Victor: I assume you know why I asked you to come by.
I heard there's an APB out on your son.
Victor: Your so-called witness, I guess, couldn't wait to unburden himself to the cops.
Sure I can get Mr. Hawkins to revise his account of what happened that night.
Victor: There's no need, okay? The truth is out. What we need to do now is find Adam and my son-in-law, "Billy Boy" Abbott. They're both missing.
GCPD's out in full force. I don't know how your son's been able to avoid them.
Victor: Well, my son may have been able to evade the police, but I assure you justice is being handed out right now.
Victoria: Anything?
Nick: Nobody fitting Billy or Adam's description has been taken to any of the local hospitals.
Nikki: Well, that's good. Hopefully, that means nobody's been hurt.
Victoria: He still hasn't answered any of my messages.
Nikki: Honey, why don't you just go lie down for a while? You've got to be exhausted.
Victoria: I couldn't rest even I wanted to, okay? Why hasn't he called? He's got to know that I'm going out of my mind right now.
Nick: We're gonna hear from Billy soon.
Victoria: He hasn't been home all night. What if he did something to Adam?
Nick: Billy is not gonna do anything that will take him away from you or Johnny.
Nikki: No, of course not, sweetheart. Nicholas is right. He loves the two of you way too much to risk losing you.
Paul: I want to broaden our search site. I've added six teams on foot and three patrol cars. That's enough manpower to search every residence, business, and vacant building within 10 miles of Delia Abbott's hit-and-run site. I don't want anything overlooked. I can't emphasize that enough. Adam Newman is a fugitive. Billy Abbott is considered a person of interest. And he may be with him. He also is most likely armed. I want them both brought in -- alive. That's all, gentlemen.
[Banging]
Lauren: What's going on?
Fen: Relax. Christine just came to prepare me for the sentencing.
Lauren: There shouldn't be a sentencing.
Fen: Hey, don't be mad at Christine. This is my choice.
Christine: It was a smart choice.
Lauren: Pleading guilty?
Christine: He killed Carmine.
Lauren: Yes, but Michael could have proved that it was self-defense, and now
with this plea --
Christine: No, this plea will keep Fen safe. I'm moving him to a medium-security prison out of state.
Lauren: Out of state?
Fen: Yes, yes, where no one will know I'm an ex-DA's son.
Lauren: Honey, but you'll be gone for god knows how long.
Christine: I will recommend a minimum sentence at the hearing.
Lauren: But we're talking about at least 10 years here.
Christine: He knew that when he took the deal. I'm gonna see if they're ready to transport you to court.
Michael: Christine, is there any way we can postpone this hearing, even just for a day?
Christine: What difference would that make?
Michael: Maybe all the difference in the world.
Abby: Morning.
Traci: Oh, hi, sweetie.
Abby: Any news?
Traci: No, no news. Oh, listen, Mrs. Martinez has made some breakfast for us.
Abby: Um, you know what? I think I'll just grab some tea.
Traci: Okay. How'd you sleep?
Abby: Not well. How 'bout you?
Traci: Not at all. Worried about Billy and Adam.
Abby: You're worried about Adam? [Chuckles] I'm only concerned that the level of hell where he ends up isn't gonna be hot enough.
Traci: Oh, no, honey. Adam is a father, and he's Jack's friend.
Abby: And I told Uncle Jack that that was a mistake.
Traci: It must be killing Jack right now, knowing that Adam's responsible for Delia's death, which is why I thought maybe a family breakfast, you know, with all of us together would help.
Abby: So, where's Uncle Jack?
Traci: Uh --
Victor: And kindly let me know if you have any news.
I will, Mr. Newman.
Victor: Thank you.
Jack: Well, you really did it this time, didn't you?
Victor: I did what?
Jack: You knew.
Victor: I know a lot of things, Jack.
Jack: I suspected you had something on Adam -- that you were blackmailing him to get closer to his son. I never in my wildest dreams thought you had this over his head.
Victor: What are you talking about?
