Provided By Suzanne
Proofread By Emma
Lily: So tell us about the honeymoon.
Malcolm: It was great. We're gonna fill you in. We're gonna fill you in, but first, we got news--big news.
Devon: What is it?
Lily: (Chuckles)
Malcolm: Sofia's pregnant.
Lily: (Gasps) What?!
Devon: Get out of here. Really?
Malcolm: (Laughs)
Lily: Oh, my gosh! Congratulations!
Malcolm: Yeah. Yep.
Devon: Wow, Man.
Malcolm: That's what I said.
Devon: That's cool. When's it due?
Sofia: We're not sure yet.
Malcolm: Yeah, yeah, we got our first doctor's appointment today. We'll know after that.
Lily: Well, maybe you're gonna have one of each like me.
Malcolm: Oh, Girl, bite your tongue.
Sofia: Do not curse me, Girl.
Lily: I know.
All: (Laugh)
Lily: I know. I remember Cane. He nearly passed out when he found out that we were having two.
Devon: I bet. Have you guys told Neil yet?
Malcolm: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Man. We--we--we--we called him from St. Bart’s. He was so stoked, wasn't he, Sof?
Sofia: Uh, yeah. (Chuckles)
Lily: Well, let's call him, get him over here to celebrate.
Malcolm: Yeah.
Devon: That's a good idea.
Sofia: No, no, no. Don't do that.
Olivia: Sofia's pregnant? They must be so excited.
Neil: Yeah, they seemed to be when they called me from their honeymoon.
Olivia: Well, you don't sound too thrilled about this.
Neil: (Coughs) No, no, no, mm. Just caught me off guard, that's all.
Olivia: You know, I think you're thinking that Malcolm is still the same irresponsible guy that walked out of town when he heard the truth about Lily, that he's not ready to be a father.
Neil: I-I never-- I never said that, did I?
Olivia: No, but you know what? Finally having a baby that he can claim as his very own might be the best thing for him.
Neil: I couldn't agree more.
Olivia: So you're happy for them?
Neil: Olivia, no one could be happier than I am for Malcolm and Sofia starting a family.
Chloe: I can't stand this-- sitting here...
Gloria: (Sighs)
Chloe: Not being able to do anything. Just waiting.
Gloria: I know, especially when the police refuse to believe that "Jana bananas" is a threat to Kevin.
Chloe: I mean, look at the way that she's holding onto him. Look how she's gripping onto him. I mean, it's very obvious that he's being hold--
Gloria: (Groans)
Chloe: Wait, wait. Wait a second.
Gloria: What?
Chloe: Look. Do you see what he's doing? Do you see that?
Gloria: No, what--what-- what--what is he doing?
Chloe: He's doing "Rock, paper, scissors." It's our thing. He's sending me a message.
Gloria: Then we were right. She is holding him hostage.
Chloe: We have proof.
Kevin: You know, I've been thinking. Daisy locked you up. You have now locked me up. You're no different than her.
(Unlocks door)
Jana: Come on.
Kevin: (Sighs)
Jana: I'm much different, and I'm gonna prove it.
Jana: Voilá. See? Nothing like Daisy. She locked me up because she hated me. I'm doing this because I love you so much. Sit. Sit. Come on.
Kevin: Oh, come on. Are you kidding me?
Jana: Shh.
Kevin: Not very loving, Jana. (Sighs)
Jana: Shush. There we go. Guess what we're having?
Kevin: Hummus with herbs and arsenic?
Jana: No. "Faux gras," just like our wedding night. You remember?
Kevin: Oh, yeah. Just like our wedding night, minus the gun.
Jana: Here. (Sighs) (Sighs) Once I get you to forget all about that evil witch Chloe, we won't need this, and we won't need those cuffs anymore either.
(Police radio squawking)
Kevin: Cops.
Jana: Shh! Shh! Shh. Go, go, go. I mean... (Sighs) Uncuff yourself. Please uncuff yourself.
Kevin: Come on, Jana, Jana, you don't have to do this.
Jana: Yes, and take those with you. Get in that closet now. I do. I have to.
Kevin: You don't have to do this.
