Traci: Okay, um, well, how much longer do you think it'll be before you board? (Sighs) Well, maybe Colleen will be home before you even land, and we'll both come and meet you at the airport.

Billy: I can wait for you here. I love you, too.

Jack: Steve all set?

Traci: Yes. Yes, he, um, he should be here by morning, and maybe Colleen will be home by then, too.

Jack: Yeah.

Billy: Uh, does anybody want coffee, or--

Traci: No. No, I'm a little wired already.

Jack: Yeah, same here.

Chloe: Hi. Well, I guess I don't have to worry about waking anybody up, huh?

Billy: What are you doing out with Dee this late?

Chloe: (Sighs) She's pulling one of her all-nighters. It's your turn for the late shift.

Billy: (Chuckles)

Chloe: Ooh, my keys. Sorry.

Billy: Hello. Hello. Are you a night owl like your daddy, huh?

(Chuckles)

Chloe: Um, so she's doing this teething thing, and I was hoping that maybe you could pull one of your mom tricks and help her out.

Traci: (Laughs) Well, I do have a couple. I'll try.

Chloe: Thank you.

Traci: Okay.

Jack: A little early for teething, isn't it?

Chloe: (Sighs) (Whispering) Yeah, she's very advanced.

Traci: (Chuckles)

Jack: And you're very kind to try to take everyone's mind off of what's going on.

Chloe: (Normal voice) Well, not like I'd know, but isn't this what family does when life turns to the dark side? We all hang tough together, right?

Jack: Yeah.

Chloe: (Sighs)

Jack: That's what family does.

Traci: (Laughs)

Billy: (Laughs)

Lily: (Sighs)

Lily: (Sighs) Damn it.

Cane: Hey, what's the matter?

Lily: (Sighs) Sorry. I didn't want to wake you.

Cane: It's okay. You didn't wake me up. What are you doing? You going out for some air?

Lily: (Sighs) Yeah, is a hot flash that obvious?

Cane: (Sighs) You look a little flushed. Look, why don't we get Humphrey? We'll wake him up, and we'll take him-- we'll surprise him on a midnight walk.

Lily: No, Cane, I don't want to go for a walk. I want to find Colleen.

Cane: I don't really think that--

Lily: That what? That I'm up for it? Was Colleen up for what's happened to her? I mean, just a couple of days ago, she was ready to take on Victor Newman, and now she's being held hostage. Someone has to find her before its too late.

Patty: (Shivering) What are you sticking around for? You have the gun. Shoot me or go.

Colleen: If I leave, it'll be for help, okay?

Patty: Okay, you know what? I don't need any help.

Colleen: You probably have a fever from the spider bite. It's--it's bleeding. Just-- we have to cover it and keep it clean, okay? Oh.

[Colleen covers the wound with a scarf and Patty grabs the gun]

Colleen: No!

Patty: (Breathing heavily) You should have escaped when you had the chance.

(Knock on door)

Ashley: Come in.

Adam: Sorry to bother you, Ash, but, uh, what you said, uh, earlier, you--you can't do it. You--you can't tell Victor or anybody about what happened that night.

Ashley: I hit Nikki with the car. For all I know, I killed her.

Adam: No, you're not-- you don't know for sure that that is what happened.

Ashley: I don't know it didn’t. Nobody has seen or heard from Nikki in weeks.

Adam: Look, we don't know that she was killed, and--and there's no proof that you had anything to do with her disappearance, either.

Ashley: What about the cell phone I found?

Adam: She dropped it on her way out.

Ashley: Did she drop her necklace, too? Victor found it outside the night that I hit her.

Adam: Okay, it was there for days.

Ashley: You're not gonna talk me out of this, Adam.

Adam: It is a mistake, damn it, and it's one you're gonna regret!

Victor: Why the raised voices?

Ashley: I'm glad you're back.

Victor: What's going on?

