Victoria: Oh, hey, Baby, Baby!

Billy: Ooh.

Victoria: Look who's awake.

Billy: Look at that. It's "Super baby." (Humming fanfare)

Victoria: Look who's here.

Lucy: (Squeals)

Victoria: (Laughs)

Billy: (Chuckles) What are your plans for the rest of the day?

Victoria: Oh, well, today, I'm just gonna enjoy my time with my baby girl.

Billy: Yeah?

Victoria: You want to join us?

Billy: I wish I could.

Victoria: Hmm? What?

Billy: I wish I could, but there are some things I have to take care of.

Victoria: Oh.

Billy: Yeah, I wasn't gonna tell you about... (Clears throat)

Victoria: What?

Billy: I wasn't gonna tell you about this, um, because there's a lot of stuff going on, but Gloria and Chloe got arrested for breaking into Jana's.

Victoria: (Gasps)

Billy: Yeah, they're in jail.

Victoria: What?

Billy: Mm-hmm. Yeah, Chloe's on her "Prove Jana's a nut job" mission.

Victoria: W-wait a minute. N-now she is the one who's deranged.

Billy: There's no argument here.

Victoria: Okay.

Billy: She needs to be taught a lesson.

Victoria: Yeah.

Billy: So when Jana found her going through her things, I agreed to press charges.

Victoria: Oh.

(Key rattles in lock)

Victoria: Oh, uh, that's Jana. I thought, you know, we might need a little help today with the baby.

Billy: Come on. Come on. Hey.

Jana: Hi.

Victoria: Hi.

Jana: Hey.

Victoria: Hi.

Billy: Hello.

Jana: How are you, lovely Lucy? Hello. And how are you both? I heard the awful news about Sharon.

Victoria: Oh, yeah, I know. I-I still can't believe that she's gone.

Jana: Well, listen, if you speak to Noah, will you please send him my regards?

Victoria: Oh, thanks, I will. Uh, listen, Billy told me about Gloria and Chloe.

Jana: Yeah. Jealousy.

Victoria: Yeah.

Jana: It'll make you do terrible things.

Victoria: Yeah.

Jana: I didn't do anything wrong, you know.

Victoria: Mm.

Billy: We'll stand by you.

Victoria: Absolutely we will, and, I mean, you are gonna prosecute, right?

Jana: Yeah, I think we should.

Victoria: Yeah, I think so.

Billy: (Sighs)

Victoria: Hey, it's-- I think somebody's hungry.

Billy: Hungry?

Victoria: Ahh, somebody's hungry.

Billy: Are you hungry?

Victoria: I'm gonna go make the bottle, all right? Be right back.

Billy: (Clears throat) Um... you know, when I said that we'd stand by you, I meant that we'd keep you on as Lucy's nanny, but I have to tell you, I have concerns. I can appreciate that you want to help Kevin find his niece, but it's causing problems. I mean, Chloe has been sucked into some time vortex. She's back to her obsessive ways. My house was broken into. And, uh, I don't think you thought this through. What if that baby broker would have followed you back here?

Jana: No, no, no, I was really careful. I even used a fake name. I promise she had no idea who I was.

Billy: Oh, okay. You can't be sure. I mean, anybody who deals babies... I mean, they gotta be devious. They gotta be clever. So just promise me you're gonna call off this search.

Jana: The baby broker was a dead-end.

Billy: Of course it was. Daisy's baby was born in Canada.

Jana: No, I respectfully disagree with you.

Billy: You can respectfully disagree all you want, but just stop, okay? No more trouble.

Jana: All right.

Billy: All right. And do me a favor. Don't say anything to Victoria. I don't want her to worry unnecessarily. Okay?

Jana: Okay.

Billy: All right.

Daniel: Hey. What the hell's goin' on in here?

Kevin: They're interviewing people about Sharon because she used to own this place.

Daniel: Ahh. I mean, it's crazy, huh?

Kevin: Yeah, it's a shame.

Daniel: Yeah, it's a shame it wasn't Adam.

