Lily: Sorry I'm late.
Lauren: Oh.
Lily: My dad and I were having this conversation. It just got into this whole big thing.
Lauren: (Laughs) Don't even worry about it. Nice to see you.
Lily: You, too.
Lauren: I was just responding to e-mails about the store remodel. You know what? We're right here.
Lily: Okay. Okay. Great. Um, good. Do we still have time for shopping and--and lunch?
Lauren: (Chuckles) Of course.
Lily: All right. Listen, I know that you wanted me to stop thanking you for the gift of getting the twins clothes every season, but--
Lauren: All right, unh, unh, unh, unh. This is fun for me, all right?
Lily: (Sighs) Okay.
Lauren: (Chuckles)
Lily: (Chuckles)
Lauren: So let's have lunch, and then some serious retail therapy.
Lily: Um, actually, I wanted to talk to you about a different kind of therapy.
Kevin: Thanks so much.
Chloe: Hi.
Kevin: Hello. Nice to see you...
Chloe: (Chuckles)
Kevin: Again.
Chloe: Mm.
Kevin: So tell me...
Chloe: Yeah?
Kevin: How exactly does one go about doing the walk of shame into the Chancellor mansion?
Chloe: Oh, well, you know, you have options. You can either go through the front door and risk being seen in yesterday's clothes, or you can go through the back door through the maid's quarters and run into your mother.
Kevin: Awkward?
Chloe: No, actually, not at all. She had Delia. She knew where I was. Plus, she loves you so much...
Kevin: (Chuckles)
Chloe: Because you treat me so well.
Kevin: Mm, I try.
Daniel: What are you talking about, Michael? You know why I let Daisy go. I-I thought that she'd lead us to the baby.
Michael: (Chuckles) Something about your version of events isn't adding up.
Daniel: What isn't adding up? I had a plan, and it didn't work.
Michael: Yes, yes, you-- you had a plan. You weren't exactly thrilled when I told you the P.I. had found Daisy. You barely spoke all the way to Canada. When we finally caught up with her, I was the one asking all the questions. I left you alone with her, and the next thing I knew, she'd disappeared again. You put it all together, I-I-- I just can't help but think you didn't want us to catch her.
Daniel: (Sighs)
Billy: Say, "Bye. Bye, Faith. See you later, 'Cuz.' See you later." Yeah. Man, Faith really likes her nanny, doesn't she?
Victoria: Yeah, she sure does. It's a good thing, 'cause they're gonna be spending a lot of time together during the trial. Maybe even after the trial.
Billy: Yeah, it's tough thinkin' about Sharon maybe goin' to prison.
Victoria: Yeah, it's tough. It kinda hits home for me, you know, watching Reed struggling with the separation. It's hard. Well, at least he's old enough, you know? We can try to explain it to him, but poor Faith. She's already lost Ashley. (Sighs) That will never happen to you. No, it won't. No.
Billy: Unh-unh. Hey.
Victoria: You will never, never lose me, ever. Nope. Mwah!
Billy: Heck, no. Heck, no.
Victoria: Heck, no.
Billy: She's stuck with us forever.
Victoria: That's right.
Billy: Can't even date till you're 40, maybe 45.
Victoria: What? Come here.
Billy: (Chuckles) Mwah! (Growls)
Victoria: That's a little serious.
Billy: It-- but it's a good idea.
Victoria: (Chuckles)
Billy: 45.
Victoria: 45? (Chuckles)
Prim: Who are you?! Who sent you?!
Jana: Stay away from me!
Prim: Why? You don't like to be touched? No wonder you gave me that bullcrap story.
Jana: I'm sorry.
Prim: You're gonna tell me the truth now. Do you understand?
Jana: Yes. (Sighs) Y-yes.
Prim: What do you want from me? Why are you going through my files? What are you trying to pull?
Sharon: Phyllis is in Thailand with Adam?
Nick: Yeah, she said they were working together on some lead.
