Victoria: Good morning.

Billy: Morning.

Victoria: You're not gonna have breakfast?

Billy: No, Honey, there's no time. Sharon's trial--I've got-- ooh, but I will have some of this.

Victoria: Hmm? Hmm?

Billy: (Makes silly noises) Excuse me.

Victoria: Mmm.

Billy: Mmm.

Victoria: Yes, it's my special Jamaican blend.

Billy: Oh, that's good.

Victoria: Oh, yeah, you like that?

Billy: I do.

Victoria: Uh, you might want some of this, too.

Billy: I don't have a headache.

Victoria: Yeah, well, you might after I tell you what I didn't have a chance to tell you last night.

Billy: How many of those am I gonna need?

Victoria: Maybe two. (Sighs) It's about Chloe.

Billy: Give me the bottle. Please tell me this has nothing to do with chipmunk masks or a-a bookie ring or going to jail. No jail.

Victoria: No, she's not in trouble. She's causing trouble. She wants us to fire Jana. She thinks that she's unstable, and she doesn't want Delia anywhere near her.

Billy: She's still on that kick?

Victoria: Yeah, well, I told her that we're not firing Jana, and I really don't believe that she's going to let it go.

Billy: (Groans) I'll take care of it.

Victoria: We're not firing Jana, right? I don't want to do that.

Billy: No, no, no. We're not firing Jana. She's been good to us. I'll take care of Chloe.

Jana: Okay. Whoever sent Primrose this money could be the one who bought Daisy's baby.

Jana: (Sighs) Time to find out, Jana.

Chloe: Well, I guess that winning half a billion dollars in a lawsuit makes Victoria think that she can just do whatever she wants. Well, when it comes to my daughter, I call the shots, and there is no way that my daughter is spending another millisecond with that wackadoodle Jana.

Kevin: Don't you think you're being a little...

Chloe: What, melodramatic? High-strung?

Kevin: Self-defeating? If you're trying to make a case for Jana to not watch Delia, I don't know, should you choose your words a little more carefully? "Wackadoodle"? Really?

Chloe: (Sighs) Uh, okay, "Billy, I really just don't think that it's appropriate that our daughter spend any more time with Jana"-- I already tried that.

Kevin: For some reason, I have a hard time believing that that's the way you put it.

Chloe: Okay, look. The bottom line is that the girl is as nutty as my mom's pecan pie, okay? So if Jana's gonna be living in Billy's house, well, then my daughter's not gonna spend another minute with him.

Diane: Hello.

Victor: Hello.

Diane: I waited up for you last night.

Victor: Yeah, that's very nice of you, but I came home so late, I didn't want to disturb you, okay?

Diane: I wouldn't have minded.

Victor: I knew you had to get up early to take Kyle to school. Did you do that?

Diane: Yeah, he's fine. Your testimony was the lead story on the news last night. I'm sorry it didn't go well.

Victor: Yeah, so am I.

Diane: Okay, well, there's coffee and the newspaper if you'd like to read it.

Victor: No. I don't need to read the paper, because all it'll say is that I didn't help Sharon.

Nick: Hey, Jack, I'm surprised to see you here.

Jack: Hey, yeah. Attending Sharon's trial wasn't exactly on my to-do list, but then I heard what happened yesterday in the court.

Nick: Yeah, it's pretty bad.

Jack: You know, I want to blame everything bad that's happened to Sharon on Adam, but I gotta give your father some credit. He could have come forward weeks ago.

Nick: I'm not sure it would have done much good. I mean, Walsh did an amazing job of twisting Dad's testimony, much like he did with Sharon's.

Jack: I know. The D.A.'s out for blood.

Nick: I wish I knew if Phyllis was having any luck in Thailand. I guess she talked to Summer yesterday, but I wasn't there.

Jack: Yeah, I've been playing phone tag with her myself.

Nick: She hasn't texted me or e-mailed. The last time I talked to her, she told me that she and Adam thought they were close on some evidence that might clear Sharon.

