Phyllis: Right. Then the loop goes around one more time. Good job. Good job. Oh, my goodness. Oh.
Summer: Mommy princess.
Phyllis: Oh, wow. Oh, I feel beautiful. I bow to you. (Laughs)
Summer: Pretty.
Nick: Yes, Mommy is very pretty.
Phyllis: Oh, here's our prince. This is our prince.
Summer: (Giggles)
Nick: Where's my crown?
Phyllis: Oh, princes, they don't just get crowns. They have to prove their devotion to get a crown.
Nick: Ahh. Well, just tell me, and I'll do it, whatever it takes.
Summer: Again.
Phyllis: Again. Wow. We watched that five times last night.
Nick: Six, actually.
Phyllis: Uh-huh. Six. What is it about our wedding video?
Nick: She must like happy endings.
(Cell phone rings)
Jack: Hey, Sharon. Where are you?
Sharon: I'm here in my room at the club.
Jack: Everything all right?
Sharon: Yeah, I'm just about to schedule some doctors' appointments, and I wondered if maybe you wanted to go along.
Jack: Uh, absolutely.
Sharon: Okay. Well, great. Um, can you meet me here in my room?
Jack: Uh, y-yeah, uh, I'm, uh, leaving the house now. I'll--I'll see you there shortly, all right?
Sharon: Okay. I will see you soon.
Sharon: What the hell is going on?
Jack: (Sighs)
Ashley: Hi.
Victor: Hi, Sweetheart.
Ashley: I thought I heard voices down here. Hi, Victoria.
Victoria: Hi. How are you feeling, Ashley?
Ashley: I'm fine. How are you feeling?
Victor: Well, we are about to celebrate your appointment to the board.
Ashley: Oh, yeah.
Victoria: I know I speak for everyone when I say that we are so pleased that you'll be joining us.
Ashley: Thank you. I'd better get dressed, right? I don't want to be late for my very first meeting.
Victor: Yep.
Ashley: Okay.
Victoria: Right.
(Sighs)
Victor: You know that Ashley appreciates your support as much as I do.
Victoria: However, we're going to have to be prepared that Colleen might try to stake her claim.
Victor: She is finished at Newman Enterprises as far as I'm concerned, okay?
Victoria: (Sighs) Yeah. She's not the only one.
Victor: I'm sorry that J.T. made that decision.
Victoria: Well, you didn't have to go home with him last night. We barely said three words to each other.
Victor: I'm sorry, Sweetheart. I'm sorry about that.
Victoria: Are you, Dad? Are you really sorry?
Victor: Yeah.
Victoria: Because I was thinking that maybe, you know, you could, I don't know...
Victor: (Sighs)
Victoria: Try to talk to him about it, maybe ask him to come back to Newman, maybe try to patch things up. Would you do it for me, Daddy? Please?
Victor: I will think about it, okay?
J.T.: I'm back to complete my mission.
Mac: Mission?
J.T.: Yeah. I suddenly have a lot of free time on my hands, so I figured we could finish talking about that security system you wanted to put in, since last time, I got a little waylaid.
Mac: Lucky for Colleen you were here to save her.
J.T.: Yeah, for all the good it did. Yeah, some loser recorded the whole thing and put it on the internet.
Mac: Oh, man. She must be mortified.
J.T.: Yeah, especially since Victor asked her to step down from the board because of it.
Mac: That's a little extreme.
J.T.: Yeah, I agree. But he was looking for a reason to boot her out, and he got it.
Mac: Couldn't Victoria use her influence to get him to change his mind?
J.T.: (Chuckles) Well, nobody goes against Victor Newman, especially not his daughter. It's part of the reason I quit. You know, watching-- watching people cave to the boss is one thing, but when it's your own wife, it's a whole different story.
Mac: I'm sorry.
J.T.: Yeah, me, too. You mind if I take a look around and, uh, tell you what I think you need?
Mac: Be my guest.
J.T.: All right.
Nina: I was hoping you'd be here.
Mac: Everything okay?
Nina: Oh, my producers got wind of the whole Phillip/Cane drama, and now they want me to shift the focus of my screenplay to that part of Katherine’s story.
Mac: And you think Grandma won't want to tell it.
Nina: I don't know if I want to write it. As much as I've wanted Chance to get to know his father, I don't think I want the whole world watching while it happens.
Phillip: Hey. Uh, thanks for coming. Are you hungry? Order--order anything you want.
Chance: No, I'm--I'm good.
