Victor: I'm afraid I have some not-so-good news.

Nikki: Oh? What is it?

Victor: Well, they just said there's a storm coming in, so I don't think we can take out the horses. It's going to be too wet.

Nikki: Oh, thank God.

Victor: What do you mean, "Thank God"? Are you against riding all of a sudden?

Nikki: No, Darling. I was just looking at Katherine's postcard.

Victor: Where the hell has she been?

Nikki: [Laughing] I know. It's getting to be like that game, "where in the world is Katherine Chancellor?"

Victor: Yeah. "Having a wonderful time. You'll hear all about my adventures. Be at my house Friday, August 16th, 8:00 p.m. sharp. Love, Katherine." Huh.

Lily: Oh, my gosh. That's today.

Cane: Yeah, less than an hour.

Lily: How cool is it that Katherine and Murphy got to go to the Great Wall of China?

Cane: At least now we know where they've been hiding themselves.

Lily: It must be hard to get a message out from there.

Cane: Yeah. I'm glad that Katherine had a chance to get away, you know? After everything she's gone through. But to be honest with you, I kind of miss her.

Lily: Aww. Well, it won't be too long now.

Cane: Yeah.

Lily: 8:00 p.m. sharp.

Cane: Mm-hmm.

Jill: Finally found something older than you are, didn't you, Cleopatra? Well, at least you're finally coming home.

[Thunder crashes]

Faith: Mommy!

Sharon: Hey, Sweetie. How come you're not watching your movie? It's not over yet, is it?

Faith: I don't feel good.

Sharon: You don't? What's the matter?

Faith: My tummy hurts.

Sharon: Oh, okay. Show me where.

Faith: Kind of...all over.

Sharon: Mm, well, you're not running a fever. You know what? I think maybe you just ate too much cake and candy at Brienne's birthday party yesterday.

Faith: I hardly had anything.

Sharon: Aw. Well, I can make you some tea, or I can give you that medicine that tastes like bubble gum.

Faith: I just want daddy to come over. He'll know how to make it feel better.

[Cell phone rings]

Nick: Hey, Sharon. What's up?

Sharon: Um...I'm sorry to bother you, but its Faith. She needs you.

Victoria: All right, can I look yet?

Billy: No, you cannot look. Not till I tell you. Just watch. This way.

Victoria: I am gonna like this surprise of yours, right?

Billy: Oh, you're gonna love it.

Victoria: Please, please don't tell me that you repainted the living room some funky color. Please. I really like the color.

Billy: Okay. Hold there. Walk right over here. And... take a look!

Victoria: What the hell?

Billy: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I'm about to present to you evidence that will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Billy and Victoria Abbott are crazy in love with each other. And while their marriage has some rocky spots, it is definitely worth saving.

Victoria: I mean, come on. You put together a presentation? Billy.

Billy: I knew you'd like it.

Victoria: I wasn't thinking that, okay? I was thinking, actually, it could be done a lot faster on the computer.

Billy: [Chuckles] Hey, well, if it's good enough for Perry Mason.

Victoria: You and your old TV shows.

Billy: Look, Honey, I could spout off a bunch of words you've heard a thousand times already. Or I could find a new way to present my case.

Victoria: You're nothing if not persistent.

Billy: Got to give a guy credit for that, right?

Victoria: Do you really think that this evidence is gonna change anything for us?

Billy: There's only one way to find out. Let me present my case. I promise you won't regret it.

Nick: Is it something you're worried about?

Sharon: I don't think that it's serious, but Faith is anxious about it. I have a suspicion she's picking up on some of the turmoil around Summer, and I think just seeing you would make her feel better.

Nick: Okay. I'll come by and check on her. I can't stay long, though. Avery's plane's landing in a couple of hours, and I want to be here when she gets home.

Sharon: Absolutely. Yeah, this won't take long. I think just a quick kiss from daddy would do the trick with Faith.

