Episode # 9680 ~ Tucker Awakes From His Coma

Provided By Suzanne

(Knock on door)

Diane: (Sighs)

Adam: Hey. Shouldn't you be several time zones away by now?

Diane: Oh, I would be, but the S.E.C. objected to my travel plans.

Adam: That's, uh... that's tough luck.

Diane: Well, it's gonna work out all right, because you're gonna make sure it does.

Adam: Yeah, no, I don't think I'm gonna be getting involved.

Diane: I think you will, out of your own self-interest. I know that's the only thing that motivates you, and if you don't help me, I'll be forced to make your life as miserable as I possibly can.

Adam: Mm-hmm.

Diane: I'm serious, Adam. I need more money-- double the money so I can pay for a defense. And if you don't give it to me, then I am gonna give the feds everything they need to nail you.

Victoria: (Sighs) (Sighs)

(Cell phone rings)

(Ring)

(Ring)

Billy: (Sighs)

Woman: So you new in town, or just to Jimmy's?

Woman: (Laughs)

Billy: (Coughs) Um, neither, really, at all.

Woman: Really?

Billy: Mnh-mnh.

Woman: 'Cause I come here kind of a lot, and I've never seen you.

Billy: (Chuckles) Yeah. Well, it's been a while. I was here Halloween.

Woman: Oh. It has been a while.

Billy: Mm-hmm.

Woman: I knew if I had seen that face, I would have remembered.

Billy: (Sighs) (Laughs) Uh-huh.

Ashley: I know exactly how Victoria is feeling, losing your baby girl. And poor, poor Billy.

Abby: "Poor Billy" kind of brought this on himself by lying to everyone about how he got Lucy.

Ashley: You know, Abby, life isn't always that--

Abby: I know that it was out of love, just like when you switched places with me in the car after I hit tucker.

Ashley: Would you please stop saying that?

Abby: You know what? You and--

Ashley: It didn't happen.

Abby: You know what you don't get and what Billy doesn't get? The people that you're trying to protect, we only end up worse off. My God, you-- you know what this is doing to me... looking at you, watching you pay for my crime? I feel like the scum of the earth. I feel like the worst person in the world, Mom, okay?

Ashley: Abby, Abby, I was driving.

Abby: Oh, God.

Ashley: It wasn't a crime. It was an accident.

Abby: Stop! Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop saying that. I know what happened, and soon, everyone else will. It is coming out tonight.

Ashley: Now listen to me. You're not to open your mouth at all.

Abby: You don't belong in here, and I am gonna get you out of here.

Ashley: Abby, I want you to say--

Victor: I have some good news for you. You're being released on bail.

Dr. Charles: As much as I sympathize with your frustration--

Kay: I don't want sympathy. I want to see progress, some sign that Tucker's improving. And if you tell me the recovery is like a miracle one more time, that it's not a sprint, you are the one who is going to be on life support, I promise you that.

Dr. Charles: We've done everything possible for your son.

Kay: Oh, come on.

Dr. Charles: The rest is up to him.

Kay: I-I--you know, I refuse to accept that. Now come on. Surely there is another patient or families who have tried alternative therapies.

Dr. Charles: With varying degrees of success.

Kay: Well, then I want to hear about...

(Cell phone rings)

Kay: Pardon me just a minute. Uh, uh, Jack? Jack? Yeah. What are you doing calling me from Jabot? Uh, I haven't even signed the new contracts yet.

Jack: Speak for yourself.

Kay: All right, uh, uh, send them to me in the morning, and, uh, we'll make it official.

Jack: What are you doing now? Too busy to write your name?

Kay: (Chuckles) All right. Fine. I'll, uh, drop by on my way home.

Jack: I'll be waiting with pen in hand.

Kay: (Sighs) Well, now... if you have issues with this, and no doubt you will, feel free to pop right out of that bed and tell me so. Come on, Tucker. Let me have it!

Kay: Oh. (Groans) (Sighs)

Jack: You know, you're right, my friend. I couldn't have picked a better time to come back. Well, thank you. I appreciate the words of encouragement. Hey, I'll let you get back to your evening. Good enough. Thanks. Hey.

Victoria: Hey. Um... I'm sorry to interrupt.

Jack: No, no, no, no, no. I'm glad to see you.

Victoria: (Sighs) Congratulations on getting your job back.

Jack: Yeah. The job was almost yours.