Phillip: No, seriously. Uh, whatever you want. My treat.
Chance: No, its fine, Sir. I'm just not that hungry.
Phillip: Oh, I'm sorry. (Chuckles) I'm just--I'm just so nervous. I, uh, you know, resigned myself to this ever happening.
Chance: Yeah.
Phillip: So...
Chance: Well...
Phillip: (Sighs)
Chance: Mom seems to think it's a good idea for us to get to know each other, so, uh, I think it's a little late in the game.
Phillip: Yeah. Yeah. Sorry about that. Uh, why don't you take a seat?
Chance: (Sighs) I guess we could start by you, uh, telling me why you left.
Phillip: Uh, basically, it came down to a choice between leaving here and, uh, finding my truth or staying here and-- and living a lie.
Chance: Well, I'm all for living the truth, but, uh... (Sighs) Why couldn't you do that here?
Phillip: Uh, for starters, um, I'm gay.
Billy: Didn't you get my message?
Jill: I've been a little crazed.
(Sighs)
Billy: Well, I'm not a priority, am I, Mom?
Jill: Look, I get that you're mad I've invited Cane to be part of the family again, okay?
Billy: And why would I be mad?
Jill: (Sighs)
Billy: Because you take the time to kiss up to a con, but you don't have time to call back your own son?
Jill: Honey, stop being so childish and just tell me why you wanted to see me.
Billy: The C.E.O. job that you gave me under duress.
Jill: Who told you that?
Billy: Doesn't matter. Is it true? Did you give me that job against your better judgment?
Jill: (Sighs) Yeah.
Nina: I mean, before Phillip came back, I was the one insisting that the baby switch was just too huge to leave out, but--
Mac: And now?
Nina: Well, now we know the babies weren't switched. And the husband that I thought was dead actually faked his own death and sent an imposter in his place, and he's gay.
Mac: That's pretty personal stuff.
Nina: Yeah. I mean, I'm not saying that it shouldn't be told, but I just found out myself, and Chance--
Mac: Doesn't know yet.
Nina: And I really don't know how he's gonna react when he finds out.
Mac: Okay, my advice? Tell the producers you'll write it just so no one else does. And then you delay turning it in, and then that way, Chance has the time that he needs to figure out why his father did what he did.
Nina: I just hope he understands. I mean, I'm not sure I ever will.
Chance: I don't get it. How does you being gay explain making your family think you died?
Phillip: It's difficult for a young person to understand the way the world was back then, and what it was like to be Phillip Chancellor III.
Chance: So why don't you tell me?
Phillip: There wasn't a lot of acceptance or "Gay pride" like there is in the world today. On top of that, I had so many expectations put upon me by my family. And I wanted to run away from that. It was like I was playing this role. I was supposed to play this role by my family, by society, and I played it, Chance, but not without help.
Chance: Yeah, I heard Katherine mention something about drinking once.
Phillip: I figured if I was wasted enough, I could lie to my family. I could lie to myself. And when that stopped working, I had to do something drastic.
Chance: Like fake your own death.
Phillip: I was in a lot of pain.
Chance: (Inhales sharply) Yeah. Yeah, it sounds like it.
Phillip: So you can understand?
Chance: No, not really. I mean... (Sighs) No matter how much suffering you may have been going through, that doesn't change the fact that you've got a wife and a kid. And instead of facing the responsibilities that you had, you ran. Look, I don't know about you, but I don't know how you live with yourself after doing something like that, because God knows, I never could.
Jill: I just can't wait until the day that child of yours questions every decision you make.
Billy: We're not talking about my child. We're talking about yours, the one that you shafted when you put that fraud back in charge. Mom, what was it? Did you just not want me around? Is that what it was?
Jill: Why are you dredging this up now?
Billy: Mom, the longer that you avoid answering my question, the more I know it's true.
Jill: Okay, Billy. Okay. Yeah, if it had been up to me, you never would have been C.E.O. of Jabot.
Billy: Yeah. And I was stupid enough to believe that you actually thought that, uh, you could have faith in me.
Jill: It was too much too soon.
Billy: Mom, I don't want to hear it. You said that, "If it were up to you," it wasn't up to you. Who made the decision?
Jill: That doesn't matter now.
Billy: The hell it doesn’t.
Jill: It's not important, Billy.
(Sighs)
Billy: Mom, whoever it is you're protecting, you'd better hope they're protecting you, because I'm gonna find out.
Jill: It was Victor.
Billy: It was Victor?