Ashley: There's something I need to talk to you about-- alone.

Victor: All right. You heard her.

Victor: Why is he talking to you like that?

Ashley: It's about Nikki. Something horrible happened. She did not just leave town.

Victoria: Dad?

Nick: Whoa.

Victoria: Oh, God, I'm sorry. I almost slammed the door in your face.

Nick: That's all right. I was following you the whole way. I just didn't want to yell out. I figured I'd scare you.

Victoria: (Sighs) Thanks. I'm tense as it is.

Nick: Any particular reason?

Victoria: Yeah, I just came from the Abbotts. Everybody's just really stressed out over there waiting for word on Colleen.

Nick: Why? Is she sick or something?

Victoria: (Sighs) Mary Jane Benson-- or Patty Williams, rather-- she kidnapped her, and they're on the run.

Nick: Oh, man, this just makes this worse.

Victoria: What?

Nick: I came over here to confront Dad about his connection to that psycho.

Victoria: Yeah, I know. Me, too. J.T. has been trying to convince me that Dad was responsible for bringing Patty back here.

Nick: Phyllis said the same thing.

Victoria: You know, I didn't want to believe it, and I still don’t.

Nick: Join the crowd.

Victoria: (Sighs) Should we go look for him?

Nick: Yeah, let's do it.

Lily: Sitting here is not helping to find Colleen.

Cane: Okay. But Billy told you the police already have it covered.

Lily: (Sighs)

Cane: Did you get any sleep?

Lily: (Sighs) No. If I'm not obsessing about Colleen, then I'm getting hit with these hot flashes.

Cane: What about the sedatives the doctors gave you?

Lily: (Scoffs) I'm already drugged up enough off chemo as it is. (Sighs)

Cane: Well, you know what? You can surf the internet. You know why? It always knocks me out. Here.

Lily: Yeah, I guess you're right. I can e-mail Billy and see if there's any word. (Sighs) This is exactly the time when I would I.M. Colleen and see if she's awake. We would chat for hours about celebrity breakups or just send cute puppy pictures back and forth. (Sighs)

Cane: What's the matter?

Lily: I don't know. Everything just seems... so out of control, you know? It's like this cancer invades my body, and then my best friend goes missing and is at the mercy of some stupid psychopath, and I'm sure Colleen's copping an attitude just to make it seem like she's not scared, which will just make things worse. (Sighs)

Cane: Hey, listen. It's Colleen's toughness that's gonna get her through this. You know that, don't you?

Lily: I know. I just-- I used to think that being Drucilla's daughter meant I could handle anything. But sometimes, things just happen that... (Sniffles) You never in a million years would ever be prepared for.

Colleen: With or without the gun, I wouldn't just leave you here.

Patty: The hell you wouldn’t.

Colleen: You need a doctor, okay? And since you broke my phone, you're gonna have to let me go out and get help.

Patty: No, because we both know as soon as you leave, you're just gonna leave me stranded here. (Shivering) And I don't-- I don't want to be left alone no more. I don't want to die like this. (Gasps)

Colleen: I-I just want to see if you have a fever, okay?

Patty: (Breathing rapidly) My mom used to do that.

Colleen: Yeah, my mom did, too.

Patty: (Shivering) (Groans)

Traci: Let me see. Let me see. You know, I don't think she has a fever. That's usually the first sign of teething, huh? (Laughs)

Chloe: Well, thank you. Thank you for all of your expertise.

Traci: Oh, you're welcome.

Chloe: Yeah, you're okay.

Traci: You know, it just seems like yesterday when Colleen was that small.

Cordelia: (Babbles)

Traci: It's true what they say. You should cherish every moment.

Cordelia: (Growls)

Chloe: Oh!

Jack: Just keep us well-informed. Okay.

Chloe: Hi. It's okay.

Traci: Does Paul have any news?

Jack: They just found Colleen's car out near Twin Lakes.