Jack: Well, maybe they're getting their hands on that evidence right now.

Nick: Well, I hope so, because I don't know how this trial's gonna turn out.

Sharon: I'm not looking forward to another day on the stand like yesterday.

Vance: Well, it gave you a preview of Spencer's tactics. Today, you'll be ready for him.

Sharon: I wish I had your confidence.

Vance: Just remember what we talked about. Stay focused. Answer his questions as briefly as possible. Don't let him get to you.

Sharon: (Sighs) Even if I do all that, I don't know that it'll make a difference. I'm afraid the damage has been done already.

Victoria: Uh, Jana, hi. Hi, it's Victoria.

Jana: Hi, Victoria. What's up?

Victoria: Listen, I know that you're not scheduled to work until later this morning, but I was wondering if you could come by now because there's something I-- I, um, I wanted to talk to you about.

Jana: Yeah, um, well, I mean, I'm just running an errand right now, but I-I can come over as soon as I finish.

Victoria: Okay, I will see you then.

Jana: Okay.

Woman: Next, please.

Jana: (Clears throat) Hi.

Woman: Hi. What can I do for you today?

Jana: (Clears throat) (American accent) I'm hoping that you can help me. Um... there was a wire transfer made on--on--from this account on this date. Now the transfer was approved, but the recipient said that the money never came through.

Woman: Let's see what I can find out for you.

Jana: Well, I was hoping you'd say that. (Sighs)

Kevin: That is decaf, right?

Chloe: Oh, my God. You really do think that I'm overreacting.

Kevin: I didn't say that. But trying to get Jana fired? Next thing, you're gonna want to have her tarred and feathered.

Chloe: I wouldn't waste a good chicken on her.

Kevin: Is this because I helped her out with that banking stuff yesterday? You're not jealous, are you?

Chloe: It's not just because of you helping her. I mean, what about that ridiculous ultrasound, her "Friend's" ultrasound. She actually thinks that someone's gonna buy that story.

Kevin: Why would she make that up?

Chloe: Because she is Jana, and I don't want her hand rockin' my daughter's cradle.

Gloria: Never trust an ex with an ax.

Kevin: Jana is not Lizzie Borden, Mom.

Gloria: To grind, Angel, an ax to grind. But with Jana, you never really know, huh?

Kevin: Not helping.

Chloe: I can't believe that you're disregarding your mother and your-- and my feelings about this.

Kevin: I'm not. I'm not. I'm just saying that keeping Delia away from Billy, it's not the answer. Besides, Billy would never let you do that.

Chloe: Fine. I'll take him to court.

Kevin: Oh, and you really want to do that to Delia?

Chloe: No, but I don't have a choice, Kevin.

Kevin: (Sighs) Maybe you do.

Diane: I asked the cook to make you some breakfast.

Victor: Thank you, but I'm not hungry.

Diane: Victor, you should eat. I'm worried about you.

Victor: Please don't, okay?

Diane: I knew you were testifying yesterday. You didn't ask me to come along. I didn't want to push.

Victor: I appreciate that. (Liquid pours)

Diane: If you'd like to talk now...

Victor: (Sighs)

Victor: I told the truth about what happened to Skye Lockhart in Hawaii. That damn D.A. wasn't interested in that. He just wanted to convict Sharon.

Diane: You know, you-- you never told me what happened in Hawaii.

Victor: No, I haven't, have I? (Sighs)

Judge Salazar: You're still under oath, Ms. Newman.

Spencer: Yesterday, you said you felt that Adam Newman had been unjustly accused, and you were determined to right that wrong.

Sharon: Yes.

Spencer: You would have done anything to protect him.

Sharon: To prove his innocence.

Spencer: You're very loyal. It's a shame your fiancé isn't. I mean, where is he today?

Sharon: Out proving his loyalty.

Spencer: By leaving the country when there's a warrant out for his arrest?

