Episode # 9879 ~ Chelsea & Victoria Fight
Provided By Suzanne
Nikki: I hope Murphy doesn't mind.
Kay: If he did, I wouldn't be married to him. So what's going on?
Nikki: I need some advice. (Sighs)
Kay: , Dear. Not you, victor, again?
Nikki: Always is.
Kay: Okay. What is it this time?
Nikki: Victor doesn't se to understand that his business decisions affect the family, even when the children are in the thick of it. I-I just wish he could see the damage it does.
Kay: I assume we're talking about, uh, beauty of nature.
Nikki: How did you know that?
Kay: Well, you know, I'm, um, hearing through, um, certain, uh, circles that, um... Genevieve is thinking about selling.
Nikki: Oh, and she's enjoying every minute in the spotlight. She's minting it for all it's worth.
Kay: Well, even after we lost that Japanese contract, uh, I mean, my god, it's a well-run company in a very... special sector of the industry. To be honest with you, I've been watching it myself.
Nikki: Oh, my god, Katherine, not you, too. (Sighs)
Kay: Wha...
Victor: So does your good news have anything to do with beauty of nature?
Genevieve: That's part of it.
Victor: And the other part?
Genevieve: I'd like to tell you in person.
Victor: All right, I'll be working late. Um, why don't you stop by? Maybe I'm still here. A
Nick: I just wanted to tell you I was going home for the night.
Victor: That was Genevieve Atkinson. Wants to see me.
Nick: About beauty of nature?
Victor: I think I've just about got her where I want her.
Cane: (Clears throat)
Lily: I cannot wait to see the look on Charlie and matty's faces when they see what the Easter bunny brought them.
Cane: Well, I will be sure to bring my camera, and, uh, you need to ask me who I was just on the phone with.
Lily: Who were you just on the phone with?
Cane: Hmm, good question. It was the babysitter, and the kids are down for the night and Cindy said she can stay, so you and I are going out on a date.
Lily: (Laughs)
Michael: I filed a motion earlier today. We are on the schedule for this evening.
Daniel: That was really quick.
Michael: As a matter of fact, we better get going to the courthouse. It's almost time. Yep. (Snaps fingers)
Daniel: Let's do it.
Michael: You want to call your mom, have her meet us there?
Daniel: No. If it's not good news, I don't want to disappoint her.
Michael: Yeah, okay. Let's go. (Claps hands)
Daniel: (Clears throat)
Michael: Thank you, sir.
Daniel: Mm-hmm.
Phyllis: Thank you, Mrs. Martinez.
Jack: Hey, come on in here.
Phyllis: Hi.
Jack: Help yourself to a drink there. I would do the honors, of course, but I'm, uh...
Phyllis: Oh, yeah. (Laughs) no, it's okay. I had so t coffee on my way over here. You look great.
Jack: Don't sound so surprised.
Phyllis: I'm not surprised. I'm guilty, obviously. I'm--if I'd made more of an effort to come and see you--
Jack: Oh, not to worry.
Phyllis: Hmm.
Jack: You've been kind of busy.
Phyllis: Yeah, I have.
Jack: So tell me the latest on Lucy's situation, now that Daniel had his parental rights reinstated. I mean, is he gonna go for sole custody?
Phyllis: Yeah, Michael has filed a motion.
Jack: Well, good. Sounds like he's on top of it.
Phyllis: Oh, yeah, he is. He's--he's great. We're just, you know, waiting, uh, for a hearing date. We wait.
Jack: Well, you're good at that, right?
Phyllis: (Laughs) yeah, I'm great.
Phyllis: (Voice breaks) this is very, very difficult.
Jack: I'll bet it is.
Phyllis: Yeah. (Normal voice) we just started bonding, Lucy and I. Ohh. (Sighs) she was starting to laugh a lot, smiling all the time, just laughing, just belly laughs. She seems to think that I'm the funniest person in the world. Go figure, hmm? I'm not about to convince her otherwise.