Victoria: Well, it wouldn't have meant as much to me as it does to you. I know that. It's not to say that I wouldn't jump at it if I got a second chance. I mean, I have a lot of time on my hands with Lucy gone.

Jack: I am so sorry for everything that's gone on with you and Billy.

Victoria: Thanks. Uh... you haven't seen him around, have you? Because I-I went to "Restless Style," and I went to the trailer, and I've called him probably... (Sighs) So many times, and he hasn't called me back and--

Jack: Well, if it's any comfort, he's not calling me back, either.

Victoria: Oh, okay. Well, listen, if you talk to him or if--if you see him, would you just tell him to call me or--or--or come home?

Jack: Does that maybe mean you're willing to work things out?

Victoria: Jack, I-I-I didn't want him to leave. I need to find him.

Jack: Have you--have you maybe tried Jimmy's bar?

Billy: Eh, don't you lie to me. This is probably your first time here. Don't lie.

Woman: (Chuckles) No, it's not. Ask Max. He knows me, knows my drink.

Billy: Mm.

Woman: Always gives me an extra slice of lime.

Billy: That's insignificant-- no, no, no-- insufficient evidence. That's insufficient evidence. (Laughs)

Woman: What, am I on trial now?

Billy: Yeah, you know, impersonating a regular is a--is a big offense around here. It's problematic.

Woman: And what about you? How do I know you've really been here before?

Billy: Me?

Woman: Yeah.

Billy: I-I practically own this place, Man. Actually, I actually-- I actually--actually--actually owned this place at one point.

Woman: Oh?

Billy: This was my place. I had--it was mine.

Woman: (Laughs) Well, then you apparently have seniority, so I will let you buy the next round.

Billy: (Laughs) Yeah, of course. Well played.

Woman: (Laughs)

Billy: Hey, "Good time" Max, can, uh, the lady get another-- get a drink, please? Thanks.

Woman: I hope this means you'll start coming in more often.

Billy: (Sighs) Yeah, well, um... lately, the odds are pretty good.

Woman: Good.

Billy: Mm.

Woman: Thank you. Lime.

Billy: Oh, yeah.

Woman: (Laughs)

Billy: See, one--one, two. Two limes. That's, um, yeah. I still don't believe you. You're still a newbie.

Woman: Hey, I like to consider myself a member of the Jimmy's family. Sometimes the families we choose are better than the ones we've left behind, am I right?

Billy: Yeah. You know, um... I should--I should be, uh... thank you, Max-- heading home.

Woman: Wait, who are you calling?

Billy: I'm gonna call a cab, 'cause I can't--

Woman: Oh. Oh, no, no, no, no. Don't do that. I'll take you.

Billy: I mean--no, I mean, you haven't even finished-- you just got a drink. It's--

Woman: No. I don't mind, really. Come on.

Billy: (Sighs) (Laughs)

Ashley: You mean I can go right now?

Victor: Mr. Walsh is here to reinstate your bail and to oversee your release, okay?

Abby: Oh, this is fantastic.

Ashley: What changed?

Spencer: Your attorney and Mr. Newman brought to my attention that the key witness in your case is under federal investigation.

Abby: (Sighs)

Victor: For letting investors think that I had died in order to sabotage the I.P.O. of Newman stock.

Abby: Diane is such a con artist.

Victor: You bet. That's putting it mildly.

Abby: (Scoffs)

Victor: Therefore, she's totally unreliable as a witness.

Ashley: Victor, thank you so much. I told you it was all gonna be okay, and you have nothing to worry about.

Spencer: The order of protection that bars you from going anywhere near Mr. McCall is still in effect. You violate it, and you'll be right back here.

Ashley: Uh, okay. I'm sure I can get Katherine to see reason.

Spencer: This is for you.

Victor: I will handle that. Thank you. After you.

Spencer: (Knocks on door)

Abby: Um...

Victor: Sweetheart.

Abby: I need to talk to you about something important.

Victor: Well, let me deal with this first.

Abby: Uh, it--it can't wait. It's about Mom.

Victor: Okay. Let's sip a cup of coffee, okay?

Adam: I already gave you a huge pile of money.

Diane: Did you miss the part about the feds investigating me? I'm gonna need a lawyer, a good one.

Adam: How can the authorities prove that you weren't in pain when Victor called for that ambulance, hmm? How can they prove that you didn't think that you really were having a miscarriage? See, they can't, just like me. I'm just some lucky schmo who happened upon Newman shares when they were dropping low, and I bought 'em up, just like I was taught to do at Harvard business school. That's all there is to it, as far as anyone else knows.

