Daniel: Again?

Michael: You think they're in the area, too.

Daniel: I know they're in the area. I saw Amber's face. She needs help, and she knows that I'm here. So unless Kevin forced her to leave--

Jana: Look, if she was so bloody frightened of him, then she would have turned herself in by now already, don't you think?

Daniel: No. No, I don't, because Amber doesn't abandon people that she loves.

Jana: Well, you know what? Maybe it would've been a good thing if she would have. Because then I might actually know where my husband is.

Daniel: Have you heard from Jeff?

Jana: Jeffrey has his own agenda. He's not someone we can count on.

Jeff: I don't hear anything.

Amos: Oh, they're in there.

Jeff: Okay, Amos, I can--I can take it from here. Thanks.

Amos: Are you sure? Tracking 'em down, that's the easy part. Bringing 'em in, that's where it gets real hairy.

Jeff: Well, the kid and I go way back. We'll be fine.

Amos: It's your neck. Good luck.

(Cell phone ringing)

Gloria: Hello?

Jeff: I found him.

Gloria: Where is he?

Jeff: Holed up in an old boxcar on the north side of town.

Gloria: Jeffrey, be careful.

Jeff: I know what I'm doing. I just hope you know why I'm doing it. I love you, babe, and if it takes risking my life to prove it, then that's what I'll do. Your boy's coming home tonight. And so is your husband.

Kevin: Aah!

Amber: I know. I know.

Kevin: Aah!

Amber: I know. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.

Kevin: Aah!

Amber: Oh, but listen, it's so much better. It is so much better. Oh, wow, you are so lucky. You know, you could've gotten blood poisoning. Oh. I know, I know, I know, I know. I'm just gonna wrap it up.

Kevin: I probably would have, if not for you.

Amber: I know.

Kevin: I didn't think you would come back.

Amber: Of course I did. I couldn't leave you here all alone.

Kevin: If my dad comes back and finds you here--

Amber: Your dad is never gonna find you, okay? Ever. You know, Kevin... it really is safe to go home now. Come on. Don't you wanna see Jana?

Ana: Yes! Sorry. Level five.

Neil: Yeah? Level five, huh? Did you already finish your homework, young lady?

Ana: Not exactly.

Neil: No, I didn't think so. Hand it over. Come on. Yep, now, scoot. First things--

Ana: First, I know, I know.

Karen: Honey, make sure that you, uh, make up your bed, too, 'cause Mrs. Harris is on her way over.

Neil: Again?

Karen: Well, social services wants to make sure that Ana’s in good hands.

Ana: Can I call my mom? She can be here if Ms. Harris is here, right?

Neil: Uh, yeah, your mom's at work.

Ana: Oh. I haven't seen her in so long.

Neil: Yeah, I know, Baby, but we'll work something out. I promise.

Ana: Okay.

Neil: Go on.

Karen: You know, would you just kind of straighten up some of that stuff right there?

Neil: They don't expect us to be perfect, Karen.

Karen: I just wanna make a good impression, that's all.

Neil: That's the point of a surprise visit, to see the real us.

Karen: Well, I much prefer that they see the fake us.

Neil: Maybe we shouldn't be going into an adoption pretending to be something that we're not.

Karen: Just--you know what? I just--I just wanna straighten up, that's it.

Neil: I'm not talking about the house, Karen. I'm talking about us. This marriage. We can't keep playing this game.

Kay: Well, now that you've seen me with your own eyes.

Mitchell: I still can't believe it.

Kay: (Chuckles)

Mitchell: That laugh-- that laugh-- things have not been the same without you.

Kay: Well, listen, I'm afraid that, um, my return has created a great deal of work for you.

Mitchell: Ah, no, no, simple matter. Voiding the death certificate and reversing the will. That's it.

Kay: Uh-huh. You don't anticipate any problems?

Mitchell: Well, uh... the folks that received a cash bequest-- they may have already spent some of that money.

Kay: Well, I'm not worried about that.

Mitchell: Oh, I know, I know. You're much more interested in regaining control of Chancellor Industries, and don't forget that 5% of Jabot. No, not to worry. Everybody will be so thrilled that you're back, they'll happily return what's yours.

Kay: Mm-hmm. Some less happily than others.

Gloria: Keep the change.