Jack: Well, no, when you have the audience in the palm of your hand--
Phyllis: Of course. (Laughs) I don't really have her in the palm my hand anymore, though. I mean, I just wonder if she forgot to laugh... or if she feels safe in bed at night.
Jack: Well, at last Daniel now has some say in her life.
Phyllis: Yeah. thank god for that.
Jack: Okay, well, I'll keep thinking good thoughts, okay?
Phyllis: Thanks. I really appreciate that, because I know you were against my taking Lucy away from Billy and Victoria.
Jack: No, that's all ancient history. Right now, I pray that this time, they do okay.
Phyllis: W--but that-- that girl, Chelsea-- she signed away her parental rights, didn't she? That--Billy and Victoria are taking this baby, right?
Jack: Well, yeah, she signed the papers, but I don't have to tell you how much power the birth mother has.
Chelsea: Do you really think that I am--I'm stupid? Or do you just think I don't care at all about this baby?
Victoria: Uh, hold on. I just want to make sure that you realize, that you know what kind of a person Adam is.
Chelsea: What? Oh, my god.
Adam: Satan personified. We know, the whole world knows, she knows, thanks to am that rag of Billy's.
Abby: I'm sorry, you wonder why you're not welcome here?
Victoria: What are you even doing here? You haven't said.
Adam: No, I hadn't said, but it was simple. She left her phone, I came after her to give it to her.
Victoria: You see? That's exactly what I'm talking about.
Chelsea: What, he--he behaves like a gentleman? That's what you're talking about?
Victoria: No, no. He insinuates himself into people's lives, and then he robs them of what they care about the most. Ask Ashley. Ask Sharon. They'll tell you. You can't let him in.
Chelsea: (Scoffs) I am not-- I am not a child, Victoria! I can take care of myself.
Victoria: No, you can't, not where Adam is concerned.
Chelsea: I un-- I understand everything that Adam's been accused of. I've heard everything about him. He's also been the only person in this whole town who's actually been nice to me...
Victoria: Oh, for god sake.
Chelsea: Who hasn't treated me like I'm scum or--
Victoria: Would you stop? Stop for one minute. Stop overreacting.
Chelsea: What? (Scoffs) I'm overreacting?!
Victoria: Look, all I'm trying to do, I'm just--
Chelsea: You're--you're-- you're trying to control me!
Victoria: Would you stop for one minute? Just stop and calm down!
Adam: Well, maybe you need to calm down, as well.
Victoria: No, you stop, you get out of here right now and don't come back.
Chelsea: What? Listen to how you're en speaking to him.
Victoria: It's the way that she deserves to be spoken to, and if you listen to what I said, you would understand that.
Chelsea: You know what? This was a mistake.
Victoria: Good. I'm glad you realize that.
Chelsea: No, no, I'm not talking about Adam. I am talking about you.
Nikki: Thank you.
Kay: Look, I, um, I understand why you would be opposed to my having any dealings with Genevieve Atkinson, but...ha uh, darling, from a pure business standpoint, why would I no be interested in watching these things unfold?
Nikki: Ugh, I don't know how you can stomach it, this whole situation with beauty of nature-- puts her in the catbird seat.
Kay: Oh, come on, I hone seen undesirable occupants in that seat before. It's business. It's nothing new.
Nikki: I know, t she's so smug about it, and lapping up all the attention. It is disgusting to watch.
Kay: Oh, come on. I doubt that company will be in play for long so, my god, your suffering will be short-lived.
Nikki: Katherine. Maybe-- maybe you are the answer.
Kay: What do you mean?
Nikki: Well, victor would never accept losing to jack or tucker, or even Victoria, if it came to that.
Kay: Well... you know, I-I don't doubt that it would. Hmm.
Nikki: But if chancellor were to swoop in and take over while they're all fighting amongst each other--
Kay: You mean, you-- you want me to buy it?
Nikki: Why not? It's a perfect idea, Katherine, and they wouldn't mi, not with you running' the company.