Jana: Get in. Give me a minute. Hurry.
Jana: Shh!
Kevin: (Whispering) We can just tell them it was a misunderstanding. I--
Jana: (Whispering) Not a word. I mean it.
Woman: Police! Anybody here?
Jana: Shh.
Michael: Hey, hey.
Lauren: Hi, Baby.
Michael: Mm. Sorry to keep you waiting.
Lauren: No, I just got here. What was so urgent that you had to see me in person?
Michael: (Scoffs) Well, there's no easy way to say this, so I'm just gonna spit it out. I know where Daisy's daughter is.
Lauren: So... Chloe was right. She's here in town.
Michael: Yeah. There's more. Daisy's daughter is Lucy Abbott.
Phyllis: What are you doing? You are not giving up your daughter. You're not doing that.
Daniel: I just did.
Phyllis: Daniel. Daniel. Your daughter belongs with family. You are not doing this. You're not doing this.
Victoria: She's with her family right now. Your own son thinks so.
Phyllis: God, you bought her, Victoria! You bought her.
Billy: Get out! Get out of my house!
Victoria: Please leave!
Phyllis: Okay, I will leave, but I am coming back with my attorney.
Billy: Bring him.
Daniel: Just relax. I'll talk to her. I'll talk to her. Hey!
Victoria: Oh, my God. We're gonna lose her. We're gonna lose our little girl.
Billy: No, no, no, no, no.
Victoria: Yes, we are.
Billy: I'm not gonna let that happen, all right? Just breathe.
Victoria: (Inhales deeply)
Billy: Okay.
Victoria: When you brought Lucy into our lives, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Please don't let it be the worst.
Billy: It's gonna be all right. All right, so how do I fix this, huh? Is there somebody I can call? Is there a legal brief that you could file? I mean, come on. Daniel signed these. That's gotta help our case, right?
Rafe: I told him to do this, but he's not the only one with parental rights. The kid's got a, uh, got a mom.
Victoria: A mom? Oh, yeah. Well, Daisy escaped from house arrest, and she-- she abandoned her newborn. She left Daniel for dead. How could she possibly have claim on Lucy?
Rafe: As screwed up as it is, she can. Now I'll do everything I can to have her-- her parental rights terminated. But we still have to deal with Phyllis.
Victoria: (Sighs)
Billy: Yeah, well, maybe Daniel can get through to her.
Victoria: (Sighs)
Daniel: Hi. Can we maybe talk about this like two rational, civilized people?
Phyllis: Mm, sure. Yes. I'll do my part. Will you? There is so much you don't know. You couldn’t.
Daniel: Well, what I-I do know is, I know that Billy and Victoria are great parents. They're great. They're great.
Phyllis: Yes, they're wonderful parents to Lucy--wonderful. The point is, they bought her illegally.
Daniel: Okay, okay, illegal, legal, what does it matter? She's with people that can give her a good home, give her everything that she deserves.
Phyllis: Daniel, Daniel, Daniel, she deserves to be with her real family. If you don't want to do this, then I will.
Daniel: I'm so-- I'm sorry. What part of your brain is telling you that this is your call?
Phyllis: It's not my brain. It's not my brain. It is my heart. My heart is telling me... (Voice breaking) Not to give up this time.
Daniel: Not to give up this time. That--that's what this is about, huh? You didn't try hard enough with me, so now you want a do-over with... (Groans)
Phyllis: (Normal voice) Your father--your father...
Daniel: (Sighs)
Phyllis: Took you from me, and I didn't fight. I didn't fight hard enough. I just let him, and I wasn't a good mom. And there is a-- the--an entire period of my life that is devoid of memories of us. I don't want that for you. I just don't want that for you. And--and if you give her up-- look at me. If you give her up, you will regret it. I promise you, Daniel. You will regret it.
Daniel: I'm not you, Mom. I'm not you, and I don't feel the same way about raisin' a kid as you do.
Phyllis: Okay, you don't now. You don't now, but you will.
Daniel: (Sighs) Lucy--Lucy’s where she belongs, and she's gonna stay there.
Phyllis: Like hell she is.