Nick: Okay. I'm on my way. I'll see you soon. "Just in case you get back before I do, I went to Sharon's to check on Faith." [Sighs]

[Door closes]

Nikki: Oh, boy. Talk about being in for a surprise. So much has happened while Katherine has been away. I don't even know where to start...especially the part about Summer.

Victor: Yeah. You know, I think we should discuss the news of Summer's parentage another day. Don't you think?

Nikki: Yeah. It's not exactly a happy-homecoming news. And today should be about Katherine.

Victor: I know. I know how much you've missed her, my sweetheart.

Nikki: Oh, Victor. You know, every day I read my paper, I have my coffee, and I call Katherine.

Victor: [Chuckling] Yeah.

Nikki: It's habit. No matter what is going on in my life, just hearing her gravely voice makes me feel better. Always telling me, "To hell with everybody. You take one step in front of the other, and keep going."

Victor: I've heard one of those speeches before.

[Both laugh]

Nikki: She really is our touchstone, isn't she?

Victor: She's more than that, Sweetheart. She's family, you know?

Nikki: She is family.

Victor: The best definition of that word. It's not just about blood. It's about love and devotion and caring for those that you -- that you love.

Nikki: We're very lucky to have her.

Victor: Yes.

Jill: Hi. What brings you by? Come on in.

Cane: We were summoned.

Jill: Oh, you got an invitation, too?

Cane: Yeah, it came in the mail today.

Jill: Ah. Wow! The Great Wall of China! I got one from Egypt. It's there on the desk.

Lily: I guess Katherine and Murphy have been busy.

Jill: Yeah, well, no wonder we haven't heard from them till now. Not that that is an excuse, by the way. The woman owns a multinational conglomerate. You'd think she could make herself available while she's away.

Cane: Hey, hey, hey. We did quite fine while she was away.

Jill: Well, of course we did quite fine. That's not the point. The point is she's never ignored my messages before.

Lily: Well, it is a little unlike her.

Jill: It's very unlike her. No matter how remote her location, she always managed to get back to me.

Cane: Well, now she has.

Jill: On the very same day she's coming back? What good does that do us? I'm gonna give her a piece of my mind.

Cane: Oh, wow. That'll come as a surprise to everyone.

Lily: Wonder if anybody else got a postcard.

Esther: I did. Oh. You did, too, right?

Jill: What is going on? What is Katherine up to?

Nikki: Oh, I love all those old stories of England and Arthur and Guinevere and knights of the round table.

Victor: Maybe Katherine and Murphy stumbled upon Camelot in their travels.

Nikki: Now, wouldn't that be romantic?

Victor: Knowing Katherine, she'd probably bring home the Holy Grail.

[Both chuckle]

Nikki: Well, she is making such a fuss over this. Maybe I ought to change my clothes.

Victor: No! You look great. Let's go.

[Thunder rumbles]

Nikki: I think we better get going soon before this storm gets any worse.

Victor: Wait a minute. Did you hear that? Are you sure we should go?

Nikki: Yes, we should go now. Come on. Let's -- let's beat it, then. Come on. I don't want to let another minute go by without seeing Katherine.

Victor: If we get drenched, it is your fault.

Jill: You're still not answering your phone? You've got to be back in town by now. You wanted us all to meet you here at 8:00. I swear, you better have a damn good reason for all this cloak-and-dagger nonsense, Katherine Chancellor.

Chloe: Hi. Hope I'm not late.

Esther: Oh, hi, Honey.

Chloe: Hi.

Esther: Mwah! No, you're right on time. Mrs. C. and Murphy aren't even here yet.

Chloe: Oh. Well, it looks like they decided to have a welcome-home party, huh?

Jill: You know what we should do? We should ignore her the way she's been ignoring all of us. We should just leave and let her come back to an empty house.

Esther: But I want to hear about the Taj Mahal.

Jill: Oh, be quiet.

Chloe: Taj Mahal?