Kay: Slow down, slow down. Um... (clears throat) I'm only keeping my eyes on things. I never once, not ever, ever, said I was planning to me an offer.
Nikki: But maybe you should.
Kay: Oh, you--
Nikki: There are bound to be huge profits, especially with you running it, and unlike anybody else involved, you won't let you
emotions, get the best of you.
Kay: Nikki, please. This is-- now try and understand. Things between Devon, tucker, and me are-- well, you know, they're getting a little better, and there's just-- it's just not the right time for me to compete against my son.
Nikki: I understand. If only victor felt that way about Victoria.
Victor: I almost have beauty of nature again... and I have to thank you for it.
Nick: Me?
Victor: Yeah. When you made that deal with Mitsukoshi in Japan, you lowered the value of Genevieve Atkinson's company and made it more affordable.
Nick: It's easier to sell to the board.
Victor: You got that right.
Nick: Well, I can't take all the credit. If Sharon weren't there, who knows what Mitsukoshi would have decided?
Victor: Maybe I should have you and Sharon to run the company.
Nick: Sure. What about Victoria?
Victor: She's welcome to stay. Maybe that's one way to get her back to where she belongs.
Nick: I don't know about that.
Victor: Why? She loves to work with you. If I give the three of you more autonomy...
Nick: Well, there is one small detail left.
Victor: Which is?
Nick: Genevieve hasn't sold you the company yet.
Victor: She will, son. She'd be a fool not to.
Victor: (Sets glass down)
Jack: Daniel is the far better candidate to be a parent.
Phyllis: Oh, yeah, definitely, but--
Jack: Okay, well, the courts will see that. Have some faith. This is gonna work out.
Phyllis: He I'm supposed to be encouraging you, not the other way around.
Jack: Oh, I'm already encouraged. I'm more encouraged than I've been in weeks.
Phyllis: Why? What's happening?
Jack: Well, I'm about to make a business deal of a lifetime, and I have found a surgical procedure that's in clinical trials right now.
Phyllis: Wow, clinical trial. My god, jack.
Jack: Watch. Come summer, I'm gonna be on feet again.
Phyllis: That's amazing. So they say there's a chance of a full recovery?
Jack: No, no, no, there's better than a chance.
Phyllis: Wow.
Jack: N I-I want to hear more about this. Can you get into the program? Is there a waiting list, or--
Jack: Well, y-you know what? L-let me send you the web site. They're gonna tell you a lot better than I would.
Phyllis: Oh, okay. I-I'm thrilled for you.
Jack: Ohh, man, I am so excited myself.
Phyllis: I am, too. You deserve nothing but good things.
Jack: You know what? I'm gonna stop waiting for good things to happen to me. You know what? I'm gonna go make them happen. I'm gonna make them happen.
Lily: Oh, thank you.
Cane: Yeah, baby.
Genevieve: Hello. (chuckles) it's so nice to run into you two.
Cane: We were just leaving, so excuse me.
Genevieve: Please don't run off, Ethan.
Cane: Well, we have reservations.
Genevieve: Okay, I won't keep you. I-is--there's something that I really want to say to you. (Sighs) I know that I've made mistakes, but I have learned from them. I'm gonna fix everything. You'll see.
Lily: Man, how weird was that? She didn't even stay to get coffee.
Cane: Well, I've kind of given up trying to figure out what goes on inside my mother's head...
Lily: (Sighs) I thought Genevieve sounded like she meant it, you know, about wanting to fix her mistakes.
Cane: Well, that's the problem, isn't it? She talks the talk, but when it comes to following through, all she does is disappoint. I've given up trusting her, so...
Lily: Well, I found the best way to make someone trustworthy is to trust them. Just gotta take a leap of faith.
Cane: Like you did with me.
Lily: Yeah. Look how well that turned out.
Cane: Mm.
Lily: (Laughs)
Cane: Come on.
Nick: You know, I'm glad to hear that jack's doing so well.
