Jill: Well, I came to see you, of course. May I come in? 3E91FBFF.JPG

Billy: Sure.

Jill: Wow. Looks like you've really settled in. I love what you've done with

Billy: Mom?

Jill: What?

Billy: Aren't you gonna say hello to mac?

Jill: Hello, mackenzie.

M abbott.

Jill: Billy, I'm not gonna stay very long. I just, um, is there someplace we could talk?

Billy: What's wrong with right here?

Jill: Well, I meant alone.

Billy: Whatever you have to say, mom, you can say

f front of mac.

Jill: Okay. I want to apologize for what happened earlier. Things got very unpleasant, and I know we both said some things we regret. 3E91FC2D.JPG

Billy: I stand by everything iaiaid.

Jill: Oh. Well, then, for my part--

Billy: Look, mom, before you go on, there's something you should know.

Raul: Hey, chief.

J.T.: Where the hell you been, man?

Raul: At school. Buh h of us got together after class to go through some notes. It's the first time in a long time I'm caught up on my reading.

J.T.: What's that feel like?

Raul: This place is dead, man.

J.T.: Yeah, well, you should have been here, like, ten minutes ago. It was crazy, and I was here by myself, thanks. 3E91FC60.JPG

Raul: I'm sorry I'm late.

J.T.: Yeah, well, whatever. Considering what lauren pays us, I shouldn't complain. I just wish she'd consider hiring somebody else.

Raul: It's only temporary, okay?

J.T.: Yeah, that's what she said, like, a month ago. You know, "we all gotta pitch in and do some extra work till britt gets back." Yeah, like I don't have a life outside t this place.

Raul: Gee, J.T., I'm so sorry that you've been inconvenienced.

J.T.: Look, all I'm saying--

Raul: Yeah, I know exactly what you're saying. Who cares if I'm going through hell, right? The only thing we should be concerned is how this is affecting you, right?

J.T.: Would you calm down? Seriously, man, all I'm saying is I'm tired of working overtime. Look, I'm sure you can say the same thing. It's frustrating. 3E91FC85.JPG

Raul: I could use a little down time. Listen, I'm sorry for biting your head off, all right? I'm just a little tense.

J.T.: Yeah, well, I'd be tense, too, if my girlfriend was running around alone out there pregnant with my kid. Better believe I'd be freaking out.

Raul: Brittany only said she might be pregnant.

J.T.: Yeah, well, it doesn't take much to figure out for sure.

Raul: Well, whether she's pregnant or not, I just wish she'd get home already.

Nick: Cassie, it's daddy. Can you hear me?

Victoria: Give us a sign, sweetheart, any sign that you can hear us. 3E91FCB2.JPG

Nick: Well, that tear has to mean something, right?

Nikki: We're all here for you, baby. We love you so much.

Victor: Now how do we find out if she really responded?

Noah: I know. I could feed her some ice cream. She likes that.

Nikki: Yay! That's a great idea.

Nick: That's a good idea, buddy.

Nikki: Let's get that.

Nick: Come on, sweetheart.

Paul: Isabella? I'm home.

Isabella: Hi.

Paul: Hi there, beautiful.

Isabella: Haven't heard that in a while.

Paul: Well, I'm just... telling it like it is.

Isabella: Well, then I won't argue. 3E91FD1A.JPG

Paul: Good.

Isabella: I wasn't sure what to do about dinner.

Paul: Well, why don't we relax first? We could always think about that later.

Isabella: Okay.

Paul: So, um, ricky asleep?

Isabella: No, he's playing. He's occupied.

Paul: Hmm. Perfect.

Isabella: Well, I don't have to ask what's on your mind.

Paul: No, I guess you don'T. Come on.

Paul: What is it?

Isabella: Paul, I want this. I want to feel close to you again. I just...

Paul: What?

Isabella: There's been something on my mind since last night, and I just-- I want to clear the air. 3E91FD5B.JPG

Chantal: Christine! Welcome back. Gosh, it's great to see you.

Chris: It's great to see you, too.

Chantal: Some of these messages are really old.

Chris: Yeah. Um, I'm not here to work.

Chantal: Oh. I thought--

Chris: Would you believe that I haven't even done my taxes? I just came by to grab some files. I'm gonna head home and fire up that calculator.

Chantal: Gee, I'm sorry to hear it.

Chris: That I'm down to the wire?

Chantal: No. Well, I was hoping you were coming back to work.

Chris: Yeah, well, right now I'm just kind of panicking a little bit. 3E91FD7B.JPG

Michael: Hey, that sounds like a sorry excuse.

Chris: I thought you had court.

Michael: I am swamped. I had to get a continuance. Uh, listen, you got a moment? I'd like to talk to you about something.

Chris: Okay.

Michael: I couldn't help overhearing you and chantal out there.

Chris: Oh, that I'm living in fear of the I.R.S.?

Michael: That might've worked on chantal.

Chris: If you're gonna start pressuring me to come back--

Michael: It's time. It's time, christine.