Sharon: What lead?
Nick: She didn't get into specifics.
Vance: The judge is about to resume.
Man: All rise. Court is back in session.
Vance: Ahh.
Judge Salazar: Mr. Abrams, call your next witness.
Vance: Um, with all due respect, your honor, my next two witnesses were supposed to be on a plane from Hawaii this morning. When the plane arrived, they weren't on it, so we're looking for them. Hopefully, they'll be on the next flight.
Judge Salazar: You have 15 minutes to produce them.
Vance: With all due respect, your honor, it's, uh, it's a 4,000-mile trip.
Judge Salazar: This court is not responsible for your poor planning, Mr. Abrams. If these witnesses are crucial to your case, it was incumbent on you to ensure their prompt arrival.
Vance: Yes, Ma'am.
Judge Salazar: 15-minute recess.
Vance: (Groans) I can't seem to catch a break.
Sharon: (Sighs) Well, we may have.
Vance: Hmm?
Sharon: Nick just told me that Adam is in Thailand, and he may be on to something that can prove that I'm innocent.
Vance: (Whispers) Thailand?
Adam: No memory card.
Phyllis: Okay, uh, there's an internal memory. Check.
Adam: No, no, there's not. This is unbelievable. I mean, it's like a piece of junk.
Phyllis: Calm down. Calm down. Calm down. Calm down.
Adam: I'm calm, okay?
Phyllis: Well, not really.
Adam: This--this--this camera is useless without--
Phyllis: We've gotta find-- we've gotta find the kid who sold us back the camera. Where'd he go? I'll go this way. My, my. What have we here?
Prim: I want answers!
Jana: (American accent) Okay. Okay. (Sighs) I'm looking for a baby, a particular baby. This child was left in St. Joseph's church a few months ago.
Prim: I don't know what you're talking about.
Jana: (Sniffles) No, no, no. I got a tip that you know where this child might be. This child was passed on to you, and it was given to a certain family.
Prim: I told you what I do is confidential. I provide a valuable service, and if something were to-- oh, if something were to threaten that--
Jana: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, you've got it all wrong. I don't want to cause any trouble. That's not-- that's not why I'm here.
Prim: Well, I don't care why. I have nothing to say to you.
Jana: Listen. Listen. I swear to you, you have nothing to fear, okay? I'm not a--I'm not a-- I'm not a police officer. I'm not a--I'm not a reporter. I don't have any-- there--there are no cameras. No hidden cameras or-- or audio tapes in here. There's no sting, all right? I'm just-- I'm just a friend of the mother's, a friend of the baby's mother's, okay?
Prim: That puts a different spin on it, doesn't it? Hmm? (Chuckles)
Jana: (Sighs) I just need to know that this baby is in a safe home. And when I found out that you were the baby broker--
Prim: Who gave you this tip?
Jana: (Sighs) I can't tell you that. But that means that I can keep a secret, you know?
Prim: I can keep secrets, too. Mm-hmm.
Jana: I did tell people I was coming here.
Prim: Sure you did.
Jana: Well, now you don't think that I would take precaution before doing something like this? I have friends, and if anything h-happens to me, they're gonna know that you're to blame here.
Prim: (Chuckles) I think you're lying again.
Jana: (Gasps)
Prim: Aah!
Billy: (Laughs)
Victoria: (Laughs)
Billy: All right, one more. One more. One more. Just a sec.
Victoria: One more? You said that ten photos ago.
(Cell phone alert chimes)
Billy: Oh, what do you want?
Victoria: I want to stop taking pictures.
Billy: Uh-oh.
Victoria: You want to stop.
Billy: I guess court took another recess because some of Sharon's witnesses didn't show.
Victoria: Oh. Which witnesses?
Billy: A cop and another expert who investigated the crime scene in Hawaii. They couldn't find anything that contradicts Sharon's story.
Victoria: Well, that's not exactly the same as saying she's innocent.
