Nick: Morning.
Sharon: Hi.
Sharon: (Sighs) Jack's gonna be worried. I mean, I didn't come home last night. He's gonna wonder why.
Nick: He knows.
Sharon: You think?
Nick: He has to.
Sharon: Well, I can't put off talking to him.
Nick: (Sighs) We both have some loose ends to tie up.
Sharon: Do you have any regrets?
Nick: Not about us. I do hate it that Phyllis is in so much pain. I hope in time, she'll be able to forgive me.
Phyllis: (Sighs) Oh. I was hoping that the last 24 hours was a dream, and I was gonna wake up with my husband in bed next to me.
Jack: Sorry to disappoint.
Phyllis: Oh, you're not.
Phyllis: Thank you for, um, following me back home from the club and staying with me last night. Thank you.
Jack: Yeah, you were in pretty rough shape last night. I only planned to stay here till you fell asleep.
Phyllis: We were both wiped out. What time is it?
Jack: Uh, it's still early.
Phyllis: Oh, my gosh, you know what? J.T. is gonna bring Summer over, uh, for breakfast. We should--
Jack: Okay. I'll get out of here. I'll get out of here.
Phyllis: All right. Hey, listen, you're a good man. You're a good man.
Jack: When I'm not being bad, that is. See you.
Phyllis: You're always a good man.
Jack: You take care, "Red."
[Mary Jane is watching outside and sees Jack leave]
Mary Jane: Because your marriage is over, Red, do you think you can steal my man? (Scoffs) Think again, Red.
(Sighs)
Daniel: Look, Jana, I can't let this fake Aucker guy sell that panting. What do you mean, "Why?" Because it's a forgery. Look, I'm gonna go check out the alleyway behind Jimmy's bar before the feds and Victoria get there, all right? I gotta go.
(Hangs up cell phone)
Amber: (Sighs)
Daniel: Hey, Baby.
Amber: Hi.
Daniel: Mm. Bye, Baby.
Amber: Oh, no, no, no. You're not going anywhere.
Daniel: I'm not?
Amber: No, we are celebrating.
Daniel: Mm.
Amber: Mm.
Aucker: Okay.
Victoria: (Clears throat)
Aucker: How's that feel?
Victoria: Uh, well, it feels just a little awkward. I mean--
Aucker: I think we're--
J.T.: I just dropped Summer off.
Victor: Dr. Donahue. Victor Newman.
Dr. Donahue: Oh.
Victor: Thank you for waiting.
Dr. Donahue: I'm pleased you're able to make it.
Victor: I came straight from the airport, so it's nice of you to meet me here.
Dr. Donahue: Your office asked me to bring a copy of the contract.
Victor: Well, I want to get going as quickly as I can. My son Adam has suffered long enough. Maybe finally, he will get what he deserves.
Adam: (Sighs) Ashley, uh, you okay?
Ashley: Yeah, I'm okay.
Adam: How are you feeling this morning? Still having the cramps?
Ashley: Oh, not as bad as I was last night, but I'm pretty tired.
Adam: I would be, too, if I had nightmares like that.
Ashley: Hopefully, I'll sleep better when Victor's home.
Adam: When does he come back?
Ashley: Tomorrow. I'm feeling a little anxious. I don't, um, I don't know. I don't seem to be feeling the baby as much as I was.
Adam: Oh, no! Ashley!
Ashley: Is the doctor coming?
Adam: Yes.
Ashley: But it's not Olivia.
Adam: No, no, no. Remember, you asked me not to call her, so I called my friend from Harvard. You think you might want to, I don't know, go lay down, or...
Ashley: Yeah, sure.
Adam: Come on. I'll help you up.
Ashley: Okay.
(Doorbell rings)
Adam: Oh, you know what? That might be him. Um, I'll bring him up.
Ashley: Okay.
Nikki: Well, hello, Adam.
Adam: Nikki?
Nikki: I left you a message last night. Why didn't you get back to me? Is it because you knew you'd been caught?
Adam: (Chuckles) Uh, what are you talking about?
Nikki: You told me that Ashley was out with her brother last night, but I ran into Jack, and they weren't together. Why did you lie to me?