Phyllis: Yeah.
Nick: I've talked him a few times. I need to go and see hha morcks doing w
Phyllis: Oh, that's great.
Daisy: (Sighs you know you have to stay away from us, Phyllis.
Phyllis: Um, this is a public place. I was getting some coffee, okay? I can do that.
Dai: Well, now 're here, and the restraining order says you have to leave.
Phyllis: Oh, you're not the least bit sorry. You're hardly sorry, are you? Are you?
Nick: Okay, okay. Don't give her the chance to make trouble. You know she'll take it. We'll just go to the patio.
Victoria: I'm really sorry if you misunderstood. Now I didn't mean to imply that you don't know how to take care of yourself and get better. it's just that I'm just worried about you.
Adam: Because, god knows, anyone who's friends with me--
Chelsea: Who--who are you trying to kid? You can con a con artist, Victoria. I know you don't care about me. I have ted a trihelseah you, but I am nothing but an incubator.
Victoria: That's not true.
Chelsea: I don't know if I want this baby being raised by somebody like you.
Abby: (Scoffs)
Victoria: Hold on, Chelsea, wait a minute.
Chelsea: You're no better than my mother. You're just ing iconch for whatever you can get.
Victoria: No, I couldn't. No, I would never... do that.
Abby: oh, how could you compare her to Anita? Victoria is a great mom.
Chelsea: That's it. I've heard enough. I'm out of here. Excuse me.
Victoria: Chelsea.
Abby: (Scoffs)
Victoria: Chelsea, wait. Wait, Chelsea.. Chelsea!
Nik: Katherine sends her best.
Jack: Well, I am glad you are spending time together. You're good for each other.
Nikki: Yeah, well, somebody had to peel me off the ceiling, and she was elected.
Jack: Problems?
Nikki: Oh, I'm just so upset over this whole feeding frenzy around beauty of nature. I'm--I'm upset for everybody involved-- victor, you, Victoria.
Jack: This will all be over soon, Nikk.
Nikki: Katherine said the same thing.
Jack: Kathe' be over soon, Nikk. A smart cookie.
Nikki: I hope you're kathbasi the sag Genevieve promised you because you of all people know how two-faced she is.
Genevieve: Aha, I see you deemed I was worth waiting for.
Victor: You knew I would.
Genevieve: Did I?
Victor: We understand I each other.
Genevieve: I understand you a lot better, now that I know what you did.
Victor: Oh, yeah? What are you talking about?
Genevieve: In Japan. You set me up. You left me alone both your briefcase, 'cause you knew that I would go through it and find the card for Yoshida, the federal agent. And if it hadn't been for my son, I'd be sitting in jail. Right now.
Victor: Wait a minute. Let me get this straight--no you just admitted to me that you went through my personal things, you stole personal information from me, and now accuse of having done something wrong?
Genevieve: Neither one of us ever does anything wrong. That's how we operate.
Victor: Really? So what's this "news" you have to tell me?
Genevieve: I think you've always considered me easy pickings, but you're wrong. Case in point--jack and I have worked everything out, in fact, we're getting married next seek.
Victor: Eallanin
Genevieve: And guess what I'm giving him for a wedding gift? Beauty of nature. I'm selling it to jack.
Victor: You're a bigger fool than I thought.
Jeff: You missed a spot, right (chuckles) can't tell what a relief it is not to be doing that anymore.
Gloria: Mm-hmm. I know the waitstaff is thrilled, because they know you were stealing tips.
Jeff: Wha-- (sighs)
Cane: Ah, look, it's the newlyweds.
Gloria: Yeah, the newlyweds!
Lily: Hi.
Gloria: Right back at you.
Jeff: And ain't love grand, especially the second time around.
Lily: Yes, well, I definitely think so.
Cane: Mm-hmm. Uh, so we would like a table for two, please.
Gloria: Of course. Coming right up.
Cane: and, uh, it's date night, so if, you know, you have anything, uh... (whispers) private?