Traci: Why would she abandon her car like that?

Billy: Well, maybe she didn't have a choice.

Jack: Listen, Colleen is a very resourceful young woman. She's been through difficult situations before. She'll get through this, too.

Traci: (Sighs) You know, it's--it's funny. You keep thinking of her as an adult, and all I see is my beautiful baby girl. You know, I-I think I do need some coffee. (Voice breaks) Excuse me. (Cries)

Billy: (Sighs) I hate this.

Chloe: I don't understand why Mary Jane Benson would go after Colleen. I didn't even know they had any history together.

Billy: Actually, her history is with Jack. See, uh, Mary Jane Benson is really Patty Williams, Jack's ex-wife.

Chloe: She shot you years ago for you cheating on her, didn't she?

Billy: How the hell did you know that?

Chloe: I'm a tabloid junkie, remember? I mean, I'm right, aren't I?

Jack: Yeah, she shot me. That should have been my first clue she needed help.

Chloe: Yeah, and you thought I was a bitch for making you sleep on the couch.

(Clicks tongue)

Billy: What happened to this woman, anyway? I mean, she just took aim, and then what, took off?

Jack: I felt too guilty to press charges, and I don't know. I got on with my life. I assumed she did, too.

Chloe: Who knew she was gonna come out of the wings and boil the bunny?

Jack: When I found out who Mary Jane really was, I felt horrible that this sweet woman I once knew was such a mess now. Then I thought about what she did with Summer, and I wondered why I didn't put her away for good when I could have.

Traci: Because she wasn't broken like that then. Hurt, wounded, jealous--yes. But psychotic? Not Patty. (Sniffles) Jack, something has happened to her. Something happened after she left Genoa City, and I wish I could figure out what it is.

Jack: (Sighs)

Ashley: Oh, boy. Okay. I see things clearly now, but I didn't that night. I was still having all those nightmares and those visions about Sabrina.

Victor: Uh-huh. But I thought you said it--

Ashley: (Sniffles)

Victor: About something that happened to Nikki.

Ashley: Yeah. Uh, it was that night of the storm, and I had convinced myself that you were with Sabrina. So I got in the car, and I went after you, and it was raining very, very hard. I couldn't see that well.

Victor: (Sighs)

Ashley: But I-I could see that there was somebody standing in the road.

Victor: Mm.

Ashley: And I don't know if it was because of the rain or because I was so emotionally lost, I, um, I thought that I saw Sabrina. And it was in the rain in the dark that, uh...

Victor: (Sighs)

Ashley: I hit her with my car.

Victor: (Sighs)

Ashley: At first, I didn't remember any of it. And then it started coming back to me in bits and pieces, and I just convinced myself that it was a bad dream, but then the more I remembered, the more real it felt. And I thought maybe it was true. Maybe-- maybe I had killed Sabrina.

Victor: Sweetheart, Sabrina has been dead for quite some time now. It couldn't have been Sabrina. This was a dream. You're torturing yourself for no reason.

Ashley: There is a reason. And I realized it when I heard you and Katherine talking, that Nikki had come over here the night of the storm. That's when it became crystal clear to me. It wasn't Sabrina that I hit. It was Nikki.

Victor: What?

Ashley: It was Nikki, Victor. That's who I saw standing in the road that night, and I know it's probably gonna cost me our marriage, but I can't deny it. I hit Nikki. I may have even killed her.

Victoria: Well, he's not in the kitchen.

Nick: Yeah, he's not in his study, either.

Victoria: (Sighs) Well, you know what? Maybe he's already gone to bed.

Nick: No, front door was unlocked. Dad never goes to bed until he double-checks the locks.

Victoria: Maybe we should just come back tomorrow.

Nick: No, Vick, you're not chickening out on me, are you?

Victoria: Look, part of me doesn't want to know if it's true or not, because if Dad did bring Patty back to Genoa City...

Nick: I think about how many people's lives that woman's changed.