Esther: Yeah, isn't that where your card's from?

Chloe: No, mine is, uh... the Great Barrier Reef.

Esther: Wow! They went to Australia, too?

Cane: And the Great Wall of China.

Jill: And the Great Pyramid.

Chloe: Wow! Well, that's all kinds of great.

Esther: What an adventure.

Chloe: I'm not surprised that they don't want to come home. [Laughs]

[Thunder crashes]

Esther: Oh.

Cane: Wind's picking up. Storm's gonna hit any minute.

Lily: Sounds like it's gonna be a big one, too.

Cane: Yeah.

Chloe: Uh-oh.

Esther: Oh, I hope we don't lose power.

Lily: Yeah, that would put a damper on the party.

Jill: You know, if I didn't know better, I'd say Katherine had arranged this whole thing just to add to the mystery.

Cane: Leave it up to Katherine to keep things interesting, huh?

Jill: [Laughs]

[Thunder crashes]

Nick: It is no fun having a tummy ache, is it?

Faith: Mnh-mnh.

Nick: No? Well, you're lucky Dr. Newman is here to check it out. You know what? Here we go. We're just gonna take a quick listen here, see what we're dealing with. Uh-huh.

Sharon: [Chuckles]

Nick: Interesting.

Sharon: What do you think, Dr. Newman?

Nick: I'm not gonna lie to you. This is very serious. It sounds like you have a rock band in your stomach.

[Laughter]

[Raining loudly]

Nick: Oh. Ooh. Man.

Sharon: Wow. That is really coming down.

Nick: Yeah. I better, uh -- I better take off before it gets too...

Faith: No, don't go!

Nick: No, you remember where I told you thunder comes from, right?

Faith: Angels in heaven are bowling.

Nick: Yeah. They're just up there knocking down some pins. Just let them play their game. If you stay inside, you'll be safe and sound.

Faith: But you won't! Please don't go, Daddy! Please!

Nick: All right, I guess I can stay a little while longer. [Smooching]

Avery: Nick! I'm back! I hoped on an early flight to avoid this storm. It is coming down out there! Oh! Nick?

[Thunder crashes]

Billy: I have to give Mother Nature credit for the ambiance. Do you think it's a sign?

Victoria: Yeah, I do. Of, uh, a downed power line.

Billy: You romantic, you.

Victoria: Billy, come on. Maybe we just ought to do this some other time.

Billy: You're gonna send me out in this? I don't even have an umbrella.

Victoria: You can borrow mine.

Billy: The roads are slick. Do you want me to ruin this pretty face?

Victoria: [Sighs] Okay. You win round 1, Counselor.

Billy: All right!

Victoria: Go ahead.

Billy: Let's get started then. [Humming] Just a little something to start us off.

Victoria: What? I didn't know they allowed wine in court.

Billy: In this court, wine is mandatory.

[Glasses clink]

Victoria: I believe that's what they call coercion.

Billy: You're damn right. I'm gonna take every advantage I can get.

Victoria: All right. Proceed, Mr. Abbott.

Billy: Imagine, if you will, a courtroom just like this one. Wah!

Victoria: Wow. You do magic, too.

Billy: Yeah, I've been told that. Anyway, I present to you exhibit "A." Now, the scene was set for a classic Newman/Abbott battle over, what else? Jabot. You and I were first to arrive on the scene, and I believe I said something witty like, "I love the smell of napalm in the morning." To which you replied...

Victoria: "It's afternoon."

Billy: Ba-dum-boom! See? We were great partners even then. Do you remember what all that verbal sparring led to?

[Victoria remembering]

Victoria: My father and my brother trust Adam more than they do me.

Billy: Yeah, that's not good at all. That's bad for you. And as if that weren't bad enough --I can top this, actually. The love of my life -- the love of my life -- is having twins, plural, with a guy I can't stand.

Victoria: The love of your life can't seem to stay away from my husband lately. In fact, she –

[Back to present]

Victoria: No. I don't remember.