Jack: Shouldn't you be saving your pennies?

Gloria: What are you talking about?

Jack: Well, Katherine’s alive. She's gonna be reclaiming her 5% share in Jabot. Whoever you sold those shares to are gonna want their money back.

Gloria: And my broker says the deal stands, because it was made in good faith.

Jack: In good faith?

Gloria: Mm-hmm.

Jack: Did you tell your broker you knew Katherine was alive when you made the deal? Ooh. Serious breach of contract. It'd be a real shame if I had to testify for the buyer.

Gloria: You don't even know who it is.

Jack: So tell me. That way, I won't say the wrong thing at the wrong time.

Gloria: Jack, why do you care who bought that stock?

Jack: Somebody had me ousted from Jabot.

Gloria: Aw. Katherine will hire you back. Now why don't you go buzz at her and get out of mine.

Jack: Oh, believe me, Katherine’s gonna hear from me, too.

Gloria: Good. You'll get your job back. I'll have my money. Everybody's happy.

Jack: Except for the poor sap you swindled. Come on, let me in on the joke. Who was it?

Gloria: Bye, Jack.

Gloria: Victor, hi, it's Gloria. Listen, would you please call me back when you get this? Because I need to see you right away.

Victor: Now tell me about your progress with Jack.

Mary Jane: He practically begged me to stay on here.

Victor: Mm-hmm.

Mary Jane: He's intrigued by my air of mystery.

Victor: How about the text from your so-called husband?

Mary Jane: Left him disappointed. Just like you predicted. Tell me, what will he do next?

Victor: He will use you to promote him to Katherine Chancellor. He wants his old job back as C.E.O. of Jabot. Now... I brought some documentation here. It's from the research department of Newman Enterprises. I want you to familiarize yourself with it, okay?

Mary Jane: Okay, I will. How do you know him so well?

Victor: I'm a firm believer in the adage that you should always know the weaknesses of your enemy.

Mary Jane: Not just to learn, to use. To set the perfect trap.

Victor: That's right.

Mary Jane: (Laughs) You rang?

Jack: Yeah. How'd you like to get your job back?

Mary Jane: Love it. But you're not in the position to offer me that.

Jack: Well, I will be, once I speak with Katherine, which I'm about to do in just a few minutes.

Mary Jane: How can you be so sure it will go your way?

Jack: Because I have a secret weapon--you.

Neil: Karen, we can't keep avoiding this subject, pretend like this thing with Tyra never ever happened.

Karen: Shh! You want her to hear you?

Neil: That's exactly what I'm talking about.

Karen: What?

Neil: We're putting her in the middle of our stuff now.

Karen: No, you put her in the middle the minute you kissed Tyra. I don't ever want her to know what you did.

Neil: Listen to me, it affects her, whether she knows it or not. You won't let Tyra come and visit here.

Karen: Can you blame me?

Neil: Ana needs her mother. You know, she needs Tyra. She needs her.

Karen: You know what? Fine, we'll-- we'll figure it out, just like you said. We will figure it out.

Neil: Yeah? How we gonna do that? How we gonna figure it out when the tension between us is so thick?

Karen: That is not my fault!

Neil: No, it is my-- it's my fault. Is that what you wanna hear me say?

Karen: Yes.

Neil: It's my fault. I'm sorry.

Karen: Yes! Yes! Yes! Why? Why? That's what I wanna know, Neil! I wanna know why! Honey, I gave you the out before the wedding. I practically begged you to tell me if you weren't ready.

Neil: I was. I... I-I thought I was.

Michael: Okay, we'll meet back here at 5:00.

Daniel: All right.

(Cell phone ringing)

Michael: Oh. Hey, Gloria.

Gloria: Michael, quick question about Katherine’s will. Once she's declared alive--

Michael: All right, you're not seriously asking about this, are you? I mean, need I remind you that you have a son fighting for his life?

Gloria: Honey, he's been found.

Michael: What?

Gloria: I thought you knew.

Michael: It's the first I've heard. What, the police?

Gloria: No, Jeffrey found him. He just called. He's gone to get him.

Michael: Where?

Gloria: I don't know, some old boxcar, north of town.

Michael: You call Jeffrey and you tell him not to do anything until I get there.

Gloria: I'll try, but it may be too late.