Jack: You figured out that Adam was responsible for Delia's death, and rather than go to the police, you decided to use that information for your own gain. Well, guess what -- whatever happens to Billy and Adam now is on your head.
Victor: You need to be careful of what you're accusing me of. You're in my home. For your information, I was as deeply upset about finding out that Adam was the one who accidentally killed Delia as you are.
Jack: One big difference -- I found out yesterday. You've known for how long -- weeks?
Victor: How little you found out. I've known definitively for a few days. What's important right now is to find Billy and Adam.
Jack: Oh, I'll bet that is a top priority for you -- get to Adam before he tells the police you knew he was the driver.
Victor: You're talking nonsense.
Jack: Am I? This makes you an accessory after the fact. At very least, you're guilty of obstruction.
Victor: You have no proof of anything, Jack, do you? You're huffing and puffing about nothing!
Jack: About nothing? You denied Billy and Chloe and everyone else who was mourning Delia, including your own daughter, any sense of peace?! That's nothing?! And why?! To protect your son? That I would understand. No. You did it so you could get closer to your grandson. This is a new low, even for you.
Victor: Do me a favor and spare me your obnoxious self-righteousness.
Jack: Oh, you're gonna tell me all about family now -- how family is the most important thing to you? If that were the case, you never could have done this.
Victor: You have no idea to what lengths I would go to protect my family.
Abby: Uncle Jack's not answering my texts, either.
Traci: Maybe he's out looking for Billy.
Abby: I still can't wrap my head around the idea that Adam is the hit-and-run driver who killed Delia.
Traci: Well, it certainly sets the stage for another Newman-Abbott battle.
Abby: And this one's gonna be epic.
Traci: And you're gonna be right in the middle of it again.
Abby: Me and Summer now.
Traci: Oh, honey, when I think about the fallout from the situation for both families --
Abby: I want Adam to get everything he has coming to him and more, but I feel bad for my dad. He loved Delia. He considered her to be his granddaughter.
Traci: So many people are gonna be hurt by this.
Abby: I feel like all we've been doing lately is going from one tragedy to another.
Traci: Which is why it is especially important that we're all together and we're there for each other. And that we accept the support that our loved ones are offering.
Tyler: Mrs. Martinez let me in the back. I was afraid you might slam the front door in my face.
Abby: You were right.
Tyler: I heard on the news that the cops are looking for Adam.
Abby: They think he killed Delia.
Tyler: Come on, babe. I'm here to help. Please don't push me away.
Victoria: Mom, I wish you'd just go home.
Nikki: No, honey. I'm fine.
Victoria: You're fine? No, you're not fine. You're worried sick, you haven't had any sleep at all, and I know how you've been upset lately about Dylan going to search for his father.
Nikki: Listen, none of that is important right now. I just want to be here for you.
Victoria: I know that and I appreciate that, but I just want you to go home, get some rest.
Nikki: But I want to be here for you.
Victoria: Mom.
Nikki: I don't want to leave you.
Victoria: Look, Nick's here, okay? And I promise I'll call you the second that I hear anything. I promise.
Nick: Vic's right, all right? This stress is not good for you.
Nikki: Are the two of you throwing me out?
Victoria: Yes.
Nick: Yeah.
Nikki: Well, I guess I can't fight you both.
Victoria: No, you can't.
Nikki: All right. But remember, you promised that you would call me.
Victoria: I promise I'll call you the second I hear anything.
Nikki: I love you so much.
Victoria: I love you, too, Mom.
Nikki: All right, baby. Take care of your sister, please.
Nick: I got her. Drive safe.
Nikki: All right.
Nick: All right, she's gone. You can drop the brave act.
Victoria: We haven't heard from either one of them. What the hell, Billy? Where are you?
Nick: We're gonna hear from them soon.
Victoria: I want to go look for him, okay? I want to, but Paul insisted that I stay here in case he comes home.
Nick: Paul's right. You should be here when Billy gets home.
Victoria: But what if he doesn't?
Nick: He will.