Jill: Yeah. He owned a crucial percentage of Jabot stock, and I made a deal that gave me complete control of the company.
Billy: (Clicks tongue) Took it away from the Abbotts. So you fired Ashley-- my sister, his wife-- made me C.E.O. for what? Oh, just to royally screw Jack?
Jill: Pretty much.
Billy: You just use your own son, right?
Jill: Oh, it wasn't anything personal.
Billy: Oh, no, Mom. It was just business, right?
Victor: Darling, you know my business decisions are never influenced by personal feelings.
Victoria: I understand that, but...
Victor: (Sighs)
Victoria: (Sighs) Please?
Victor: If he wants his job back, tell him to come to me himself.
Victoria: He's not gonna do that. Look, I'm not thrilled that he kept quiet about Colleen flashing the patrons at Jimmy's, either, but I guess he--
Ashley: Excuse me. Wait a second. I heard that.
Victor: Sweetheart.
Ashley: What's this about Colleen flashing people at a bar? I thought you said she stepped down for personal reasons.
Victor: Well, she did, yeah.
Ashley: Well, what happened?
Victoria: She had too much to drink, and she-- (clears throat) She flipped up her top.
Ashley: Oh, my God. And you knew about this?
(Cell phone rings)
Victoria: This is my office. I'm gonna take this.
Victor: Okay.
Victoria: Hello?
Victor: Why don't we discuss the Colleen issue later? The board is waiting now.
Ashley: N-no, I can't go anywhere until you tell me why you didn't let me know about this.
Phyllis: Who's that right there, Summer? Who is that? Summer, that's Noah. That's your big brother. There's Grandpa Victor. That's--that's Michael and Lauren over to the left. You call her "Lu-lu," remember?
Phyllis: (Sighs) There's nothing wrong with her. I mean, she's like her dad when he watches the final four. Her dad doesn't pay attention to anyone, either.
Nick: She's like her mom, too. I saw that yesterday when she said she wanted to watch this. I suggested other movies.
Phyllis: (Laughs)
Nick: But once she made up her mind, there was no changing it. But I'm glad that I got to see it again. It made me remember.
Phyllis: That was a good day.
Nick: It's one of the best I ever had.
Phyllis: Would you do it all over again?
Nick: In a minute.
Sharon: What's the deal, Jack? You said you were leaving the house.
Jack: Look, I-I probably should have told you I booked a room.
Sharon: Well, why lie? I mean, if you had had a-a late meeting or even a date--
Jack: No, no, I didn't-- I didn't have a meeting, and I certainly didn't have a date.
Sharon: Well, then what was it?
Jack: (Sighs) I'm concerned about you.
Sharon: I'm fine.
Jack: Well, I just want to make sure that you stay that way.
Sharon: How? By spying on me?
Jack: (Sighs)
Sharon: What, do you think I'm going to start stealing the hotel silverware or rip off the gift shop or something?
Jack: No. No, of course not.
Sharon: Because, you know, I'm past all that now.
Jack: I know that.
Sharon: Then what is it?
Jack: It's Mary Jane. She's after you because of me.
Phillip: I just hope that you will never be faced with an impossible choice.
Chance: Impossible... was it really that impossible? I mean, you said you didn't think you were gonna be accepted, but I assume at this point, you've told everybody just about everything. I haven't seen anyone try and kick you out of the family yet.
Phillip: Maybe they would have embraced me. I don't know. But my fear told me otherwise, and I knew that I would never be the husband that your mother needed, and I knew that I would never be this-- the father that you needed.
Chance: You didn't even try.
Phillip: That's not true. I was there in the beginning. I fed you. I changed you. I held you when you cried. But I-I couldn't shake the feeling that you guys would be better off without me. All--all of you would be better off without me.
Chance: Yeah, well, I guess we'll never know how that would have turned out if you had stayed now, will we?
Phillip: I'm sorry that I bailed on you. Maybe if I had a mother like Nina--
Chance: Yeah, you know, I really lucked out. I hit the jackpot when it comes to moms. Look, I'm sorry. I didn't mean for that to--
Phillip: No, no. It's fine. I get it. I-I let you down.
Chance: Yeah. Yeah, but you were there when it mattered. When I needed you to take that test to see if you had Huntington’s. And I-- considering everything that you thought you'd have to face, that took guts.
Phillip: I wasn't trying to do the big, brave thing. I was just trying to be a good dad.
Chance: Yeah. I got that.
Phillip: I appreciate you meeting me.