Jana: What is it? Michael, what is it?

Michael: Uh, Jeffrey claims he found, uh, Kevin.

Daniel: That--that's a good thing, right?

Jana: What?

Michael: Uh, if we get there before he screws anything up. Come on. Come on.

Man: Follow 'em, they'll lead you right to Fisher.

Amber: Let's get outta here, okay? Yeah? Good.

Jeff: Hiya, kids! (Chuckles) Gave you a scare there, huh?

Clint: Gave you a scare there, huh?

Kevin: No! No! No! No!

Kevin: Leave me alone. Go away!

Jeff: Hey, hey, hey, hold on.

Amber: Get out of here, you idiot!

Jeff: Just relax, you two. Look, I-I came to get you.

Kevin: I told you he would come back for me.

Amber: No, no, Honey, Honey, listen, it's not Tom. Okay, he's not gonna hurt you. I won't let him. Will you just go?!

Jeff: Not without him.

Kevin: I'm not going anywhere with you.

Jeff: Yeah? Well... she is.

Amber: Let go of me!

Kevin: Get the hell off of her!

Jeff: Huh? You wanna be left here all alone, Bub?

Amber: You know what? No, don't worry. Don't worry about it, okay? You--you don't have to listen to him. You don't have to listen to what he says.

Jeff: Like hell he doesn’t. Now get your ass in the car!

Kevin: Okay. Okay. I'm coming.

Jana: This has to be it.

Michael: Shh.

Kevin: Okay, I'm coming.

Kevin: (Grunts)

Amber: Oh, my God!

Kevin: Is he dead?

Amber: I don't think-- I don't think so. Kevin, please put the gun away.

Michael: (Whispers) Stop it!

Daniel: (Whispers) She just said he's got a gun.

Kevin: He's waking up. He's gonna be so mad.

Amber: No! Kevin! Don't shoot!

Gloria: I just found out that all of Katherine’s bequests go back to her when she's declared legally alive.

Victor: Mm-hmm. That is correct.

Gloria: Well, that can't make you very happy. I just want you to know, I sold you that stock in good faith, Victor.

Victor: What makes me unhappy, Gloria, is that you and I had agreed that the sale of the stock would remain a secret.

Gloria: And I have kept it a secret.

Victor: And yet, you are here discussing it with me publicly.

Gloria: I just thought you should know. Jack's snooping around. Asking a lot of questions. I didn't tell him a thing.

Victor: Let me ask you something. Jack Abbott came to you inquiring about the sale of the stock. Shortly thereafter, you call me to arrange a meeting with me. What the hell were you thinking?

Gloria: I just thought--

Victor: Let me tell you something. You just have given me ample reason to void our agreement.

Jack: So how is Genoa City's own Lazarus?

Kay: Well, smart enough to know that you are not making a social call. Oh, Jack, Jack, Jack, Jack. You are just aching to take over the reins again at Jabot, aren't you?

Jack: You should want that, too. Jabot needs me.

Kay: Really? As I recall, the company was in an abundance of trouble because of you.

Jack: If you are referring to the face cream scandal, I'm not sure if you've heard, but that case was--

Kay: I know. Yes, I do. I know. I know. I know. Nikki filled me in. And, uh... the lawsuit was a scam. But, you, young man, were not blameless. I don't remember that much at that time, but I do know you were a P.R. nightmare. Actually, a walking case of foot-in-mouth disease.

Jack: Well, I found a cure.

Kay: What's that?

Jack: Not what, who. Wait till you meet her. She's incredible.

Neil: Karen.

Karen: No, no, Neil, please. Mrs. Harris will be here any minute.

Neil: Yeah, I think Mrs. Harris should hear what's going on with us.

Karen: Well, then why don't you just have her take Ana away right now, because that's what's gonna happen.

Neil: It's her job to find out if we're providing a stable environment for Ana, isn't it?

Karen: Honey, Honey, we are providing a stable environment. Ana is thriving here. Okay, look, maybe I overreacted to this kiss, okay? I just-- it was a shock. I'm sorry. And I-I just-- I blew it up in my head and it became bigger than it needed to be. Honey, you know, you just got cold feet. That's all it was. You got cold feet after the wedding, instead of before the wedding. That's it.

