [Voice breaking] And what if the plan is for Paul to die?

Todd: Christine.

Christine: No, really, what if we can't find a donor in time? I don't know how much longer he can hold on.

Todd: If anybody is gonna fight to survive, it's gonna be Paul. Now, he has more willpower, determination than any man I've ever known. You remember when he was framed for murder. He used all of his energy to clear his name, and what happened? He did it. He never gives up.

Christine: No, you're -- you're right. He doesn't.

Todd: So we can't give up on him. Hmm?

Christine: Yeah.

Mariah: Hey!

Noah: [Scoffs] Is that supposed to prove a point?

Mariah: Yeah -- that I can handle cleaning up the bar without a watchdog. Do you mind backing off?

Noah: Sure. I'll back off as soon as I'm satisfied that you're not working some new angle.

Mariah: Me? What about your sister? Summer just tried to leave the country with a guy who shot the chief of police. Maybe it's her you should be worried about and not me.

Summer: That's the whole problem, okay? Austin does not deserve to be locked up at all. By having his own victim defend him, you can convince the jury to free him.

Avery: Summer.

Austin: You can't ask that of her, okay? Not after what I did.

Summer: Please, my aunt is the best at what she does.

Austin: Summer, I kidnapped her. I held her at gunpoint. I-I can't believe she can stand to be in the same room as me, much less defend me.

Summer: Please -- both of you, please, okay? This has to happen. Okay, I don't want to lose you. Look, I know what everyone else thinks of you, but they don't see what I see. Okay, you were hurting, and you made a-a bad choice, but you're not a bad person.

Austin: If only I had someone like you in my life earlier.

[Door opens]

Time's up, Travers.

Summer: Okay, I'm not gonna let you go to prison. We're gonna find a way out of this, okay?

Avery: Summer.

Summer: It's gonna be fine. I promise.

Avery: Come on.

Let's go.

Avery: Summer.

Austin: Hey, what's going on? I thought you were taking me to my cell. Hey, what's going on? What are you doing?

Stitch: I don't have any choice, do I? I have to keep the truth from Victoria.

Kelly: Well, what are you saying? You're just gonna give in to Jenna? You're not gonna fight back?

Stitch: How can I fight? What leverage do I have?

Kelly: Well, you could take her to court. You know, you can fight for shared custody of max.

Stitch: [Sighs] Like any judge is gonna give me custody after what I've done. I don't know -- in some way, I can't blame Jenna for giving me an ultimatum. She wants to protect max. You would have done the same for Sam.

Kelly: To keep him from finding out his dad...is a killer? I -- yeah, I guess, absolutely.

Stitch: And that's why you need to back off, too. If you say anything to Jack about me, this whole thing will blow up, and then Jenna will go through with her threat.

Kelly: Don't put that on me. Things are tough enough for me as it is, with me getting closer to Jack and having this secret hanging over my head. You saw what it did to your relationship with Jenna. I don't want that to happen to me and Jack, too.

Stitch: Yeah, I understand.

Kelly: No, you don't understand. I'm sorry, but if Jack asks me a direct question about your past, I intend to level with him.

Stitch: Even if it costs me my little boy?

Kelly: Even if.

Stitch: Well, I guess I have one thing to be grateful for. Billy's coming home empty-handed, so the whole thing won't blow up the minute he steps off the plane.

Billy: No, that's wrong.

Chelsea: How do you know?

Billy: Because the Kelly Andrews we're looking for did not just win the world arm wrestling championship.

Chelsea: Well, is Andrews her maiden name or her married name?

Billy: That's a good question.

Chelsea: You never asked her?

Billy: Well, why would I? I mean, that's not the sort of thing you talk about in the middle of a -- [Sighs] What got me in all this trouble in the first place.

Chelsea: Do you even know where she's from?

Billy: Oh, no, okay. Now, I can answer that. She's from, uh, saint Paul. Uh, no, no, no, wait. Uh -- uh, St. Louis? Uh, it's saint something.

Chelsea: Oh, my God! Big help you are.