Chris: Michael, I'm not ready, okay? And don't even try to talk me into it. Good afternoon. The edmonton public school board is being accused of not sspending it's money wisely. An audit was done on the board's books - and the learning minister says it could save millions without hurting kid's education.+++And oiler's fever is already building in the city of champions - as the oilers get set to take on dallas...again. 3E91FDBB.JPG

Fans are already camping out to get playoff tickets...+++ we'll show you the hype tonight on global news at six. K

Marissa: And he's, like, moving to norway for a year in two weeks. And he wants to see me again before he goes. Yeah, I don't think so.

Lynne: Well, why not? He sounds like the perfect guy-- here today, gone tomorrow.

Marissa: Kidding, right?

Lynne: Only half.

Marissa: I don't care. I'm not that interested anyway.

Lynne: Marissa, you are so picky.

Marissa: Me? What about you? There's only one man in the world good enough for you, and he's taken.

Lynne: Temporarily.

Marissa: You don't inink that marriage is gonna last? 3E91FE80.JPG

Lynne: Isabella can't hold onto paul, not for long.

Marissa: Well, don't forget, chris is in town.

Lynne: So?

Marissa: So you're gonna have to get in line.

Lynne: You know what? I don't know how many times I have to tell you this--

Marissa: I know. I know. You think paul and christine belong together.

Lynne: That's the only way those two will ever be happy.

Marissa: Have they even seen each other since she got back?

Lynne: Oh, my god, they can't seem to stay away from each other.

Marissa: I don't know why you don't just telmeme why chris went away in the first place.

Lynne: Because it's a really long story. 3E91FEA4.JPG

Marissa: Was it michael's fault?

Lynne: I'm not talking.

Marissa: Okay. His behavior at the christening was pretty awful. But it's not really enough to drive someone away for months.

Lynne: You know what? You have all the answers. Why ask me?

Marissa: I hate it when you do that. It had to be about michael. I mean, that guy is too creepy.

Lynne: That hit it right on the head. I agree.

Marissa: Do youtitill think there's a connection between him and isabella?

Lynne: Absolutely. I just can't prove it, though.

Marissa: There must be something. 3E91FEC5.JPG

Lynne: You know, I'm working on it. I just don't have any clues at the moment.

Lauren: So is this a private conspiracy, or can anyone join? Hi, girls! Miss me?

Jill: "Something I should know"? This sounds important.

Billy: It is. Think you should sit down.

Jill: No, I think I'd rather stand.

Billy: Suit yourself.

Billy: What I have to tell you is--

Jill: Before you tell me this, though, could I say something, please? Billy, I hope you know that I meant what I said before. I do apologize for what happened at the house earlier, and I realize you stand by your comments, and that's fine. I'm not looking for an apology in return. It's just that things did get out of hand, and I regret it. 3E91FEFD.JPG

Billy: Thanks. Appreciate that. I shouldn't have lost my temper.

Jill: I know you think I'm a meddling mother.

Billy: It is frustrating, mom. After all this time, you still refuse to accept my relationship with mackenzie, and she is a huge part of my life.

Jill: Darling, I hope you know that I just have your best interests at heart.

Billy: Being with mac is in my best interest, mom. I love her.

Jill: I know. I know. But you are too young for a serious relationship.

Billy: Who says? I know plenty of kids my age who have relationships.

Jill: I don't care about other kids, billy. I care about you, darling, and your main focus should be on higher education. Now look, you've already given up brown university, and you have given up northwestern, two of the best schools in the whole country. 3E91FF2A.JPG

Billy: We have a right to change our minds.

Jill: Yes, you do. And I have a right--in fact, I have a responsibility-- to tell you when I think you're making a bad decision, one that's gonna affect the whole rest of your life.

Billy: It isn't like we dropped out of school.

Jill: Yes, but genoa city university is not the same caliber as these other--

Billy: Why are we even having this conversation? Mom, it's pointless. My life is here now. It's not in rhode island.

Jill: You're right. You're right. You're right. What's done is done. And I know that you are going to accomplish great things at G.C.U. If you apply yourself. And the same goes for you, mackenzie. 3E91FF4B.JPG

Mac: Me?

Jill: Yes. Your top priority should be your studies.

Billy: Mom...

Jill: Neither one of you needs the distraction of a relationship while you're trying to deal with the stress of getting educated. All right, you're in college now, but there may be grad school after. And even though you're just freshmen, it's not gonna be too long before you're dealing with careers. Now come on, do you really want to make a decision that you're gonna regret?

J.T.: You still haven't heard from brittany?

Raul: Nope.

J.T.: That's rough, man.

Raul: Well, at least I've stopped checking my e-mails every ten minutes. 3E91FF74.JPG

J.T.: You know, brittany's always been a weird chick, but I never would've thought she'd disappear like this. You know, you think you know a person, right?

Raul: Yeah. That's what I said to mac.

J.T.: Bet that girl's breathing a sigh of relief right now.

Raul: What do you mean?