Neil: Karen, Karen, Karen, why--why are you doing this?

Karen: No, and then Tyra-- she just saw her opportunity and she just moved in, because she wanted you from the minute she met you.

Neil: Why--why are you-- why are you letting me off the hook?

Karen: Honey, I am not letting you off the hook. Believe me. I'm very hurt by what you did. But we can work through this. Look at me. Look at me. We can--we can work through this. We can work through this. We can go to counseling. And we'll find a way to make everything work. And--and it's gonna be okay. You just--you can't let this mean that we don't get-- please don't let this mean that we don't have Ana. Please don't do that to me, Neil. Please don't do that to me.

Neil: Karen--Karen...

Karen: Please, please.

Neil: We--we have to do what's best for Ana, right?

Karen: Honey, what could be better for Ana than to have two parents who love her? And who love each other enough to be committed. I mean, we can work this out. And--and yes, we have issues, but we'll get through it. Honey, it was a kiss. It was--it was-- it was just a kiss.

Neil: Karen, whether you want to admit it or not, we got some pretty big problems in our marriage.

Jack: Mary Jane Benson, Katherine Chancellor.

Mary Jane: Unbelievable. I thought I'd never have the chance to work with you.

Kay: Uh, please. What sort of work do you do, miss Benson?

Jack: Mary Jane is a public relations guru, and she is terrific.

Kay: I see. He wants you to clean up his image, huh? That's quite a herculean task.

Mary Jane: Well, not quite as bad as cleaning up the Augean stables, but close.

Kay: Oh. (Chuckles) She's clever.

Jack: I am well aware.

Kay: Tell me something, Miss Benson. Why would you be rehabilitating Jack, when I could hire someone who is new and fresh, without all that baggage?

Mary Jane: For one very simple reason. Jack Abbott is Jabot.

Kay: I disagree.

Mary Jane: You won’t. After you look at this.

Kay: Oh. Mm-hmm.

Gloria: You're not really gonna back out of our deal.

Victor: Depends on you.

Gloria: I'll do anything, Victor. And I swear, I'll never call you again about... this.

Victor: Now, you know I paid a great deal of money for that stock. And now I have nothing to show for. So you are in my debt.

Gloria: Yeah. I guess I am.

Victor: That means, the occasion may arise when I ask you... for a favor.

Gloria: That's it? That's all you want? A favor?

Victor: Sometimes, that can mean a great deal.

Gloria: Yeah, I know what you mean. In fact, Victor, I was wondering if you might do me a favor. My son's in terrible trouble.

Amber: Um, I-I could tie him up. I could--I could tie him up. Then we'd be safe. And--and--and, uh, he wouldn't hurt us.

Kevin: He's gonna come after us.

Amber: No, no, he wouldn’t. Would you?

Jeff: No, definitely not.

Kevin: He's lying! He's never gonna leave me alone.

Amber: No, listen, trust me. Okay, let met--let me just find some rope or something. We'll tie him up, okay? There's gotta be something around--

Michael: How about this?

Amber: Michael. Kevin, um, it's your brother, Michael.

Michael: You can go now, Amber.

Amber: He panics without me.

Michael: Hey, little brother. What you got there?

Kevin: Scum of the earth.

Michael: I'll say.

Amber: We wanna tie him up so we'll be safe.

Michael: Uh, all right.

Kevin: I'm in charge. I'm in charge.

Michael: You are absolutely in charge. Amber, will you help me with this?

Amber: Yeah, how about we tie him up right over here?

Michael: Yeah, that's good.

Amber: Yeah.

Michael: Come on. Come on.

Amber: Kevin thinks that he's Tom. He also thought Clint was Tom, too, back from the dead.

Michael: Kevin? What did Tom do to you?

Kevin: He put me in a closet. I hate--I hate it in there.

Michael: Did--did he give that to you?

Kevin: Don't be mad.

Michael: Listen... listen to me, I-I'm... I'm not mad at you.

Kevin: I didn't wanna steal from people.

Michael: 'Course you didn’t. You're a good boy.

Kevin: He's a bad father. He's a bad father.

Michael: He's very bad. We should punish him.

Jeff: Wha--what?

Michael: Any ideas?

Kevin: Yeah, we should put him in a closet.