Adam: Uh, I thought that she was with Jack.
Nikki: Oh, save it. Where is she? I want to see Ashley right now.
Adam: (Sighs) Uh, Ashley’s not feeling very well right now.
Nikki: What's the matter with her?
Adam: She had another nightmare. It really shook her up.
Nikki: Is she upstairs?
Adam: Uh, yeah. Let me let her know that you're here.
Nikki: No, I know the way. (Sighs) There's a towel on the floor.
Adam: Huh? Where?
Nikki: Don't worry. I have it.
[Adam remembering]
Adam: Oh, my God. There's so much blood. Oh, Ashley.
Nikki: Here, take it. Try not to trip on it.
Adam: Thanks.
Adam: (Sighs)
(Doorbell rings)
Adam: (Sighs) Dr. Taylor.
Dr. Taylor: Hello, Adam. How's the patient?
Adam: You're here just in time. Come on.
Victoria: Uh, Honey, this is Agent Howard Aucker from the department of justice.
Aucker: How do you do, Mr. Hellstrom?
J.T.: Why is my wife wearing a wire?
(Cell phone rings)
Aucker: Excuse me. Howard Aucker. Yeah. Well, has the, uh, rendezvous site been secured?
J.T.: Is this about that forged art painting you told me about last night?
Victoria: (Sighs) Yes, the Terroni. I'm gonna help them capture an art forger.
J.T.: Why?
Victoria: Because they're trying to sell a fake masterpiece on the black market.
J.T.: You know, we should have talked about this before you agreed to do it.
Victoria: Well, I knew you wouldn't want me to do it.
J.T.: I don’t.
Victoria: It's for a good cause.
J.T.: I don't care if it's for a good cause. You're not doing it.
(Doorbell rings)
Mary Jane: Hi!
Phyllis: Oh, hey.
Mary Jane: I-I hope it's not too early.
Phyllis: Um, no. No. We were about to have breakfast.
Mary Jane: Oh, well, I, um, I thought I'd come by and see how you were doing. Last night, you were really upset.
Phyllis: Oh, yeah. Um, shh. Um, yeah. (Whispering) I-I don't want to talk about that in front of my daughter. She's here.
Mary Jane: Oh, okay. Okay.
Phyllis: (Normal voice) So come on in.
Mary Jane: Thank you.
Phyllis: This is, um, my daughter, Summer.
Mary Jane: Hi, Summer. I'm Mary Jane. Wow, that is a pretty picture.
Phyllis: That is very, very pretty. Um, let me ask you a question. Is that your doll Molly?
Mary Jane: (Chuckles) Mm-hmm.
Phyllis: (Chuckles)
Mary Jane: Is Molly your favorite doll?
Summer: Yeah.
Mary Jane: Yeah?
Phyllis: Oh, yeah. That's for sure. Hey, Baby, why don't you got upstairs and go get Molly so you can show her to Ms. Benson?
Summer: Okay.
Phyllis: Okay.
Mary Jane: (Chuckles)
Phyllis: Good job.
Mary Jane: Wow, she's adorable.
Phyllis: Yeah, she is. Do you have kids?
Mary Jane: No, no, sadly. I-I've always wanted children. But when my husband and I split, I was pretty grateful we didn't have any. I would hate to raise them alone.
Phyllis: Right. I'm not really looking forward to that.
Mary Jane: Did your husband come home last night?
Phyllis: Yes, he did, long enough to tell me he's leaving me.
Mary Jane: I am so sorry.
Phyllis: Thanks.
(Doorbell rings)
Mary Jane: Yeah.
Phyllis: Oh, excuse me.
Mary Jane: Mm-hmm.
Phyllis: Why'd you ring the bell?
Nick: I didn't want to walk in like nothing's happened.
Summer: Daddy!
Nick: Hey, there she is.
Summer: Daddy!
Nick: Oh!
Jack: I didn't hear you come home last night.
Sharon: Oh, yeah, I, um, I got home really late. And then this morning, I had a meeting with Cassie’s Challenge early. (Sighs) That's not true. I didn't come home last night.
Jack: I know that.
Sharon: Phyllis?