Daniel: (Sighs)
Lauren: Lucy Abbott is Daisy's baby? I-I-I just-- it's unbelievable.
Michael: Yeah.
Lauren: If Daniel figured it out, Daisy will, too.
Michael: No. That's not necessarily true.
Lauren: So what happens to the baby now?
Michael: Phyllis wants to file for custody. She wants me to represent her.
Lauren: Uh, you told her no, right?
Michael: I told her I'd talk to you.
Lauren: No, no, no. You cannot do it. In fact, you have to stop her from doing this.
Michael: (Chuckles) I don't think I can do that.
Lauren: If this-- if this goes to court, there's a lot of press. What if Daisy changes her mind about the baby and she comes back to Genoa City?
Michael: No, no. Daisy wants to stay out of jail. If she comes back to town in the middle of a media frenzy, her face will be all over the news.
Lauren: I don't want you to take this case.
Michael: Then I won’t.
Lauren: And you will tell Phyllis that?
Michael: She's at the Athletic Club. You want to come with me?
Lauren: I do. I just--I-I need a moment just to get myself together, and then I will.
Michael: I love you.
Lauren: I love you more.
Michael: Okay. (Speaking indistinctly)
Gloria: On the house, Detective.
Man: Oh, thank you. So, uh, what am I looking at?
Chloe: Okay, right here... okay, do you see that? Do you see what Kevin’s doing? It's "Rock, paper, scissors."
Man: Okay.
Chloe: Okay, well, it-- it--it's a joke, but it's--it's a thing that we do together.
Man: Yeah, so?
Gloria: So it means that he's sending her a message.
Chloe: Yes, and I think that he's trying to tell us that Jana is holding him hostage.
Gloria: Mm-hmm.
Man: Hmm. Uh, I'll tell my boss about the video and, uh, your theory.
Chloe: (Scoffs)
Gloria: No, wait. Wait a minute. This is not a theory. That brain-addled Brit is holding my son hostage, and if anything happens to--
Man: Your son is a fugitive, Ma'am. We have to treat him like one.
Gloria: That'll be $3 for the coffee.
Man: (Laughs) (Clears throat) Thank you.
Chloe: Now what? What are we gonna do?
Jana: Shh.
Kevin: (Whispering) What are you gonna do? You gonna shoot me?
Jana: (Whispering) What, you think I won't?
Kevin: You don't hurt somebody you love.
Jana: I know. You're right. But I cannot let you ruin this chance for us. Okay? So just be quiet, and everything is gonna be okay.
Kevin: N-- (Muffled cries)
Jana: Shh.
Kevin: (Muffled groan)
Woman: Police! Check over there.
Woman: Nothin' here. Let's go.
Jana: (Sighs) Oh, God. Oh, God, that was so close. (Sighs)
Sofia: Baby.
Malcolm: Hey, Baby, you okay?
Sofia: Yeah, hormones. (Sighs) Sorry. Go ahead and call Neil.
Lily: Are you sure?
Sofia: Yeah, I'm sure he'd love to celebrate Malcolm and I havin' a baby.
Malcolm: (Chuckles)
Sofia: (Sighs)
Olivia: Sorry, Neil. I have to take this.
Neil: Oh, that's okay. Go ahead.
(Cell phone rings)
Neil: Ahh. Hey, Devon. What's up?
Devon: Uh, Lily and I are here at Crimson Lights with Malcolm and Sofia, and we were hopin' that you would come and join us in celebrating.
Neil: They told you?
Devon: Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's exciting, Man, both of them expecting.
Neil: Yeah, I can't think of, uh, better news.
Devon: So you'll come?
Neil: I'm about to have breakfast with Olivia. She's--she's off on a phone call right now.
Devon: Oh, that's perfect. You should, uh, have her come, too. It'd be great to have the whole family here.
Neil: Yeah, Devon, I wish I could. I have a meeting. I'd love to come, but I'll tell Olivia, and I'm--I'm sure she'll want to be there, all right? Would you please put Sofia on the phone?
Devon: Yeah. Hang on. He wants to talk to you.
Sofia: (Chuckles) Um, hi, Neil. (Chuckles)
Neil: You can't keep avoiding me. I'm at the Athletic Club. I want you to make an excuse and get over here right now.