Billy: Well, it's better than nothin', which is what she's got now.
Victoria: No, that's not true. She's got Vance, who's built his reputation on winning impossible cases. You know, look at me.
Billy: Yeah, well, Vance is gonna need more than his reputation to win this one.
Phyllis: (Sighs) Uh... (Whispering indistinctly)
Phyllis: Thank you. Thank you. I--
Adam: No sign, huh? Nothing.
Phyllis: No sign of him at all. Nothing.
Adam: Look, this memory card to this camera is the only thing that's gonna prove Sharon didn't kill Skye.
Phyllis: I know. I know. I know.
Adam: We have to find this kid. Look, I'm not leavin' here until I find him.
Phyllis: (Sighs)
Nick: (Sighs) I couldn't get a hold of Phyllis.
Vance: And you don't know what this "Evidence" is she and Adam are trying to track down?
Sharon: Well, she said it could clear my name.
Vance: (Sighs) They're 9,000 miles away. We can't contact 'em. And who knows if this evidence they're after is even admissible once they find it?
Vance: What we need right now is a Hail Mary pass. It doesn't sound like this is it.
Leslie: So there's been a triple homicide. Both our witnesses have been called in to investigate. They can't get away.
Vance: Man.
Sharon: Okay, uh, what about video conferencing?
Vance: Oh, it's hardly ever allowed. Sometimes when the key witness is in a hospital on their deathbed. Otherwise, nah.
Nick: Then what can you do?
Vance: Well, this is grounds for an appeal.
Sharon: What? Another trial? I can't go through this again.
Vance: They backed us into a corner. Our testimony's been refuted, and our witnesses have been shredded. We don't have a choice.
Nick: So are you saying there's nothing you can do?
Leslie: Vance, no. No, that is not an option.
Sharon: Wait. What are you talking about? What option?
Vance: We may have to put you on the stand.
Lauren: You know, I think the key to finding the right therapist is someone that you really click with. I've--I've always felt a connection to Dr. Mason, and, um, I think Jana likes working with her, too.
Lily: That must have been so hard for Jana. I mean, her reaction to the kidnapping was pretty bizarre-- getting involved with Ryder, but...
Lauren: (Scoffs) Yeah.
Lily: I don't know. If it were me, I would just feel so nervous about opening up about something like that.
Lauren: Mm, I don't think there's a lot that would shock Dr. Mason. She... she really understands human nature, in that we-- we all have different ways of coping. I've never felt judged by her at all. (Sighs) You know, um, when my father died, I didn't go into therapy. I was just, you know, so busy, and... well, I mean, I was busy, but--
Lily: Yeah, you were busy. You suddenly took over his entire company.
Lauren: (Sighs) I was overwhelmed. And I think if I knew then what I know now, I would be-- I wouldn't have been so overwhelmed, because I would have been able to talk to somebody. I would have been able to deal with things and get those feelings out. I-I would have been able to deal with the grief instead of hiding it. I'm not saying that's what you're doing. But if I had the chance to talk to the younger me, I would say it's okay to ask for help.
Lily: Yeah, I know. You're right. But I mean, I-I have help. I have my family. I talk to them, you know?
Lauren: Of course. Of course, but... I think I know that you're holding back from them. You're a very caring person, and I know you wouldn't want to worry them or upset them, and you certainly don't want them hovering.
Lily: (Chuckles) Well, that's because they would. You know how my dad is.
Lauren: (Laughs) Exactly. And I think that's why you would really benefit from talking to someone objective.
Daniel: I think that maybe you've been hanging out with criminals for too long.
Michael: Just long enough to know when I'm being lied to.
Daniel: (Laughs) So you're accusing me of lying?
Michael: Daniel, there is nothing to confirm your story-- not your behavior, certainly not common sense.
Daniel: (Stammers) Since when has my word not been good enough?
Michael: What word? This is all an act.
