Sharon: Jack, you're really spoiling me, you know? You worked from home. You go to my doctor's appointment, dinner...
Jack: Taking care of you and this baby is the greatest pleasure in my life.
Billy: Sharon's pregnant, and I might be the father.
Chloe: (Scoffs) You will say anything to just get...you slept with Sharon? You slept with Sharon?
Billy: Yeah.
Chloe: What the hell were you thinking? What the hell are you doing, Billy?
Billy: Uh, I don't know what I--
Chloe: Oh, my God. I-- are you trying to drive away every single person who cares about you?
Billy: Well, I didn't mean...
Chloe: I mean, what you-- what you've done to me and Delia is absolutely-- it's beyond cruel, beyond cruel, and--and Jack-- Jack, your own brother, your own brother who has stood by you while you continue to mess up! What do you think he's-- how do you think he's gonna feel?
Billy: He knows.
Chloe: That argument you guys had-- I knew there was more to it. That's what was going on. He looked like he was gonna put you through a wall.
Billy: I wish he had.
Phyllis: Nick! Nick?
[Phyllis picks up Nick’s note]
Nick: I had to check in with my old man about some Newman business up at the main house. I might be a while.
Phyllis: Great. (Sighs) "Hey, Phyllis, we have to talk about our marriage and where it's going, but, um, business comes first." (Sighs) Well, I'm here, Nick, so you won't be able to dodge me when you get home.
Adam: Who's there?
Nick: It's Nick. I got some business with Dad.
Adam: (Sighs) What, you didn't come to see me?
Nick: Uh, no, but that's funny.
Adam: Yeah, I-I don't want to see you, either. In fact, I couldn't even if I wanted to. Who knew being blind had an upside?
Nick: Yeah, yeah, yeah, enough with the sob story. Where's Dad?
Adam: Meeting in town. You can wait if you want.
Nick: I don't need your permission.
Adam: Mm, so that's how it's gonna be, huh?
Nick: Excuse me?
Adam: Well, our father's giving me a chance to prove myself. You can’t.
Nick: Dad may be taking pity on you out of a sense of responsibility, but he will not forgive you for what you tried to do to him.
Adam: Oh, I think you underestimate him.
Nick: Trust me, I know him a lot better than you do.
Adam: Well, obviously, uh, you don't know how much being with Ashley and having this baby has changed him.
Olivia: Everything sounds good, sounds normal.
Ashley: Good.
Olivia: So you took doctor's orders, got some rest?
Ashley: Mm-hmm, and I feel like a new woman.
Olivia: That's good. Although, you know, with all the frightening "Sabrina incidents" that you've had, you know, it's gonna take more than some rest. You're gonna need a lot of support.
Ashley: And by "Support," do you really mean psychiatrist?
Olivia: (Scoffs) It's just good to have someone that you can unburden yourself to when you're anxious.
Ashley: Liv, look, I know you're referring to the--the whole scrapbook incident in the hospital, and I don't know how that scrapbook got into my purse, but you know what? It doesn't really matter.
Olivia: Well, it--it does matter. I'm--I'm sure Victor would agree.
Ashley: No, actually, he wouldn’t. He's not pushing this whole psychiatrist thing like you are. He understands.
Olivia: Understands what?
Ashley: That I'm not dwelling on the weird things that have been happening, okay? I'm moving on. That's what he understands, and that's the kind of support that I need.
Nikki: Oh, hello.
Victor: (Sighs) Hi.
Victor: I just want you to know that my congratulations on your engagement were sincere.
Nikki: Well, thank you. That's very nice of you to say.
Victor: Paul is a very nice man. I've always trusted him, and you seem happy.
Nikki: I am.
Victor: Good.
Nikki: Well, we've come a long way, haven't we...? (Scoffs) From the days we used to throw insults at each other like darts?
Victor: I've had some time to reflect.
Nikki: That's very natural when you're expecting a baby.
Victor: I regret some of the things I said after Sabrina died.
Nikki: Well, uh, you were filled with rage and grief.
Victor: Mm. But I unleashed it all on you.
Nikki: I know that's not easy for you to admit.