Billy: She doesn't remember. Hmm. I do. [Clears throat] Our first kiss. It changed my life. And if I'm not mistaken, it changed yours, too.

Victoria: You know what they say about kisses.

Billy: Yes, I do. "The more the merrier."

Victoria: No. "A kiss is just a kiss." From the old song.

Billy: Ah. Right there. You did. You said the magic words, so come right this way, my dear, to exhibit "B." Hiroke bar. Japan.

[Click]

Billy: I spy a totally inebriated, completely adorable woman doing her very best Kelly Clarkson impersonation.

Victoria: No!

Billy: Yes!

Victoria: I'm not singing that song. I was terrible that night. No way.

Billy: No, you were amazing! A little off-key, but you were amazing, nonetheless.

[Victoria remembering]

Victoria: When I'm out with you, a minute feels like an hour ooh! I need you, Sugar, to sweeten the sour crowded room I'm smiling when I'm not on time I'm smiling –

[Back to present]

Victoria: No. It's painful just thinking about it. No.

Billy: But it got so much better, remember?

[Victoria remembering]

Victoria: I'm smiling smiling whoo!

Both: Never had a smile like this before whenever you talk, I just want to hear more my heart's at home every time we kiss never had a smile like this

[Back to present]

Billy: Come on. For me. For us.

Victoria: [Chuckles]

Billy: When I'm with you, I find it strange there's nothing about you that I would change

Victoria: When I'm out with you, a minute feels like an hour I need the sugar to sweeten the sour

Billy: Best duo since sonny and Cher.

Victoria: Yeah, okay. I guess we had our moments.

Billy: You know what? I think we need a little "I got you, Babe." I'm sure I've got it around here somewhere. Hold on.

[Thunder crashes]

Avery: [Gasps] God.

[Cell phone rings]

Avery: Hi. Jack. Hi. Not anymore. I'm back in Genoa City. Uh, no. No change, but I did stop at the hospital on my way to the airport, and Dr. Lee assured me that she's in very good hands. [Sighs] I know. It's just I never thought that I would see Phyllis so helpless like this. What? Jack? Jack, you're breaking up on me. I think it's 'cause of the storm. Jack? Hello? Okay, Jack, if you can hear me, I'm gonna hang up and I'm gonna go look for Nick. Jack? No signal. Great.

[Thunder crashes]

Nick: Feeling any better?

Faith: Nope.

Nick: No? You know, if you went to bed right now --

Faith: I'm not tired!

Sharon: Hey, I have an idea. Remember how much fun we had playing games the other night and we talked about we would do it again sometime soon?

Faith: Can we, Daddy? Right now?

Nick: Do you think it would make your tummy ache go away?

Faith: Only if you play with us.

Nick: [Laughs] Uh, okay. Let's do it. But let's make it a quick one, 'cause I do have to go.

Faith: Because of Avery.

Sharon: You know, daddy hasn't seen her in a long time, Sweetie.

Faith: You miss her?

Nick: Yes, I do. Kind of like I would miss you if we'd been apart for awhile.

Sharon: Well, don't worry. Faith and I promise not to keep you any longer than necessary.

Nikki: So, you have no idea of what's going on, either?

Lily: No, we just got postcards telling us to be here.

Victor: And none of you have heard anything from Katherine at all, or Murphy for that matter?

Esther: Zero.

Jill: Not us.

Cane: Nope.

Devon: I even called Tucker after this came to see if he had heard from either of them while they were in town.

Nikki: They went to Hong Kong?!

Jill: How many places have they been, for heaven's sake?

Nikki: And for a woman who just had surgery, how can she have the stamina for that?

Victor: What about Tucker? Did Katherine pay him a visit?

Devon: I'm still waiting for him to return my call.

Chloe: It's already 20 after 8:00.

Esther: Maybe their plane was delayed because of the storm, or they could have just pulled off to the side of the road to wait it out.