Victoria: You're right. Yeah. Right. He will. I mean, he and Adam couldn't have just vanished off the face of the earth.
Christine: You know the judge won't postpone the sentencing without a good reason.
Michael: I just need a little more time.
Christine: Do you have new evidence?
Michael: No, not yet.
Christine: But you hope to?
Michael: Can't you just trust me?
Christine: Michael, this isn't up to me.
Fen: Dad, there is no point putting off the inevitable.
Christine: Fen's right. Let me give you a little more time before we go off to court.
Lauren: What was that about?
Fen: Don't say, "nothing." It is obvious that there's something going on.
Michael: I am worried about you. After you plead guilty, I won't be able to do anything for you. I would very much like you to reconsider.
Lauren: Please, please listen to your father.
Fen: I know you guys are mad at me for making this deal.
Lauren: Honey, we're not mad at you. You stepped up and you took responsibility for your actions when we were more than willing to cover for you.
Fen: No, I couldn't let you do that.
Lauren: I know. I'm just really scared for you.
Michael: Shh.
Fen: Look, I just need you to be okay with this. I'm not gonna make it all these years in prison if I know that it's killing you. So, can you just try? Promise me? Promise me you'll stay strong.
Lauren: [Sniffles] I promise.
Fen: And, Dad, you've got to stop fighting this. Just accept that I'm gonna be locked up for a long time.
Michael: You haven't even been sentenced.
Fen: I signed a deal. The only thing that can keep me out of prison now is a miracle. So, if you've got one of those in your briefcases, then I -- pfft.
Michael: Don't underestimate your old man.
Officer: Chief?
Paul: Yeah?
Officer: We got something. We found this at the memorial site. Adam Newman's wife identified it as his.
Paul: The place where Delia was killed. Well, if I were Billy, that's where I would have taken him.
Officer: At least we know where they've been.
Paul: Yet we still have no idea where they've gone.
Victoria: Hey. You know, I'm fine if you have something that you need to do.
Nick: I'm doing it.
Victoria: Thank you. I really appreciate the company.
Nick: Well, that's good, 'cause you're not getting rid of me -- I mean, not as easy as we got rid of Mom.
Victoria: I'm sure she'll be calling me the minute she gets home.
Nick: If she doesn't pull over on the way.
Victoria: You know, it's really nice having family that cares about you. You and Mom, Abby and Noah have been texting me nonstop. Dad came by last night to give me the news about Adam.
Nick: How did Dad hear?
Victoria: I don't know. I guess Chelsea told him. I'm just glad that I heard the news from him.
Nick: Well, Dad's always there for us when we need him. You got to give him that.
Victoria: Yeah. It's funny. You know, he dropped by the other day 'cause he was, um, concerned about Billy.
Nick: Dad?
Victoria: Yeah, right? He was genuinely concerned, like I'd never seen him before.
Nick: He came by the underground the other day to talk, too. It was strange, you know? Um, he was talking about wanting to protect his family.
Victoria: Yeah, but that's normal for Dad.
Nick: Yeah, I know, but this is -- I don't know. It was weird. Um, I can't quite put my finger on it. It was just different.
Victoria: Yeah. It seemed that way with Billy, too. He asked me if I thought that Billy would ever be able to make peace with not knowing who was responsible for Delia's death.
Nick: Could any father?
Victoria: That's what I said. Now I'm wondering if he'll ever be able to make peace with knowing.
Jack: Oh, I have some idea of the lengths you'd go to defend your family. I guess everyone else is gonna find out now, too. How do you think your family's gonna react when they find out what you've done?
Victor: Listen, I won't stand in my own living room and defend myself against baseless accusations.
Jack: Because you can't.
Victor: Let me ask you something, Jack. Who became very close friends with Adam? Who became his confidant? Who became the godfather to his baby? You did! You should have bloody well known what he was up to.
Jack: It's gonna be a long time before I forgive myself for that, but you know what? I didn't know. You did. Karma is coming your way. You're about to get a big dose of it.
Victor: Don't give me that bull about karma. When will you ever learn you can't hurt me, Jack?