Diane: Anyone except me.

Adam: Well, giving me up means you would have to admit your own culpability, and I don't think it takes a high-priced lawyer to let you know that's a boneheaded move.

Diane: Hmm. It's all in how you spin it, isn't it? Given your history of using and manipulating vulnerable women...

Adam: (Clicks tongue) "Vulnerable," you?

Diane: I was an unwitting pawn in your game.

Adam: Given your history of trying to pull fast ones on my father, and the fact that you were the only one actively perpetrating fraud-- that's how it looks-- hell hath no fury and all that, I don't think it would be too hard for me to convince the feds that it was all your plan.

Diane: But you'd never be able to convince Victor. Oh. Well, maybe that's the solution, huh? If you don't help me, maybe Victor will, provided I come clean.

Adam: Like I said, you'd have to be an idiot.

Diane: You do know how to game the system. But Victor... he's got his own brand of justice.

Adam: You don't need to confess to Victor or anyone else. All you have to do is just stick to your story.

Diane: Easy for you to say. You don't have federal agents stalking you.

Adam: There is no evidence that you have done anything wrong, Diane.

Diane: So what? People get convicted all the time with no evidence. Hell, how about Sharon, for example? I need protection, Adam. And I think you'd want to be the one to give it to me, 'cause if I go down, believe me, I'm not going alone.

Adam: We're on the same side. We want the same things.

Diane: Are you gonna give me the money or not?

Adam: Yes, if you keep your head, you stay the course, and you continue helping me.

Diane: Help you with what?

Adam: What, you didn't think I was done sticking it to my dad, did you? No, no, no, no. I'm just getting started.

Diane: You have a new plan?

Adam: Look, if this one works out, you're gonna have more money than you could ever spend.

Diane: Tell me more.

Victor: You know, the last time we were here, I had the feeling there was something that was weighing rather heavily on you.

Abby: Mom wants me to keep holding in, and I just can't keep doing it. It's so wrong. You've asked me if, um, there was anything about the accident that I hadn't told you.

Victor: And?

Abby: It was me, Dad. I was driving the car. I hit Tucker.

Jack: Well, we may have to expand production capacity to meet demand. A good problem to have, to be sure, but let's not get caught flat-footed. Okay, meet with Julie on Monday. She'll have the latest in market testing. And from there, you can see where the weak links are in our supply chain. Good enough. Well, thank you. It's good to be back. Katherine, please, come on in. Sit down.

Kay: (Laughs) Ohh, thank you. Thank you. Oh, my God, look at you. You look ten years younger.

Jack: Oh.

Kay: And somehow, I don't think it's due to that, uh, new cactus serum.

Kay: I-I think it's possibly because you're sitting in that chair doing a job your dad raised you to do.

Jack: If I could bottle this feeling and sell it, I...

Kay: Very careful. I, uh, it's probably highly addictive.

Jack: It is quite possible you could have found another executive to run Jabot. There will never be anyone more motivated.

Kay: Well, apparently, I've made the right choice. All right, where's that contract?

Jack: Right here.

Kay: (Sighs) (Humming) (Chuckles) Okay, Jackie.

Ashley: Hi. Hi. You've probably been wondering where I've been. Sorry I haven't been around, but, you now, I've been thinking about you every single minute. I wish you could hear me. I wish you... (Sniffles) I wish you knew how much I love you. I love you so, so much. Tucker. Tucker, are you doing that on purpose? Do you want me to know that you can hear me? You can, can't you? Squeeze my hand again. Tucker. Open your eyes, Honey. Open your eyes, okay? Please? Just try. Just try, okay? Can you move anything? Can you open your eyes? It's okay. It's okay. I know you're trying hard to get back to me. I'll be here when you do.

Ashley: Tucker. Tucker.

Tucker: (Sighs)

Ashley: Hi. (Gasps)

Tucker: (Groans)

Ashley: Hi, Tucker. He just opened his eyes. He squeezed my hand, and I-I asked him to open his eyes, and he did.

Dr. Charles: Tucker? Tucker, can you hear me?

Tucker: (Sighs)

Dr. Charles: Tucker.

Ashley: (Sniffles)

Dr. Charles: You're not supposed to be here.

Ashley: You should be damn glad that I am, because he opened his eyes for me. I know he did it for me.