Sofia: Um... (Chuckles) That won't be necessary.
Neil: Come here, or I'm gonna come over there.
Sofia: (Sighs)
Jana: (Quietly) Well, it's a good thing I came prepared, or you could have gotten us into a mess of trouble. (Sniffles) Okay, time to wake up. Kev? Kev? Open your eyes. Kevin. Kev, this was not supposed to last this long. Kev? (Sighs) Thank God. Please don't scare me like that again, okay? (Sniffles) Kevin? Why'd you make me do this to you? Hmm? (Sniffles) If you'd just give us a chance...we could be happy. We could be happy like we were before. You remember? If you could just love me again... (Sniffles) Will you just think about it, please? Just think. Just think about how wonderful our life could be. (Sniffles) You just need to let it, okay? Just let it.
Gloria: Why don't we post this video of viewclick? I know Katherine and Lauren want us to stay out of it, but if we get the public behind us, the police have to listen.
Chloe: No, no, no. We don't have time for that. We're just gonna do this the old-fashioned way.
Gloria: All right, so who are you calling?
Chloe: I'm gonna call my friend over at the TV station. I'm gonna persuade him to get us on the air.
Gloria: Yes!
Chloe: Matt, hi. It's Chloe Mitchell. Call me back. It's really important. Thanks. You know what? I think we should go talk to Michael.
Gloria: All right, they're here. Oh, Lauren. Lauren.
Chloe: Oh, hi. Where is Michael? We need to talk to him.
Lauren: Um, he had to go.
Chloe: (Sighs) Damn it. Well, look, we--we want to show him what he found on the, uh, train station security video.
Gloria: It proves Kevin was not involved in the Daisy/Lucy kidnapping.
Chloe: Yes, and in fact, he was being held hostage by her.
Lauren: Well, this is just not a good day for this family.
Gloria: What else happened?
Lauren: Um, hmm, Michael just told me that Lucy Abbott is really Daisy's baby.
Chloe: What? How?
Lauren: Somehow the baby got with a baby broker and then Billy and Victoria.
Chloe: Oh, my God. So then Jana was right all along. I mean, Daisy's baby is in fact in Genoa City.
Lauren: That's right. And she's been taking care of that baby the whole time.
Chloe: You're telling me that Billy has been giving me hell because I went ahead and broke into some crazy person's garage, and he was buying a baby on the black market?
Lauren: Yeah.
Chloe: Well, I can't trust him with DeeDee.
Lauren: So what are you gonna do?
Chloe: I'm gonna protect my daughter.
Gloria: Good for you, Chloe.
Lauren: How you gonna do it?
Chloe: I'm gonna sue him for full custody.
Olivia: Sorry. Life of a doctor. (Chuckles)
Neil: Oh, no, that's okay. Um, Devon and Lily are with Malcolm and Sofia at Crimson Lights. They want us to come over and help them celebrate the big news.
Olivia: Let's go.
Neil: I... I have, uh, a meeting, so that means that-- you--you--you--you go.
Olivia: Oh, come on, Neil. You know how much Malcolm would love to have you there.
Neil: This is a very important meeting.
Olivia: Oh, more important than the relationship with your brother?
Neil: Whoa, whoa, whoa. I-I didn't know it was a competition.
Olivia: No, it's not. It's just--you know, it's just that this baby could be just the thing to bring the two of you... you know, to get over old hurts.
Neil: You think I don't want that?
Olivia: The way you're acting? I don't know.
Neil: You go, okay? I-I-I'll--I'll try to get there when I can. I-I can't postpone this meeting.
Olivia: Okay, whatever. Fine. Get there if you can, okay?
Neil: (Sighs)
Olivia: (Sighs) Hi. Can I get some change, please? Great. Thank you.
Heather: All the other lawyers leave town? Is that why I keep getting asked to represent you?
Chloe: No, I called you because you're good.
Heather: Now I know I'm in a parallel universe.
Chloe: And I thought that you might want to help me get my daughter out of a really bad situation.
Heather: Is that why you're suing Billy for full custody?