Billy: Come on. I-I met her at a grief-counseling group. We were talking about our kids and how much it was killing us to be without them. I could tell you stories about Sam. You know, what his favorite baseball team is, what type of bike he had. But with Kelly, I-I don't even have a clue what color her eyes are.

Chelsea: Blue.

Billy: Yeah, you see, that's about how much it mattered to me. You know, I spent one night with Kelly just to forget. I mean, with Victoria, [Chuckles] I-I could give you a whole dossier about her. It was like that from the start. I knew everything about her. You know, her eyes, her -- her hair, how she shined, you know, the space between her teeth. [Chuckles] The way her -- her nose would crinkle up like, uh, Samantha from "bewitched" when I told her a joke. And she laughed at all my jokes, you know, even the funny ones.

Chelsea: You have funny ones?

Billy: Yeah, yeah. Ha-ha. [Chuckles] Yeah, Victoria was the best audience I ever had. You -- you know what that's like, right? You're so crazy about someone, and you want to know everything about them. And you call her up on the phone before you go to bed, and you end up talking to her until the sun comes up. And you know you're gonna be exhausted for work the next day, but you don't care because that conversation changed your life, and you know what it's like to be with someone, a companion, and you take a huge sigh of relief because you know you're never gonna be alone again.

Victoria: That is not such a simple question.

Abby: Really? And here, I thought it was a rhetorical one. You've wanted a baby with Billy for so long now.

Victoria: A lot has happened to make me reconsider that.

Abby: And to make you consider stitch?

Victoria: [Sighs]

Abby: Wow. I didn't even realize he was a serious contender.

Victoria: Why wouldn't he be? He's kind, he's dependable, he's affectionate.

Abby: So is a golden retriever. But that doesn't make him good father or -- or husband material.

Victoria: At least with Ben, I don't have to worry if I'm gonna find him face up in the gutter or if he's gonna win a restaurant in a poker game.

Abby: Maybe not, but does stitch make you feel the way that Billy does? And don't try to tell me that you're over him, because you are still crazy in love with him. Aren't you?

Billy: Whoa. Hey. Wow. Uh, where -- where'd that come from? Um, we weren't even drinking this time.

Chelsea: I know. I-I don't know. That was so -- [Chuckles] I think I just got caught up in -- in what you were saying, and -- and it made me think about Adam.

Billy: Oh, so this was about Adam?

Chelsea: Well, all the things that I miss about him. I mean, I have a dossier on Adam, too, just like you have on Victoria. Apple pie was his favorite food, and blue was his favorite color.

Billy: I thought it would have been black like his heart.

Chelsea: I understand the way you feel about Adam, but he had another side to him -- a side that he didn't show to the rest of the world, a side that I fell in love with.

Billy: Okay, well, that explains where your mind was before. What about your lips?

Chelsea: What about them?

Billy: How are we gonna deal with this kiss?

Christine: You're really good at this.

Todd: What's that?

Christine: Giving people hope and comfort.

Todd: Kind of comes with the territory.

Christine: That collar doesn't say it all.

Todd: No. Of course not. But it's what I do. I'd imagine that you were a great lawyer long before you went to law school, right? It's your calling. Giving people comfort in times like this -- this is why I'm here. I just wish it was not my brother's wife that I was having to comfort this time.

Christine: I'm gonna give you a little time alone with him.

Todd: Thank you, Christine.

Christine: Okay.

[Door opens]

[Door closes]

Todd: [Exhales deeply] What have you gotten yourself into this time, little brother? You should see all these cards around here. You got a whole town pulling for you, but that's no surprise. You've always pulled for everyone else. Like you did with mom when she had her miscarriage. You -- man, you came through for her. You and your rare blood type saved her life. Hell, you saved our family. [Voice breaking] I remember Dad was so proud. He was so proud of you. I imagine he'd be very proud of you right now, one of Genoa City's finest following in his footsteps, and you've made chief of police. Wow. I know I was supposed to check my ego at the church door when I took my vows, but [Sighs] I just love bragging about you, little brother, and I want to go on bragging about you, so you have got to stick around. We can't lose you. I can't lose you.