Jack: Oh, I don't have to lift a finger this time. You've done all the damage yourself!
Victor: And yet here I stand, Jack.
Jack: And yet here you stand, until Nikki and your children find out you were willing to keep the truth about Delia's killer from them.
Victor: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Don't you use the situation to get even with me for taking back Newman Enterprises.
Jack: You really don't get it, do you? This is not about you and me. This is about Adam and Billy and Delia, three people you have no regard for!
Victor: Don't you accuse me of having disregard for that beautiful and innocent child! I loved her!
Jack: If that were true, you would have sought justice, not used what you knew to blackmail your son!
Nikki: What is he talking about?
Traci: Listen, I have promised Kyle that I would keep him updated about the Billy-and-Adam situation.
Abby: Well, he probably hasn't even landed in New York yet. I'm surprised he even agreed to go.
Traci: Well, Jack was determined to put some space between him and Victor.
Abby: Yeah, I'm sure my dad wasn't too happy with him, finding out that he was spying for Uncle Jack.
Traci: On the upside, it couldn't come at a better time for him to go back to Jabot. I mean, the company has taken a real PR hit with Summer's drug overdose, and, well, I can't think of a better person to manage damage control.
Abby: Yeah, he does have that Abbott charm.
Traci: Yes, he does. So, I need to text him and let him know what's going on. Tyler, why don't you help yourself to some tea?
Tyler: Okay. Thanks.
Abby: [Sighs]
Tyler: Well, I guess it's just the two of us.
Abby: I don't have anything to say to you.
Tyler: Okay. Well, then, you can just listen, even though I know that's not one of your strong suits. Okay, look, all I'm asking for is five minutes, all right? If you still want nothing to do with me, then I'll go right out the front door and out your life.
Abby: Five minutes?
Tyler: That's all I'm asking -- five minutes.
Abby: Go.
Nikki: Victor, what's going on here?
Victor: Jack Abbott is full of hot air, as usual.
Nikki: He said that you blackmailed your son.
Victor: Utter nonsense.
Nikki: He also said the other day that you had something over Adam. Is that what this is about?
Jack: You want to tell her, or shall I?
Nikki: What? What? Just tell me.
Jack: Victor found out long before the police figured out Adam was responsible for Delia's death.
Nikki: Oh, no, he did not. That is ridiculous. Victor wouldn't keep something like that to himself.
Jack: No, not unless it served his own game, which, I guess in this case, it did.
Victor: It's called "conjecture," Jack.
Jack: Conjecture?
Victor: Mm-hmm.
Jack: Okay. Well, let's just stick to the facts. Fact -- Adam made it very clear he wanted nothing to do with his father. He didn't want Victor anywhere near his son. In fact, he turned down gifts from Victor for weeks on end when, suddenly, proud grandfather here is bouncing his grandchild on his knee, with Adam's blessing.
Victor: Adam had a change of heart.
Jack: Fact -- just before Adam's miraculous change of heart, he asked me to be Connor's legal guardian. In fact, he wanted to push the paperwork through. Fact -- after a private and intense conversation with his father, Adam decided to gather his family and leave the country.
Victor: So what? What does that tell you? Nothing.
Jack: No, they're all pieces to a puzzle, aren't they? Funny thing, though -- you start putting those pieces together; they paint quite a picture.
[Door opens, slams]
Victoria: I didn't even know that Billy owned a gun, and now he's gone after Adam.
Nick: All right, you don't know that, okay? You don't even know if he had a gun. All you found was this empty lockbox.
Victoria: Dad seems convinced.
Nick: Well, it doesn't make it true.
Victoria: Oh, God. I should have known that something was up when he didn't show up for our meeting.
Nick: Vic, come on, all right? Billy could have got caught up at the restaurant or at a grief-support meeting.
Victoria: It was for Delia's charity. Big red flag should have gone up when he missed it.
Nick: Don't do that to yourself. There's no way anyone could have know that it was Adam who hit Delia.