Jack: She told me Nick left her. The rest, I put together on my own.
Sharon: I should have known that she would run straight to you... not that I blame her. When my world was crumbling, you were the first person who I ran to.
Jack: You know what? Phyllis was right. After all the drama, all the coming and going between home and the club, you still ended up with Nick.
Sharon: I don't expect you to understand.
Jack: Oh, I understand, all right. It's kismet. It's fate, something that was just meant to be.
Sharon: I know everyone is gonna judge me really harshly, but there are only two opinions that really matter, Jack, and that's yours and Noah's, and I really couldn't live with myself if you ended up hating me.
Jack: I don't hate you.
Sharon: Even after everything that I've done?
Jack: I love you. I always will.
Daniel: Oh, you know what? I-I can't do this right now, Baby.
Amber: What? Why not?
Daniel: I-I was just on my way out to go get some supplies.
Amber: Oh, you're lying.
Daniel: No, I'm-- I'm not lying. Baby, the muse struck, and I gotta go and do this while I'm inspired. Come on.
Amber: You don't want to be with me.
Daniel: No. No, no, no. That's not it. Come on, you know that's not it.
Amber: (Sighs) I do?
Daniel: Please, don't tell me you want to have another relationship talk.
Amber: Fine. Go get your supplies. We'll celebrate later.
(Sighs)
Daniel: What are we celebrating?
Amber: A year ago today, Katy Perry told me she liked my designs, and now I'm doing it. I'm living the dream. I even designed something for your eyes only.
Amber: You like?
Daniel: (Chuckles)
Amber: (Giggles) Mm.
Daniel: Mm-hmm?
Amber: Uh-huh.
Daniel: Mm-hmm.
Amber: You like.
Daniel: Mm-hmm. Mm.
Amber: Whoo!
(Laughs)
J.T.: Remember the last time we got involved in stolen art? People were killed.
Victoria: Oh, I'll be well-protected, and as soon as we make the exchange, the agents are gonna arrest him.
J.T.: Sounds simple.
Victoria: There's really nothing to worry about.
J.T.: (Sighs) I'm not worried.
Victoria: (Sighs) Thank you. I appreciate it.
Aucker: (Sighs) All set?
J.T.: Yeah. Yeah, all you gotta do is, uh, round up your men, gather your equipment and get the hell out of here.
Victoria: No, I thought you said there was nothing to worry about.
J.T.: There isn't, as long as you're not the one being used as bait.
Aucker: We're taking every precaution.
J.T.: Oh, if-- if that's the case, Aucker, then why don't you use your own wife? Mine's not going anywhere.
Victoria: Look, this is not your decision to make. It's mine. I agreed to do this, and I'm gonna follow through with it.
Mary Jane: Don't give up on your marriage yet.
Phyllis: Well, I'll see you at the office.
Mary Jane: All right. All right. Nice seeing you again, Nick.
Nick: Bye, Mary Jane.
Mary Jane: Bye, Summer.
Summer: Bye.
Mary Jane: Bye.
Phyllis: Thanks.
Mary Jane: Good luck. Okay.
Nick: That is a very big bird.
Summer: (Giggles)
Nick: This tree's got a really big bird in there.
Phyllis: Hey, pretty girl. Do you want to--?
Summer: Hi.
Phyllis: Hey. Do you want to take Molly and put her in your dollhouse?
Summer: Okay.
Phyllis: Yeah.
Nick: Don't worry, Daddy will be here when you get back, okay?
Summer: All right.
Phyllis: (Chuckles)
Nick: (Sighs) Look, I know, uh, you didn't want to be here when I came to see Summer, but I think it's important she sees me every day.
Phyllis: Yeah, I-I think it's important, too. We can be civil. We're raising a child together.
(Doorbell rings)
Nick: Are you expecting someone?
Phyllis: Um, oh, Summer's schoolteacher. I forgot we planned a meeting. Okay.
Nick: Oh, yeah, to-- to determine if she's ready for full days or not?
Phyllis: Right. It's sort of the last thing I want to do right now, but its fine.
Nick: I can get rid of her.
Phyllis: No, no. That--I'll-- I promised Summer that the teacher would drive her to school, and she's really excited, so, um, I gotta do this, so if you want to stay--
Nick: I'll be here.