Austin: Go ahead. Take your best shot.

Jack: No, don't. Don't.

Austin: I don't blame you for hating my guts.

Jack: Let me do you a favor, kid. You don't want to go there.

Austin: Go where?

Nick: You think you can do that -- pull this penitent crap with us?

Jack: Unlike Summer, we are under no illusions as to who you are. We're not gonna let you hurt her.

Austin: That's the last thing I ever wanted to do. I'm so sorry that I brought Summer into this, okay? I screwed up, and I should pay the consequences, but Summer shouldn't.

[Keys jingling]

You guys all set?

Jack: Yeah.

Nick: Get him out of our sight.

Summer: I realize that it's a lot to ask for you to take Austin's case, but please. It would mean so much to me. Please?

Avery: Summer, why? What is it about this guy that means so much to you? You barely know him.

Summer: Didn't you feel something special when you first met Dylan? You know, something inside of you that just told you that he's the one? You couldn't wait to see him again or touch him or be with him. That's how it was for Austin and me.

Avery: Summer, just how far did things go between you and Austin?

Summer: Far.

Victoria: Yes, okay? I still love Billy.

Abby: Great. Then problem solved.

Victoria: No. Problem not solved. Look, if this baby turns out to be Ben's, Billy's never gonna be able to live with it. He's not gonna love it like his own, no matter how much he says he will.

Abby: He would try really hard, Vicki. You have to trust him -- believe in him.

Victoria: Because he's learned from his mistakes?

Abby: Yes, and because everyone makes mistakes. I'm sure dr. Dependable has, too.

Victoria: That's his business.

Abby: Well, it could be your business if he's your baby daddy.

Victoria: Whatever Ben might have done, Billy's done worse.

Abby: How do you know that?

Victoria: I just know it, okay? I can feel it.

Abby: Well, you could be kidding yourself. How many times have we said that we're over guys like so-and-so, and then the next guy we date is exactly the same?

Victoria: Ben is different.

Abby: Well, you might want to investigate that before you make any sort of commitment.

Victoria: Unlike you.

Abby: Me? Wait -- how did I get dragged into this?

Victoria: You put Tyler's ring on your finger before you knew you couldn't trust him.

Abby: Well, thank you for reminding me.

Victoria: Mm, somehow, I think it's never far from your mind.

Abby: You know, for two smart sisters, we really do have some messed-up lives, don't we? And while your complication has yet to be born, I have a walking, talking, stalking one to worry about.

Noah: Why don't you lay off, all right? Don't -- don't talk about Summer to me.

Mariah: No, I wasn't throwing shade. I was just pointing out the double standard. You're on her side, no questions asked, but when it comes to me...

Noah: Oh, you -- you want to compare the two? Really? Summer fell for a guy and followed him to Canada.

You set out to hurt my mom.

Mariah: No, no, no. No, not to hurt her. That was never the plan. And I feel awful about it.

Noah: Don't give me that look.

Mariah: What look?

Noah: That look that she would have -- never mind.

Mariah: "She"? Oh. Were, uh -- were you two close?

Noah: You're nothing like Cassie.

Mariah: I never said I was, but I'm not a bad person, either.

Noah: [Scoffs] You know, I dated someone just like you. She almost got me thrown in jail for stolen drug money.

Mariah: Oh, this girl must have broken your heart.

Noah: Yeah, well, just know this -- you're not gonna get the chance to break any around here.

Nick: What's going on?

Summer: Um, Avery and I were just --

Avery: We're just finishing up.

Nick: Okay, well, then let's get you out of here. You've been here long enough.

Jack: Yeah, come on. I'll take you home. You can recuperate. We can pamper you.

Summer: Yeah, I don't need a babysitter. That's for both of you.

Avery: You know what? You can come home with me. I'll make you something to eat.

Summer: Yeah, I'm kind of hungry.

Avery: Yeah, it's settled.

Jack: Okay, yeah.

Nick: Sure.

Jack: I'm fine with that. Um, is it all right to ask for a hug?

Summer: Of course.

Jack: Love you.