Tucker: (Breathing heavily)

Ashley: Didn't you? (Sighs)

Tucker: (Sighs)

Abby: It wasn't my idea for Mom to lie for me. I didn't even know that she was at first. I woke up at the hospital. Mom said that she crashed the car, and I-I couldn't really remember. I believed her.

Victor: I'm sure she was very convincing.

Abby: She still hasn't admitted the truth, not even when she found out that I...

Victor: (Sighs)

Abby: I tricked tucker into going to that cabin. Diane, too. I was taking Mom there so she could catch them together and call off the wedding. And I knew it was wrong. Dad, I knew it was wrong. But, like, I don't know. I guess that's why I drank so much. I was trying to drown out my conscience.

Victor: (Sighs) But if you were that drunk that night, how can you be sure that you're right about your memories?

Abby: I don't remember much. But those moments-- seeing Tucker, losing control of the car, and Mom's scream-- I--it's burned in my brain.

Victor: I am so sorry that you had to carry all this on your own shoulders. I really am. I'm gonna deal with it now. We'll talk to Michael Baldwin and see how we can handle the situation, all right?

Abby: Okay. And tell him there's no point in talking to Spencer Walsh. I already tried that.

Victor: You confessed to the D.A.?

Abby: Well, I tried. He didn't believe me. He thinks that I'm lying to cover for Mom.

Victor: Sweetheart, your mother's out on bail, free until the trial.

Abby: Dad, Mom can't even see Tucker. Dad, this has to come out right now.

Victor: I can help you both.

Abby: (Sighs)

Victor: What?

Abby: Now you're reacting to this just like Mom.

Victor: Your mother and I don't want you to throw your future away.

Abby: (Sighs) I thought you were gonna understand this. You are always telling me to grow up, to act responsibly, to take... just never mind. Wow, there's nothing that I do-- everything I do, I... (Sighs)

Victor: I did--

Abby: You just see me as a helpless child.

Victor: That's nonsense. I didn't say that.

Abby: It's fine. Dad, it's okay. I can handle this on my own.

Victor: Abby, I didn't say that.

Abby: No, it's okay.

Victor: (Sighs) Oh, boy. (Sighs) Where are you now? All right, my daughter Abby just left Crimson Lights. I want you to follow her. I want to find out what she's doing, all right? Yep. (Sighs)

Billy: All righty. Let's see how we did... (Coughs)

(Knock on door)

Billy: In a minute.

Woman: Hi.

Billy: Hi.

Woman: I had second thoughts about driving away. Did you have any second thoughts about letting me go?

Billy: (Laughs) You--yeah, um... you know, it--it's really--really messy in here, and I don't--

Woman: Oh, I don't mind.

Billy: Okay.

Woman: It's not so bad. Oh. You're a betting man.

Billy: Um... no. I--well, no. I'm not really--not anymore. I'm not a--no.

Woman: I don't really get gambling. I always think it's better to go for a sure thing.

Billy: (Laughs)

Woman: Come here.

Billy: Yeah. Look, um... I-I-I really appreciate you giving me the ride home-- what the hell are you doing?

Woman: What do you want to bet that if I keep going, we could have ourselves a little fun?

Billy: I bet you're right.

Woman: (Giggles)

Billy: (Giggles) Yeah, but you gotta go home.

Woman: Wh--seriously?

Billy: Yeah. Um, yeah, look. I'm--I'm sorry. I-I... (Laughs) I-I am very, very--I'm sorry, but, um, look, I-I just-- I don’t... I don't do this sort of thing anymore. I'm married, see? I'm a married man.

Woman: Oh.

Billy: I--yeah.

Woman: Wow. (Laughs) Uh... okay.

Billy: (Chuckles)

Woman: Well... I guess you can't blame a girl for trying.

Man: No, Ma'am. It--okay.

Victoria: Billy?

Billy: Uh--um... (Chuckles) Hi. (Stammers) (sighs) Oh, God.

Kay: Well, I hope the next three months go as well as you expect it.

Jack: Katherine, I am not only going to meet the revenue targets you set out for me, I'm going to surpass them by a large margin. The fact that you and I both have a lot to prove here is not lost on me.

Kay: Well, it was totally unexpected, Tucker putting me in charge of his business while he's incapacitated. And I wanted to show him, um, how much I appreciate it by the kind of faith he had in me. I'm willing to take a chance on you, Jack. And God knows I'm rooting for you, I really and truly am. But let me make one thing clear-- I will never, ever cut you slack because of old times. No, I--listen to me now. I will always do what is right for this company... even if it means selling to Victor Newman.