Michael: Okay. Not any closets here. Besides, it's, uh... probably really... it's probably really not enough punishment for what he did to you.

Jeff: Look, kid, I think you got me mixed up with somebody else.

Michael: Really? You're not responsible for putting our mother in prison?

Jeff: Oh, yeah, I did do that.

Michael: (Grunts)

Jeff: Ow!

Michael: (Laughs) Oh! Oh, that felt really good! It really did. Oh, Kevin, go for it. (Laughs) Oh!

Kevin: Really?

Michael: Yeah.

Jeff: What the hell are you doing?

Michael: Go on. Yes, look. Here, give me the gun. Take a swing at him. Oh, show him who's boss.

Kevin: Okay.

Amber: Yeah, do it-- do it, Kevin!

Michael: (Laughs)

Jeff: You lay a hand on me, and I'll file charges.

Michael: Oh! He's--he's trying to intimidate us. Amber, go get the hot sauce. We're gonna put this guy in a coma.

Jeff: Your mother is gonna be furious.

(Coughs)

Michael: We'll be doing her a service. Have at him, little brother. Go get him. You teach Terrible Tom a lesson.

Jeff: Are you insane?

Michael: You're not gonna let him talk to us like that, are you?

Kevin: No. No.

Kay: Well, I can see you've done your homework, young lady. Focus group studies, market research, statistical analysis.

Mary Jane: All of it leading to one conclusion. In the minds of your customers, Jack Abbott and Jabot are inextricably linked.

Kay: (Chuckles) Unfortunately.

Mary Jane: No. No, it's a gift. Corporations will pay through the nose for this kind of name recognition.

Kay: But the publicity is-- it's all negative.

Mary Jane: Well, we can change that.

Kay: Oh?

Mary Jane: We'll just tell the story-- the man falsely accused, victimized by another's greed, suffering the rejections of family and friends. But ultimately, learning an invaluable lesson.

Kay: Could you tell that story a thousand times without getting tired of it, Jack?

Jack: I would jump at the chance.

Mary Jane: By the time I'm finished, your customers will be writing him letters of apology for ever believing the worst.

Kay: All right.

Jack: All right--what?

Kay: All right, what. All right. Um, as soon as I regain control of my shares, I will make you C.E.O. on one condition.

Jack: And what is that?

Kay: The first order of business-- you hire that lady.

Jack: Done.

Amber: Oh, my God! Oh, my God! I was so scared!

Daniel: Never out of my sight again, you hear me?

Amber: I don't want to.

Jana: Amber, what is going on in there?

Amber: Oh, my God. Michael--Michael's in there with Kevin. He's trying to get through to him.

Jana: What do you mean, get through?

Amber: Clint messed him up really, really bad. For--for some reason, he knew what Tom had done to him and he just started doing the same stuff, like putting him in the closet, yelling at him.

Jana: Oh, my God.

Amber: I know. It was just really sick and vicious.

Daniel: Did Kevin kill him?

Amber: I don't know. I don't know. He was dead when I got there.

Man: There they are!

Amber: But, you know, Kevin is not gonna believe that Clint is dead. Kevin thinks that Clint is Tom, back from hell. And now Kevin thinks that Jeff is Tom.

Jana: Amber, he needs me.

Amber: No, no, no, no, he is really unpredictable right now, okay?

Sloan: Amber Moore-- Amber Moore, you're under arrest for armed robbery.

Amber: No! No! What are you doing? No! And don't--don't go in there, whatever you do, okay? He's--he's with his brother, and--and he's gonna be able to bring him out.

Jana: Please don't frighten him. He's--he's been really traumatized.

Daniel: Yeah, just give Michael some time, okay?

Sloan: Michael? Do you mean the lawyer?

Daniel: It's his brother. Yes, and if anyone can talk him down, he can.

Michael: Think about Tom. Think about what he did to you.

Jeff: Wasn't me.

Michael: Think about the time you spent in that closet. Think about the names he called you. The beatings you took.

Jeff: Kid, come on.

Michael: Think about how he treated your mother. You gonna just let him walk away?

Kevin: No.

Jeff: Michael, I swear to God, if you don't stop this--

Michael: Listen to him, he's threatening us.

Kevin: You should do it. You should do it.