Summer: Love you.

Nick: Love you, Supergirl.

Summer: I love you, too.

Avery: So, from your comment about Austin, I take it that the two of you...

Summer: Yeah, we made love. Yeah.

Avery: And it was your first time.

Summer: [Sighs]

Christine: Oh. Oh, Todd, this is one of Paul's doctors, Ben Rayburn. This is my brother-in-law, Father Todd Williams.

Todd: Hi.

Stitch: Father Todd.

Todd: Thank you for everything that you're doing for Paul.

Christine: He is more than a good doctor. He's a really sweet man. He brought me a coffee from Crimson Lights. It was really thoughtful. Thank you.

Todd: Well, I will remember you in my prayers.

Stitch: Thanks.

Todd: So, what's the word on the, uh, donor situation? Anything new?

Stitch: Nothing new, I'm afraid, but Paul is very high on the waiting list.

Christine: You know, I'm -- I'm gonna head back in there.

Todd: That's all right. I'd like to talk to the doc for a second.

Christine: Okay.

Stitch: Sure.

Christine: Thank you.

Todd: Is there something you're not telling us?

Stitch: Not at all. Why would you ask?

Todd: You just seem troubled by something.

Stitch: [Chuckles] "Troubled." [Chuckles] My mom always used to say that.

Todd: Was she right?

Stitch: Almost always, but what's got me troubled today has nothing to do with Paul. It's personal.

Todd: Oh, well, lucky you. Handling personal problems is what I do.

Stitch: Thanks, father, but I'm not -- I'm not really a religious guy.

Todd: Oh, you don't have to be religious for just a little bit of guidance.

Stitch: I was an altar boy once upon a time... but a lot's changed since then.

Todd: Some things never change. Confession is always good for the soul. You want to talk about it?

Chelsea: There's nothing to deal with. I just lost my head for a second and kissed you. Let's just forget about it. I'm -- I'm embarrassed enough as it is.

Billy: Embarrassed about what? I don't even know what you're talking about.

Chelsea: Thank you. So, should we get back to it?

Billy: Get back to what? Oh. Yeah. The, uh, search. Of course.

Chelsea: So, um, do any of these Kelly Andrews look like the right one?

Billy: [Clears throat] Um, no. Not -- [Chuckles] No, not on your life. She'd never be married to a guy named -- dean. I just remembered. Her husband's name is dean.

Chelsea: Great. "Kelly and dean Andrews." Let's see if we get a hit.

[Keyboard clacking]

Billy: Yeah, wait, wait. Right there. No, the one being honored at the elementary school.

Chelsea: Are you sure?

Billy: Yeah. Yeah, no, no. She was a teacher, and that's in St. Louis. That's got to be her. Click on that. No. No, no, no, no. I-I don't want to see that.

Billy: I-I can't do this.

Chelsea: That's Kelly's son? The one who...

Billy: I-I really can't read this, all right? I don't care what kind of clues we might find. If I knew somebody was going through Delia's site, I just...

Chelsea: It's gone. It's gone. So what now? Are you gonna stop looking into Kelly's life?

Billy: No. I'm gonna go straight to the source instead.

Kelly: Well, what a relief, huh? I've been really worried about Summer.

Jack: I'm sure that brought up some memories you'd just as soon not revisit. Not easy, is it -- being with a guy who has a complicated life?

Kelly: Trust me. I'm used to complications.

Jack: Yeah, I guess these days, it's hard to avoid it. You meet someone. Before you know it, you're mixed up in their life...like you and stitch.

Kelly: What about us?

Jack: Victoria told me you let him know about Billy's fact-finding trip to Australia.

Kelly: Yes, that's -- that's true.

Jack: What's that about? Why would you warn him?

Stitch: You've got enough on your hands with your brother. You don't need me adding to that. Besides, it's not [Sighs] Something I really want to get into. No offense.

Todd: No, none taken. It's never comfortable talking to strangers, but still, if you need somebody to listen, my boss is always available.

Stitch: Your boss? Oh. Your boss.

[Both chuckle]

Stitch: Uh, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks.