Victor: Is this one of those "Bittersweet" moments?
Nikki: (Sighs) Yeah, I guess so. You know, um, now that we're talking like this...
Victor: Mm-hmm.
Nikki: I'd like to say something about you and Ashley.
Nick: You know, Adam, I'm glad to see Dad so happy, but just because he's mellow doesn't mean he's forgotten you tried to frame him for murder.
Adam: Well, at least he understands that people, you know, evolve, unlike you, who refuses to give me even the slightest bit of slack.
Nick: Well, that's because no amount of sucking up will ever make up for that forged diary.
Adam: Mm, okay. Well, obviously, you don't think people can change.
Nick: Look, Adam, I am genuinely sorry that you're going blind, I am, but as far as I'm concerned, that's the only thing that's changed about you.
Adam: (Sighs) Yeah, you know, I guess if our positions were reversed, I'd probably feel the same. Still, you never know. Someday, uh, I just might earn your respect.
Nikki: When I went to London, I begged Ashley to find you.
Victor: Considering the animosity you've always felt for her, I'm surprised that you approached her.
Nikki: I believed she was the only one who would be able to get through to you.
Victor: It must have been very difficult.
Nikki: (Sighs) When Sabrina died so tragically, the kids and I and everybody who cares about you, we were so worried that we had lost you.
Victor: Yeah. (Sighs) Tough time. Um, I almost had lost my will to live.
Nikki: I know, but Ashley and this baby have been able to give you something that none of us could. They've brought you back to life, and we're very grateful for that.
Victor: I appreciate you saying that.
Nikki: Well, it's true. If you hadn't returned to Genoa City, if you hadn't survived that...
Nikki: (Sighs) I think it would have killed me.
Nikki: (Sniffles) Thank goodness you're well. I'll see you.
Victor: (Sighs)
Adam: All right.
Olivia: Why are you so upset?
Ashley: Why am I so upset? Do you know how annoying it is when somebody keeps telling you that you need therapy when you know you don't?
Olivia: Oh, so now all your anxiety about all these bizarre happenings have suddenly vanished?
Ashley: (Sighs) Oh, boy, you're really gonna think this is weird. Whatever. I had a dream, okay? And in the dream, Sabrina came to me and told me that she was at peace knowing that Victor was loved, and ever since then, I have felt at peace. I have felt really good.
Olivia: It's a-- it's a good dream.
Ashley: Mm-hmm.
Olivia: But it was a dream.
Ashley: Right, so now I'm crazy because I had a dream that maybe gave me a different perspective on things, or because I'm feeling good, maybe I should be committed?
Olivia: Who said anything about being committed?
Ashley: I think you need to go, Liv.
Olivia: I'm gonna check in with you later.
Ashley: That won't be necessary. Thank you anyway.
Olivia: Ashley, I'm gonna need to--
Ashley: Honestly. Thanks anyway. Bye.
(Sighs)
Nikki: Hey, I hope it's not too late to stop by...
Phyllis: It's not.
Nikki: But I bought Summer a singing bear.
Phyllis: Oh, she's gonna love it, but, you know, she's at Victoria’s.
Nikki: Oh, well, I got one for Reed, too, so I'll just go over there and surprise them.
Phyllis: Oh, great. So cute. The bag is so cute.
(Knock on door)
Phyllis: Hey, Mary Jane.
Mary Jane: (Sighs) You forgot.
Phyllis: Oh, about--about what?
Mary Jane: Well, we were gonna go over those interviews.
Phyllis: Ohh. Oh, do we have to do that now?
Mary Jane: Well, I-I have to get 'em in by tomorrow.
Phyllis: Uh, well, let's go to it then.
Nikki: Hey, Mary Jane. Um, you mind if I sit in?
Phyllis: Sure, I don't mind at all.
Nikki: I'm so sorry you weren't able to join Paul and me for dinner earlier.
Mary Jane: Oh, um, have you set a date for the wedding yet?
Nikki: It has taken us decades to get here...
Mary Jane: (Chuckles)
Nikki: So no, we're taking our time on that.