Vance: Objection. Relevance?

Spencer: Laying a foundation, your honor.

Judge Salazar: Hurry up and do it.

Spencer: Ms. Newman, isn't it true that your relationship with Adam Newman has just about alienated you from everyone in your life? And aren't they justified in turning away from you since you yourself publically accused him of kidnapping your child?

Sharon: No, they're not justified.

Vance: Your honor, this is gettin' old.

Spencer: He did kidnap your child.

Vance: Objection!

(Gavel bangs)

Judge Salazar: Mr. Walsh, I'm not gonna warn you again.

Spencer: Sorry, your honor. Your love for Adam Newman drove you to find Skye Newman in that remote part of Hawaii. What happened between you two on that volcano resulted in a murder charge, which led to you losing custody of your daughter. Correct?

Sharon: Yes.

Spencer: You have to wonder. If the father of your child felt your daughter wasn't safe with you in broad daylight, what chance did Skye have against you alone on that dark night in Hawaii?

Vance: Objection, your honor.

Judge Salazar: Sustained.

Kevin: Bye.

Gloria: Michael said Chloe and I were right, huh? Having "Mary Choppins" as a nanny is grounds for losing custody.

Kevin: No, Michael said if you don't honor the current agreement, you're going to be in contempt of court.

Chloe: (Sighs)

Gloria: And I say they should find Jana contemptible.

Chloe: Fine, then I'll just sue him for full custody, like I said.

Kevin: Well, it was also his professional opinion that you don't have a snowball's chance in hell.

Gloria: (Chuckles) He's one lawyer.

Kevin: And you're not.

Chloe: Okay, so what am I supposed to do? I'm supposed to just sit back and let the nanny from hell take care of my daughter?

Kevin: Okay, but, Baby, don't you think you're exaggerating just a little bit? Billy trusts Jana.

Chloe: Wow. You actually think that his judgment is better than mine.

Kevin: No. No, of course not, but look. You've been sending Dee to Tiny Tots for months.

Chloe: Yeah, b--

Kevin: Jana works there. You didn't have a problem with that.

Chloe: This is very different, Kevin.

Kevin: How so?

Chloe: Because it just is, and I can't believe that you don't see it, or the idiots over at family court don't see it.

Gloria: Honey, all they believe in is legal documents and court orders. They don't give a damn about a certifiable crazy woman who is putting a child in danger. "Oh, gee, I'm afraid we can't do anything until, um... ah, she hurts somebody, or worse."

Woman: No, the transfer went through.

Jana: (American accent) Good, great. Okay, could I just get a printed confirmation of that?

Woman: Uh, no problem. I'll just need your bank card and a photo I.D.

Jana: Sure. Sure, no problem. (Sighs) Oh... (Sighs) Silly me. I left my, uh, my wallet in my other purse. (Laughs) God, I, uh, you don't really need it, right? I mean, it's not like I'm asking for the $2 million. I'm just asking for the receipt.

Woman: I'm afraid we still need to see identification. Are you the account holder?

Jana: Actually, no. Um, I'm not. I'm doing this for my boss, and, wow, he would kill me if he didn't get this today, so you could just, you know, bend the rules a little for me today.

Woman: Afraid not. Um, if you give me your name, I could call the account holder, try to get authorization over the phone.

Jana: Oh, gosh, you know, he's on an African safari right now, so...

Woman: I'm sorry. Is there anything else I can do for you, Miss...?

Jana: Nope. No, thank you. (Clears throat) Thanks.

Victor: Well, kindly send the reports to the ranch. I'm working from home today, okay? Yep. Thank you.

Diane: I wasn't trying to pry a-about Hawaii. I just thought if you wanted to talk...

Victor: Mm-hmm.

Diane: You know, I was gonna do some work and--and run some errands today, but I think I'll put that on hold, spend the day with my husband.

Victor: That's very kind of you.