Summer: Not gonna lecture me, are you? I mean, I'm, like, the last person I know to lose their virginity.

Avery: Well, I have a feeling there might be a few others, but don't worry. I'm not gonna tell you what you should or shouldn't do.

Summer: Or who I'm doing it with?

Avery: Okay, well, you have to admit the circumstances are unusual.

Summer: Yeah, but that doesn't mean it wasn't amazing, because it was.

Avery: [Sighs]

Summer: I mean, Austin was sweet, and he was considerate, and he was everything I've always dreamed that a man would be. And, yes, before you ask, we used protection, okay? It might have been my first time, but I'm not stupid about these things.

Avery: Okay, good. And I assume you and your mother had the talk, right?

Summer: Yes, we've had many talks over the years. She was always very thorough with the sex education.

Avery: Well, I know she would want to be here right now for you, and since that's not possible, I hope you'll come to me if you need anything.

Summer: I do need you.

Avery: Okay, well, anything. Just ask.

Summer: I did ask.

Avery: [Sighs] Summer, I can't represent Austin. The court won't allow it. It's not ethical.

Summer: But neither is abandoning a man who lost his mom in part because of you. And, yes, I know you didn't pull the trigger, but your actions had consequences, and now you can make up for that.

Avery: Okay, Austin's actions had consequences. Paul Williams is lying in a hospital bed because of them.

Summer: I know, and I feel really bad, but so does Austin. I mean, that gun went off by accident.

Avery: [Sighs]

Summer: Okay, hasn't Austin suffered enough? I mean, haven't I? Okay, my mom is in a coma. My dad's not my dad anymore. I mean, my brother isn't my brother. My sister isn't even that, either. I can't lose anything else. Please, if you don't do it for Austin, please, can you do it for me?

Noah: I don't get it. Why is Summer still with this guy?

Nick: She's romanticized the whole thing. Don't get me started.

Noah: Huh.

Nick: How's it going here?

Noah: Uh, it's been a little tense, but she hasn't tried anything.

Mariah: Hey, guys. How's Summer? She's okay, isn't she? I know you guys have been worried about her.

Noah: Okay, you don't have to lay it on so thick.

Nick: He's right. You know, you already got the job, and I'm not gonna fire you unless you give me a reason.

Abby: I'm your reason.

Abby: I can't believe you hired this skankarella in the first place. What were you thinking?

Nick: Mariah needs to make some money so she can pay Sharon back.

Noah: And then she'd better be getting the pink slip.

Abby: I'm surprised you're even qualified for this job. Which of your limited skill sets are you using -- driving someone insane or breaking up a happy couple?

Mariah: Well, Abby, I'm a waitress -- a practical skill an heiress like you would know nothing about.

Abby: How could you give her a break? This is the woman who's been trying to ruin my life, who traumatized Sharon by pretending to be Cassie's ghost.

Mariah: Hey, Sharon and I made peace, and I tried to do the same thing with you.

Abby: Oh, is that what you call that little act of yours? "Oh, I'm so sorry you and Tyler broke up. I hope you get back together. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah." Like hell you are. You were just trying to win him back. You know what? I got news for you. You might have Cassie's angel face, but a piece of trash is always gonna look like nothing but garbage.

Mariah: That's it!

Abby: Aah!

Nick: Oh, no, no, no, no!

Noah: Let go!

Nick: Let go!

Mariah: Bitch!

Abby: You don't fool me, and I will make damn sure you don't fool anyone else in this town, either.

Kelly: It's nothing, really. I mean, I just happened to run into Ben right after Billy told me about his trip.

Jack: You run into him a lot.

Kelly: It's coincidence, really. I mean, it's not like I go tracking Ben down to fill him in on Billy's life. Look, it just came up in conversation, and, frankly, I wish it hadn't because I don't want to be any more involved in the situation than I already am. And I really don't want to take sides because I don't think that's fair. I mean, I don't think anybody should.

Jack: I agree with your not butting in, but I want you to know, as far as taking sides goes, I'll always take Billy's.