Phyllis: Oh, that's great. That's great, Nikki. Too bad, uh, we didn't know about this sooner. We could have included you and Paul in the "Restless Style" wedding spread.
Nikki: Uh, no, that's okay, thanks, but, uh, I'm--I'm quite content being behind the scenes, but, hey, you did a fantastic job drumming up publicity for that issue.
Mary Jane: Oh, thank you.
Nikki: So what brought you to Genoa City in the first place, Mary Jane?
(Jingling sound)
Adam: Who's there?
Ashley: Just me.
Adam: Oh, hi, "Just me."
Ashley: Hi. I dropped my keys.
Adam: What, are you going out?
Ashley: Yeah, I was trying to rest, but no luck.
Adam: I-I thought I heard arguing when I came upstairs.
Ashley: Yeah, Olivia and I just got into a little disagreement.
Adam: Oh. Um, well, wh-where you headed?
Ashley: Just for a walk on the grounds.
Adam: All right. Enjoy your stroll.
Ashley: Thank you. Talk to you later.
Adam: Yep.
Ashley: Victor, I'm going out for a walk.
Billy: Sharon and I, uh, we only slept together a couple of times.
Chloe: (Scoffs) Gee, that's just great. That makes me feel so much better. Thank you.
Billy: Look, okay, it was stupid.
Chloe: (Sighs)
Billy: We want-- we both just wanted to forget that it ever happened.
Chloe: Yeah. Yeah, well, that's kind of hard with a baby on board, genius.
Billy: Yeah. Jack was right to call me a selfish idiot.
Chloe: Yeah, well, that's a compliment compared to what I'd like to call you.
Billy: So much for all that potential you thought I had.
Chloe: Hmm. (Scoffs) Some people would call it poetic justice, me tricking Cane into thinking he was the father.
Billy: No, no, this is all on me.
Chloe: Oh, yeah, damn right it is. You know, I should have known, though. I should have known, because you warned me. You told me you weren't gonna be faithful. I guess you just had to prove it huh?
Billy: It wasn't like that.
Chloe: (Sighs) Sure it was. Sure it was. You're just punishing me, punishing me because we are married.
Billy: No, my head was messed up, okay? I-I wasn't ready to be a husband or a father, but now I am, okay?
Chloe: Now you are? What, what, are you taking maturity pills or something?
Billy: Look, okay, I-I understand you think that I'm full of it, but that's why I stopped chasing Mac, okay? That's why, uh, that's why I'm coming clean to you about all this.
Chloe: (Scoffs) Oh, okay. Congratulations. (Claps hands) You deserve a parade. A second baby on the way, and now you're finally ready to be an adult.
Billy: We don't know if Sharon's baby is mine.
Chloe: What if it is?
Billy: Well, then I will be in his or her life. Jack and--and Sharon-- they're gonna stay together, and Jack wants this kid, and he's gonna raise it no matter what.
Chloe: And when the baby's born, what-- what if he changes his mind?
Billy: No, he-- no, he means it.
Chloe: And if the baby's yours, then what are we gonna do? What are we gonna do? Are we all gonna live here, live here like hippies in a '60s commune, huh? Damn you, Billy. (Crying) Damn you.
Billy: Come on. Come--come--come on. Stop it. Just come here. Look, look, look, look, look.
Chloe: (Sniffles)
Billy: You can't be madder at me than I already am at myself, okay? I'm sorry. I-I want us to be together-- you, me and little Dee, all right? It can work.
Chloe: (Scoffs) Those are just words, just words. (Sniffles) You know what a smooth talker you are.
Billy: I'm gonna make this up to you, I promise.
Chloe: Fine. Fine, you want us back? Then I want certain things, and they are nonnegotiable.
Sharon: Mmm. How did you know to order the exact thing I was craving?
Jack: I pay attention.
Sharon: I still don't know why you'd want to after everything I've put you through.
Jack: I think I put you through plenty myself. In fact, if I'd been a better husband, you wouldn't have felt so lost and alone.
Sharon: I'm responsible for my own actions, Jack, not you, and I hurt you deeply.