Jeff: Oh, yeah, yeah.
Cane: (normal voice) yeah.
Gloria: Yes, d can d that I have the perfect table, but I can only let you have it on one condition-- you let us buy you dinner-- anything you want, on the house.
Lily: Oh, thank you.
Jeff: (Laughs)
Cane: Oh, that's very kind of you, Jeffrey. Thank you for being so generous.
Jeff: Uh, buttercup, um, -how about half-price?
Gloria: (Laughs)
Lily: (Laughs)
Gloria: So good to have you home, honey.
Lily: Yeah. (Laughs)
Victoria: (Sighs) Chelsea took off in her car. I couldn't stop her. That's just great. What if she's gone for good?
Abby: Hey, look, I'm sure it was just hormones, okay? She didn't mean it, and besides, all of her stuff is here. She'll come back, okay?
Victoria: (Sighs heavily)
Adam: And when she does, things should be handled a little differently. Chelsea doesn't need a warden. She needs a little bit of space, maybe some respect from the two of you, as well.
Victoria: You don't even talk. This is all your fault!
Adam: Okay. Like always, it's my fault. En I'm gonna go look for her.
Victoria: No! N you've done enough. You stay away from her. I'll go.
Abby: I'm coming with you.
Nikki: Jack, I know that look.
Jack: What look?
Nikki: It's that "who, me?" Look that you get on your face whenever you're about to do something that you know at d't "who, e of-- in this case, allowing Genevieve to worm her way back into your life. That's what we're talking about, isn't it? His way back into your life.
Nikki: Look, whatever you're about to say, she is not good for you. Stay away from that woman.
Jack: Genevieve and I have worked out a beneficial deal.
Nikki: No, not possible with that woman. A mutually beneficial deal. You would even consider getting back into bed with her after everything she's ut you through.
Jack: I know what I'm doing. Getting back into bed with her. I am using what happened to my advantage.
Nikki: I don't know what that means. I don't know what that means, but I know I don't like it.
Jack: Here's what you to whathat me no matter what you hear, no matter what happens. You know that I am completely ed matter in charge of the situation. Promise me you'll remember that.
Nikki: Uh, the in that you say, the more freaked out I get. But you've got to tell me what's going on.
Jack: (Sighs)
Genevieve: If I'm such a fool, why do you look shocked?
Victor: I can't believe how naive you're being about jack Abbott.
Genevieve: Oh, I guess we shouldn't expect a wedding gift from you.
Victor: Do you honestly think he has forgiven you? You don't know him as well as I do. You don't know what makes him tick. He has been plotting revenge against you ever since you stole beauty of nature out from under him. And when he gets what he wants, he's gonna throw you to the curb like yesterday's news. It'll make your head spin.
Genevieve: You're wrong. We've worked everything out. I can count on jack. Not everyone is as duplicitous as you.
Victor: I promise you, you're in for a shock. You and jack Abbott will fail. You're doomed. You have a nice evening.
Adam: Chelsea!
Adam: (Sighs) come on, Chelsea, what the hell are you doing out in the middle of nowhere? Come on. Chelsea! Chelsea!
Phyllis: I would give anything to--
Nick: I know.
Phyllis: (Sighs) this is very upsetting. Did--Lucy looked okay, didn't she? Mean, she looked healthy.
Nick: She looked great.
Phyllis: Right.
Nick: I know you're really worried about her. She looked great.
Phyllis: Well, I'm worried about her because daisy knows as much about being a mom as I do about herding sheep. Seriously. And don't even get me started on her morals or sense of judgment.
Nick: What judgment?
Phyllis: Yeah, exactly. What judgment? That's my point. Well, apparently, she's changing her diaper and she's feeding her, so that's good, but she doesn't even have a pediatrician, I'm sure. I an, kids need checkups. You need to be on it, uh, really. I mean, anything can happen in the middle of the night. She can get a rash. She can spike a fever. She won't know what to do. She will not know what to do! I mean, it's one thing to take care of a kid when they're well, but when they're sick, uh, you know, forget about it.