Jill: Well, then, why haven't they called us, Esther?

Esther: No signal?

Nikki: Katherine would have moved heaven and earth to keep us from worrying.

Cane: Well, it's definitely not like her to be late to her own party.

Victor: I'm afraid to say maybe this isn't a party at all.

[Cell phone rings]

Jill: It's Katherine.

Nikki: Oh, thank God.

Jill: You better have a damn good excuse, Old Woman. Hello? Katherine? Can you hear -- Katherine?! Hello? Katherine?! [Sighs] I lost the call.

Victor: Did she say anything?

Nikki: Did you hear anything from her?

Jill: It was just static.

Esther: So she probably is caught in all this rain somewhere.

Devon: Well, the question is, do we go on waiting for her, or should we just head home?

Chloe: Guys, it could be hours before she gets home.

Lily: Or she could walk through the door any second.

Jill: Oh!

Nikki: What?

Victor: What's the matter?

Jill: Chill -- you didn't feel that?

Cane: No, I didn't feel it.

Chloe: Yeah, I didn't feel anything, either.

Esther: Well, I closed all the windows before it started to rain.

Jill: No, no. It's not that. It's that feeling you get right before...

Lily: Before what?

Jill: [Chuckles] Nothing. I'm just letting my imagination run away with me. That's all.

Nikki: Oh, my. Oh, look at this.

Chloe: This is really weird.

Esther: Okay, that's it. I'm getting some candles and flashlights.

Victor: Please do, Esther.

[Cell phone rings]

Devon: Hey, is that Katherine again?

Jill: Yes, it is. It is Katherine. Katherine! You're gonna have to speak up. It's another bad connection. Oh, Murphy. Yeah. We're all here. The question is, where are you? Hello? Murphy! Okay. Yeah. Hello? Murphy, I didn't get the end -- [Sighs]

Devon: What'd he say?

Jill: He was cutting in and out, you know? It was just snippets. Basically he apologized for being late and he said he was on his way, and that we should wait here until he arrives.

Cane: Till he arrives?

Jill: Yeah.

Victor: What about Katherine?

[Thunder crashes]

Avery: Summer! Oh, my -- oh, my gosh. Get in here. Why are you all drenched like this? Let's towel you off. Here. Here.

Summer: I'm confused. What are you doing here? I thought you'd be in Georgia with my mom.

Avery: She's fine. Um, I mean, she's no worse than when we brought her to the hospital.

Summer: But no better, either.

Avery: No, but don't forget, they just started her treatment.

Summer: Is that why you left? 'Cause it's such a long process.

Avery: No, Daniel and the doctors convinced me that they will monitor your mom and they will let us know as soon as there's a change.

Summer: Okay.

Avery: Oh.

Summer: It's really good to see you. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to get you all wet.

Avery: That's okay. How did you get so drenched?

Summer: Just walking from the car to the door.

Avery: What are you doing out in the rain?

Summer: I just remember how much Faith hates thunder and lightning, so I thought I would keep her company until the storm lets up. Where is she?

Avery: Uh, I don't know. And, uh, I'm not sure where your dad is, either. I'm getting a little worried.

Nick: I can see why you wanted to play this game. It's pure torture. The human body is not supposed to move like this.

Sharon: Oh, well, think of it this way -- you know, a little more practice, you could always join the circus. Step right up, Folks, and behold this wonder of nature!

Nick: Nick Newman, human pretzel.

Sharon: Yeah, he's good enough to eat. Okay. Faith's turn. Let me spin. Right hand, red!

Nick: Uh-oh.

Sharon: Big stretch! You can do it! You can do it!

[Both groan]

Nick: So close!

Faith: That means you have to take my place, Mommy.

Sharon: Oh, is that what that means?

Nick: Apparently it does now.

Sharon: Its okay, Sweetie. You can go again.

Faith: I want you to play with Daddy.

Sharon: But you're having so much fun.