Jack: We hurt each other. That's all part of our past now. I have promised to stand by you, no matter who the winner turns out to be in this paternity test.
Sharon: It's a pretty big sacrifice.
Jack: Sacrifice? Do you have any idea how grateful I am that you have given this relationship a second chance? We're gonna be so happy together-- you, me and this baby. Only one thing would make me happier. Marry me.
Mary Jane: Uh, yeah, I missed the states.
Nikki: So you came back to Genoa City, got snapped up by Jabot, and now you're involved with the magazine.
Mary Jane: I thought I already had the job.
Nikki: Oh.
(Laughs)
Mary Jane: (Laughs)
Nikki: Well, yes, of course you do. I'm sorry. Curiosity killed that cat.
Mary Jane: Ah.
Phyllis: So great. You know, um, Mary Jane, I love that piece you did with "Fashion house." It was really great.
Mary Jane: Yeah, I thought you would like that.
Phyllis: Yeah, the other one... mm, not a big fan of the other one, you know?
Mary Jane: Uh, okay. You know, just sleep on that.
Phyllis: Oh, okay.
(Cell phone rings)
Phyllis: Pardon me. Hey, Victoria. Oh, really? How are they doing? Okay, can I talk to Summer? Hey, pretty girl, what are you doing? Yeah? Aw. Okay, all right. Well, you go to sleep. Yeah, sweet dreams. I love you, too. A million kisses, a million kisses. All right, Sweetie, bye-bye. (Hangs up cell phone) Uh, they're going to bed soon, so...
Nikki: Oh. Oh, well...
Phyllis: (Chuckles)
Nikki: I'd better get over there then. I'll see you at work tomorrow.
Phyllis: Okay.
Nikki: Bye-bye, Mary Jane.
Mary Jane: Bye.
Phyllis: (Clears throat) All right.
Mary Jane: (Clears throat)
(Door closes)
Mary Jane: Whoa. Does she always drill people like that?
(Chuckles)
Phyllis: Who? Oh, n-no, not really.
Mary Jane: Not that I mind. It's--just it can't be ideal for you working with your mother-in-law.
(Clears throat)
Phyllis: Oh, you know, we get along great. I mean, it has its disadvantages, but its--its fine.
Phyllis: All right.
(Sighs)
Mary Jane: Are you okay?
Phyllis: Uh, does it show?
Mary Jane: (Sighs) Let me guess-- this is about your husband, huh?
Phyllis: Yeah. How could you tell?
Mary Jane: Well, because men are jerks. They make promises they can't keep, you know? I mean, what--
Phyllis: Tell me about it.
Mary Jane: Yeah, why do we always fall for men that--that we know we can't trust?
Phyllis: You're still hung up on Jack, aren't you?
Mary Jane: (Sighs) You know, it's just that we were having such a great time, and then Sharon came in and just ruined it.
Phyllis: Oh, well, that's what Sharon does best. I told you to keep an eye on her.
Mary Jane: I know.
Phyllis: (Sighs)
Mary Jane: But what's crazy is, uh, I still want the louse back.
Phyllis: Okay, listen, I'm gonna be your friend here.
Mary Jane: Hmm?
Phyllis: Walk away, okay? Give up, really. Sharon's pregnant.
Mary Jane: Sh-sh-she is?
Phyllis: Yeah, and--and here is the clincher. Um, we don't even know if Jack is the father, but he's determined to be the baby's daddy, so...
Mary Jane: Oh, God, I hate that woman.
Jack: I don't want to force you into anything you're not ready for yet.
Sharon: No, I know you don’t.
Jack: I take it from your reaction, you're turning down my marriage proposal.
Sharon: Jack, you said that if we reconciled, there would be no strings attached.
Jack: I guess marriage is a pretty big string, isn't it?
Sharon: You know, this-- it's just that's a big step, and everything's so up in the air right now, and I-I don't think that now is the time to be making long-term plans. There are three potential fathers for my baby.
Jack: I-I just thought that maybe once you set the record straight with Phyllis and Nick that maybe you'd feel a little more settled.
Sharon: Well, there's still Billy and Chloe to contend with, and I'm--
Jack: Nick--
Sharon: It's just all so overwhelming.