Kevin: Uh, yeah. Hey, look, um, I've been thinking a lot about my niece since we talked.

Daniel: Look, you don't need to think about her, Man. She's fine. She's safe.

Kevin: In Canada.

Daniel: Yeah, that's right.

Kevin: I think you're taking Daisy's word because you want to believe its true, but I can't go on blind faith. You know, Jana has been digging around.

Daniel: Yeah. Yeah, I heard she's been doing some digging.

Kevin: And she thinks your kid was born here in Genoa City and given to a baby broker.

Daniel: I didn't know that.

(Cell phone rings)

Kevin: Hello? Hey, Heather, what's up? (Sighs) All right, I'm on my way. Look, I get that you don't want to search for your kid, but I need to find out what happened to my niece, and I'm not giving up.

Daniel: (Sighs)

Abby: Hey.

Kevin: Hi. Later.

Abby: (Sighs) Hey. What a day, huh?

Daniel: Yeah. What a day.

Jeff: Hey, Sugar Lips, meet me at the Gloworm. Daddy's back from Sin City. Can't wait to see you for a proper welcome home. (Sighs)

Man: We haven't received a report from your sheriff in New Mexico. What's holdin' things up?

Chloe: (Sighs)

Gloria: (Sighs)

Heather: I just got word you're being taken to the courthouse for your arraignment.

Chloe: Finally.

Heather: It's not my fault the courts were backed up.

Chloe: Well, it's not like you tried very hard to get us out.

Heather: Oh, didn't I?

Chloe: You know, I told you we should have called Michael.

Gloria: No, I don't need my son hearing about this.

Heather: He's got his hands full anyway with Victor and Newman Enterprises right now.

Gloria: Yeah, and we heard all about Sharon. It's really horrible.

Chloe: Yeah, it's beyond horrible. I understand why she tried to escape. I mean, I don't want to spend another minute in this place.

Heather: Mm, trust you to make it all about yourself.

Chloe: (Scoffs) Okay, do you see why I didn't want her representing me? I mean, the girl just twists everything that I say.

Heather: Well, if you would rather hire somebody else, then, uh--

Gloria: Heather, please. Get us out of here.

Heather: You should be out on bail within the hour.

Gloria: Thank you.

Chloe: Assuming she does her job.

Gloria: Would you zip it up?

Chloe: (Sighs)

Gloria: Would you keep your eye on the real problem, which is Jana? I mean, who knows what she's doing out there while we're locked up in here. We got a job to do. We gotta stop her.

Chloe: Oh, we will.

Heather: (Mouthing words)

(Doorbell rings)

Lily: Hi, Dr. Mason. Come on in.

Dr. Mason: Thank you. Oh, my, you have a lovely home.

Lily: Thank you.

Dr. Mason: Oh, are the twins asleep?

Lily: No, uh, their grandfather took them to the park, so, um, please sit down.

Dr. Mason: Okay. (Sighs) So how was your uncle's wedding?

Lily: Um, it was nice.

Dr. Mason: And what was it like to be back in the church where Cane died?

Lily: Uh, it definitely went better than expected. Um, do you re-remember in our first session when I told you that I talked to Cane?

Dr. Mason: Mm-hmm. We said it wasn't unusual for someone in the early stages of grief.

Lily: Right, well, um, sometimes I see him, too. You know, like really see him.

Dr. Mason: Are you looking to make contact with Cane?

Lily: No, no, no. He's the one that's seeking me out. You know, he--he just-- he--he shows up everywhere. It's, like, restaurants and the graveyard and here, and he sends me messages. And I-I-I don't know what they mean. I'm just--I'm trying to figure out what he wants.

Dr. Mason: So what happens when you see Cane?

Lily: Well, he doesn't talk. He just looks at me, you know? And there was this one time where I got a text message on my cell phone. You know, or--or I'll-- he drew a heart on the window, and he left me little presents on his grave.

Dr. Mason: And you're assuming they're from Cane?