Faith: Pretty please?

Sharon: Okay. You talked me into it.

Nick: [Groans]

Sharon: Get my shoes off.

Nick: We have a medic nearby, right?

Sharon: [Laughs]

Faith: Left foot, yellow, Mommy.

Sharon: Okay. Wow, this is easy.

Nick: Speak for yourself.

Sharon: [Laughs]

Faith: Right foot, green, Daddy.

Nick: Oh, no. [Grunts] Okay.

Sharon: [Laughs]

Faith: Left hand, red, Mommy.

Sharon: Left hand, red.

Billy: Moving right along through Victoria and Billy's greatest hits, I now present to you...

Victoria: [Chuckles] The masquerade ball.

Billy: Well, looky here. We have -- we have petals near your bosom.

[Both laugh]

[Glass shatters]

Billy: In the olden days at a masquerade ball, a lady at the beginning of the night would pick rose petals and keep them close to her bosom until she found a worthy suitor. Hi.

Victoria: Hi. That's what you told me that night. Of course, you were totally making it up.

Billy: Which you called me on.

Victoria: Well, I know a line when I hear one.

Billy: Oh, yeah? Well, how about this line? My dear... may I have this dance?

Victoria: [Sighs]

Billy: Very nice.

Billy: [Clears throat] Big -- big noses. Sorry.

Victoria: What's next?

Billy: Sorry? What's next? What?

Victoria: There's one more exhibit over there.

Billy: Yeah! There is. Of course. There is, of course. [Clears throat] Most important exhibit of all, actually.

Victoria: Yeah. Our wedding.

Billy: Greatest day of my life. [Chuckles] Except for the part where the cops came and hauled you off to jail. I could have done without that.

Victoria: Yeah, me too.

Billy: Present from the father of the bride -- an all-expense honeymoon for one behind bars.

Victoria: Well, you know Dad. He's nothing if not original.

Billy: And determined to keep us apart, but we showed him otherwise, didn't we?

Victoria: I wasn't about to let him come between us.

Billy: Hey. If we were able to overcome his many attempts to break us... we can overcome anything, right? At least, that's what I hope to prove today. So, what's the verdict? Did I make my case?

Nick: "The young prince who would one day rule the land and the two beautiful princesses who filled their lives with joy and laughter -- the royal family had everything they could possibly want."

Sharon: And they lived happily ever after. She's fast asleep. All's well that ends well.

Nick: Just glad I could help.

Sharon: Nick, I can't tell you how much I appreciate this.

Nick: I'm glad it wasn't anything serious. I feel like she's just been anxious about something. The storm didn't help, but it seems like it's letting up.

Sharon: I think Faith just needed a little alone time with her mommy and daddy.

Nick: Seems like she's been needing a lot more of that than usual lately.

Sharon: Yeah. I've noticed that, too.

Nick: Probably has to do with Avery.

Sharon: Avery?

Nick: Yeah. Our engagement.

Sharon: Oh. That.

Nick: I know Faith has felt threatened by it.

Sharon: Well, she hasn't said anything to me directly, but I do sense that she feels displaced.

Nick: [Sighs] I wish I could do something to reassure her.

Sharon: Well, if anyone can figure it out, you can. You know, you're a really wonderful father, Nick.

Nick: I'd never let anything get in the way of me and my kids. I just wish I could convince Faith of that.

Sharon: Maybe a few more days like this one and it won't even be an issue anymore.

Nick: Whatever it takes.

Sharon: Well, I don't know about you, playing twister made me almost as tired as Faith is. I'm telling you, I could close my eyes right this second.

Summer: Thanks for the shirt. I'll give it back as soon as I can.

Avery: Okay. I have more shirts. Just come here, drink your tea, and try to warm up.

Summer: I feel like I've been trying to warm up for months.

Avery: Honey, you're still in shock.

Summer: Yeah, I guess that's what happens when you lose both your mom and your dad.