Victoria: You were right. I mean, just the other day -- just yesterday -- I defended him to Dad.
Nick: You defended Adam?
Victoria: Yeah. Dad was just trying to accuse him of trying to buy a spot in heaven by starting Delia's foundation.
Nick: More like trying to buy himself forgiveness here on earth.
Victoria: He talked about balancing the karmic scales in that chat room with Billy -- as if Billy didn't hate him enough already and Adam trying to make up for this using money. Do you know this is gonna make Billy just want to --
Nick: Okay, listen to me. Billy may want to kill Adam, but he is not gonna do it. There's been enough suffering already. You have to believe that there's not gonna be any more.
Fen: You have to accept that I'm gonna be in prison for the next 10 years.
Lauren: I'm gonna do my best, honey. I don't want to make this harder on you than it already is.
Michael: Fenmore, if you get a chance to appear in front of a judge --
Fen: I know. I know. I know. I have to explain how Carmine terrorized our family and that even though he was a menace, I shouldn't have put a bullet in him.
Michael: Son, I wouldn't exactly put it that way, but yeah.
Fen: It's not gonna be easy. You know, I regret that I took a man's life, but not at all that Carmine is out of our lives.
Michael: I hate thinking you'll be feeling guilty about killing Carmine.
[Cell phone rings]
Michael: Excuse me. What's up? Yes. What do you got?
Fen: I really am sorry that everything went down the way it did.
Lauren: Don't apologize to me. I'm the one who let you down.
Fen: No, Mom. You didn't.
Michael: I got to go.
Lauren: Go? But Fen's sentencing --
Michael: I'll make it back in time.
Lauren: What is so important that you have to leave right now? Where are you going?
Michael: I can't tell you.
Lauren: Why?
Michael: You have to trust me.
Lauren: You can't tell me anything?
Michael: Just that that miracle we've been looking for -- I might have found it, all right?
Tyler: Okay. You know what? Even if you're right -- even if by some crazy, bizarre, improbable chance Mariah is messing with us --
Abby: Four minutes.
Tyler: Okay. Yeah. Maybe she snuck into our hotel room in LA. And she stuck her number back in my phone.
Abby: 3 1/2.
Tyler: All right, you know what? And then, yeah, she followed us back here to Genoa City. She caused us to lose the house that we wanted, you know, and she locked you in that apartment all night.
Abby: Three.
Tyler: Okay, look -- you know what? Even if all of these things that you're accusing her of doing are true, Abby, it does not matter. I'm through with my ex.
Abby: 2 1/2.
Tyler: Damn it, Abby! I love you! That's why after I heard about Adam and Billy, I came here -- to show you that I care! Now, if you can just forget about Mariah and let me do that, we could have something special. But I don't want five minutes -- just five minutes -- to prove how much I love you. I want way more than that. Well?
Abby: You still have 20 seconds left.
Tyler: [Scoffs] I don't know what else to say.
Abby: I do.
Paul: All right. That's fine. Just keep me posted. Hey, Nick.
Nick: Hey.
Paul: I thought you would be with your family.
Nick: Victoria wanted me to come and see if you had any information about Billy or Adam.
Paul: Well, I want you to know that we are doing everything we possibly can to find them. And we do know that Adam has been at Delia's hit-and-run site.
Nick: Well, that means Billy was probably there, too.
Paul: My men have covered every road from the site headed out of town and to each of their homes. So far, there's been no sign of Adam's car or either one of them in either direction.
Nick: Well, if they're together, I bet Billy's calling the shots.
Paul: What are you thinking?
Nick: I've been there, Paul. I know what it's like. I mean, he's out of his mind with grief. He's hell-bent on revenge.
Paul: Yeah, but you didn't go after Daniel.
Nick: Actually, I did. I had to be held back 'cause I was gonna hurt that kid.
Paul: But you didn't.
Nick: I wanted to. Paul, I wanted Daniel to see all that he had taken from me. I imagined forcing him to come with me to all of Cassie's favorite places -- places I'll never see her again -- the coffeehouse, her school, her friends' house.