Phyllis: Okay. Hey.
Woman: Hello, Mrs. Newman.
Phyllis: (Chuckles) Hey, how are you? Come on in. Um, you remember my husband?
Woman: Yes, of course.
Phyllis: Mm-hmm.
Nick: How's it going?
Woman: I have a confession to make. I'm a huge fan of your column in "Restless Style."
Phyllis: Oh, really? Thank you. Thank you.
Woman: I wish I had a love story like yours to tell.
Ashley: I asked Adam to call another doctor. Hello, Doctor.
Nikki: (Whispering) You don't know anything about him.
Adam: This is Dr. Taylor. We met at Harvard.
Nikki: (Normal voice) Why does that not fill me with confidence? I'm sorry, Doctor. Where is your practice?
Dr. Taylor: Well, I'm head of ob-gyn at Harvard medical, and I have a teaching fellow at Mass General in Boston. Uh, you're welcome to conduct a background check if you'd like to. In the meantime, I'm here. So if Miss Abbott and her baby need medical attention, we shouldn't be wasting precious time.
Ashley: You're right. We shouldn't be. I need to find out if my baby's okay.
Adam: Call me if you need me.
Ashley: Okay, thanks.
(Blood pressure cuff opening)
Victor: Well, it seems my lawyers okayed the contracts, so everything seems to be in order.
Dr. Donahue: Adam's a lucky man. Not many people have a father who'd buy a company to get his son the help he needs.
Victor: I just wanted to secure him a spot in-- in your ongoing trial in stem cell therapy, Doc.
Dr. Donahue: Thanks to you, I'll be able to continue those trials now. I'd almost lost hope of finding the necessary funding.
Victor: I was very glad to help, and I'm even happier about the fact that you have agreed to oversee the project.
Dr. Donahue: I'll do everything I can to help your son regain his sight.
Victor: Thank you for coming by. I need to see my family now.
Dr. Donahue: I'll be in touch.
Victor: Thank you, Doctor.
Sharon: How can you say that you still love me after everything that's happened?
Jack: I guess there's no reasoning with the heart, right? Look, if I had my way, we'd get married tomorrow. We'd raise this child together, and... well, that's not in the cards. Does it hurt? Yeah, it hurts a lot. Do I want to blame you? Do I want to scream and yell? Why? What good would that do? Would it change the way you think? Would it make you want to come back to me? I'm being pragmatic here. I don't want to drive you out of my life. I don't think it helps either one of us to scream and yell.
Sharon: I, um, I feel horribly guilty.
Jack: Don’t. Don’t. I've seen what guilt does to you, how it drives you to hurt yourself in ways you've never hurt me or anyone else. I came into this eyes wide-open. I knew you and Nick had strong ties. I took a chance, and I lost. I'll come to accept the fact that you've chosen Nick, but I want you to understand something. If this baby turns out to be mine, there is no way I will accept another man being father to my kid.
Sharon: I would never deprive you of having your child know you as a father. Oh.
Jack: What? What is it?
Sharon: I-I just felt the baby. I think the baby kicked for the first time. Here, feel. (Sighs) There, did you feel that?
Jack: Yeah.
Sharon: (Sighs)
Jack: Um, I-I think I'd better go.
Sharon: Thank you for understanding.
Jack: You take care of yourself.
Amber: You know, there was a time when Kevin was so whacked-out, I thought I wouldn't make it. (Sighs) You know, he was waving this gun around, and at one point, he even-- he made a makeshift coffin out of an old wardrobe.
Daniel: Yeah. I saw it.
Amber: Really? You never told me that.
Daniel: I figured if you wanted to talk about it, you'd tell me.
Amber: All I wanted was to get back to you.
Daniel: Honey, you have no idea how worried about you I was. Don't you ever do that again.
Amber: (Chuckles) Well, it worked out, and things are great. My designs are flying off the shelf at Fenmore's, and you're selling your sketches.
Daniel: (Sighs) Yeah, I sold 'em, all right, all to one guy.
Amber: It's all good. Nothing's gonna stop us now.
Amber: Mm.