Victoria: God, Nick, if you could have seen the look on Abby’s face when she found out about Colleen... and Traci-- she--she couldn't even face us.

Nick: I just don't get-- why would Jack marry someone so sick? I don't get it.

Victoria: Mm. Apparently, she wasn't always that way. Paul said that she was really sweet when she was young, and Jack said the same thing. (Sighs) Of course, that's probably before she snapped and shot him.

Nick: Jack's lucky she didn't try again.

Victoria: What?

Nick: Maybe she was supposed to. Maybe that's why she was brought here.

Victoria: To finish the job?

Nick: Yeah, and if Dad's behind all of this...

Victoria: No, Nick, not that. No, he wouldn't go that far.

Ashley: You hate me. I don't blame you, and I don't expect you to forgive me. Just know I never, ever would want to hurt anybody.

Victor: I could never hate you. I don't want you to be concerned about any of this. I will protect you.

Ashley: (Sighs) You can't protect me. I can't keep this a secret any longer. Everybody's so worried about Nikki, and they-- they deserve to know the truth. I mean, I'd really like it if you'd go to see the police with me, but if you can't, I understand.

Victor: Sweetheart, you're not going anywhere, okay? I'm not going anywhere.

Ashley: I hit Nikki. Didn't you hear what I said?

Victor: If you had hit Nikki, they would have found her by now.

Ashley: (Sighs) I don't know.

Victor: Don't you think someone would have seen her and taken her to the hospital?

Ashley: Do you think I made this up?

Victor: I think what happened is that once you realized that Sabrina is truly dead, you just focused your attention on someone else. Come here. Please don't worry about any of this anymore. I'll protect you, okay? And this time, I'll make sure that you get-- get the right help, all right? What?

Ashley: You believe I'm insane, don't you?

Victor: Ashley, please.

Cane: Well, this stuff your dad sent over to lift your spirits earlier.

Lily: Yeah, that was before I found out my friend was kidnapped.

Cane: Oh, come on. Come here. I am positive there is something in here that will put a big smile on your face. Have a look.

Lily: (Scoffs) It's funny how your whole life can be reduced to the contents of a cardboard box. (Scoffs) Well, so much for taking my mind off of Colleen.

Cane: What do you got? You have photographs of her in here? Show me.

Lily: Yeah. She'd always send me something when she would go away, like this one.

Cane: (Chuckles)

Lily: This one, she's at the Coliseum visiting her grandma.

Cane: Mm.

Lily: Oh, and this one was when she was in New York, and she was pretending to be Audrey Hepburn in front of Tiffany's-- so silly. (Sniffles)

Cane: Let me see.

Cane: Camp Cheveyo? (Chuckles)

Lily: Yeah, she went there every summer as a kid, and then she became a counselor. Yeah.

Lily: "Hey, girl, having an awesome time. Remember I told you about that geek Alex Troy who had a crush on me when I was 10? Well, he's working here, too, and he is so not a geek anymore. We're going canoeing tomorrow. Cowabunga. Love, Colleen."

Cane: (Chuckles)

Lily: Wow.

Cane: (Sighs)

(Cell phone beeps)

Cane: Mm.

Lily: Oh, Billy got my e-mail. He wants to know if he can come over. You know what? It's okay. I'll tell him it's too late. I mean, he's already been here once today anyways.

Cane: Don't worry about it. It is your house, too. If you want him to come over, it's fine. I don't mind.

Lily: Thank you... for everything.

Cane: You're welcome.

(Rubbing Lily's hand)

Lily: (Sighs)

Chloe: I-I remember how psyched you were when you hired Mary Jane Benson. You thought that she was this P.R. whiz-- Jabot's secret weapon. (Sighs)

Billy: Well, I can always count on you for reminding me just what a screw-up I am. Thank you very much.

Chloe: Come again?