Lily: Well, they were very personal. They had to be from him. Listen, I know how disturbing this sounds. I mean, I even talked to a psychic about it. I just want to know what he's trying to say. I mean, I-I know I must seem crazy to you.

Dr. Mason: Oh, gosh, no, no. You're sorting through your feelings. So you found a psychic.

Lily: Well, actually, she kind of found me at Cane's grave. She said that she was, you know, drawn there, that she could feel his love surrounding me, and that--and that he was trying to protect me.

Dr. Mason: Hmm. Did that make you feel better?

Lily: Well, yes and no. I mean, I just--I-I-I want to know what this means.

Dr. Mason: It sounds like you're struggling to make peace, and you may feel that you're moving forward, but there are deeper, unresolved issues.

Lily: I mean, I don't break down every day.

Dr. Mason: Mm-hmm.

Lily: And I'm taking care of the twins all by myself. But this, I mean, I-it's confusing.

Dr. Mason: The gifts, the messages.

Lily: Yes, they're real. I'm not hallucinating. What's happening to me is real.

Abby: Hey. Thinkin' about Sharon?

Daniel: Yeah. It really sucks, huh?

Abby: Yeah. You think we should cancel "The Naked Heiress" taping today?

Daniel: Um, whatever you want to do.

Abby: Yeah, I just wish there was something that we could do for Nick and Noah.

Daniel: Me, too. (Clears throat)

Abby: Maybe working on the show will keep our minds off of it. I mean, only if you're up for it, though.

Daniel: Yeah, sure. Sure.

Abby: Really? Okay, great, 'cause now that it's my green bankrolling this, we have to actually finish the pilot. I have to prove to Kent that we can do that without exploiting my family, just me. So, um, here is what we're going to be working on today.

Daniel: Um, you know, can you just maybe fill me in when we get to the shoot? Uh, I need to run over to Lily's.

Abby: Now? You saw her yesterday at the wedding.

Daniel: Yeah, but I-I've gotta check in with her.

Abby: It's called a phone. (Laughs)

Daniel: It's called I'll see ya at the shoot, okay?

Abby: (Chuckles)

Jana: You know what's even more disturbing is how Chloe just managed to turn Gloria against me. We know that Chloe is very insecure.

Victoria: Oh, yes.

Jana: We know that. But this-- I didn't do anything to provoke her.

Victoria: Oh, I'm sure you didn't.

Jana: (Sighs) It's just with my history, I worry that people are gonna take Chloe's word over mine.

Victoria: No. No. Not after a stunt like this. I mean, really, what did she expect to find in your room?

Jana: (Scoffs) I don't know. Maybe she wanted to plant something there for you to see it. (Scoffs) I'm just glad that I came in when I did.

Gloria: (Sighs)

Kevin: Hi.

Chloe: Thank God you're here. Mwah.

Kevin: They wouldn't let me in to see you last night. I came too late.

Chloe: Oh, well, you can make it up to me when I get sprung.

Kevin: Yeah, I will. Again and again.

Gloria: La, la, at least one of us has a man that cares that the love of his life was arrested.

Kevin: Mom, Jeffrey is on vacation. You know that.

Gloria: Don't even defend him. (Sighs)

Kevin: So what's the scoop?

Heather: Uh, they're going before a judge, and bail will be set.

Gloria: Yes.

Kevin: All right, and I will pay it, and you will pay me back.

Chloe: With interest. Well, you might as well make money off of it.

Kevin: Don't joke. You could end up with a record, both of you.

Chloe: (Scoffs)

Billy: That's not gonna happen. I'm not pressing charges.

Man: Well, the D.A.'s office confirmed. They're free to go.

Gloria: Hallelujah.

Chloe: You couldn't do this when we got arrested?

Gloria: (Sighs)

Billy: You're lucky I'm doing it at all.

Chloe: You know, the only reason why we broke into Jana's place was because...

Kevin: Hey, hey, hey!

Chloe: We wanted to find out what she was hiding.

Kevin: Remember where-- remember where you are.

Gloria: Admit it, Kevin. She's up to no good.