Nick: (Sighs) y-yea the--the court ordered a social worker to look in on them.
Phyllis: I know, but how often? What, once a month? In the meantime--
Nick: Look, you're just gonna have to relax. Lucy's gonna be fine. N
Phyllis: I just have to hang on until Daniel gets custody. Oh. I'm there for you. I'm there for you, Lucy. I'm watching over you. I'm there for you. They're leaving.
Phyllis: I hate that woman.
(Glasses clink)
Abby: Is Billy still not answering?
Victoria: Yeah, it's going straight to voice mail.
Gloria: Well, hello, ladies. Can I get you a table for two?
Victoria: Hey, listen, have either of you seen Chelsea?
Jeff: No.
Gloria: Well, not since yesterday. Why? Something wrong?
Victoria: I don't know. I hope not.
Abby: She totally flaked on us.
Gloria: Really? what's that mean?
Victoria: Listen, we just-- we had a misunderstanding, and she got upset and ran out of the house before I could stop her.
Gloria: To go where?
Victoria: No clue.
Abby: Uh, pregnancy mood swings. You can't say "good morning" without setting her off.
Gloria: (Laughs) oh, boy, do I know about that. You know about that, Jeffrey? Women kind of go a little insane. You know, when I had Michael--
Victoria: Uh, listen, you know, I just really want to find her, so, um, you know, maybe we can smooth things out.
Jeff: Sorry, can't help.
Victoria: (Sighs) well, it occurred to me that maybe she might try to reach out to her mother, so I was wondering if maybe you know how I could contact Anita.
Jeff: (Scoffs) what are you looking at me for? I don't know anything.
Gloria: You sure about that, Jeffrey?
Jeff: Yeah, I haven't seen or heard from either one of them, not since I informed them that they obviously had me confused with my brother, d rest his soul.
Victoria: Okay, please, listen, do you know anyplace that Anita might go? Just--it's really important, so please focus. I-I really need to find her. I'm worried about Chelsea and the baby.
Adam: Chelsea!
Adam: (Shivers) Chelsea!
Adam: Chelsea!
Chelsea: (Coughing) (gasping)
Adam: Oh, oh, my god, Chelsea. I'm coming, I'm coming! Chelsea, hang in there!
Chelsea: (Choking, gasping)
Adam: I'M coming on out, hon. I'll be--just hang in there.
Chelsea: (Gurgling)
Adam: Chelsea, I'm coming, hon. I'm coming.
Chelsea: (Shivering) (gasping and gurgling)
Adam: Hold on. I'm coming, Chelsea.
Nick: All right, so you want to go to the movies or something? Hey, the gym? We could be punching some stuff.
Phyllis: (Sighs) no, that's not gonna help.
Nick: All right, then lets go home. I can throw you in the bath, give you a massage, get that area between shoulder blades that you hold all your stress.
Phyllis: Mm... I can't. I'm sorry to be a downer. You can take off if you want.
Nick: Oh, no. You're not getting rid of me that easily.
(Cell phone rings)
Phyllis: Hey, Daniel.
Daniel: Hey, where are you?
Phyllis: Um, crimson lights, with nick.
Daniel: Oh, uh, cool. I got something for summer for Easter. Uh, could you maybe stop by my place and pick it up?
Phyllis: Yeah. Yeah, we'll be there shortly.
Cane: Okay, I'm thinking the chateaubriand for two with a side of caviar, and then order a $500 bottle of wine, just to see the look on Jeffrey's face.
Lily: (Laughs) I know. Well, I'm thinking...
Cane: Mm-hmm.
Lily: That we should order French champagne with French dressing on my salad, French onion soup, and a French baguette.
Cane: Am I sensing a theme here s
Lily: Yeah, we're celebrating the 7-week anniversary of our wedding in France.
Cane: And then, after dinner, we can celebrate and go dancing.