Chloe: He's making some really lousy choices, ones that will affect my daughter.
Heather: What's he done?
Chloe: Okay, well, aside from hiring a nanny who kidnapped our daughter, he also... bought Daisy's newborn from a baby broker.
Heather: The broker that Jana was looking into?
Chloe: One and the same.
Heather: So Lucy Abbott...
Chloe: Is Baby Carter-Romalotti.
Heather: Oh, my God.
Chloe: I mean, most guys, they go out and they buy their wives flowers or jewelry. But no. Billy goes ahead and buys his wife a brand-new baby. And I'm sorry, but I am not letting someone with such bad judgment make decisions for my daughter.
Heather: I'll draw up a petition for custody.
Chloe: Thank you.
Rafe: If Phyllis decides to pursue custody, the first thing her lawyer is gonna do is check out the adoption, see if it's legit.
Billy: Primrose gave me a lot of documentation. She said nobody's gonna hassle or even question it, so come on. There's gotta be something you can do here, Man.
Rafe: To keep you out of jail? Maybe.
Victoria: I want to know about Lucy. What's gonna happen to her?
Rafe: (Sighs) If a judge decides that-- that the adoption is suspect in--in any way, child protective services may step in.
Victoria: If they put her in the system, we may never get her out. We--we can't let that happen.
Billy: How do we avoid this?
Rafe: Stop Phyllis from pursuing custody.
(Doorbell rings)
Billy: Hmm.
Victoria: (Sighs)
Billy: Ooh, hey.
Victoria: Daniel, did you talk to your mom? (Sighs) Did you get her to back off or what?
Daniel: She's not gonna listen to me, and I don't think anybody else is gonna be able to get through to her.
Phyllis: Did you speak to Lauren?
Michael: I--
Phyllis: I...
Michael: I cannot represent you. I can’t.
Phyllis: I--unh-unh. You know how important this is to me, don't you?
Michael: I know you are trying to protect Daniel’s child. I have to protect my wife.
Phyllis: From what? From what?
Michael: If this case goes to trial, she is convinced that it will bring Daisy back to town.
Phyllis: Oh, that's crazy. That makes no sense at all.
Michael: It's what she believes.
Phyllis: It doesn't-- okay, you know what? Fine, don't represent me. I'll get Vance Abrams.
Michael: No.
Phyllis: I'll get a shark like Vance Abrams, yeah.
Michael: Yeah.
Phyllis: No, he doesn't care if there's a media circus. He doesn't care if Daisy comes back into town. You can control this. You can stop that from happening. That is the best way to protect your wife.
Michael: She will not see it that way.
Phyllis: I need you. I need you as a friend. I need you as a lawyer. You have got to help me, please. Please?
Lauren: No, he doesn’t.
Olivia: Oh, congratulations, Daddy.
Malcolm: Thank you, beautiful.
Olivia: I'm sorry I missed Sofia.
Malcolm: Uh, yeah, yeah. She had to run off to some meeting. You know how those executives do.
Olivia: Well, we're here to celebrate, and celebrate we're gonna do, so cupcakes are on me.
Lily: I'll help you.
Devon: Nice.
Lily: (Clears throat)
Olivia: Oh, no.
Lily: What?
Olivia: (Scoffs) I've gone and left my cell phone back at that club. Um, I'm expecting an important call from a patient. Do you mind explaining to them? I have to go back.
Lily: Yeah, that's fine. I mean, this party's turning into a bust, but its okay. (Laughs) Its fine. Don't worry about it.
Olivia: Oh, okay, thanks.
Lily: Okay, bye.
Sofia: I know what you're thinking. But, Neil, you're wrong. This couldn't be your baby.
Neil: We both know that's not true.
Sofia: We made love. It--but the dates, they're all wrong.
Neil: Oh, yeah? Really? How can you be so sure?
Sofia: Well, a woman knows these things.
Neil: I'm not gonna go on a woman's intuition. I need to be positive here.
Sofia: Well, I am positive here.
Neil: You can't be positive, not without a D.N.A. test.
Sofia: Mm, I am not doing a D.N.A. test.
Neil: I want Malcolm to be the father of this child more than you think, but if it isn't, I'm gonna tell him.