Chance: It's no problem.
Phillip: There's no reason for me to run away from Genoa City now, so if you want me to stay... just, uh, let me know.
Billy: You know, I knew it would take a heavyweight like Victor for you to even consider making me C.E.O., but, uh, for Victor to go against Ashley like that, I-I-I don't--
Jill: What did you expect, given your history? I mean, being sent to Hong Kong and Chloe and, God, the baby you almost didn't acknowledge? Are you really surprised I didn't choose you?
Billy: Nothing like kicking me when I'm down, right, Mom?
Jill: Did you expect me to say, "I'm sorry"?
Billy: Mnh-mnh. No. What I had hoped that you would do is tell me that Cane was wrong. That's what I was hoping for.
Jill: Cane was the C.E.O. before you even came back to town. It only made good business sense to put him back in charge. It wasn't like I chose one son over the other.
Billy: No. You just chose a fraud over your own son.
Jill: What do you want from me?
Billy: Nothing. I don't want a damn thing from you, Mom.
Jack: (Sighs) Now that Mary Jane was behind giving the cookie to Summer that put her into a coma. I guess she thought that, uh, having their child in crisis might bring Nick and Phyllis closer together.
Sharon: She was right about that. (Sighs heavily) So you think now that Mary Jane has gotten rid of the Phyllis threat, that she's going to set her attention on me?
Jack: Okay, look, I... (Sighs) I don't want to scare you.
Sharon: Just tell me.
Jack: I found a mangled baby doll outside your door.
Sharon: And you think she put it there?
Jack: I have no proof that it was her, but, I mean, who else would do something like this? You're obviously a major threat to her imaginary relationship with me.
Sharon: And so you raised the threat by moving in across the hall?
Jack: I didn't want to take the chance of any harm coming to you or the baby.
Sharon: Well, it sounds like that's more likely to happen the closer you are to me. So I think you should move out of your room and move back home now.
Jack: (Sighs)
Phyllis: Everything okay?
Nick: Yeah, I just had to call and let them know I wasn't gonna be in on the board meeting today.
Phyllis: All right. If you need to go, go ahead. I have it covered.
Nick: No, I need to be here with my family.
Phyllis: She's improving. I know it doesn't look that way, but--but she is.
Nick: Well, you want to know what I really see is you doing what you always do, giving everything you have to the people you love.
Phyllis: I can't help that.
Nick: You were the same way after my plane crash. It's like I was going through the motions, living someone else's life. But you took my hand, and you showed me the way, and you're still showing me the way. That's why I know now, more than ever, that as long as we're together, there's nothing we can't survive.
Summer: Again!
J.T.: (Sighs) Well, I still need to check a few things, but I should be able to get you set up with a new system by early next week.
Billy: Aha, if it isn't the Newman guard dog. So who does "The mustache" got you digging up dirt on now?
Mac: Billy.
Billy: This is part of the reason why CeeCee got kicked off the Newman board.
J.T.: Well, if that were the case, then I'd still be there, wouldn't I?
Billy: What are you talking about? The old man actually fired his son-in-law?
J.T.: No, actually, I quit.
Billy: All right, good for you. It's about time you got off of that family gravy train anyway.
J.T.: Yeah, well, I-I hear you're still riding yours.
Billy: (Chuckles)
J.T.: I'll give you a shout when I get it all figured out, okay?
Billy: What? He's--he's done at Newman, so now he's gonna make this his new home?
Mac: Billy, forget about J.T. and tell me why you're in such a funk.
Billy: I'm not-- nothing.
Mac: Billy, it's me.
Billy: (Sighs) I found out Cane was telling the truth.
Mac: About Jill not wanting you as C.E.O. of Jabot?
Billy: Yeah, she sold me down the river without a second thought, and all to please the master manipulator, Victor Newman.
Victor: Look, once the board saw the flashing, they demanded her resignation. I concurred.
Ashley: But it's not like you knew anything about it, right?
Victor: No.
Ashley: Well, then why wouldn't you tell me?
Victor: Because, Sweetheart, I didn't want you to be subject to any more stress.
Ashley: Do you realize that Colleen wanted that seat as a tribute to her father, and I hate to see her losing it because of some ridiculous incident.
Victor: I-I understand. But that incident compromised her position with the board. Now I bet you if her father had his druthers, she'd be living her life freely without worrying about issues of board of directors.
Ashley: I don't feel right about this. I feel like me taking the seat is--I-I'm taking advantage of her humiliation.