Kevin: Look, Mom, she may be odd, all right? But she's not dangerous.

Gloria: That's what they said about Lizzie Borden.

Chloe: I am telling you that Jana is a threat to all of us.

Billy: And I'm telling you if I thought that was true, I wouldn't let her near my kids.

Chloe: I think you should open up your eyes.

Billy: (Scoffs) Kevin and I checked it out. You're wrong.

Gloria: She's got you both fooled, Billy.

Heather: Okay, this is really not the place to make a scene, Guys.

Chloe: I hope you're not getting paid for this.

Heather: Next time, call someone else.

Billy: Okay, Ladies, this is a "Get out of jail free" card. It only plays once. You, and especially you, your little friend here, you need to back off. Don't push me again. You're not gonna like what I do.

(Knocks on railing)

Victoria: Boy, it's kind of quiet around here today.

Jana: Hmm.

Victoria: Why don't you just take the rest of the day off? I mean, I'd kind of like to spend some time with Lucy alone.

Jana: Oh.

Victoria: Yeah.

Jana: Okay.

Victoria: Okay.

Jana: Well, do you want me to fix her a bottle before I go?

Victoria: No, no, no, no. I've got it. Thanks, though.

Jana: Okay.

Victoria: Mm-hmm.

Jana: Right. (Sighs)

(Cell phone rings)

Victoria: Hey, hey, Baby. It's me. What's goin' on? Oh. All right, well, sounds good to me. Uh, well, Lucy and I will-- will be here. All right, I love you, too.

Victoria: Uh, he dropped the charges. So Gloria and Chloe...

Jana: (Sighs)

Victoria: Are--are free.

Jana: Free to stalk me again.

Victoria: No, hold on. Hold on. Maybe we'll just look at this as a wakeup call, you know? I'd rather sort of defuse things than escalate them. I mean, trust me. I do not want to have a war with Delia's mom. Trust me.

Jana: Yeah.

(Doorbell rings)

Victoria: Excuse me.

Jana: (Sighs)

Victoria: Hi.

Abby: Hey. Oh, I-is this a bad time?

Victoria: No, come in.

Jana: (Clears throat) I was just leaving.

Abby: I spoke to Nick.

Victoria: Yeah, uh, I called him, too. I offered to go over there.

Abby: Yeah, he just wants to be alone with Noah. I just wish there was something more we could do.

Victoria: You know what? They'll let us know when they want company, I'm sure.

Abby: This is gonna seem really, really petty after everything that's happened with Sharon, but it's driving me insane.

Victoria: What?

Abby: (Sighs) Daniel. I am getting really jealous of him and Lily, all the time they're spending together. I mean, they were married, and now they're friends, and I know--I know that she needs support right now, but it's like he's spending way more time with her than he is with me. What is that about?

Dr. Mason: The mind is a powerful tool. We can convince ourselves almost anything is real if we want it enough.

Lily: I'm not making this up. Cane is contacting me.

Dr. Mason: (Sighs) How is he doing this? Are you suggesting he never died or that he's coming back from the grave?

Lily: I'm sorry. I just--I-I think that you should go now.

Dr. Mason: Lily. Lily, we still have a few more minutes.

Lily: No, I just-- I-I don't want to talk. Not anymore. Not today.

Dr. Mason: Okay. Thank you. And I will see you at our next session.

Daniel: Hey, hey, hey. Hey.

Lily: Hi.

Daniel: There was someone just running down your driveway.

Lily: (Scoffs) Yeah, that was the, uh, shrink.

Daniel: (Chuckles) Mm-hmm, how's that goin'? (Sighs)

Lily: Can we talk about something else? (Sighs)

Daniel: We can talk about what a crappy day it's been.

Lily: Because of Sharon?

Daniel: Well, that's not why I came over here, but, yeah, that's part of it.

Lily: Yeah, she was really close to Mom.

Daniel: I remember.

Lily: It just feels like I've lost another piece of my mother.

Daniel: You know, everyone's been affected by this, so maybe I shouldn't have come over here and bothered you.