Jack: It won't come to that. Katherine, I promise you, this new product line is amazing. It is going to be a ga-- you know what? I'm gonna stop talking about it. I'm gonna show you. I'm gonna send you home with some samples for you to use.

Kay: (Laughs) My gift free with purchases, huh?

Jack: (Chuckles) Act now, and I'll throw in an exclusive, limited-edition tote.

Kay: (Chuckles) And who could resist that? (Laughs) Ah. Congratulations.

Jack: Thank you.

(Cell phone rings)

Jack: Oh.

Kay: Oh. Excuse me.

Jack: You know what? I'll run and get your samples.

Kay: Okay, well, that's probably Murphy trying to track me down.

(Ring)

Kay: Yes, hello. What happened? Well, that's wonderful news! Y-yes! I mean, did Tucker say anything? I mean, is he lucid? Uh, uh, never mind. Never mind. I'm on--I'm on my way. Okay. Jack. Uh, Jack? Uh, Jack! Jack!

Abby: So if we were to shoot something right now, how long would it take you to get it on the web?

Kent: Well, a couple of minutes. Why? What are we doing?

Abby: (Sighs) I screwed up big-time. I'm gonna make it right.

Kent: You want to get back with Daniel. You're sending a public valentine.

Abby: (Sighs)

Kent: (Sighs)

Abby: No. No. I-I've been keeping a horrible secret, and my family is suffering because of it.

Kent: Sounds juicy.

Abby: More like explosive, but I-I guarantee you that my confession will go viral. It's all anyone will be talking about tomorrow.

Diane: You seriously think you can pull this off?

Adam: That depends entirely upon you.

Diane: Well, if I go along with it, you know that I'm putting my fut-- I'm putting my son's future in your hands.

Adam: What's your alternative? You wouldn't be coming to me if you had some other friend in town that could help you out. I'm talking about financial independence here.

Diane: For a price.

Adam: It's your call.

Diane: All right. I'm in. But if you double-cross me, Adam, so help me, God...

Adam: Well, it wouldn't be in my "Self-interest" now, would it?

Diane: Unh-unh. 'Cause I'd come after you, and I'd have nothing to lose.

Adam: I like you. You remind me of Skye-- that killer instinct. My old man's never gonna see this coming.

(Knock on door)

Adam: Hey.

Victor: Hello, Diane. I'm so glad you're here. What name do you use as a last name these days?

Diane: Jenkins. Why?

Victor: Hmm. I'll be damned. That's the name on this subpoena. You've been served.

Billy: No, Honey, please, don't--don't--don't--don't go. I can explain. Just come here. Look, she just gave me a ride. That's it.

Victoria: Oh, yeah?

Billy: I--yeah.

Victoria: Uh, and, uh, the shirt off her back.

Billy: That wasn't my idea.

Woman: Yeah. No. I-I invited myself in and totally hit on him. He wasn't having it at all. I was just about to leave.

Victoria: So leave.

Billy: You should-- you should--you should leave.

Woman: Right. Uh, I'm--I'm sorry. I'll just--

Billy: Uh, okay.

Woman: Okay.

Victoria: (Sighs) Wow. (Laughs) Wow, wow, wow, wow. What the hell?

(Door closes)

Billy: Uh, look, I... look, she--she gave me a ride. That was it. I mean, I-I don't even know her name. Uh, that--that was probably a-- uh, um, that doesn't help. Look, all I know is, she was leaving, and she was, and now she's gone, and that's it.

Victoria: Are you drunk?

Billy: A little bit.

Victoria: What is this? What--what is this? Have you been gambling, too?

Billy: No. Not like... a little bit, but not like--I just--

Victoria: You know what? Never mind. Never mind! I-I don't want to hear it.

Billy: (Stammering) Stop! Would you just stop for just a second? Would you come back, please? Give me two minutes to explain this? I just need-- I just want two minutes.

Victor: The D.A.'s office and the S.E.C. thought your behavior on the day of the I.P.O. was rather suspicious, suspicious enough to warrant a grand jury investigation.

Diane: Did they have any help coming to that conclusion?

Victor: You bet they did. I even offered to hand-deliver this to you personally.

Diane: This is ridiculous. It is not illegal to have stomach cramps.

Victor: You try to convince the grand jury of that. I don't think you'll be too successful.

Adam: It's all bluster.