Michael: No. You don't need me. You're in control. He will never, ever touch you again, or anyone you love. He was wrong to hurt you. And you have got to punish him.

Jeff: Kid, you don't wanna do this.

Michael: If you ever wanna be safe, ever again, you do it.

Jeff: No. No, no, no, don’t. Don’t.

Michael: Do it.

Jeff: Don’t.

Michael: Do it.

Jeff: Ow!

Michael: Yes! That was for the closet, right? That was for the closet!

Kevin: Yeah.

Michael: What was that name he called you? What was that name he called you?

Kevin: He called me pissant.

Michael: That's good for two! Two! Two!

Jeff: Ow! Ow!

Michael: Yeah! He's never gonna do that again, is he? What else? What else?!

Kevin: He made you leave.

Michael: You get him. Get him!

Jeff: Oh! Ow!

Kevin: Aah!

Michael: Kevin, Kevin, no, no, no.

Kevin: (Panting)

Michael: No. No. No. Okay. Oh. You feel better now, huh?

Kevin: Yeah.

Michael: I thought so.

Kevin: Yeah. What do we do now?

Michael: We could kill him.

Karen: I can't believe you're doing this. Now is hardly the time.

Neil: Karen, now is absolutely the right time. Now let's say we do what you said, right? We--we go to counseling and we try to work through it. And then--and then, you suddenly decide that you-- you want out of the marriage.

Karen: No, I don't want out of this marriage. Do you?

Neil: No.

Karen: So we're committed. That's enough.

Neil: No, it's not. It's not enough. Not for Ana.

Karen: Honey, what are you worried about? I mean, are you worried about Tyra and me getting along? I'll get over it. I'll get past it. I'll work it out. It was just a kiss! It was a--just a stupid kiss! Right?

Neil: Oh, Karen.

Karen: Neil? Neil?!

(Sobs)

Neil: I'm so sorry.

Karen: What?! Oh, my God.

(Doorbell rings)

Kevin: Where's my gun? Where's my gun?

Michael: You don't need it.

Kevin: But you said-- you said--you said I should kill him, didn't you?

Michael: Uh--uh, no, that's not what I said. Uh... I said you could kill him. Is that what you wanna do?

Kevin: Uh... I don't know.

Michael: Will it make you feel safer?

Kevin: He comes back.

Michael: The thing is, if we kill him, you go to jail.

Kevin: I've been in jail before.

Michael: I remember. Didn't much like it.

Kevin: No. No, it's just like being in the closet.

Michael: So... if we kill him, it's kinda like he wins. You end up in the closet forever. It's your choice. It's up to you, Kevin. What do you say?

Kevin: I don't-- I don't wanna kill him.

Michael: It's okay. It's okay. Oh, it's okay. We'll just... we'll figure out another way out of this.

Sloan: Kevin Fisher, you're surrounded by law enforcement. Come out with your hands in the air!

Kevin: Michael? Michael?

Michael: Hey, hey, no, it's--just time to go home.

Kevin: No. No, you can't let them take me.

Jana: Let me try. I'm his wife. I'm his wife.

Sloan: I have hostages in there.

Amber: They're not hostages.

(Helicopter approaching)

Sloan: What the hell? Oh!

Daniel: It's the Newman helicopter.

Sloan: Is this-- is this Baldwin’s doing?

Daniel: I don't think so.

Sloan: What the hell's going on in there?

Amber: Gloria?

Sloan: Come in.

Gloria: Daniel! Daniel! Where's Kevin?

Daniel: He's inside!

Gloria: And Michael and Jeffrey?

Jana: They're-- they're in there with him!

Kevin: The police?

Michael: It's all right.

Kevin: No. No, they're gonna put me in jail!

Michael: No, just for a little while. I'll get you out.

Kevin: No. No.

Michael: I will. I will. Trust me. You can trust me.

Kevin: No, you left me! And you never came back!

Michael: Look, I was just a kid. Kevin, I didn't know how to stop Tom.

Kevin: Why didn't you take me with you?

Michael: I wish to God I had!

Kevin: It's because I'm stupid. I'm stupid. And I'm more trouble than--

Michael: No! Stop it! Look, you were a great kid. You're a great kid. I loved you. I didn't know how to help you then. I do now. And I'm never gonna leave you again!

Kevin: No, no, they're gonna lock you out.