Avery: You haven't lost either, you know.

Summer: Just nothing's gonna ever be the same. I mean, even if my mom does get better, it's not gonna be like how it was before. But it is what it is.

Avery: That's quite a statement.

Summer: I'm just trying to keep the promise that I made to my mom.

Avery: Which is?

Summer: That I would only cry for one day and then I would move on with my life.

Avery: How's that working out for you?

Summer: It's a lot harder than I thought.

Avery: Yeah, because feelings have a way of coming to the surface no matter how hard we try to keep them locked up.

Summer: Not if I can help it.

Avery: Honey, I know you want to keep this promise to your mom, but I don't think she will be mad if you broke it every now and then.

Summer: If I do, I'm just gonna feel like I'm giving up on her, and I'm not going to. Not now, not ever.

Avery: Neither will I.

Cane: All right, let's not get ahead of ourselves, okay? There could be any number of reasons why Murphy did not mention Katherine.

Chloe: Are you sure he said "He" and not "We"?

Jill: Well, I could be mistaken, but I don't think I am.

Devon: You know, maybe he just slipped up.

Jill: Oh, please. Murphy is as sharp as they come, and, besides, why would he have Katherine's phone?

Victor: None of this makes any sense, now, does it?

Jill: Let me see the rest of the postcards.

Nikki: You think that there's some sort of a clue in that?

Jill: I don't know, Nikki, but it's all we have to go on.

Esther: I'll put light on it.

Jill: [Sighs]

Avery: Looks like the rain has stopped, so hopefully wherever Nick is, he can make his way back home now.

Summer: Yeah, I should probably do the same.

Avery: Oh. Okay. Well, I'm glad we got to spend some time together.

Summer: Me too.

Avery: Come here.

Summer: If you hear anything about my mom, please call me, no matter how big or small it is.

Avery: I will. I promise. And I want you to be careful on the road.

Summer: Okay. I will. I'll see you soon.

Avery: Okay. [Sighs] [Sighs] [Whispering indistinctly] [Sighs] Okay. [Blowing]

[Keys jingle]

Nick: All right, I really should get going. [Clicks tongue] Still putting all the women to sleep, huh, Newman? I guess I can stay a little while longer.

Victoria: I mean, these are really beautiful memories, Billy. They are, but... for every one of these memories, there's just one that I would just as soon forget.

Billy: I know. I know --

Victoria: I mean, this is what you do. You create these magical moments that reel me in, and just when I think it's okay to commit to you and that you're not gonna hurt me...

Billy: I hurt you.

Victoria: And I just don't know if I have it in me. I just don't know if I can go another round. I really just -- I don't.

Billy: What's the alternative? Some safe, steady, accountant sort of guy who can't show you the highs of life? You know, that might work for some women, but that won't work for you, because you're a risk taker. And you have been your entire life. You need the excitement. You need the rush. And you can't get that unless you fall every once in awhile, and, Honey, just stay with me. I swear to you, I will pick you up every time we fall. But, hey. [Chuckling] Honey. When we soar... you'll know it's worth it.

Victoria: You are the most exhausting... difficult... exasperating... exhilarating, breathtaking person that I have ever known in my whole life, and you're right. I could never go through this life without you, ever. [Sniffles]

Devon: I'm not seeing anything.

Lily: Me neither.

Chloe: What about the message on the back?

Nikki: It seems pretty straightforward to me. We're all supposed to be here at 8:00.

Esther: Maybe it's in code.

Jill: Right, Esther. It's in code. Because Murphy and Katherine are spies.

Nikki: Oh, Jill.

Esther: I was just trying to help.

Cane: Yeah, but the question is, why all these different postcards from all these different places?

Chloe: Okay. Well, if I went to all of these places, I would want to spread the word.

Victor: You know, it seems like a dream trip -- the kind of an adventure you look forward to your whole life.

Jill: Oh, my God! That's it! [Sighs] That's what this is about.