Sofia: (Sighs)
Phyllis: Oh, my goodness, Michael, does your wife decide what cases you take?
Michael: Ha ha. This is my decision, Phyllis.
Lauren: Do I have to remind you that Daisy and Ryder are Sheila Carter's children?
Phyllis: Oh, Lauren.
Lauren: And they are just as sick and dangerous as she was?
Phyllis: They're so far away from here.
Lauren: Yes, and I would like to keep it that way.
Phyllis: Well, you know what? I'm gonna protect my family.
Lauren: And what do you think we're doing?
Phyllis: Lauren, I understand you're afraid. I totally get it. Totally.
Lauren: Do not ask Michael to do this.
Phyllis: He is the best.
Lauren: I am so sick and tired of hearing about you and your family and what you need and want. What about me? What about Fen? Do you understand the danger this puts us in?
Phyllis: Lauren, I'm so sorry, okay? But I'm not gonna let your imagined fear keep me from protecting my--
Lauren: Imagined fear?
Michael: All right. Lauren. Lauren, Phyllis, stop it now!
Lauren: (Scoffs)
Michael: All right...
Lauren: (Sighs)
Michael: There may be a way for you to both get what you want. I will negotiate to get Lucy for you quietly. Does that work for you?
Lauren: If Daisy shows up here--
Michael: No, no, no, no. She won’t. Not if you both let me work on this my way. What do you say, Phyllis?
Rafe: Your mother knows that you've signed over your parental rights?
Daniel: She was standing right here when I did it, yeah.
Rafe: And she knows you're not just gonna give up Lucy?
Billy: She's seen firsthand how much we care about Lucy.
Rafe: And yet she refuses to back down. Stubborn lady.
Billy: Yeah, well, I've also seen her stick with a story when she's had a hundred doors shut in her face.
Victoria: Imagine how hard she's gonna dig in her heels on something this personal.
Billy: Yeah, well, Honey, I can dig just as hard, okay? And you, me, Daniel, that's three against one. I like our odds.
Victoria: No, I hate it, okay? I hate the idea of fighting over our little girl. I... what if I talk to her mom to mom?
Daniel: Talk? Mom's kind of, uh--
Billy: Kind of? No, she's not kind of. She's full-on--
Victoria: (Sighs) What are we gonna do? What...
Daniel: Buckle our safety belts.
Victoria: (Sighs)
(Knock on door)
Billy: Excuse me, Honey. (Clears throat), Hmm. Didn't waste any time, did you?
Phyllis: Neither did you.
Billy: Well, you want to fight? Come on. Bring it on. I love a fight. We're ready for you.
Kevin: (Sighs)
Kevin: (Groans) (Grunts) (Sighs) (Breathes deeply) (Sighs)
Kevin: Jana? (Groans) (Sighs) Jana, are you out there? (Groans) (Breathing heavily) (Sighs) (Grunts) Rock, paper, scissors, shoot. Rock, paper, scissors, shoot. (Whispering) Rock, paper, scissors, shoot. Rock, paper, scissors, shoot.
Chloe: Hey, Guys. Matt, Roger, thanks so much for doing this. I really appreciate it.
Matt: Are you kidding? You're doing us a favor.
Roger: Everybody wants to get the scoop on "Bonnie and Clyde."
Gloria: Hey, Kevin is not an outlaw.
Chloe: Look, we'll explain everything later. Can you get us on the 5:00 news?
Matt: (Scoffs) Sweetheart, this is goin' out live.
Gloria: Yes.
Chloe: All right, let's do it.
Gloria: (Sighs)
Neil: I want you to go to the doctor. Find out when the baby was conceived. If it wasn't when we were together, I'll drop this.
Sofia: What if it was?
Neil: Okay, then we get a paternity test. If your baby is mine, we're telling Malcolm.
Sofia: Neil, I can't do that.
Neil: No, you-- you may not be able to do that, but I have--I have to do that.
Sofia: Do you know what it's gonna do to him if he finds out this baby isn't his?