Diane: Well, I'd like to. We could--we could go for a ride.

Victor: Mm-hmm.

Diane: Or maybe take a drive to that inn on the lake and have some lunch. Victor?

Victor: Mm-hmm?

Diane: I really would like to help you.

Victor: I appreciate that, but it's not necessary, all right? You go and do what you have to do, all right? I have plenty to do here.

Diane: All right, if you're sure.

Victor: Mm-hmm. I am, all right?

Diane: All right, then.

Victor: Okay.

Diane: You do your work.

Victor: Thank you.

Victor: (Sighs)

Spencer: Let's talk about what happened in Hawaii. As you said, you went there to find Skye, to prove that she was alive and that Adam was being accused of a crime that never occurred.

Sharon: Yes.

Spencer: Why didn't you go to the authorities, ask them to help you find Skye?

Sharon: Because no one in Genoa City believed that she was alive. I didn't think that the Hawaiian police would, either.

Spencer: So you decided to hunt Skye down yourself, punish her for what she'd done to Adam?

Sharon: No. No.

Vance: Objection. Mr. Walsh is putting words in the defendant's mouth.

Judge Salazar: Sustained.

Spencer: When you finally located Skye, did you go to the police, call the FBI, tell anyone she was alive?

Sharon: As I testified, I knew that I was going to need proof that she was alive, so I took her picture.

Spencer: A picture. Where is this photograph?

Sharon: When the ground fell away, uh, my camera fell.

Spencer: Like Skye fell. What a coincidence.

Vance: Objection.

Judge Salazar: You're trying my patience, Mr. Walsh.

Spencer: No further questions, your honor.

Judge Salazar: You may step down.

Spencer: Bailiff, there's a warrant out for this man's arrest. Take him into custody.

Vance: Your honor, I request a recess till tomorrow.

Judge Salazar: We'll break for a few hours, Mr. Abrams. And I suggest you get your ducks in a row.

(Gavel bangs)

Adam: Hold on to this bag.

Sharon: (Mouthing words)

Vance: I'll go with you.

Man: Let's go.

Vance: Come on.

Victor: Did you finish work already?

Diane: Mm, well, my creative juices weren't flowing. I thought a little shopping might help.

Victor: That's a good idea. Enjoy yourself, okay?

Diane: Thank you. I intend to.

Victor: Mm-hmm.

(Cell phone rings)

Diane: Oh, it's Walnut Grove. Hello? Yeah. Yes. This is she. Is everything all right with Kyle? Oh, no. Oh. Oh, that's terrible. All right. Um, I'm on my way now. I'll be right there. Thanks for calling.

Victor: What happened to Kyle?

Diane: He--he hurt himself, I guess. He was hurt playing basketball. I guess he's in pain. I'm gonna pick him up. I'll take him to the doctor.

Victor: No, no, let's go.

Diane: I thought you had work to do.

Victor: This can wait, okay?

Diane: Victor, you don't have to come with me. It's okay.

Victor: No, I'm coming with you. He is my son, too. I'll get the car.

Victoria: Thank you so much for coming early. I really appreciate it.

Jana: Well, it sounded important.

Victoria: Uh, yes. It--it is important. Um, Chloe would like for us to fire you.

Jana: (Sighs) Did she say why?

Victoria: She claims that you're unstable, and she doesn't want you anywhere near Delia.

Jana: (Scoffs) Wow. Well, I can't believe this. I mean, she... (Sighs) She threatened to fire me, but to actually go through with this and-- and--and do this, not just to me, but to you and--and to Billy. Oh, God, and--and Delia. I mean, what kind of a-- a person would use their own child to get back at somebody? (Sighs)

Victoria: Why would she want to get back at you?

Jana: Well, she's upset. She's upset because I'm friends with Kevin.

Victoria: What? Oh, God.

Jana: Yeah.

Victoria: Lots of exes are on good terms. That's silly.