Lily: No, no, no, no, no. It's fine. Stay. I mean, what's-- what's going on with you?

Daniel: Someone's gettin' close to finding out that Lucy's really mine.

Gloria: Thanks for the ride.

Heather: Oh, of course.

Gloria: Yeah, I left my purse here with my keys, makeup, everything when I was being so rudely arrested. You know, you'd think my son would want to give me a ride, but no, he couldn't wait to get Chloe out of that place.

Jeff: Hey, Buttercup.

Gloria: Well, look who's back.

Jeff: Uh, I left you a message.

Gloria: Didn't get it.

Jeff: Hey, uh, what's with the getup? Where's all the jewelry?

Gloria: No, this is what you look like after spending a couple of days in the local slammer.

Jeff: Well... well, red's a good color on ya. Makes you look hot. (Chuckles) Why aren't ya laughin'?

Gloria: (Scoffs) Because hard cots and public toilets are not amusing, Jeffrey.

Jeff: Is that true?

Heather: Yeah, I'm afraid so.

Gloria: (Sighs) While you were whoopin' it up in Vegas, I was suffering unspeakable humiliation. Thank heavens Heather was there for me. You better have gotten me something big and shiny with your winnings.

Jeff: I, uh... uh, I didn't win. (Sighs)

Gloria: Well, give the lady whatever she wants on the house. Angelo, haven't seen you in a while.

Chloe: I miss you, too, Sweetie. Yes, well, mommy's gonna be home later on tonight, and I'm gonna make you-- oh, Grandma's gonna make you a big bowl of pasta? Your favorite. Okay, well, I'll come by and see you later. I love you. Bye. (Sighs) Delia's cooking with my mom. Between my mom and Billy, she didn't even miss me.

Kevin: Well, maybe next time you'll think twice before breaking into somebody's house.

Chloe: Billy knows that he overreacted. That's why he dropped the charges.

Kevin: Didn't you hear what he said?

Chloe: Yes, I did. You checked up on Jana. So did you find out anything more about this whole pregnancy pad thing?

Kevin: Well, it wasn't some evil plan to fake a pregnancy and trap me. She's been looking for Daisy's baby, who she thinks was born here in Genoa City and sold to a baby broker. So she disguised herself as a pregnant mom so she could go meet with the broker.

Chloe: O-okay, she's going undercover to try to help you find your niece? Do you realize how crazy that sounds?

Kevin: She wants to help me.

Chloe: Yeah, into bed. (Scoffs)

Kevin: I don't really care what her reasons are as long as I find my niece.

Chloe: Okay, well, then what did she find out about this whole baby broker thing? Anything?

Kevin: Um, well, she says that she has some clues but nothing concrete. I don't know the details. But the thought of my niece being sold is horrifying. I mean, what if she's right here in Genoa City, and we wasted all that time looking for her in Canada?

Chloe: What does Daniel say about this?

Kevin: I don't care. I need to find my niece. I hope you understand that.

Chloe: I do.

Daniel: Billy pulled me aside and started asking me questions about where Daisy's baby was born.

Lily: Does he suspect something?

Daniel: (Sighs) I don't think so, but it turns out that Jana is apparently looking for Daisy's baby, and he's worried that if she pursues it, she's gonna figure out that he bought his baby from a broker here in town.

Lily: Well, what did you tell him?

Daniel: I told him that Daisy had her baby in Canada, so--so Jana shouldn't be looking anywhere around Genoa City.

Lily: Did he believe you?

Daniel: I think so.

Lily: Okay, well, then crisis averted.

Daniel: No, no, no, because Kevin filled me in on Jana's search, and it turns out that she thinks the baby wound up turning up in Genoa City after all.

Lily: Okay, I see. That's not good.

Daniel: No, it's not good, because Kevin's jumping all over it. So is my mom. So is Michael. I-I feel like Abby's startin' to suspect something, too. It's like every damn move I make is under a microscope right now.

Lily: Well, I mean, you kept Lucy's identity a secret because you thought it was best for her.