Billy: Well, it's not like I don't already feel like an ass for hiring this psycho woman and bringing her to the board, but thank you. Whatever.

Chloe: Oh, my God. Chill out. Chill out. All I was saying was that even you, the ultimate cynic, couldn't even tell how warped she was, let alone anybody else. That's all I was saying.

Billy: Oh, uh... (Chuckles) Thank you.

(Cell phone beeps)

Billy: (Grunts) You know, um, I think I'm gonna go for a walk, get some air. Do you want anything while I'm out?

Chloe: Mm. Is "Air" code for "Mac"? (Scoffs) Well, that is who texted you, right?

Billy: Actually, it was Lily. She's a little freaked out about Colleen, and I didn't want you getting all freaked out about me going to see her, so...

Chloe: Well, you should totally go.

Billy: What, you're not gonna give me a guilt trip for not taking the opportunity to further bond with my little girl?

Chloe: I think Lily needs you a little bit more than Delia does.

Billy: Well, I appreciate you not giving me grief about this. Thank you.

Chloe: (Sighs) Well, don't give me too much credit. I mean, it's not exactly heroic to hold back from being a bitch about someone who's going through chemo.

Billy: Well, at least you haven't lost your twisted sense of humor.

Chloe: Shut up.

Billy: (Chuckles)

Chloe: We'll be waiting for you.

Billy: Okay.

Chloe: Oh, Billy just left. He, uh, went to go check on Lily.

Traci: Oh, Lily-- that poor, sweet girl. She's been through so much. She and Colleen were always like sisters. When I think of the two of them both facing life-threatening situations--

Jack: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. We can't lose hope.

Traci: I know. I know you're right. You know, uh, they found Colleen's car, right? So it's just a matter of time before they find her, and the sun's coming up, so that improves the chances even more. Maybe she will be home before Steve gets here. (Sobs)

Jack: Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey. It's okay.

Traci: Mm. Yeah.

Ashley: I just told you the most difficult thing I've ever had to tell anybody, and you don't believe a word of it.

Victor: Why don't you lie down? And I think you'll feel better.

Ashley: Leave me alone. Look, just--

Victor: (Sighs) (Sighs)

Adam: Victor, you okay?

Victor: You didn't want her to tell me, did you? Because you knew how much it would upset me to realize how sick she is.

Adam: I'm so sorry.

Victor: I appreciate everything you've done for her, but now she needs professional help. I want you to call Dr. Taylor. Ask him to come immediately, all right?

Adam: You're suffering, too, now, aren't you?

Victor: Just let me know when you reach him.

Cane: Well, if you guys need me, I'll be in the bedroom, okay?

Billy: (British accent) Hello, there, gorgeous. (Chuckles)

Lily: I'm bald, Billy.

Billy: (Normal voice) Yeah, but you make that look hot.

Lily: Well, thank you for saying so, and thank you for coming by.

Billy: Yeah. Now how did you know I needed an excuse to leave the house of gloom?

Lily: That bad, huh?

Billy: Yeah. (Chuckles) Yeah.

Lily: How's Colleen's mom doing?

Billy: Traci-- Traci's just Traci. I-I don't know how she does it. She's able to just smile through a parent's worst nightmare, which, honestly, it's starting to make me a little upset, but it's not like I want to be negative, but, uh, you know, part of me thinks if I just expect the worst to happen, then it's--

Lily: Then it won't happen?

Billy: Yeah.

Lily: Yeah. (Sighs) That's how I've been feeling about the cancer, that somehow maybe if I just can psyche the cancer out of not doing me in... (Sighs)

Billy: Well, aren't we a couple of gloomy guses?

Lily: (Chuckles)

Billy: Maybe I shouldn't have come over.

Lily: No, no. I'm glad you did. Seeing you makes me smile.

Billy: Well, that's a switch. Yeah, that's a switch.

Lily: No, I mean 'cause of Colleen. Remember, I used to love how she would call you "Uncle Billy" because it made you feel old?