Jana: You know, Victoria, I have--I've tried to move on with my life. I left Crimson Lights. I got myself a new job. And for her to still look at me as--as--as if I'm a threat, I mean, to actually do this--

Victoria: Listen, we let her know, in no uncertain terms we are not letting you go.

Jana: You're not?

Victoria: No! No. Billy and I are really happy with you.

Jana: (Sighs) Thank you. Thank you.

Victoria: Okay. No, it-- look, I just wanted you to be...

Jana: (Sighs)

Victoria: Able to watch your back where Chloe's concerned.

Jana: Oh, believe me, I will.

Victoria: (Chuckles) Yeah.

Jana: (Sighs)

Gloria: (Sighs) I always knew that Jana was 1 cup short of a potful.

Chloe: Big one, jumbo... (Singsong voice) Grande.

Kevin: I see why you would trust Mom on this, her being such an expert on "Normal" and all.

Gloria: Hey, I'm a mother. I love my children. And I understand why Chloe doesn't want Jana around her little daughter Delia.

Kevin: Okay, let's say for argument's sake that I understand, too.

Chloe: (Normal voice) Then you think that I'm right-- that Billy shouldn't have Delia.

Kevin: No, I think that if you push Billy on this, he's gonna push back hard, and Delia is gonna be the one who ends up getting hurt.

Chloe: Okay, well, then maybe I don't have to. Maybe I can just threaten him and take him to court, and then he'll just realize what a jerk he's being.

Kevin: Oh, yeah, Billy-- full of personal insight.

Chloe: (Sighs)

Kevin: Besides, I'm not so sure he's being a jerk.

Chloe: He won't fire Jana.

Kevin: And I get it. She has issues, but she would never hurt a kid.

Gloria: Oh, yes, she limits her murderous acts to adults. Did you know? Do you remember that she tried to kill you and Colleen?

Kevin: (Scoffs) She had a brain tumor.

Gloria: Uh-huh, the brain tumor.

Chloe: Yeah.

Kevin: Well, if it wasn't a brain tumor, what did they remove from her brain?

Gloria: Lots of gray matter, and she didn't have any to spare.

Chloe: Yeah, just enough to fake amnesia.

Kevin: Dr. Mason confirmed that diagnosis.

Chloe: I can't believe that you're defending her, Kevin.

Kevin: I'm not defen-- look, I'm on your side.

Chloe: Oh, really?

Kevin: Yeah.

Chloe: Well, you're doing a really great job of showing it. Thank you.

Billy: Adam should have been a journalist. Every time he walks into a room, he makes a new headline.

Jack: No, if junior had any news, believe me, he would have told the whole courtroom.

Nick: Well, Phyllis hasn't called.

Jack: I have a text from Phyllis. She hopes to meet me at home soon. Hmm.

Billy: That doesn't tell us much, does it?

Jack: There's also something from Kyle's school.

Billy: Everything okay?

Jack: I'll be right back, okay?

Billy: All right. Yo, Man, you look like crap. (Chuckles)

Nick: Well, that is how I feel, I guess.

Billy: Yeah, this is kind of tough, all this.

Nick: I'm worried how this is gonna affect Noah and Faith.

Billy: It sucks seeing your kids hurt.

(Door opens)

Nick: Yeah.

Jack: Nothing serious, but I'm gonna go check on him.

Billy: Okay, I'll go with you. I need to pick up DeeDee. You take it easy.

Jack: See you, Nick.

Nick: See ya.

Victoria: Here.

Jana: I can't tell you enough--thank you.

Victoria: You're welcome.

Jana: (Sighs) I can't tell you enough how much it means to me that you and Billy have faith in me.

Victoria: You're taking care of the most precious thing in the world to us.

Jana: It's so crazy that just a few months ago, you didn't even know that Lucy existed, and now she's absolutely everything to you.

Victoria: Yeah, you're right. I have the daughter that I've always dreamed of having, and I have the perfect nanny for taking care of her.