Daniel: Yeah, and I still do. It's just getting harder and harder to keep quiet. And I hate lying to everyone. I just--I don't know. I feel like I'm losin' it.

Victoria: I can understand why Daniel's loyalty to Lily might make you feel a little bit insecure.

Abby: Oh, thanks.

Victoria: But... that devotion is one of his best traits, right? I mean, look at how he stood next to you during the whole lawsuit. He never left you during that, and he was at the ranch today.

Abby: That's true.

Victoria: Mm-hmm. And if I recall correctly, he wasn't the biggest fan of "The Naked Heiress"...

Abby: (Scoffs)

Victoria: But he's willing to be a part of that now, isn't he?

Abby: Mm, you know, I don't want to be one of those cling-ons asking, "Where have you been?" All the time.

Victoria: Okay, so then don't.

Abby: (Scoffs) Do you know how hard it is for me to keep my mouth shut?

Victoria: Look, we all questions our relationships sometimes. Right? Well, look at me. I am married to Billy Abbott. (Chuckles)

Abby: And it worked out perfectly.

Victoria: Yeah, well, we've had a few bumps along the way, but I trust him. I do. Do you trust Daniel?

Abby: Yeah.

Victoria: So then you've got nothing to worry about.

Abby: (Sighs)

Prim: I assure you, I have nothing written down that would connect us.

Billy: Yeah? What about the woman that was sniffin' around here? What did she want?

Prim: Oh, I was right to be suspicious. She wasn't even pregnant. She was fake.

Billy: Yeah, yeah. Then was she a cop?

Prim: She wasn't wearing a wire. I haven't been bothered since.

Billy: Okay, what did she want?

Prim: Claimed she was trying to track down a friend's baby. I'm sure that was it. Caught the little twit rifling through my files.

Billy: Your files? You said--you just said you didn't have anything written down.

Prim: I said nothing is written down that could connect us.

Billy: Oh, my... let me see your files. Show me what you have in these files.

Gloria: Oh, Angelo. Don't look at me. I am a fright. (Giggles)

Angelo: (Clears throat) (Hoarsely) You're a vision of loveliness.

Gloria: What's with the voice?

Angelo: Bad cold.

Gloria: Aw, let me get you some hot tea, honey, lemon--

Angelo: Uh, little shot of whiskey?

Gloria: You got it. Heather, are you sure you don't want anything to eat?

Heather: Oh, no, thank you. I'm fine.

Jeff: Anything. Anything for the girl who saved the love of my life.

Gloria: Yeah, since when do you care?

Jeff: Who says I don't?

Gloria: You didn't give a damn that I disappeared.

Jeff: I did not know that, Cupcake.

Gloria: Didn't you wonder just a little bit that I didn't call?

Jeff: I thought that maybe you were just giving me, you know, a-a little space to enjoy myself in Las Vegas.

Gloria: Enjoy yourself? You better not have enjoyed yourself too much, huh? (Laughs)

Jeff: Oh, no, no, no, no. There's that fire. Ahh.

Heather: All right, uh, back to work for me.

Gloria: And I better get our customer his tea. Heather, thanks again.

Heather: Of course.

(Cell phone hits floor)

Heather: Thank you.

Angelo: (Hoarsely) No problem.

Angelo: (Sighs) (Normal voice) What's this I hear about Vegas?

Jeff: Yeah, yeah, I brought you a little souvenir. (Sighs) I won big.

Angelo: How big?

Jeff: (Sighs) Everything I owe ya, plus interest.

Angelo: It's about time.

Jeff: So... no more slappin' me around. I'm paid up. We're good. No, you know what? We're done.

Lily: Are you feeling like you should tell the truth about Lucy?

Daniel: Thank you. Uh, no, come on. What, and ruin her life? Billy and Victoria are great parents. They love her. She's safe with them. Man, we just gotta wait this out. There's been plenty of people looking for that little girl for months, and they haven't found her. So with any luck, they'll turn up empty-handed this time, too, (sighs)

Lily: That sounds like a lot of stress that you're under.