Victor: Ashley, I assure you, if she had the choice as to who will take over her seat, it would be you. Shall we?
Jill: Considering Billy just voted me The worst mother in the world," I'm just peachy.
(Sighs)
Phillip: You're not alone.
Jill: Oh, Dear. Did coffee with your own son not go as well as you'd planned?
Phillip: I can't tell if Chance is sitting on a mountain of rage or if he doesn't feel anything. At this point, I'd prefer anger, because then I would know--
Jill: That he cared? (Laughs) Oh, I used to tell myself the same thing about you-- that it was because you loved me so much you'd get so angry with me.
Phillip: Well, if I use that logic, then, uh, Chance wouldn't care whether he sees me again or not. There I was, trying to excuse why I had never been there for him, when he aptly pointed out there's no excuse, unless I chalk it up to a family pattern.
Jill: Oh, Lord, not you, too.
(Sighs)
Phillip: What I did-- putting my needs above my son's needs-- where did I learn that from?
Jill: You listen to me, boy. Yes, I sent you off to boarding school for a couple years. I did not completely disappear from your life, and I certainly didn't make you believe that I was dead.
Ashley: Victor, wait a second. I don't know how I feel about this.
Victor: Sweetheart, whether you fill the seat or not, Colleen Carlton is gone, and you're taking what should have been yours in the first place, all right? Let's go. Thank you all for coming. Nice to see you again.
Victoria: All right, now my father expects excellent coverage from both of you. I've already secured photo and story placements in with the major media, so let's really do our best, okay?
Victor: All right. Shall we all have a seat?
Victor: As you know, Colleen Carlton has resigned from the board of directors, and we're here to fill her vacant seat. The candidate I'm about to propose is undoubtedly known to all of you. She is not only a very accomplished businesswoman, but she also happens to be my wife and the mother of my child. Please welcome Ms. Ashley Abbott Newman.
(Camera shutter clicks)
Ashley: Hi.
Billy: I-I still can't believe that my mom helped this S.O.B. steal the family company right out from underneath us and then used me to make it happen.
Mac: I'm so sorry, Billy.
Billy: Yeah. You know, I-- I've always come second to her. I mean, first to my father, and then to Phillip, and then even after Cane was exposed-- I just knew that if it came down to it, she'd pick him over me.
Mac: Forget about what your mother did.
Billy: Yeah, you're right. Now I have to concentrate on Victor. You know, it's one thing this guy's jerking me around. But trying to drive a wedge between Ashley and the family? That's--that's not gonna happen.
Mac: What are you gonna do?
Billy: I don't know. I--for starters, I could try to make her realize what a snake she married, but that's not gonna be easy, seeing how I haven't been there like her devoted husband has.
Mac: From what you've told me, Ashley's had a really stressful pregnancy already, and the last thing you want to do is add to that.
Billy: What do you want me to do, huh? Just let him get away with it?
Mac: No, I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that you need to think about the fallout before you act, and not just to Ashley. Think about what Victor's gonna do to your mom when he finds out she gave him up.
Billy: Well, she should have thought about that before she agreed to be his patsy.
J.T.: Want to review the list?
Mac: Promise me that you're not gonna go anywhere.
Billy: Glued to the chair.
Billy: (Sighs) Oh. I'm sorry, Mac, I just-- I can't let this guy hurt my sister anymore.
Phillip: I didn't mean to insult you, Mom.
Jill: (Sighs) A little late for that.
Phillip: I was just looking for some insight so that maybe we could change the dysfunctional pattern in our family.
Jill: Accusing your mother of abandonment isn't a great way to start.
Phillip: What if I just said I forgive you?
Jill: (Laughs)
Phillip: I can't expect my son to do something that I'm not willing to do.
Jill: Are you sure that I am deserving of forgiveness? Because according to you and your brother, I've royally screwed up both your lives.
Phillip: You did the best that you could do.
Jill: (Scoffs)
Phillip: You--you loved us in your own way.
Jill: (Sighs) I still do.
Phillip: I'm sorry that it took me so long to figure that out.
Jill: And I'm sorry I wasn't a better mother and I didn't know the kind of pressure you were under.
Phillip: Aw, it's-- it's over now.
Jill: Don't be so sure of that. I haven't forgiven you for leaving, you know. But only because I missed you so much.
Nina: So did you get anything out of the one-on-one with your dad?
Chance: Yeah. Yeah, I found out the guy was gay.
Nina: He told you.
Chance: Sure did. Why didn't you?