Lucy: (Cries)

Jana: Ah, well, if I'm going to live up to my reputation, best not keep her waiting, hmm?

Victoria: Best not.

Jana: Okay.

Victoria: Good job.

Jana: (Chuckles)

(Cell phone rings) (Ring)

Victoria: Hey, what's up?

Nick: Court's adjourned for a few hours. You want to meet?

Victoria: Uh-oh. Tough morning?

Nick: Worst yet.

Sharon: Adam.

Adam: Come here.

Sharon: Oh, I missed you. (Sighs)

Adam: (Sighs) You have no idea how worried I was about you.

Sharon: (Sighs)

Adam: I'm so glad to see you.

Sharon: You know me. You know me. I'm strong, right?

Adam: You are the strongest person that I know. I'm so sorry I had to leave the way that I did. I was trying to help you. I was trying to find evidence to clear you.

Sharon: I know. I know. I never doubted that for a minute. But, Adam, now you're in trouble.

Adam: Who cares? We just have to get these ridiculous charges dropped against you. You need to be back home. You should not be here. You should be home with Faith.

Sharon: No, Adam, I'm with you. I want to be with you. I want the three of us to be together.

Vance: I don't have much time, you two. You asked me to hold this for you?

Adam: Yes, I did. I found this in Thailand.

Sharon: Oh, my god. That's my camera. I thought it fell.

Adam: It did, and somebody found it, and Koa got a hold of it. Don't ask me how. And then Phyllis and I, we-- we finally got a hold of it. It's not important how we did. We just did.

Sharon: That has the picture I took of Skye on the volcano. It's gonna prove that I'm telling the truth.

Vance: Good.

Adam: It had much more than that. It had a video of you and Skye on the volcano.

Sharon: You found it, Adam. You found it. You found what I needed to clear my name.

Adam: By the time we found the camera, the memory card was gone. It was--it was sold off.

Sharon: No.

Adam: I'm sorry.

Vance: Where's Phyllis?

Adam: (Sighs) She was--she was supposed to meet me in Thailand at the airport. She didn't show, and I read about the trial online, and I knew it was wrapping up, and I figured I-- I could just come home and I-I could testify.

Sharon: You said--

Adam: I-I-I know. The--the memory card is gone, but I-I can testify as to what I saw on the camera, right? You--you have to put me on the stand.

Vance: No way.

Sharon: (Sighs)

Adam: I know my saying that I saw the video isn't the same as producing the memory card itself, but it's all we've got.

Sharon: What do we have to lose by putting Adam on the stand?

Vance: A lot.

Sharon: But if he shows them the camera--

Vance: He can't even prove it's your camera. And without the memory card, we got nothin'.

Adam: Well, I will just explain to the jury that it was stolen.

Vance: Yeah, like they're gonna believe you, Adam.

Adam: Well, I'll be telling the truth.

Vance: The truth? Like when you forged your father's diary? Or when you committed perjury at the arbitration hearing? Or when you told Sharon that her baby was dead? Truth like that?

Sharon: All right, stop it.

Adam: I'm just trying to right some wrongs here.

Vance: Well, testifying is not the way to do it. In fact, in the end, it's only gonna hurt Sharon.

Chloe: So, Billy, what's up?

Billy: Oh, it's good to see the old jealous Chloe's back. Nice to see you.

Chloe: Yeah, nice to see you, too.

Billy: Drop it, Chloe.

Chloe: Drop what?

Billy: Your "Firing Jana" campaign. I know why you're doing it.

Chloe: Yeah, because she's a freak.

Billy: No, it's because you see her as a threat to whatever it is you have with Kevin, and I-I-I don't want to know, but... I thought you were past this. I thought you matured. Obviously, you haven't.

Chloe: First of all, I'm not threatened by her.

Billy: Mm-hmm.

Chloe: She happens to be a nut job, and I don't want her near our daughter.