Daniel: Michael, why would I be putting on an act for you? I-I--
Michael: You're putting on an act, because for some reason, you don't want Daisy brought to justice. Why, Daniel? Why?
Kevin: What's going on out here? What's going on?
Chloe: We can hear you from inside.
Daniel: Oh, your brother's just accusing me of lying about what happened in Canada.
Michael: I didn't hear you deny it.
Daniel: I-I deny it. Abso-- I deny it. Absolutely.
Michael: From the moment Daisy came to town, you wanted nothing to do with that child. And now, all of a sudden, you expect me to believe that you let her go because you're so desperate to get your hands on the baby?
Daniel: Okay, okay, okay. I do not want to raise the baby. That doesn't mean that I don't care about her. I do care about her. I care about her a lot.
Michael: Well, you know what? Once again, your words and your actions are out of synch, because this was definitely not in the best interests of that child.
Jana: (Breathing heavily)
Jana: (Sighs) (Breathing heavily)
Jana: (Sighs) Right. Well, there better be something in here. This is all you're gonna get from bloody Primrose. What is this? Some sort of code? These are phone numbers. Maybe one of them will lead me to Daisy's baby. Right.
Billy: Um... well, this is a fat one.
Victoria: What's fat?
Billy: Here.
Victoria: What?
Billy: Oh, this bill from Fenmore's.
Victoria: Oh, yeah. Well, you know, we might have, um, being that it's Lucy's first Easter, stopped by and bought her, you know, a new dress. She needed some new shoes. Of course, she had to have a little bonnet. Right?
Billy: Yeah, and maybe a few other things, huh?
Victoria: Yeah, well, on our way out, we might have made a little stop in the lingerie department.
Billy: Oh, well, then that's money well spent. (Chuckles)
Victoria: Mm.
(Cell phone rings)
Billy: Hi. Yeah? Okay, thank you. I'm on my way. Apparently, Sharon's gonna testify today.
Victoria: Oh. That sounds risky.
Billy: Yeah, Vance must be desperate. (Clears throat) Good-bye, pretty girl. Good-bye, pretty girl.
Victoria: Bye.
Billy: Bye. (Sighs)
Phyllis: Adam, he is nowhere to be found. We have to come back tomorrow.
Adam: Come back tomorrow?
Phyllis: Yes.
Adam: Yeah, that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna--wait a second. I think that was the kid. Hey, kid! Kid! Listen, you sold us this camera, right? We need the memory card from this camera.
Boy: That extra.
Adam: That's extra.
Phyllis: Yeah, of course it is. Of course it is.
Adam: He's a businessman. Okay, how about this? Money talks, right? Cash? How about this?
Boy: I get for you. (Speaking Thai)
Leslie: Okay, now you more than anyone know what an easy target Sharon is. You tore her up on the stand.
Vance: You got a better idea? I'd like to hear it.
Nick: Leslie's right. This could backfire.
Sharon: No, I can do it. Look, I've been watching people in the jury-- what they respond to and what they don't. I think there are some of them who are sympathetic toward me. I can get them to believe me.
Leslie: Okay, no, you don't have time to prepare her. You have to--
Man: All rise. Court is back in session.
Nick: (Sighs)
Judge Salazar: Mr. Abrams, are you ready to call your next witness?
Vance: Yes, I am, your honor. The defense wishes to call Sharon Newman to the stand.
Lauren: So did you get an appointment?
Lily: I sure did later today. Dr. Mason had a cancellation.
Lauren: You are gonna be so happy you did this. Trust me.
Lily: Yeah, I know. I know you're right. Better to talk to somebody professional than have a public meltdown. (Chuckles)
Lauren: Or a private one. They're not much fun, believe me. Now you-- you take care of yourself so you can take care of those babies. And speaking of whom...
Lily: Let's go shopping!
Lauren: (Laughs) Let's do it! (Laughs)
Lily: Okay, all right.
Lauren: Don't forget your phone.
Lily: Oh, yes, thank you.