Michael: No, they might try, but I'll keep coming back and back and back. I'll never give up. I'm taking you with me this time, Kevin.

Kevin: I waited for you.

Michael: I know. I know. Kevin... I promise I won't let you down again.

Neil: Hey, listen, I'm gonna tell Mrs. Harris there was a family emergency or something.

Karen: No, you let her in.

Neil: Have you looked at yourself? You don't look like you should--

Karen: Honey, look, we blow this now, and they're gonna take Ana away. Is that what you want?

Neil: No.

Karen: Then for the next ten minutes, you are gonna step up and be the man that I married. The man I thought I married.

Jack: I gotta say, you were amazing back there.

Mary Jane: Oh, well, when you believe in what you're selling...

Jack: And you back it up with data. Where on earth did you get all that research?

Mary Jane: Oh, I can't give away all my secrets.

Jack: You haven't given away one of your secrets.

Mary Jane: Are you complaining?

Jack: No, I'm not. I'm happy things are going according to plan.

Mary Jane: So am I.

Victor: Katherine, I'm so glad to see you back where you belong.

Kay: (Chuckles) Well, my dear, I wouldn't be, if you hadn't convinced Jill to let us exhume Marge’s body.

Victor: Well, I'd help you anytime, anywhere. Was that Jack Abbott leaving as I arrived?

Kay: Yeah, sure.

Victor: Oh. Did he want his old job back at Jabot?

Kay: Oh, come on, now everything's fine. You know Jack, he's single-minded.

Victor: Well, that's one way of putting it. What did you say to him?

Kay: I promised to hire him.

Victor: You did?

Kay: I did. Well, come on, you know and I know his personal flaws, but, oh, Victor, he’s... he's a hell of a businessman.

Victor: But, Sweetheart, you and I know he has a cloud of scandal hanging over his head.

Kay: Well, there's a way to deal with that. Now, he found this woman P.R. consultant, who has tremendous ideas. I think it's all gonna be fine.

Victor: If you say so. Katherine, I gotta go.

Kay: Oh, sorry to hear that. Oh, so good to see you. So good to see you, Victor.

Victor: Nice to see you. Okay, you take care of yourself.

Kay: I'll do it.

Victor: I'm so happy to see you back home.

Kay: Thank you.

Victor: (Thinking) That's well done, Mary Jane. Very well done, indeed.

Michael: Hello? Hey! All right. We're coming out. We're--we're not armed. Ready?

Kevin: You... you're not gonna leave me?

Michael: Where am I gonna go? Come on. I'm right here. I'm by your side. Let's go.

Sloan: Hands up!

Michael: All right, do what he says. Do what he says.

Sloan: Hands up!

Michael: Do what he says. There you go. Okay, we're coming. Take it easy. It's okay. Good. You're doing great. Doing great. All right. All right, we're not armed. Relax. We're fine. Okay. Okay. See, look, you're doing great. There's Jana.

Kevin: What? Where? Where?

Man: He's reaching! Go! Go! Go!

Amber: Stop! Kevin!

(All shouting at once)

Kevin: Let me go. Michael?! Get off me! Help me! Don't leave me alone! Help!

Michael: Kevin!

Kevin: Michael! Michael!

(All shouting at once)

Sloan: Step back! Hey!

Michael: Kevin! Kevin!

Jana: Please let him go!

Michael: Listen-- listen to me!

Gloria: Jeffrey?

Jeff: Ah.

Gloria: Oh, my God! What happened to you?

Jeff: The kid thought I was Tom.

Gloria: Kevin did this to you?

Jeff: Yeah. Well, I let him. I mean, he had to get it off his chest.

Amber: Kevin? Kevin, we're safe. No one got hurt. That's all that matters. Kevin? Are you mad at me? Something's wrong.

Michael: Kevin, I'm here. I didn't leave. Kevin? Kevin, it's all right. We're going home. You understand? It's okay. You're safe. Kevin? Kevin? Kevin?

Next on "The Young and the Restless"...

Cane: I would like to push forward with the custody issue, please.

Lily: You just can't let it go, can you?

Devon: I asked him if he was in love with you.

Tyra: And what did he say?

Chloe: I saw you with Mac last night. I'm sorry, but you seemed a bit different, Billy.