Billy: Uh, no, no, she was just jealous...

Lily: (Chuckles)

Billy: Because I could drive, and she couldn’t. Uh--

Lily: Right. Right. (Laughs)

Billy: What's in here?

Lily: Uh, go ahead. Help yourself.

Billy: What is-- (Laughs) Really? (Laughs) Look at this. What is this?

Lily: (Chuckles)

Billy: I mean, it's either Halloween, or-- (Scoffs) The styles back then just sucked.

Lily: You know what? Colleen would not have wanted you to see that.

Billy: I don't care. I will steal it and use it as blackmail.

Lily: (Laughs) Oh, my God. Aw.

Billy: She looks good.

Lily: She looks happy, doesn't she?

Billy: Yeah, she does. The clothes have gotta go, though. (Chuckles)

Patty: (Shivering)

Colleen: Okay, you are totally burning up. If you don't let me go out there and get a doctor, you're not gonna make it. Now you--you said to me that I should have run when I had the chance, but I didn't, because that's who I am, okay? I know these woods like the back of my hand.

Patty: I don't want you to leave me.

Colleen: Listen to me. I will come back to you, I promise. You see that lake over there? My dad died saving someone, and I owe it to his memory to get us out of here alive, okay?

Patty: No. No.

Colleen: Fine. Fine. If you are so paranoid that you'd rather shoot me then--then let me go and get help, then--then fine. Let us both die or let us live. It is--it is up to you, okay?

Patty: Okay, go. Go.

Colleen: I'll be back.

Victor: Um, whatever it is, it has to wait, okay? Not tonight.

Nick: It can’t. It's too important.

Victor: Is this about Summer?

Victoria: It's about the woman who put Summer in a coma.

Nick: Patty Williams.

Victoria: It's also about the person responsible for bringing Patty here.

Nick: And from everything we hear, that person is you. Now I know Phyllis already talked to you about this, and you admitted to nothing.

Victor: I told Phyllis the truth-- that I would do everything in my power to make sure that Patty Williams pays for the crimes she committed against our family.

Victoria: Are you saying that you're not behind her being here?

Victor: Did your husband tell you that?

Victoria: It doesn't matter who told me. If it's true, I want to hear it from you.

Victor: Well, I don't want to discuss it right now.

Nick: This is about Jack, right? You figured that I-if you brought Patty to town, then she could take another shot at Jack, and maybe this time, she could finish the job. And then you would finally get the revenge you've been looking for ever since he faked that journal.

Victor: (Slams glass down) I don't give a damn about Jack Abbott, all right? But for you two to come here and insinuate that I would invite crimes against my own family? That's very depressing, very upsetting. You get that? Especially now. These are very difficult times I'm going through.

Nick: It's a difficult time for a lot of people, Dad. My wife is on the other side of the world trying to undo some of the damage that Patty inflicted on my daughter. Now I hear tonight that Colleen's been taken hostage?

Victor: And I will see to it that she is found, okay?

Nick: Is that because you feel guilty, Dad?

Victor: Now the two of you know better than anyone that I would not do anything that caused pain to my family.

Nick: Then stop dancing around the question and answer it.

Jack: Hey, that was fast.

Billy: Yep.

Traci: How's Lily?

Billy: Ah, she's better than I expected, really. And, uh, she sent me with these. They're pictures and postcards of Colleen. She thought you might want to look at them. Oh, uh, where's Chloe?

Jack: Delia got hungry, and Chloe thought she left some formula at the pool house.

Billy: All right. Thanks.

Traci: I don't want pictures. I don't want postcards. I want Colleen here, alive.

Jack: I know. I know. I know.

Traci: Jack, I just keep thinking about this, running it over and over in my mind wondering, why? Why did Patty come back now? What did she want? I mean, I-if we could figure that out, maybe we could find out where she's taking Colleen, and we could bring her back home.