Daniel: I get that Lauren's upset. I mean, you must be upset, too, with Daisy on the loose.
Kevin: Well, don't forget about Jana. She lives with the threat of Daisy coming back every day.
Daniel: O-okay. Daisy was not coming back to Genoa City. She was in Saskatoon.
Michael: Is that supposed to reassure Lauren? Because it--it doesn't.
Daniel: Okay, I'm sorry. Daisy left me for dead. She hit me over the head. Do you remember that? I am just as upset as anyone that she is getting away with the things that she did, but I was trying to do right by my daughter.
Jana: (Clears throat) Excuse me. I'm so sorry to interrupt. Can I just borrow you for just a minute?
Kevin: Uh, y-yeah, okay.
Jana: Okay.
Kevin: And you two keep it down in here. You're scaring away my customers.
Chloe: Mwah.
Kevin: So you needed something?
Jana: (Sighs) Yes, um, I found a list of numbers in a book that was my father's, and I don't know what it means, so...
Chloe: So what does that have to do with Kevin?
Jana: Well, I'm hoping that you can help me figure it out, 'cause I know you, and you're really so good at this sort of thing, so...
Chloe: Looks pretty random to me.
Kevin: Well, actually, no. There's a pattern here. It's six digits, three, nine, six, three, nine.
Jana: Yeah, and you see, at the end there, I thought those were phone numbers. But they don't all look like valid area codes.
Kevin: Uh, nothing's jumpin' out at me.
Chloe: Oh, well, you tried.
Jana: Kevin, I don't have anybody else to help me with this, so--
Chloe: And that's not your fault.
Kevin: Okay, Chloe, come on.
Chloe: I'm gonna go.
Kevin: No, no, no. This'll take one minute.
Chloe: No, it's okay. I'm gonna be back really soon.
Jana: (Sighs)
Chloe: Mwah!
Jana: Well, apparently, you two have worked things out, haven't you?
Kevin: Yeah. Yeah.
Jana: (Sighs) Well, I don't want to cause you any trouble.
Kevin: No, it's no trouble. We're cool. Let me see that list again.
Jana: You've just got some... (Sighs)
Sharon: I do.
Judge Salazar: Please be seated.
Vance: Let's skip all the niceties and cut to the chase, shall we? Did you kill Skye Newman?
Sharon: No.
Vance: Then how do you explain the argument we heard on tape?
Sharon: That was a few seconds of our conversation. If you had heard the rest of it, it would be obvious that my goal was to bring Skye back to Genoa City.
Vance: And why would you want to do that?
Sharon: Because Adam Newman was in jail at the time charged with Skye's murder.
Spencer: Objection. Mr. Newman's not on trial here.
Vance: And Mr. Walsh claims her affection for Adam gave her motive to kill.
Judge Salazar: You may continue.
Vance: Thank you, your honor. Why did you go to Hawaii?
Sharon: I knew that Adam didn't kill Skye. I just couldn't get anyone else to believe it. I just wanted to find her and somehow convince her to come home with me.
Vance: A man can't be accused of killing a woman who's standing right in front of him, can he?
Boy: My cousin.
Phyllis: Okay. Hello. Hello. You have the card to this camera.
Man: Get you good deal. 2 gig. 16 gig.
Phyllis: A deal.
Man: Everything in between.
Adam: No, no, no, no, no. You don't understand. I-I want the memory card to this camera-- the specific card to this camera.
Man: We erase the card when we take them out.
Phyllis: Okay, well, maybe you haven't erased it yet. You just got it.
Boy: Sorry.
Phyllis: What? Hey! Hey! Hey!
Chloe: Look, I'm worried about Delia.
Victoria: Why? What's--what's wrong?
Chloe: Nothing yet, but I am not comfortable with her spending time, um, with Jana.
Victoria: Oh, Boy, here we go again.
Chloe: The woman is coming completely unglued, and I'm watching it happen like a slow train wreck, okay? And I don't want my daughter anywhere near her when she finally goes off the edge.