J.T.: Look, I have experience with this. Why don't you trust me?
Victoria: Why are you so upset about this?
J.T.: Because I don't want to lose you. Please, just don't do this.
Victoria: Fear is no reason not to do something. Sabrina would have done this.
J.T.: What--what does she have to do with this?
Victoria: (Sighs) She's just been on my mind a lot lately, probably because Dad and Ashley are having a baby, but I know if Sabrina were here, she would tell me to do this. She would say that it's the principle, and that if you stand for nothing, you fall for everything.
J.T.: What about putting your family first?
Victoria: (Sighs)
J.T.: What about that? What about your family?
Victoria: Look, I'm gonna be perfectly safe. I would never leave you alone. I would never leave Reed without a mother.
J.T.: (Sighs) One of the things I admire most about you is your courage, but it also scares the hell out of me.
Victoria: Hey, if there's any sign of danger, I'm out of there, okay? Is that clear?
Aucker: I-I have no intention of putting you in any kind of danger.
J.T.: Neither do I. That's why I'm going with you.
Victoria: What?
J.T.: All right, you say you need to do this? So do I.
Dr. Taylor: The baby's fine.
Ashley: Thank God. You have no idea how worried I've been.
Dr. Taylor: Yep. Your blood pressure's good, and the baby's heartbeat is normal.
Ashley: The last time I heard the baby's heartbeat, it was very, very strong.
Dr. Taylor: Like a champ.
Ashley: (Laughs)
Nikki: You know, I thought Ashley was running a fever. She still seems warm.
Dr. Taylor: Well, given the hormonal shift she's been experiencing, a small temperature spike is to be expected. It's perfectly normal. Oh, I'm leaving you a sample of diazepam-- help you relax.
Ashley: Okay.
Nikki: Diazepam? Is that wise?
Dr. Taylor: A small dose isn't gonna hurt the baby. You feel free to call me any time, all right?
Ashley: I will. Thanks again. I'm so relieved.
Dr. Taylor: Get plenty of rest.
Ashley: I will.
Dr. Taylor: I'm gonna say good-bye to Adam.
Ashley: Okay. I'm so glad that I didn't worry Victor with this when he called last night.
Nikki: I think you ought to get a second opinion. Let me call Olivia.
Ashley: No. Nikki, I appreciate everything you've done. I really do. But, um, I'll decide who cares for me and who doesn't, okay?
Nikki: Okay.
Adam: (Sighs)
(Knock on door)
Dr. Taylor: It's Dr. Taylor.
Adam: Come in.
Adam: So? Did you put Ashley’s mind at ease? Convince her all was well with her beautiful baby?
Dr. Taylor: The woman had a miscarriage. How you managed to convince her otherwise--
Adam: You know what? Don't take the moral high ground with me, buddy, okay? I know what you've done. Or did you forget about the letter that Skye wrote, detailing all of your despicable activities? Intimidating her and her friends into keeping quiet? Taking advantage of them when they were at their most vulnerable? Tell me, what does the A.M.A. do to doctors who sexually assault their patients?
Dr. Taylor: Listen to me. I will not tolerate blackmail.
Adam: Yet, you are here, lying to Ashley. If you want to keep your tenure, "Doctor," you'll do exactly what I tell you to.
Dr. Taylor: (Sighs)
Adam: So are we clear on everything?
Dr. Taylor: Let's get one thing straight. I don't have any way of—
(Knock on door)
Dr. Taylor: And you make sure to call me, because I'd be glad to come by anytime, night or day to check on Ms. Abbott again.
Adam: Thank you, Dr. Taylor. Who's there?
Nikki: Nikki. So where's the staff, Adam?
Adam: I gave them the night off, told the maid to come in late.
Nikki: Oh. Well, I'll be back in a few hours to check on Ashley.
Adam: Uh, you know, you don't need to do that. I'm far more capable than you think.
Nikki: Oh, I don't doubt that. Bye-bye.
Adam: Bye, Nikki.
Nikki: (Whispering) Victor, it's me. Call me when you get this message. It's about Adam and Ashley.
Woman: Summer's very creative. I-I'm sure she gets that from the two of you. You promised you'd introduce me to Molly.