Jack: It was Victor, Traci.

Traci: What?

Jack: He brought Patty to town as a means to get back at me.

Traci: I don't-- I don't believe it.

Jack: I didn't want to believe it at first, either, but the more I thought about it, the more it made sense-- the way she suddenly appeared out of nowhere, the way she came after me. Unfortunately, for Victor, she didn't hurt me. She hurt the people around me.

Traci: My baby is being held hostage by a lunatic because of Victor's hatred for you?

Jack: Unfortunately, yes. I wish to God I'd seen this sooner. I could have protected Colleen and Summer and Ashley. I let them down.

Traci: No.

Jack: And I let you down, and for that, I will never forgive myself.

Traci: Oh, will you just stop it? You would not have seen this. You and Victor both are so blinded by your hatred for each other, you don't see anything or anyone, and now my baby is paying the price for that hatred.

Jack: No, now--now lis-- listen to me.

Traci: No! She could be--

Jack: Colleen will not be sacrificed here. If anyone is gonna pay the final price, it will be Victor. I promise you that.

Traci: (Sobs)

(Door slams)

Adam: It's me, Ashley. I just wanted to make sure you were okay.

Ashley: You were right. I shouldn't have said anything.

Adam: What happened?

Ashley: He didn't believe me. He's probably making arrangements for me to be put away in a padded cell.

Adam: I'm sorry. I wish I'd been wrong about him.

Ashley: I was so sure he would be the one person that wouldn't doubt me, the one person that would love me enough.

Adam: You don't deserve this, not any of it.

Victoria: Aren't you gonna say anything?

Victor: (Sighs) What do you want from me?

Nick: She wants to hear you deny that you're the one who set this all in motion. But you just can't do that, can you, Dad? I never judged you after what happened on that boat with Walter Palin. That guy was a murderer, but if you did bring Patty to town to kill Jack and instead, she turned her wrath on my daughter and on your wife and now Colleen...

Victoria: Daddy, please tell us that you weren't so hell-bent on getting Jack that you'd let this woman hurt your family and just do nothing about it.

Nick: No, he did something. He put out a reward once she went missing after she nearly killed my daughter. Is that when you finally saw what kind of monster you unleashed, or did you just not care, Dad, because she still hadn't finished the job that she was brought here to do?

Victoria: Was that it, Dad? You just couldn't let Jack win, so everyone else had to lose?

Victor: I want to see my wife.

Victoria: Dad, wait. Please. Please, just wait. Don't run away from this and from us. We need to know.

Victor: (Sighs) I'm not a murderer, neither directly nor indirectly. I made some mistakes. I wish I could undo them, but I can’t.

Colleen: Hi, it's me, and I'm sorry I'm not here to take your call. As soon as I am, I'll call you back.

Lily: Hey, girl, it's me. Um, just calling you. I'm craving something cold to fight off these awful hot flashes. And I know since you can't resist a double-chocolate dip, that maybe you, you know, could come over and fight these flashes off with me. (Chuckles) You know, and then put an end to these stupid rumors that are completely freaking me out, and that I know cannot be true. You know, they just-- they can’t. But, um, anyways, just, you know, call me and let me know if, uh, if you're okay, okay? Bye. (Sighs) Maybe it's not true, you know? Maybe everyone thought that-- that she went to the cabin, when really she just went home to bed, you know? And that she's gonna call me at any second...

Cane: (Chuckles)

Lily: And just ream me out for waking her up, you know? I mean, it's--it's possible, right?

Cane: Yeah.

Lily: Yeah.

Victoria: You were really behind it, Dad? Everything Patty did, that was you?

Nick: Let's get out of here.

Colleen: (Breathing heavily) Oh, thank God! Thank God. Oh, thank God.

[Colleen gets in a canoe]

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Billy: You had Patty, and you took her to a church. Instead, she gets out, and she grabs my niece.