Paul: You might be on to something.
Nick: Where are you going?
Paul: I'm gonna check your theory.
Victor: Listen, I'm sick and tired of hearing your excuses, all right? You find them. I pay you enough money.
Nikki: Threats, money, and still no luck, huh?
Victor: I have a team of investigators looking for "Billy boy" Abbott, and they will find them.
Nikki: Oh, I'm sure that they will. You're taking care of things, like you always do.
Victor: You bet. And what is wrong with that?
Nikki: Nothing. Just thinking about what Jack said.
Victor: Oh, you're thinking about what Jack said, are you? I knew his inane utterings would upset you.
Nikki: Is he telling the truth? Did you know that Adam was responsible for Delia's death before the police did?
Victor: I don't give a damn what Jack Abbott said! It's irrelevant to me!
Nikki: Victor, just answer me. Did you know?
Tyler: Does this mean you forgive me?
Abby: Is that supposed to be a will-you-forgive-me kiss? Because you're gonna have to do better than that.
Tyler: Oh, really?
Abby: Mm-hmm.
Tyler: How 'bout that?
Abby: Getting there.
Tyler: Okay. Babe, we're gonna have to take this somewhere else if I need more forgiveness than that.
Abby: You don't.
Tyler: Mm. That's actually too bad.
Abby: The truth is there's actually nothing that I need to forgive you for, besides having a psycho ex, but, hey, who doesn't have one of those?
Tyler: Yeah, well, mine's not gonna be a problem, all right? 'Cause if she so much as calls me or does anything to try to mess with us, I'm gonna take legal action.
Abby: Well, I hope she got the message, because she's totally wasting her time. There is nothing that she can do to break us up. I might have been a bit slow, but I finally got there.
Tyler: I don't mind that it took you so long. You're actually kind of cute when you're mad.
Abby: Oh, you haven't seen me mad yet.
Tyler: No?
Abby: Mmm-mmm.
Tyler: Yeah. I think, actually, I'm gonna want to avoid that.
Abby: Yeah.
Tyler: So, I seriously don't know how Mariah's number got back in my phone.
Abby: Are you being serious?
Tyler: You know what? I don't want to know, either. I'm taking it out.
Abby: No.
Tyler: What?
Abby: I have a better idea.
Tyler: What are you doing?
Abby: Shh. Ugh. Voicemail.
Tyler: Abby.
Abby: Mariah, hey. This is Abby Newman, Tyler's girlfriend. I think it's time that we met.
Nikki: It's a yes-or-no question, Victor. Did you know that Adam was the one behind the wheel before the police did?
Victor: I've said all I'm gonna say on the matter, okay?
Nikki: Oh, my god. Jack is right. Jack is telling the truth. You blackmailed Adam, didn't you? You knew that he was Delia's killer! You kept a secret for him. Why would you do that? What did you get in exchange -- time with your grandson?
Victor: My grandson is a Newman.
Nikki: Well, so is Victoria, and that poor dead child was her stepdaughter. She and Billy have been mourning her for months. And Billy is going crazy trying to find her killer. You could have given him the peace that he so desperately needs, but you wouldn't.
Victor: How would it have given peace of mind to "Billy boy" Abbott to know that Adam killed his daughter?
Nikki: Are you actually gonna sit there and try to justify what you did?!
Victor: You bet! You bet I'm trying to justify it! What do you think would have happened if "Billy boy" Abbott had known that Adam was responsible for the accidental death for his daughter? He would have been furious! He would have unleashed his fury on the rest of the family! How do you think Victoria would have lived with that?!
Nikki: How are you going to live with knowing you were willing to let Delia's killer go unpunished?!
Victor: I did what I had to do!
Nikki: Oh, you did what you had to do?!
Victor: You bet!
Nikki: You betrayed our daughter to protect your murdering son!
Traci: What? Oh. Let me guess -- you've been to see Victor?
Jack: Colossal waste of time. The bastard denied everything.
Traci: But, Jack, you don't actually have any proof that he knew of Adam's involvement in Delia's accident.