Victoria: I'm not seeing any of that.
Chloe: Because you don't see her with Kevin. I'm telling you that you need to take this seriously. Mother to mother, our children are not safe with her. You need to fire her.
Jana: So what do you think?
Kevin: Well, if I had to guess, I would say that the third column is routing numbers.
Jana: Oh, you mean, like, for banks? Like for a transfer?
Kevin: (Chuckles) Yes. And if my hunch is right, then these here are bank accounts, the last column.
Jana: Well, maybe my father had, um, hidden bank accounts. But if that was the case, the money would have gone to me, wouldn't it?
Kevin: Uh, yeah, why don't-- (Knocks on countertop) I'm gonna-- I'll grab my computer.
Phyllis: Okay, all right. Let's go back to the hotel. Let's go. Let's go. We have to come up with a plan "B."
Adam: There's no plan "B." That--that was our last legitimate hope for us.
Phyllis: No. No. No. No.
Adam: Yes. Phyllis, listen to me. That video was the only evidence that Skye's death was an accident. What I am supposed to do? I'm supposed to go back to Sharon with nothing? A-after everything that's she's done for me? I--that's it. I mean, I've failed her.
Phyllis: (Sighs)
Vance: Tell us what happened the night Skye died.
Sharon: I had signed up to take the volcano hike hoping that Skye would be there, and she was.
Vance: I don't imagine she was too happy to see you.
Sharon: No.
Vance: And you were angry with her. We heard that on the tape.
Sharon: Yes, I was, for setting up Adam.
Vance: Did you tell her you wanted to bring her back to clear his name?
Sharon: Of course.
Vance: And?
Sharon: She basically laughed in my face.
Vance: When that happened, did you scream at her? Did you strike her?
Sharon: No, I took her picture. I was going to expose her lies with or without her cooperation.
Vance: And what happened?
Sharon: She lunged for the camera. And then the ground underneath her gave way, and she fell. I grabbed her hand. She was hanging over the edge, and her other hand was trapped. She couldn't get a foothold.
Vance: Mm-hmm. Was there a risk that more of the ground would have given way, and you might have followed her over the edge?
Sharon: I-I don't know. I-I really wasn't thinking that at the time.
Vance: Mm-hmm. What were you thinking?
Sharon: How to save her. I, um, I tried to pull her up. But, um, we were wearing safety gloves, and our hands were sweating. It was so hot, and, uh, she started to slip. I held on for as long as I could. I-I held on. And I promised her that I wouldn't let her die, but I could feel her slipping away out of my hand. And then, um, she was gone. God, I-- if I could have crawled down there myself and pulled her back up, I would have.
Lily: I cannot wait to try on those little swimsuits on the twins. It's gonna be so cute.
Lauren: (Laughs) You're gonna take pictures, right?
Michael: We're not finished!
Daniel: I am. (Groans)
Michael: Listen to me. Daniel, Lauren deserves to know the truth, right?
Lauren: Are you guys talking about how you let Daisy get away?
Daniel: I guess you filled her in on your little theory, haven't you?
Lauren: You know, we have a lot of unanswered questions, Daniel.
Michael: The more he tries to explain, the less I believe his story.
Daniel: Look, don't worry about it. I'm done explaining.
Michael: If you think we're just gonna give up on this, you're wrong. And trust me, when your mother gets back from Thailand, she's gonna have a lot of questions.
Daniel: Okay, I've already told you everything I can about what I did and why I did it, and if that's not good enough for you guys, that's too bad.
Sharon: I'm not a saint. I've done things that I'm not proud of. But I have never intentionally tried to hurt anyone, and I did not want Skye to die. I wouldn't want anyone to die, especially the way that she did. It was... it was horrible.
Vance: So you didn't go to Hawaii to punish her?