Summer: Okay.
Woman: Yeah?
Phyllis: Do you want to show Sarah your big dollhouse?
Summer: Yeah.
Phyllis: Yeah.
Sarah: Okay, let's go. Let's go see it.
Summer: Follow me.
Phyllis: So Sarah thinks we're the perfect couple. So did I. You said I made you feel alive. That's what you said last night. That doesn't go away.
Nick: No, it doesn’t. I still have feelings for you.
Phyllis: This was a mistake.
Nick: You want me to go?
Phyllis: Yes.
Nick: What about Summer? I don't want to keep disappearing on her.
Phyllis: It's a little too late for that.
Nick: What will you tell her?
Phyllis: Please go. Please?
Nick: (Sighs) Is there anything I can say that will help you?
Phyllis: No. There are no magic words. It's all been said.
(Bird chirps)
Mary Jane: (Whispers) Shut up!
Phyllis: Hi.
Sarah: Molly looks just like my old doll Hayley.
Phyllis: Oh, great.
Summer: Where's Daddy?
Phyllis: Oh, you know what? Daddy had to go, but he'll be back soon. Why don't you draw him a picture?
Summer: Okay.
Phyllis: You can draw a picture of Daddy or a doggy or something like that. Draw a good one there.
(Chuckles)
Sarah: I'm sorry Mr. Newman left. I-I wanted to discuss Summer's behavior with both of you.
Phyllis: Oh, um, is there a problem?
Sarah: She's been acting out lately-- fighting with friends, throwing fits when she doesn't get her way.
Phyllis: Wow, that doesn't sound like Summer.
Sarah: Um, have there been any recent big changes in her life? Uh, are you and your husband working longer hours?
Phyllis: Um, no more than usual. Um...
Sarah: If this continues, you might want to look into therapy.
Phyllis: Therapy?
Sarah: Yeah.
Phyllis: Do, uh, n-n-- she's fine. She--she's fine.
Sarah: Okay.
Phyllis: She doesn't need therapy. We'll--we'll work this out. Don't worry about it. Yeah.
Sarah: Okay. All right. Great. Summer, are you ready for school?
Summer: Yeah.
Phyllis: All right, let's go. She has been so excited that you are driving her to school.
Sarah: Oh, it's my pleasure.
Phyllis: (Chuckles) All right, baby girl. Here, give me a kiss. (Makes kissing sound) I love you. I love you. I love you.
(Growls)
Summer: (Giggles)
Phyllis: Big squeezes.
Sarah: Let's go.
Phyllis: (Chuckles)
Mary Jane: Well, you blew that, Phyllis. You chased him away. Your husband isn't coming back, huh?
Phyllis: Hey, Jack.
(Sighs)
Ashley: Hi.
Adam: Hey.
Ashley: I ordered these baby clothes. But I was so afraid to take them out of the box after that horrible nightmare, but isn't this the cutest thing you've ever seen? I am so sorry. That was incredibly insensitive of me.
Adam: (Chuckles) No, forget it. If anyone should be sorry, it should be me.
Ashley: Oh, why would you be sorry?
Adam: Well, I should have had Dr. Taylor come out last night. You know, at least then you would have got a good night's sleep.
Ashley: Oh, don't be ridiculous. The only thing that matters is that the baby's okay, and I really like Dr. Taylor.
Adam: Yeah, you know, he's--he's got a good reputation.
Ashley: I owe you one.
Adam: (Chuckles) I didn't do anything.
Ashley: Well, yeah, you helped get me through that awful nightmare, and you've been very supportive.
Adam: Well, I-I'm glad I got you through it.
Ashley: Oh!
Victor: Got you through what?
Ashley: You're home!
Victor: Yes, Sweetheart.
Ashley: Hey.
Victor: Got you through what?
Sharon: (Sighs) Did you talk to Phyllis?
Nick: Yeah.
Sharon: Well, I bet she wants to murder me.
Nick: You know, it would be better if she was angry instead of in so much pain.
Sharon: Well, um, don't beat yourself up.
Nick: Yeah. Did you see Jack?
Sharon: Mm-hmm.
Nick: How'd that go?