Neil: Oh, yeah, no, Sofia, I do know. I do. I exactly-- because I've lived this before. I had the same situation when Lil--Dru was pregnant with Lily, right? Dru lied to me. She lied to Malcolm. When--when the truth about Lily's paternity came out, it nearly cost me my marriage, and it ruined my relationship with my brother. I am not gonna put my family through that again.
Sofia: Neil, you need to let it go.
Neil: Malcolm deserves to know the truth.
Sofia: Malcolm deserves this baby. Let him have it. Please. Please, Neil. I'm begging you. Forget about conception dates and paternity tests. Just let it go.
Olivia: Hi, I was here earlier. I think I left my ce-- (sighs) Thank you.
Lily: Thank you so much.
Devon: Thanks. Hey, where did-- how did these get here?
Lily: I don't know.
Devon: Uh, well, they're for you.
Devon: Who are they from?
(Cell phone rings)
(Ringing stops)
Olivia: Sofia.
Sofia: Olivia. Hey. I thought you were meeting Malcolm and the others.
Olivia: Yeah, well, I left my phone here.
Sofia: Oh.
Olivia: Good thing, too, or I wouldn't have seen you and Neil.
Sofia: Me and Neil?
Olivia: Yes, the two of you together just now holding hands. What's going on between you two?
Malcolm: Hey, Bro. Good to see you, Man.
Neil: Yeah, hey, Malcolm. Good to see you, too.
Malcolm: All right, Man. So lay it on me.
Neil: What are you talkin' about?
Malcolm: Well, now that the news has settled in, come on, Man. Tell me what you think about me bein' a papa. (Laughs)
Victoria: You are not taking Lucy.
Rafe: Let's just hear what they have to say.
Phyllis: I have more right to Lucy than you do.
Michael: Phyllis, please.
Victoria: Really? Really?
Billy: If you came here to take Lucy, I swear I'm gonna--
Phyllis: I'm not giving up. I'm not giving up.
Daniel: Ma, come on.
Michael: Everybody, calm down! We all have one thing in common here. We want to protect Lucy, and the best way to do that is to keep this situation between the people in this room. We all need to sit down. No press, no courts, and figure out an agreement that we can all live with. You think we can do that?
Heather: That's it.
Chloe: Okay. So are you gonna file them now?
Heather: Yeah, you know, Chloe, right now, this is just a piece of paper, but once I file it with the court, it becomes a weapon against Billy. And sometimes when two people fight, innocent bystanders get hurt, so I-I just have to ask you one more time. Are you sure about this?
Chloe: I will do anything to protect my daughter, Heather.
Gloria: They're ready for us.
Chloe: Thank you.
Heather: Oh, sure, and--and good luck. I really hope it helps bring Kevin home.
Gloria: Thanks, Heather.
Chloe: Okay.
Gloria: You ready?
Chloe: Yeah.
Gloria: Let's do it. (Sighs)
Roger: Chloe, why don't you and, uh, Fisher's old lady get in front of my camera?
Gloria: Did you hear what he just called me?
Chloe: Yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll talk about it later.
Matt: This is Matt Baker live from Gloworm, and I have fugitive Kevin Fisher's girlfriend and--
Gloria: And his mother Gloria Bardwell. And we're here to tell you that Kevin is innocent.
Chloe: Kevin Fisher is a good man, and the police seem to think that he was involved in the kidnapping of my daughter and Lucy Abbott. But we have proof that his ex-wife is holding him against his will. And as you can see in this security footage that he is signaling me. It's--it's "Rock, paper, scissors." I know that it sounds silly. But, um, you know, when two people care about each other, and they have a little funny thing that they do? Well, that's ours. And I know that he thought that I would see it and recognize it. Kevin, I did. I saw it. And now everyone else has seen it, too, so I just want you to hold on tight, okay? Hold on tight, 'cause help is coming.
Jana: Kev? You all better now? Did you think about what I said? You think you're ready to come out here and--and behave?
(Unlocks door)
Kevin: (Hoarsely) Please let me out. I'll do anything you want.
Next on "The Young and the Restless"...
Cane: I see you got my message.
Olivia: Don't tell me the baby could be Neil’s.
Abby: What part of "No chance in hell" do you not understand?