Sharon: No. I'm not the vindictive, jealous monster that the D.A. keeps trying to make me out to be. I make mistakes like anyone. But I'm a good person. I'm a good friend. And I am a good mother. The only reason I went to Hawaii was to help someone who I love. And the only way I could do that was to prove that Skye was not dead. I had no reason to want to kill her. I had every reason to save her.
Phyllis: (Sighs) God.
Adam: I'm goin' back.
Phyllis: Well, that's good to know, because I wasn't looking forward to dealing with Koa on my own.
Adam: I'm going back to Genoa City. That's where Sharon needs me.
Phyllis: What? No, no, no, no. Sharon needs proof that she's innocent.
Adam: And that proof doesn't exist anymore, Phyllis. That is why I'm going back to Genoa City. I'm gonna get on the stand, and I'm gonna testify to what I saw in that video. That's--
Phyllis: You're not gonna get on--no, no, no, no, no, no. Would you listen to what you're saying? That's really gonna work. What--you have such a sterling reputation for honesty and integrity.
Adam: That's great, but what am I supposed to do? I'm the one who saw the video. There's nothing else I can do.
Phyllis: W-w-wait. Wait. Wait. You're not the only one who saw it.
Adam: Koa.
Phyllis: Yeah.
Adam: Koa. Let's go.
Lauren: Even if you don't care about what happened to me and Jana--
Lily: No, don't say that. Of course he cares.
Lauren: This is the same woman who tried to murder your mother.
Lily: Okay, you know what? Can we just calm down, please? I know it's a sensitive subject, but--
Lauren: You know something? This woman was a sadistic person who enjoys torturing people. And you let her go. You let her go because you didn't want to take the responsibility. You took the easy way out. You let her go because you don't want to be a father, and now we have to suffer because of your selfishness and immaturity.
Lily: Okay, don't say that.
Daniel: You know what? It's okay. If that's what they want to think, let 'em think it.
Kevin: I was right. Every one of these numbers matches up with a different bank account. One is in California. One's in Florida, Texas, New York.
Jana: Anything local?
Kevin: Yeah. Yeah, there's one right here in Genoa City.
Jana: Well, how do we find out the name on the account? My father had so many aliases.
Kevin: Oh, well, there would be no way to access that information, and the firewalls would be impenetrable.
Jana: There must be something we can do.
Kevin: Yeah, get a patriot act subpoena. Sorry.
Victoria: We've been very happy with Jana, and Lucy loves her.
Chloe: The crap that Jana has pulled is not acceptable.
Victoria: Her personal life is really none of my business, and if you think about it, your past hasn't really been that spotless, either, and I would think that you would be a little more compassionate.
Chloe: Well, I have zero tolerance when it comes to crazy when my daughter is involved. So as long as Jana is in this house, my daughter will not be.
Victoria: Chloe, look, you can't do that. You can't revoke custody every time you and Billy have an argument. It just doesn't work that way.
Chloe: You have to listen to me.
Victoria: No, I don't. You have no say in this, so you should just drop it.
Victoria: Such a good baby. You don't have to worry about a thing, 'cause Jana's not going anywhere. No, she's not. She's gonna be with us. Right?
Vance: (Quietly) You did good.
Spencer: Mrs. Newman, you'd have us believe that you flew to Hawaii in noble pursuit of truth and justice. Do I have that right?
Sharon: Yes.
Spencer: Then tragically, your heroic efforts were thwarted by a cruel twist of fate, an act of God?
Sharon: It was tragic. It was the last thing I wanted to have happen.
Spencer: Be honest with this jury. This wasn't your first arrest, was it?
Vance: Uh, objection.
Judge Salazar: Sustained. The jury will disregard.
Spencer: Have you ever been admitted to a psychiatric hospital?
Vance: Objection!
Spencer: Withdrawn. Will you at least tell us how many times you've been married, to how many men you've lived with in the last few years?
Vance: Your honor, where is the relevance?

Spencer: What chance did Skye have against you alone on that dark night in Hawaii?
Vance: Objection!