Jack: I don't need proof. One look at his smug face and I knew I was right. Nikki saw it, too.
Traci: I don't understand why he would do this to Billy, Victoria, or any of us.
Jack: It's Victor. Nothing is beneath him, including blackmailing his son to cover up a crime. I could strangle the bastard.
Traci: Okay. All right. Listen, is it really him that you're angry with?
Jack: Yeah, you're right. I blame myself, too. I should have seen it, Traci. I was closer to Adam than anyone -- at least I thought I was.
Traci: You said that he was like family.
Jack: He told me the other day I was more of a father to him than Victor had ever been.
Traci: I believe that's true.
Jack: I knew something was wrong. Why couldn't I see it?
Traci: Well, Jack, he was not honest with you!
Jack: Why wasn't he?! If he'd told me, I --
Traci: What? What? You would have understood?
Jack: I could have tried, if it was anybody but Delia. He killed Billy's daughter.
Victoria: Billy, listen, I know I've left you a ton of messages, but I really need to hear from you, okay? Uh. [Sighs] If, for some reason, you can't call me, then I just want you to know that Johnny and I are -- [Sighs] we're waiting for you at home, so whatever's happened, wherever you are, please just, uh, we'll deal with it, okay? Just come home. Please come home.
Paul: Oh, man.
Nick: That's Adam's car. That's Adam's car.
Paul: Nick, you can't --
Nick: Let me go.
Paul: Nick, you can't touch anything!
Nick: Let me go!
Paul: GCPD. Paul Williams. Did you witness the accident?
Homeless Guy: No. Found it like that.
Paul: Did you see anything?
Homeless Guy: I, uh, saw a guy.
Paul: A guy? What did he look like? Where did he go?
Homeless Guy: I didn't get a look at his face. He went off that way.
Nick: Paul?! There's someone in here!
Lauren: Straighten this tie.
Fen: Mom, I'm going to a sentencing, not a wedding.
Lauren: I know. I know. I just want you to make a good impression.
Fen: It's a little late for that.
Lauren: Honey, you're still you, Fen. And nothing, nothing, can take that away.
Fen: You're my mom. You have to say that.
Lauren: But it's true.
Christine: You ready?
Lauren: [Sighs] Your dad said he'd be back. I wonder where he is.
Michael: Surprise.
Victor: Delia's death was an accident.
Nikki: Oh, no. Don't you dare try to defend what Adam did.
Victor: I would never do that, but I will not apologize for my actions.
Nikki: Oh, well, no. We all know that! You don't have any remorse, either.
Victor: You bet I don't! Everything I do, I do for the sake of my family!
Nikki: You know, I think you actually believe that.
Victor: And you have to understand that!
Nikki: But I don't. I don't understand that. I will never understand that you could do something like this!
Victor: Well, then, too damn bad!
Nikki: In all these years!
Jack: Adam kept talking about redemption, about wanting to make up for things
he'd done wrong. I never imagined --
Traci: Well, Jack, how could you know?
Jack: I let Billy down.
Traci: Okay. You've got to stop blaming yourself for Adam's decisions. It's not gonna do you or Billy any good.
Jack: What is gonna happen to poor Billy?
Traci: I don't know. I'm so worried about him out there alone, trying to handle this by himself.
Jack: I hate the thought of him being alone with Adam even more.
Victoria: [Smooches] I know you miss your daddy, don't you? [Sighs] He's usually here when you wake up from your nap. [Smooches] Don't worry. He's gonna be home soon, okay? I promise he'll be home soon.
Nick: I can't tell who it is.
Paul: Yeah, we're gonna need the jaws of life.
Nick: Paul?
Paul: Get the hell out of here now! Move! Move! Move!
Next, on the Young and the Restless"...
Lauren: I am the one who should be paying for my mistakes, not my son!
Victoria: Where's Billy? We don't know. There was an explosion.
Jack: Is there even the slightest possibility --
Paul: I can't see any possibility that anyone in that vehicle could survive.