Lily: Ah, and after dancing?
Gloria: You know, you and Anita did spend an awful lot of time together when you were busing tables.
Jeff: Eh, don't remind me.
Victoria: Okay, so you two didn't talk at all? You don't ha any idea where she might have gone?
Jeff: Sorry.
Victoria: (Sighs)
Abby: Let's call the police, or Paul Williams. He could track Anita's credit cards, see if she got on any flights.
Jeff: Uh, you know...he (laughs) now that I think about it, I-it seems to me she talked about maybe wanting to go visit her hometown. Um, gee, what was the name of that place? Um, price is right, uh, no, no, no, no. Truth or consequences.
Gloria: Uh, that really is the name of a place?
Jeff: Oh, yeah. It's just a little to in new Mexico, way out in the boonies.
Gloria: Oh, yeah?
Jeff: (Laughs) you know, there's a funny story about it, truth or consequences.
Gloria: (Laughs)
Victoria: Listen, I-I really don't have time for this at all, so if you see Chelsea or if you hear from her, please call me immediately.
Gloria: Will do. Good luck.
Victoria: Thanks. okay, we'll just split up. We have a better chance of finding her, okay?
Abby: Okay, no, that's a good idea. Um, I will take the--the-- the coffeehouse, trumble's, and the athletic club. Those are all her usual hangouts. What about you?
Victoria: I have a hunch that might prove to be useful, so I'm gonna check it out.
Abby: Okay, uh, let me know.
Victoria: Okay, and if you see her at all--
Abby: I will text you.
Victoria: Okay, thank you m so much for helping me.
Abby: Hey, hey, it's gonna be okay.
Victoria: (Sigh v I hope so. God, I wish Billy were here. Okay, let's go.
Abby: Oy, come on.
Chelsea: (Shivering)
Adam: I'm coming, Chelsea. Chelsea, I'm-- I'm almost there.
Chelsea: (Voice breaking) it's so cold.
Adam: Know, I know, it's freezing. I'm on my way.
Chelsea: (Shivering)
Adam: Reach out for me. Co on, stick your hand out of the water, Chelsea. Chelsea, come on!
Chelsea: (Shivering)
Adam: Chelsea, honey, you gotta stick your hand out of the water. Come on.
Chelsea: (Gasping)
Adam: Chelsea, I can't come any farther. You gotta help me out here. (Grunts) Chelsea, come on. Give me your hand. Come on!
Chelsea: (Shivering) (grunting)
Adam: I got you. I got you.
Chelsea: (Breathing heavily)
Adam: (Grunts)
Gloria: And here's Jeffrey at the craps table and the roulette table, oh, and the blackjack table, where he flirted outrageously with the dealer.
Lily: Oh, how romantic of you.
Gloria: Isn't it, though?
Jeff: Don't knock it, honey. My winnings paid for the honeymoon.
Gloria: Mm-hmm.
Cane: Ooh.
Gloria: Right up until the time you lost it all as we we leaving at the last crap table.
Jeff: Ah, you had to remind me.
Gloria: Actually, it was a lovely trip.
Cane: Well, thank you for this excellent meal, and, Jeffrey, are you sure I can't pa for some of it?
Gloria: Absolutely not. Our pleasure. We are all members of the "second time around" club.
Cane: The second and the last time around club. I may have been married before, but this beautiful girl is the only lady for me.
Gloria: Mm.
Lily: (Chuckles)
Gloria: And you feel the same way, too, "snookums"?
Jeff: Righty-o, my little kitten. Never anyone but you.
Michael: Ha!
Phyllis: Hey. Oh, what are you doing here? Is there news about the hearing?
Michael: Uh, it hasn't been scheduled yet, but... ta-da! (Chuckles)
Phyllis: Ohh. Hey. Hey, Lucy. So good to see you. Can I?
Daniel: Mm-hmm?
Phyllis: Oh, my goodness. Hello! (Gas) ohh.