Daniel: Mm. I don't know, do you think maybe your shrink would give me a discounted rate?

Lily: (Laughs) Well, when was the last time that you went for a run?

Daniel: That is an odd question. I don't remember. (Laughs)

Lily: Well, I'm just saying, you know, I mean, if you do some laps or something...

Daniel: Mm.

Lily: You know, that could relieve stress.

Daniel: (Sighs)

Lily: Or focus on your art, you know, whatever works.

Daniel: I know that I need to relax, but if somebody figures out the truth, what am I gonna do?

Lily: Okay, well, what did you just tell me? That you're gonna wait it out. Right?

Daniel: (Sighs)

Lily: I mean, all this searching hasn't paid off yet.

Daniel: Nope.

Lily: You know, and if it does, then you'll deal with it. You'll tell them that you had Lucy's best interests at heart, and I will support you on it, okay? But whatever happens, you'll be able to deal with it. All right? I promise you.

Prim: I never put anyone's name in writing. It's all in code, and that woman didn't take any of my files.

Billy: Yeah, but she looked through 'em! She looked through 'em, didn't she?

Prim: I doubt she understood what she saw.

Billy: Show me the file. I want--show me the file.

Chloe: You know, I really do understand why you want to find your niece. I'm just thinking maybe there's another way.

Kevin: Well, if Jana's got a real lead, I need to move on that, the sooner the better.

Chloe: Okay.

Kevin: Okay.

Jana: Hello?

Kevin: Hey, Jana. It's Kevin.

Kevin: Fine. Look, um, I need to see you so we can talk about Daisy's baby.

Jana: Where are you?

Kevin: Crimson Lights.

Jana: I'll be right there.

Kevin: Okay.

Lily: (Sighs) I have to find out what these mean.

Gloria: Anything else I can get you?

Angelo: No, I'm fine. Thank you.

Gloria: Angelo, your voice is better.

Angelo: Tea hit the spot. Very sweet of you to look out after me after the rough day you've been havin'.

Gloria: Oh, so you heard.

Angelo: I-I didn't mean to eavesdrop.

Gloria: (Sighs) Angelo, I can't take this.

(Makes kissing sounds)

Gloria: (Sighs)

Abby: (Laughs)

Kent: Where's the boyfriend? (Clears throat)

Abby: He'll be here. (Sighs)

Kent: Well, did you tell him to play up the whole artist thing?

Abby: Uh, and there he is. (Laughs) Hey!

Daniel: Hey.

Abby: Baby, you made it. Mwah.

Daniel: Yeah, all right. What do you want me to do?

Abby: We are about to show the world that my boyfriend is a double rainbow of awesomeness.

Kent: We want to see your complete and utter adoration of Abby.

Abby: You're--you're gonna kind of have to follow an outline.

Daniel: There's nothing like creating reality, huh?

Abby: (Scoffs) Whatevs. Everyone does it.

Daniel: Okay.

Kent: You'll enter from there--big kiss, lots of sparks.

Abby: Yeah, you're gonna tell me how hot I am, which, of course, will be easy, and then you'll give me this.

Kent: She'll be so moved, she'll burst into tears.

Abby: Oh, yeah, yeah.

Daniel: Seriously?

Abby: Okay. (Clears throat)

Abby: How do I look?

Susan: As I explained the other day, the woman asked for a printed confirmation of the transaction. When I told her I needed your authorization, she said you were on safari in Africa.

Billy: That didn't sound suspicious?

Susan: She never mentioned you by name. I'm assuming she got her hands on your information without knowing whose account it was. Fortunately, there hasn't been another inquiry or any unusual activity on the account.

Billy: All right, um, did she give you any other information?

Susan: I'm afraid not.

Billy: Do you have video surveillance? Anything?

Susan: I'm not sure we still have it. Let me check.

Billy: I'd appreciate that.

Billy: Safari? (Scoffs)

Jana: Well, I heard that Billy dropped the charges.