Billy: Are you-- I know you're crazy. But if you think I'd let anything happen to our daughters, then you're crazier than I thought.

Chloe: You're not the only one that she has fooled, Billy, okay? Well, I'm not taking my chances, so I am gonna take her out of school, and I'm gonna put her somewhere where Jana's not working.

Billy: A-are you serious? Jana's been working there at Tiny Tots for what, two months now?

Chloe: Yeah, and I happened to think that was very weird from the start. All of a sudden, she's an art teacher? Uh, yeah, and I'm a brain surgeon.

Billy: Well, you can't do anything without my permission, so...

Chloe: Watch me.

Billy: I'll watch. Where's DeeDee?

Chloe: Um, I meant to tell you when you came, but she-- she can't see you today. She's really not feeling well.

Billy: What's wrong with her?

Chloe: I think she--she-- she's sick. She's ver--

Billy: She's sick?

Chloe: Yes.

Billy: She's sick? Hey, Baby, come here. How are you? (Makes silly noises) You don't look sick to me. Are you sick? Hmm? You don't feel sick. No, you don't. No, you don't.

Diane: Here's some milk-- calcium.

Victor: Drink up. That makes strong bones, you know. Yeah.

Kyle: Oh, Man, I got two of you gangin' up on me.

Victor: That's right. (Chuckles)

Diane: You have two of us looking out for you.

Kyle: Whatever.

Diane: Are you sure you're okay? I-I could give you something for the pain.

Kyle: I don't need that stuff.

Victor: Tough guy. I like that.

(Doorbell rings)

Diane: I'll get it.

Victor: So now do you think you can still handle a video controller?

Kyle: (Scoffs) Are you kidding?

Victor: Well, in that case, why don't we-- once you finish your homework, we'll, uh, have a rematch of that boxing game we play.

Kyle: Mm, with this?

Victor: Yeah.

Kyle: You'll have a chance.

Victor: (Laughs) You're getting cocky, aren't you?

Kyle: Dad? What are you doing here?

Jack: Your school called. I would have come sooner if your mother had called.

Victor: Diane and I took good care of him.

Chloe: Okay, well, daddy has a really big deadline, so maybe I should pick you up at school today, hmm?

Billy: No, daddy has everything under control, so daddy is gonna take you to school, and then he's gonna pick you up, and then we're gonna go for ice cream with Lucy like I promised, okay? You like ice cream? I like ice cream, too. You know what? Um, that--that doll that you wanted to take to Lucy-- I don't see it. But you know where I think it is? I think its right over there. I think it's on the desk. I think it's on that table. Go get it.

Chloe: I think you left it over there.

Billy: Go get that. You lied to me about our daughter being sick. Don't you ever do that again. Okay? Hey, you got it. Are you ready to go? Are you ready to go? Let's go. Let's go. Say, "Bye, mommy." Bye, mommy.

Chloe: Bye. Bye.

Billy: We're gonna cruise. Oh, look at you. Big steps. I love those shoes. (Humming silly tune)

Chloe: Bye. I love you.

(Cell phone rings)

Billy: Oh. (Sighs) Honey, um, I'm sorry. Can you--can you-- can you just sit down for a second? Daddy's gotta take this phone call. Are you good? All right. Good. There it is. Billy Abbott.

Woman: Mr. Abbott, this is Susan Sedgwick at City Trust and Savings. I wanted to let you know a woman came in this morning requesting a printed confirmation of a wire transfer you made on January 13th for $2 million. She claimed she worked for you, said you were out of the country and had sent her to pick up the printout for you.

Billy: I haven't left the city in months. Did you get the name of this woman?

Susan: She wouldn't give one.

Billy: Okay, uh, do you know what she looked like?

Susan: Slightly taller than average, blonde hair. I-I checked all of your accounts. Everything's in order, but I recommend that you change your account and pin numbers, passwords, user names. Keep an eye on your bank statements. Don't want those to fall into the wrong hands.