Nick: How is this, uh, possible?
Daniel: (Sighs) Michael got us a hearing, and the, uh, judge grant me unsupervised visitation until custody is decided.
Phyllis: Oh, my goodness. This is just just a one-shot thing?
Michael: Nope.
Daniel: Yeah, we showed up over at daisy's with a court order, just like she did to you when she took Lucy from your place, and there was nothing she could do about it.
Nick: I bet that felt good.
Daniel: (Chuckles)
Michael: Tell your mom the best part.
Daniel: Okay. The best part is the judge revised the restraining order, so it's okay for you to see Lucy when she's with me. It still stands otherwise, but big improvement, huh?
Phyllis: (Sighs) oh, my gosh.
Lucy: (Babbles)
Phyllis: This is the best, best, best ns possible.
Nick: Thanks for doing this.
Michael: Bam!
Nikki: Jack, you know you can trust me.
Jack: I do. I'm asking for the same from you. Have a little faith in my ability.
Nikki: No, I'm not worried about your ability. I'm concerned about Genevieve's total lack of scruples. She is a very--ne
Jack: Nikk, Nikk, listen to me, please. Do not worry. I know what I'm doing. I'm going into this with my eyes wide-open I do not love Genevieve, I do not trust Genevieve, and I will never let Genevieve make a fool of me again.
Billy: (Chuckles) (singsong voice) okay, okay, okay, okay... (normal voice) I'm all packed up. Now listen to me.
Victoria: Right.
Billy: If Chelsea or her mother give you any problems whatsoever, I need you to call me.
Victoria: Okay. You know that you're just going to L.A., Right? Going to the dark side of the moon, and we're gonna be e-mailing and texting and calling every day, all day long.
Billy: Really?
Victoria: Really.
Billy: Hmm.
Victoria: Mm-hmm.
Billy: Well, we don't have to go to the airport right now, and I had this whole checklist that I wanted to go over with you--
Victoria: All right, t we don't need that anymore, because we're gonna be in constant communication.
Billy: Oh, well, what do we do with all this extra time? Hmm.
Victoria: (Sighs) hmm. Well, I can think of one thing .That we can't really do to its maximum effect long-distance.
Billy: Oh, really?
Victoria: Really.
Billy: Hmm. mm. Oh, I like where your head is at, Mrs. Abbott.
Victoria: (Giggles) you do?
Billy: I do.
Oh, look at this
Victoria: What is this?
Billy: Look at these buttons.
Victoria: There's a lot of buttons on the shirt.
Billy: (Laughs)
Victoria: (Laughs)
Billy: (Growls) (chuckles) hello! I am home! I'm home--what's up, buddy? (Laughs) how are you? How are you? Did you miss me? Huh? Did you miss me? You missed me. Did you miss me? Where is everybody, huh? Where's everybody? Come on. Come on. (Laughs) (growls) where is everyone?
(Knock on door)
Victoria: (Sighs)
Victor: What did I do wrong now?
Victoria: I need your help.
Victoria: I know you found Chelsea and Anita before. I need you to help me find them again. Will you help me, please?
Chelsea: (Shivering)
Adam: Come on, let's get this around you. What the hell were you doing on the ice, Chelsea?
Chelsea: I ran o-out of gas, and I-I saw a light. I didn't know it was ice. (Shivering)
Adam: Okay, listen, my phone has no reception out here, so we gotta get back to the car.
Chelsea: Ohh!
Adam: I'm gonna get you dry and warm. We're gonna get you to the hospital and check you and the baby.
Chelsea: Can't, I can't.
Adam: You can't what? What, what, what?
Chelsea: (Breathing heavily) the baby's coming. (Grunts) (panting)

Genevieve: I get the feeling that you never told Ashley about us.
Nikki: She's dangling beauty of nature right in front of you. What makes you think that you won't get sucked in?
Adam: You need help. I have to make a phone call.
Chelsea: Please don't leave me. Please, you can't go!