Victor: You're not off the hook, either.

Adam: Hmm. I wonder why that would be. All I did was make a perfectly legal stock purchase like thousands of other people.

Victor: Mm-hmm. They didn't conspire to defraud the public now, did they?

Adam: Good luck convincing the D.A. of that.

Victor: I already have. Adam Wilson, you have been served.

Adam: We'll see.

Tucker: (Sighs)

Ashley: Now look, I know that you're an overachiever, but you gotta give yourself a break, okay? Come on.

Tucker: (Breathing heavily)

Ashley: Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere. They'd have to drag me out of here.

Dr. Charles: I didn't know whether you'd want me to have--

Tucker: (Straining)

Ashley: It's okay. No, no, no, shh. Tucker, please don’t.

Tucker: (Gasps) (Straining) A-Ashley.

Ashley: (Sighs)

Ashley: Shh, shh, shh. Shh.

Tucker: (Breathing heavily)

Billy: All right, look, Honey, this is, um... this is nothing, really. Uh...

Victoria: How can you say it's nothing? I-I don't understand how you can say that. I mean, obviously, you have an addiction.

Billy: (Sighs) I was just blowing off steam, okay? I was rebelling a little bit. This is nothing to worry about. It's done.

Victoria: Yeah, maybe that's the way you feel.

Billy: Look, I was having a really bad night tonight, a really bad night. You can understand that, right? I mean... we lost our little girl, and it's because of what I did. And I did that to you. I didn't want to do that to you. I didn't want to do any of this. I just wanted to make you happy, and then I... did this.

Victoria: Right. Right. So you just... you needed some cheering up.

Billy: You know, I know you don't think I have the right to be sad, but I'm--I'm sad.

Victoria: Sad? This is how you do sad?

Billy: Look, I'm not perfect, okay? I'm gonna mess up. I'm gonna mess up a lot. But I didn’t... (Pounds fist) I didn't cheat on you. I don't want anybody else. I don't want anything else. I just want you. I want my family back. I want to... I want to come home.

Victoria: You know that's why I came here tonight, right? Because I was thinking that maybe there was some hope and maybe we could get back some of what we had.

Billy: Yeah, we can get back what we had. That's all I want to do. I just want to start again. I just want--

Victoria: No, I can't trust you. No.

Billy: What do you mean, you can't trust me? You can trust me. What are you talking about?

Victoria: No, this is where you go, this is what you do when things go... wrong-- drinking, gambling, random women stroking your ego?

Billy: No, no, no. I explained that was nothing-- that was--that was her. It had nothing to do with me.

Victoria: You know what? I am... (Sighs) My father was right about you. Everything he said was true.

Diane: How seriously do I need to take this?

Adam: Not at all.

Diane: But a grand jury could decide to bring charges.

Adam: Eh, there's not enough evidence for that.

Diane: There wasn't enough evidence for this.

Adam: My father's just throwing his weight around. That... look, he can get Walsh and the S.E.C. to do his bidding, but not a grand jury. Anyway, I think we're gonna settle the score long before it gets to that point.

Jack: Here you are, Katherine. Take this home. This is my office. You're not welcome here.

Victor: If I were you, I wouldn't get too comfortable sitting in that chair.

Jack: Oh, really? You thinkin' of tossing this one out the window, too? I could alert the passers-by.

Victor: My expectation is that, before long, you'll be conducting business from a jail cell. Jack Abbott, you've been served.

Kent: Okay.

Abby: (Sighs)

Kent: Ready? Three, two... (Mouths words)

Abby: Welcome to an especially revealing edition of "The Naked Heiress." My longtime fans know that I am all about having the guts to bare it all, but right now, I want to expose myself to you in a completely different way. What's naked about the heiress tonight is the truth, the naked truth. I ran over Tucker McCall. I might have tried to kill him. I don't know.

Ashley: Katherine, I know you're angry that I'm here.

Kay: Never mind now. He needs you, obviously.

Tucker: (Straining)

Ashley: What?

Tucker: Ashley.

Ashley: What? What is it, Sweetheart? What are you trying to say?

Tucker: (Sighs)

Tucker: (Straining) Wh-why? Why? (Breathing heavily)

Ashley: Why, what?

Tucker: Why... did... Abby...

Tucker: Try to-- try to k-kill me? (Breathing heavily)

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Phyllis: When I look in the mirror, I don't like who I see.

Jack: If you so much as think of taking my son away from me again, you will lose.