Jack: You know what? I-I'll find a safe place for this. A girl can always change her mind.
Sharon: Thanks, Jack. Thanks for being so understanding.
Jack: (Sighs)
(Cell phone rings)
Jack: Sorry. Jack Abbott. Mr. McDermott. Yeah, I've been trying to reach you for three days. We gotta finalize this deal, or we don't-- right now? N-no, this isn't a good time. Uh, how about...
Sharon: Oh, no, go. I-I'll--I'll meet you at home.
Jack: Mr. McDermott, can you hold on for a second? Are you sure?
Sharon: Positive.
Jack: Okay, here, take my keys. I'll take a taxi, all right?
Sharon: Okay. I'll see you later.
Jack: Mr. McDermott, you still there? Yeah, we--we can meet tonight.
Chloe: You want us back? (Sighs) You can start by finding us our own home.
Billy: What? We just settled into the pool house. We painted it that color you wanted.
Chloe: No, we were just covering up something that wasn't working. So you can find us a new place where we can start over, and until then, we will be at Mrs. Chancellor’s.
Billy: Oh, but wait. You--
Chloe: No, that is my offer. You take it, or you leave it. I am so done fighting with you. I don't even want to look at you.
Billy: (Sighs)
Ashley: I'm so happy I had that dream about you, Sabrina. It's so silly, but it just-- it gives me so much comfort to at least think you've found peace. I guess it makes me feel better believing that somehow you're watching over me and my baby.
Ashley: (Sighs)
Nick: So I just need your signature.
Victor: All right.
Nick: And I have to make one phone call, and we got a done deal.
Victor: It's great to have you back full-time, son.
Nick: Thanks.
Victor: All right, uh, I want you to go to New York.
Nick: When?
Victor: Tonight. There's a property I want to get a hold of, and the window of opportunity is very small.
Nick: (Sighs) Okay. You know what, Dad? It's--it's really not a good time for me.
Victor: Why?
Nick: Phyllis and I are having some problems.
Victor: Really?
Nick: Yeah.
Victor: Oh.
Nick: I should probably get home.
Victor: Is it that serious?
Nick: We may not make it.
Victor: Because of you and Sharon?
Nick: You know about that?
Victor: Well, she, um, indicated something like that last time she and I talked, yeah.
Nick: Did she tell you the rest of it?
Victor: You mean there's more?
Nick: A lot more.
Billy: Hey, man, can I get a, uh, bourbon and soda, please? Actually, scratch that.
Billy: Hey, Jack. Can I talk to you for a minute?
Jack: Yeah, you got the floor.
Billy: I know I betrayed you in the worst possible way.
Jack: Yeah, that's right, you did.
Billy: Look, out of all the nasty, disgusting things I've done in my life... (Sighs) I regret this the most, Jack. I'm sorry, and I know that's not enough, but... I-I confessed to Chloe.
Jack: Really? I'm surprised you're not in a body cast.
Billy: Yeah, well, she's being pretty good about it. She wants us to get our own place.
Jack: And what do you want, Billy?
Billy: Well, I think its best if-- for you and for Sharon-- if I'm not there. I gotta stop sponging off of you. Look, Jack, I just-- I just hope that someday that you can forgive me.
Jack: You really want my forgiveness, Billy? Maybe you'll finally realize that playtime is over.
Billy: I do.
Jack: No, you don’t. You're grasping at straws right now, trying to set things straight.
Billy: Come on, Jack, I'm trying my best here.
Jack: Your best isn't good enough, Billy. Your best right now is just talk. You really want to earn my respect and Chloe's and the baby's? I'll tell you exactly what you need to do.
Mary Jane: Wow. You know, I barely know Sharon, and I have issues. I can imagine how you must feel.
Phyllis: Oh. Well, I haven't exactly been an angel.
Mary Jane: It couldn't have been that bad.
Phyllis: Well, I stole Nick away from Sharon when they were still married.
Mary Jane: Anyone can see how much you love him.
Phyllis: Oh, I do. I love him. I love him more than I've loved any man in my life.