Sharon: He was very supportive up until the baby kicked, and then he remembered that he might not be a part of its life.
Nick: The baby kicked?
Sharon: Mm-hmm, for the first time.
Nick: (Sighs) I wish I'd been there.
Sharon: Here. It'll happen again. And when it does, things won't seem so horrible.
Nick: Things are already not as bad as they were ten minutes ago.
(Bird chirps)
Jack: I'm sorry you're going through all this.
Phyllis: Mm. Misery loves company, right?
Jack: Oh, I'll bet I can top your misery today with one note. You didn't have to feel the baby move and kick...
Phyllis: (Gasps)
Jack: Like I did-- the baby that may not be yours.
Phyllis: Oh, no, Jack. No. You don't deserve that.
Jack: Yeah, you know what? After everything I've done, maybe it's exactly what I deserve.
Phyllis: You know, the same thing could be said for me, right?
(Glass shatters)
Phyllis: (Gasps) Oh, my gosh. What happened?
Jack: I guess the bird didn't see the glass.
Phyllis: Oh, my gosh. I guess that happens to the best of us, doesn't it? Oh, Jack.
Victoria: Okay, have fun at the zoo. Be a good boy for Gabby, okay? I love you.
J.T.: And Daddy loves you, too, buddy.
Victoria: Bye.
Aucker: Ready?
J.T.: Yeah, I'll-- I'll be right behind you. I'm gonna lock up the house.
Victoria: Wish me luck.
J.T.: I love you.
Victoria: Don't worry. I'll be fine.
J.T.: Hey!
Mary Jane: Get away!
J.T.: Hey. Hey, what are you--hey, come here!
Mary Jane: Just--
J.T.: What are you doing here?
Mary Jane: Just let go of me!
J.T.: Who are you?
Mary Jane: Look, I was just out taking a walk, okay?
J.T.: Well, this is private property, all right? And you're not going anywhere till you tell me who you are and what you're doing here.
Mary Jane: (Sighs)
Amber: (Sighs) Okay, Daniel, what are you up to?
Amber: Hey, it's me. Um, listen, I need to see you right away. I think we have some trouble.
Victor: (Chuckles)
Ashley: I'm so glad you're home. Oh.
Adam: Hope you had a good trip.
Victor: I did, indeed. So what did Adam help you with?
Ashley: Um, he helped me through a very bad bout of missing you. He's taken very good care of me.
Victor: Well, I'm very glad to hear that.
Adam: Welcome home, Sir.
Victor: Thank you.
Adam: Um, if you'll excuse me?
Victor: All right.
Ashley: So come sit down. I thought you weren't coming back until tomorrow.
Victor: Well, my sweetheart, I couldn't stand it without you.
Ashley: (Laughs) Really? Well, I'm glad to see you.
Victor: I missed you too much.
Ashley: Yeah, I missed you, too.
Victor: I would have been home earlier...
Ashley: Yeah?
Victor: But on the way home, bought you something. Smell it.
Ashley: (Gasps) Oh, it smells so good. It's--
Victor: Uh-huh.
Ashley: Its chicken parmesan, isn't it?
Victor: That's right.
Ashley: It's my favorite. Mmm, it smells so good.
Victor: Yes.
(Cell phone beeps)
Ashley: You're spoiling me. You know that?
Victor: Come here. You deserve to be spoiled.
Ashley: Mm.
Victor: Do you know that?
Ashley: Yeah.
Victor: (Chuckles) And so does our little baby deserve to be spoiled. Do you know that you have a father and a mother who love you very, very much?
Ashley: (Chuckles)
Victor: And I want you to eat a lot and get stronger...
Ashley: (Laughs)
Victor: So that when we meet you, you're just a healthy, strong baby, okay? Do you think he listened?
Ashley: Yeah, or she.
Victor: Yeah? Or she.
Ashley: Or she. I think so.
Victor: I'm so happy to be here.
Next on "The Young and the Restless"...
Billy: You feel the same way you did back then, don't you?
Langley: Nina's gonna do a little sniffing around. She's gonna come to a dead end. She's gonna give up.
J.T.: Victoria!
Victoria: (Screams)