Billy: Yeah, okay. Wow. Um, all right. Yeah, thanks. I'll do that. Appreciate it. Thank you. Just another second, all right?

Billy: Hey, Vicki. You home?

Victoria: Uh, no, I'm at the Athletic Club waiting for Nick. Why? What's--what's up?

Billy: Well, I got a phone call from the bank. Apparently, somebody got a hold of our bank records. Um--

Victoria: Oh, no.

Billy: Yeah, I know. Uh, can--I guess that we need to, uh, shred all of our old bank statements.

Victoria: Yeah, uh, Jana's at the house, so I'll ask her to take care of it.

Billy: Perfect. Thank you, Baby.

Kevin: I thought you'd left.

Gloria: Kevin, Chloe is right. Jana is unstrung, unhinged, all of it.

Kevin: Mom, butt out.

Gloria: Yes, Angel, whatever you say.

Jana: Yep. Found the bank statements. I've got them right here in my hand. (Chuckles) Okay, I'll start shredding.

Chloe: Kevin's against me. Billy is against me. You're probably against me. (Sighs) Well, they're all wrong. Jana is dangerous, and I'm not backing off.

(Shredder whirring) (Shredder stops)

Jana: Oh, Chloe, how I'd love to shred you. (Shredder whirring)

(Cell phone rings)

Chloe: Hi, Gloria. What can I do for you?

Gloria: No, it's what can I do for you, Baby? You need somebody on your side, and that somebody's me.

Chloe: (Sighs)

Nick: Maybe we were destined to live complicated lives. I mean, most people I know, the biggest stress they face is, like, a broken arm or a fender bender.

Victoria: Oh, come on. You would be so bored with that.

Nick: Boring sounds good right about now.

Victoria: I wish there was something I could do to help you.

Nick: I try to imagine what Faith's life will be like if Sharon goes to prison. It's too hard to imagine.

Victoria: I'm so sorry, Nick. I'm sorry for Faith and for you. I'm sorry for Sharon. I don't believe she killed Skye. And the thought of her going to prison for something she didn't do...

Nick: Well, we have two people to thank for that-- Adam and Dad.

Jack: So how long did they tell you you have to keep it wrapped like that?

Kyle: Oh, a week, maybe two.

Jack: Well, don't rush it. It's gotta heal, you know?

Kyle: It's just a sprain. I missed lunch. Can I get something to eat?

Victor: Sure.

Diane: Yes, of course. Bonnie's in the kitchen.

Victor: You bet.

Kyle: Thanks for coming over.

Jack: No sweat, Buddy. I'll see you later.

Diane: Come on. Let's get you something to eat.

Jack: (Sighs)

Victor: As you can see, Diane and I took very good care of Kyle.

Jack: It's nice of you to be so concerned about my son. Maybe you should put some of that effort into your own.

Victor: Which one are you talking about?

Jack: Adam. He's back.

Adam: I don't want to do anything that's gonna end up hurting you.

Sharon: Are you sure we shouldn't just put Adam on the stand?

Vance: Too risky. If Walsh gets hold of him, too much could go wrong.

Adam: Then I won't do it.

Vance: One less thing to worry about. (Sighs)

(Cell phone rings)

Vance: Ahh. Vance Abrams. Yeah. When?

Adam: I wish there was something more I could do.

Sharon: You did. You did everything.

Adam: It wasn't enough.

Sharon: Yes, it was. It was.

Adam: (Sighs)

Vance: Well, it looks like you're gonna be testifying after all.

Sharon: But you said--

Vance: The prosecution's gonna call Adam to the stand. (Clears throat)

Adam: (Sighs)

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Jill: I want to hear how you lost your kids. Was it like Cane?

Gloria: Maybe she keeps a diary of all of her crazy delusions.

Chloe: I don't know. Just find something that proves what a psycho she is.

Spencer: Did you send your mistress to Hawaii to kill your wife?

Vance: Objection!