Mary Jane: You know, sometimes we just have to follow our hearts, you know, even--even if others get hurt, hmm?
Phyllis: Well, that's certainly Sharon's theme song, isn't it?
Mary Jane: And she's got her claws in Jack.
Phyllis: (Scoffs)
Mary Jane: Is there something between her and Nick?
Phyllis: Oh, no. Oh, no, definitely not.
Mary Jane: (Laughs) Okay, you hate her as much as I do.
Phyllis: Yeah, I think so. (Laughs) I just wish sometimes that the earth would open up and it would just suck her in.
Mary Jane: Yeah, we could kill her.
Phyllis: (Laughs)
Mary Jane: (Laughs) We could.
(Clears throat)
Phyllis: That--that-- that's a joke, right?
Mary Jane: Yes.
Phyllis: Yeah, yes.
Mary Jane: Yes, of course it is!
Phyllis: Of course, of course, of course. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, you know what? I'm gonna give you some advice. You're an amazing woman. Forget Jack. Forget Sharon. Just find somebody who's worthy of you.
Mary Jane: And, you?
Phyllis: Yeah, I'll do the same thing. You know, I'm a happening chick. I'm not gonna forget about my husband. I mean, I-- forget about Sharon, but I'm gonna work on my marriage.
Mary Jane: Yeah.
Phyllis: Mm-hmm.
Mary Jane: Well, that will be my cue to leave, okay?
Phyllis: Right, okay.
Mary Jane: I'm gonna get my stuff, and then you go and work on your marriage with your husband.
Phyllis: Yes, if he shows up.
Nick: I'm not exactly sure how to tell you this.
Victor: Let me guess. Sharon is pregnant?
Nick: Yeah. She's not showing yet, but she's due at about the same time Ashley is.
Adam: You self-righteous son-of-a... lecturing me on loyalty?
Victor: And Phyllis knows?
Nick: Yeah, she's furious.
Victor: I certainly understand that. Hopefully, that baby won't get hurt.
Nick: Well, the baby may not even be mine. It could be Jack’s.
Adam: Oh, priceless.
Victor: Are you serious? And you still love Phyllis?
Nick: Yes, I do, but, Dad, Sharon and I have so much history together.
Victor: (Sighs)
Nick: I cannot let this woman go.
Victor: If you're thinking of leaving Phyllis, let me tell you, trying to recapture the past doesn't guarantee happiness.
Nick: (Sighs) I know, but, Dad, I can't stop thinking that if-- if Cassie had never died and I hadn't pushed Sharon away, we'd still be together.
Victor: But, son, so much has happened since that time.
Nick: Yeah, but not everything has changed.
Victor: (Sighs) Yeah, you and I have lost a lot, haven't we? Cassie, Sabrina, the baby.
Nick: Makes you realize that everything can be snatched away just like that, and how important family is.
Adam: Yeah, unless it's your black sheep brother, right, Nick?
Victor: Well, think carefully before you do anything rash, son, and I kind of hope that you'll save your family, you know?
Victor: Sweetheart, I thought you'd be back by now.
Ashley: Hi. It's so beautiful out here.
Victor: It is.
Ashley: Did you finish your business with Nicholas?
Victor: Well, we discussed a few more things than we had anticipated.
Ashley: Hmm. I want you to know something.
Victor: What?
Ashley: What I told you before about not dwelling on all the weird things that have been happening...
Victor: Yeah?
Ashley: I meant it. I meant every word. I feel really great.
Victor: I'm so glad to hear that. I really am.
Ashley: Good. You know what?
Victor: What?
Ashley: Let's go back in the house, and I want to watch a movie, like, a comedy...
Victor: Mm-hmm.
Ashley: Something fun and light.
Victor: Well, I would love to do that...
Ashley: Okay.
Victor: But, unfortunately, my darling, I have to go out of town on business.
Ashley: Tonight?
Victor: Mm-hmm. Would you rather I stay? Just tell me.
Ashley: Well, I would, but I think you'd better go, because I might not be so generous once the baby comes.
Victor: Oh, yeah.