Stitch: Yeah, I know, uh, I've been M.I.A. [Chuckles] Sorry about that. I just -- I just wasn't sure how you'd take some of the choices I've made. [Sniffles] [Sighs] [Voice breaking] But, uh, I-I guess you had the last laugh, huh? Uh... 'cause those -- those choices are coming back to haunt me. Still, I, uh... [Sniffles] ...I don't regret my actions, except that they hurt people, and... they could again if I don't keep quiet. [Sighs] [Sniffles] But you know what I did and why I did it.

[Footsteps approaching]

Christine: [Sighs] Any change?

Todd: The same. Why don't we say a prayer? Hmm? Almighty and eternal God, you are the everlasting health for those who believe in you. Hear us now for your sick servant Paul for whom we implore the aid of your tender mercies that, restored to bodily health, he may give thanks once again in your church to you. Through Christ our lord, amen.

Christine: [Sniffles] Lord, please save Paul...a man who has saved so many...a man that I love so much.

Kelly: Of course you're gonna take Billy's side. I mean, that's only natural. Um, but as far as I'm concerned, uh, Billy and I have a bit of a dicey history, to say the least, so, um, I think it's better if I just keep my nose out of it.

Jack: And a lovely nose it is.

Kelly: [Chuckles] Why, thank you. Does this mean we're back on the topic of us? Because I hope so, and if we are, I would very much like to go back to where we were before the police called and told us about Summer.

Jack: As I remember, um, I was in your new bedroom.

Kelly: Yes, yes, you were. You were helping me to feel safe, and now that I do...

Jack: Go ahead. Now that you do...?

Kelly: Let's go back there. We could stay in bed for a week, a month. We could have all of our food and water delivered. We wouldn't have to worry about anything. Everything we would need would be right there. What do you say?

Jack: I love the sound of that.

Austin: What are you still doing here? You shouldn't be hanging around like this. I'm not worth it. Just walk away.

Avery: She's not gonna do that...and neither am I.

Austin: Why not?

Summer: Because Avery is gonna help you.

Mariah: Should I clear out my locker?

Nick: Mariah, I told you that I wasn't gonna fire you unless you gave me a reason, but you cannot attack the customers, especially the ones that are related to me.

Mariah: Even if they deserved it?

Nick: Look, Abby has good reason to be upset with you. It's up to you to prove you're worthy of her respect.

Mariah: And yours?

Nick: Yeah. And mine.

Abby: [Sighs] I have to go see Regina and have her fix this.

Mariah: Abby. [Sighs] I am sorry for messing up your extensions.

Abby: These are not extensions. This is my real hair, you low-life hood rat!

Nick: No.

Noah: Hey!

Nick: No.

Noah: Where's my wallet?

Billy: All right, it's all set. We got the next flight out. Uh, better pack.

Chelsea: Okay, great, um, I'm just gonna meet you in the lobby.

Billy: Okay. Listen, uh, I just wanted to say thank you, okay, for coming with me. It's been a wild trip, right?

Chelsea: Not exactly what you were hoping for, though.

Billy: Yeah, I'm still grateful to you. You know, this is ridiculous. I mean, what's a hug among friends, right?

Chelsea: Right.

Billy: All right. Come here.

Victoria: I'm sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt.

Stitch: You didn't. I was just, uh...

Victoria: Yeah, I-I came to say a prayer, too, for Paul.

Stitch: I'll leave you to it.

Victoria: Wait. Stay. Please. There's something that I've been wanting to ask you. Actually, there's something that I think you want to tell me, but for some reason or other, it just keeps getting swept to the side. But I've been thinking about it, and I just think that we owe it to each other to get it out in the open. So, whatever it is, just say it already.

Stitch: [Sighs] I wanted to, uh... I just want you to know that I...I really love you, and I don't want to lose you. I don't want to lose you.

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Neil: What do you say we get married this very minute?

Leslie: Ian told me something in confidence -- something that you should know.

Avery: Summer needed my help.

Dylan: With what?

Avery: Austin's defense.

Dylan: I don't want you anywhere near that nutjob.