Nina: I just found out, and he wanted to be the one to tell you, so... are you okay with it?
Chance: With him being gay? Yeah. It doesn't really matter to me.
Nina: Well, I mean, how could it not? He's your father.
Chance: Mom, one of the biggest reasons I agreed to meet with the guy was because I thought you were still in love with him, but obviously, that's not the case now, so...
(Inhales deeply)
Chance: It isn't, right?
Nina: Your father was the love of my life, and, you know, even after all these years and everything that's gone down... (Scoffs) Yeah, I think he still is.
Chance: (Sighs)
Nick: (Sniffles)
Phyllis: (Chuckles) Don't tell me you're obsessed now, too.
Nick: Well, "Mommy princess" is pretty hard to resist.
Phyllis: (Chuckles)
Nick: Is she asleep?
Phyllis: Yeah. Being a toddler again pretty much knocks you out.
Nick: How about you? You must be exhausted.
Phyllis: Do I look that bad?
Nick: I think you beautiful. I've really missed you.
Phyllis: I missed you. I don't think that this is a good idea.
Nick: I know you're scared, and I don't blame you. I put you through hell these past few months.
Phyllis: I-I created that hell, too.
Nick: You know, watching this video, it makes me wish we could go back to that time before everything got so messed up.
Phyllis: Mm-hmm. That would be nice.
Nick: Then let's do it.
Phyllis: Do what?
Nick: I meant what I said about marrying you all over again.
Phyllis: That's crazy. We're exhausted over our daughter, and I think that we're not thinking straight.
Nick: It's not about Summer. It's about us. It's about me seeing so clearly now that I still want and love and need you, and not because you're the mother of my child. It's because of you. It's because of who I am when I'm with you. It's because of who we are together. And I don't want to lose that-- or us-- ever, ever again.
Phyllis: (Giggles) What are you doing?
Jack: I'm not going to apologize for trying to protect you and our child from this nutcase.
Sharon: Jack, this isn't about Mary Jane, okay? I told you, I need some time to myself.
Jack: I know. I--
Sharon: I need to stand on my own two feet.
Jack: I know that. I heard you.
Sharon: Really? Did you hear me? Because every other day, you're asking me to move back into the house.
Jack: I don't know what the crime is wanting to just keep you comfortable.
Sharon: I am comfortable!
Jack: You're also very vulnerable here.
Sharon: I can take care of myself.
Jack: You shouldn't-- (sighs) You're forgetting one very important thing-- it isn't just about you. You are carrying my child.
Sharon: Well, I can take care of her, too.
Jack: You shouldn't have to do that alone.
Sharon: Yes, I do, because I am responsible for her, Jack. Me!
Jack: Wait, how can you say that? I am every bit as responsible as you are.
Sharon: No, you're--
Jack: I'm the child's father.
Sharon: Jack, no you're not. You're not the baby's father.
J.T.: Well, if it works with your schedule, I can probably come back tomorrow and start the installation.
Mac: That's perfect.
J.T.: Now the hard part.
Mac: Hitting me with the bill?
J.T.: No, going back to Newman and clearing out my office. I just hope I don't run into Victor.
Mac: I hope Billy doesn't, either. He's gone, and I'll give you three guesses where he went.
Victor: All in favor of appointing Ashley Abbott Newman?
Billy: You might want to rethink that, Sis.
Ashley: Billy?
Victor: Excuse me, what's the meaning of this? You're barging in on a private meeting.
Billy: Oh, you've been having a lot of those, haven't you, Mr. Newman?
Ashley: What are you talking about, Billy?
Victor: Call security. Get him out of here.
Billy: Oh, J.T. quit, didn't he? Guess he found out the truth about your old man. Now we all get to share in that revelation.
Victor: Quit while you're ahead. You're gonna regret this.
Jack: Is this some kind of a joke?
Sharon: Jack--
Jack: I understand you're under a lot of stress right now, but telling me I'm not this baby's father just to get me to back off is not the--
Sharon: No, no. I-I-I-I said it because it's true. I'm so sorry, Jack. I-I thought I was doing the right thing for my child and for everyone, but I j-- I-I can't keep lying to you like this. I can’t. I'm so, so sorry.
Jack: If it's not me, then--
Sharon: It's Nick. Nick's the father of the baby.
Phyllis: What? Are you serious?
Nick: Yeah, I mean, I'll get you something a little more substantial for the actual ceremony...
Phyllis: (Laughing)
Nick: But yes.