Ashley: (Chuckles) Wow.
Victor: Let's get inside, okay?
Ashley: I guess so. The weather's changing, huh?
Victor: Yeah.
Nikki: Oh, I didn't expect to see you here.
Nick: I was just about to take off. I'm sure Phyllis is waiting for me.
Nikki: Is your father around?
Nick: No, he went on a walk with Ashley.
Nikki: (Sighs) In this weather? Well, um, I was just coming from your sister's, and I saw Ashley talking to a statue of Sabrina.
Nick: What?
Nikki: I-I'm not saying she was having a conversation with it, but it was very odd. She was asking for Sabrina’s blessing.
Adam: Oh, I guess Ashley's not as free of Sabrina as she claims.
Nick: Well, from what I understand, Mom, she's been doing a lot better. Maybe she was just thinking out loud.
Nikki: No, no, no. It's more than that. Something's not right.
Nick: Are you gonna tell Dad?
Nikki: (Sighs) You know, we just had the nicest conversation. I hate to ruin our newfound goodwill, but...
Nick: All right, well, I'm pretty sure Dad's going on a business trip tonight. I kind of have a lot going on, but, uh, I can try and keep an eye on her.
Nikki: It couldn't hurt, son. Thank you.
Adam: I'll keep an eye on her, too.
Billy: So you don't want me to move in with Delia and Chloe? Wasn't that originally your idea?
Jack: That was when I thought you could come through. Obviously, I was wrong. You weren't ready yet. You still aren't, but if you blow it this time--
Billy: I won't, Jack.
Jack: One day, you want to sleep around. The next day, you want to chase after the girl that got away. Today, you want to honor your vows. It doesn't work that way, Billy.
Billy: What do you want me to do?
Jack: I want you to show up at work every day, ready to put in a full day's work, not just when you feel like it. I want you to spend your evenings and weekends with your daughter. I want you to get a place of your own with a room for Delia and Chloe if and when they can ever forgive you.
Billy: Chloe wants us to get a place now.
Jack: That's because she's scared to death you'll leave her. She won't be, though, if she knows what you're doing. Billy, you're my brother, and I love you. Nothing is ever gonna change that. If you want to regain my respect and Chloe's and the baby's, you're gonna have to earn it. If you're not willing to do the work, you don't deserve us.
(Cell phone rings)
Jack: Hey, Olivia, what's up? What?
Sharon: Oh, Chloe. You going somewhere?
Chloe: (Clicks tongue) Yeah, I'm moving out... finally. Can you guess why?
Sharon: Why?
Chloe: Because Billy told me everything.
Sharon: Chloe, if I could take that back, I--
Chloe: I don't get it. Why Billy?
Sharon: Sometimes people do things without thinking about the consequences, and-- surely you can understand.
Chloe: (Scoffs) You know, Billy-- Billy I can understand, but you?
Sharon: Look, Chloe, I could barely look at you on your wedding day. That's why I ran out of there. I mean, I-I couldn't stand the thought that I had been with him that morning.
Chloe: What, you-- you slept with my husband on our wedding day?
(Crying)
Sharon: Well, I-I-I thought you said he told you everything. I--
Chloe: Mnh-mnh. Oh, wow. Wow. I was wrong... again. I can't--oh, my-- (Sighs) I can't believe this.
Sharon: Chloe, I'm so sorry.
Chloe: Yeah, I don't care if you're sorry. I don't care if you're sorry. You know what? You just get your head on straight now, all right? Don't even think about making anything worse than it already is. I swear, I will...
Nick: (Sighs) Where's Summer?
Phyllis: She's at your sister's. No more avoiding me.
Nick: I wasn't. Our daughter was here, and this morning, I had a crisis at Newman, and tonight, I had a deal I needed to close.
Phyllis: Well, we're alone now, and you're here. And you said earlier that you'd figured out whether or not you want to stay married to me. What's your decision?
Next on "The Young and the Restless"...
Sabrina: Victor's mine! Stay away!
Ashley: (Screams)
Nick: I want you. I want us. I want it all back.
Phyllis: Forget 'em if they can't take a joke, right?