Chloe: If only he'd come to his senses about you.

Jana: Does she really have to be here?

Kevin: We discussed this. If you can't deal with this, you're gonna have to leave.

Chloe: You know, you are just using this baby to get in good with him. You don't know where this baby is.

Jana: Oh, yeah, you'd like to think that, wouldn't you?

Chloe: You know what? You are a demented little freak that is just playing off of his desperation, and he is an idiot to go along with you.

Jana: Well, it just so happens that I have information.

Kevin: What am I supposed to do, Chloe? Give up looking for my niece? Huh? What if Daisy sold her? What if she's with horrible people?

Chloe: You know that Jana is just preying on your fears, Kevin.

Kevin: Are you helping us or not?

Chloe: Not like this I'm not.

Kevin: Hey, hey, hey. Don't walk out on me.

Jana: Eh. (Chuckles)

Daniel: (Clears throat)

Abby: A "prezzie" for me?

Daniel: Mm-hmm.

Abby: It's not even my birthday. (Giggles) Uh, I-is this because of the work that I do on behalf of endangered species? Uh, it's-- is it 'cause I'm hot? (Chuckles)

Daniel: Yeah, both of those things.

Abby: Ohh! You are the best boyfriend ever.

Daniel: Okay, you know what? I'm--I'm sorry. I-I can't do this.

Abby: Oh, okay, well, we don't have to stay here. We could go someplace private.

Daniel: No, no, no. I-I-I mean this. The--the camera, it... I-I can't do this. I'm sorry.

Abby: Well, I-- you said you were fine with it.

Daniel: I-I thought that I was fine with it. I'm not. (Stammers) This is weird. I mean, I'm sitting here, and I've got to tell you that you're--that you're hot, that you're pretty? I mean, I want to do that because I want to do it, not because I have to.

Abby: Okay, well, what about my show?

Daniel: Abby, I've had a really rough day, and I really want to be with my girlfriend right now, not with "The Naked Heiress." Can--can you please turn that off?

Kent: Kill the camera.

Daniel: I gotta get out of here. Do you want to come with me, or you want me to call you later?

Abby: (Sighs) I thought this would be a good distraction.

Daniel: So did I.

Abby: You didn't even try.

Daniel: Yes, I did.

Abby: Why'd you even bother coming?

Daniel: Maybe I shouldn't have.

Victoria: Have you got my nose? You've got my nose. (Gasps) Baby. Hi. There you are. That's right. Aah! (Laughs) You know, Baby girl, with all the bad stuff that's going on, you still make me smile.

Kevin: I'm sorry about Chloe. She said she would support me finding my niece. I guess she couldn't get past her own issues.

Jana: (Scoffs) I am so sorry she has to make everything so bloody difficult for you.

Kevin: Well, I'd like to work with you to find my niece, if you're okay with that.

Jana: You and I always made such a great team, which is why I feel so safe now knowing that you are there to back me up. (Sighs)

Kevin: So where do we start?

Jana: (Clears throat) Right, well, you remember those account numbers that I showed you?

Kevin: Yeah.

Jana: Well, they weren't exactly from my father's things. They were the baby broker's, and I managed to take a photograph of her files.

Kevin: You have those bank account numbers?

Jana: Yes, and listen to this. One of them is actually based in Genoa City, which means that the baby was probably sold to somebody locally in town. It could be Daisy's. Now I-I-I tried to get more information about the account numbers, but the bank wouldn't release it.

Kevin: Oh, okay. Give me the number. I'll take a crack at it.

Jana: Okay.

(Telephone rings)

Susan: Hello? Be right there. I'll be back in a minute.

Billy: (Clears throat) (Sighs)

Billy: Oh, God, no.

Lily: Who is this woman? Why is her picture here? Is this supposed to be, like, another message or something? I... (Sighs) Cane, I don't know what you want from me, but this has to stop, okay? No more games. No more mysterious gifts. I mean, if you want to tell me something, just come back here and tell me what you want me to do! (Sighs)

Cane: I'm here, Baby.