J.T.: Well, you know, I mean, her and billy aren't having sex. She doesn't have to worry about getting knocked up.

Raul: Yeah. I think she had the right idea-- wait until she's married.

J.T.: I wouldn'gogo that far.

Raul: I'm serious, man. Look at what billy and her have going. They're as close as two people can ever get. Their futures are wide open. They can do anything they want. Heck, me, by this time next year, I could be changing diapers. 3E91FF9E.JPG

J.T.: So what are saying?

Raul: Never mind.

J.T.: No. Tell me, raul. Say you could do this all over again. You saying you wouldn't have slept with brittany?

Raul: I'm telling you that I'd have gone more slowly. Sex complicates everything. It creates... expectations. Or at least, it did for me.

J.T.: But not for brittany?

Raul: Well, I thought we were closer than what we obviously were. What? Come on, let's hear it.

J.T.: What are you talking about?

Raul: I'm sure you're dying to say some kind of smart remark.

J.T.: Come on, man. Not too long ago, I probably would have. I mean, sex was never really complicated for me. Man, have things changed. 3E9200D0.JPG

Paul: All right, you want to clear the air about what?

Isabella: Last night. Things got pretty tense.

Paul: You mean when we were talking about kelly simmons?

I isabella: You mean christine, right?

Paul: What?

Isabella: After you left last night, I went to michael's office. I had a final check for him, for his time in uncovering the fact that kelly was a fraud.

Paul: Oh, isabella--

Isabella: Paul, it turns out she was that and more. Michael told me that your ex-wife has been going around masquerading as kelly the entire time. Now you can imagine how blown away I was. And then I started thinking about all the questions you were firing at me about kelly. And I couldn't help wondering if you knew that she was christine. Did you know, paul? 3E920109.JPG

Michael: Sorry, christine, that just ain't gonna fly.

Chris: Excuse me?

Michael: Look, I have been carrying the whole load around here for months now. I have a partner. I want her back.

Chris: I'll be back when I'm ready, and not a moment sooner.

Michael: That's not a luxury you have, my dear.

Chris: Says who?

Michael: You really don't care that I've been working myself into an early grave?

Chris: Aw, cue the violins.

Michael: I'm serious.

Chris: So am I.

Michael: Look, is that your name out there on the wall, or isn't it?

Chris: Michael, you're not going to bully me into this. 3E920129.JPG

Michael: Okay. I tried guilt. That didn't work. Let's see... let me appeal to your sense of adventure.

Chris: How are you gonna do that?

Michael: Well, we've got some great stuff going on. It's tremendous. It's incredible as hell. I just can't handle it all by myself.

Chris: You'll find a way.

Michael: What if I sue?

Chantal: Sorry.

Michael: That's okay, chantal. What's up?

Chantal: Mrs. Callahan called. I told her you were in conference.

Michael: Oh, yeah. Well, all right, we do owe her an answer, huh? 3E920150.JPG

Chantal: I feel so sorry for her. I didn't know what to tell her.

Michael: I know. I know. This case will really tear your heart out.

Noah: It's chocolate. You ate it before. I know you're hungry. Please, cassie, eat it for me. See? She likes it. I told ya.

Nick: Yeah. You told us, all right.

Nikki: My god. This is a miracle.

Nick: Could you please call dr. Walker, let him know what's going on?

Nurse: Oh, of course, mr. Newman.

Nick: So ice cream was the trick, huh? You're a pretty smart little brother.

Noah: I love you, cassie. 3E920189.JPG

Nikki: Hey! I think you got a little smile out of her.

Victoria: Why don't we put some music on? Why don't we put something on that she really likes to hear, listen to.

Nick: I don't know. I don't want to overwhelm her with too much, you know?

Victoria: No, no. I think that if she's coming around, we should do something that will keep her involved.

Victor: I think your brother is right. Don't do anything right now until we have talked to dr. Walker. We don't want to make any mistakes, all right?

Lynne: Actually, lauren, this was a private conversation.

Lauren: Oh. I'll leave in a minute. So, marissa, how are you? 3E920231.JPG

Marissa: Fine, more or less.

Lauren: Good. I haven't seen paul in a while.

Lynne: Oh, I'm sure he's missed you, too.

Lauren: I'm sure he has. So any word on christine?

Marissa: She's back in genoa city.

Lauren: Really. Hmm. Well, I hope she made a beeline for michael. Did she?

Lynne: Don't ask me.

Lauren: Lynne, come on. Don't you have one of those sateltite things that you're tracking her on?

Lynne: I didn't say I didn't know. I said don't ask me.

Lauren: Marissa?

Marissa: You're friends with michael. Ask him yourself.

Lauren: Mmm. I'm not so sure I would call myself a friend. 3E92025D.JPG

Marissa: But you're hoping he and christine will make it to the altar.

Lauren: Well, don't you think that that would be best for everyone involved? Sorry, lynne. You're living in the past.

Lynne: You have no clue.

Lauren: Don't I? What paul and christine had was a beautiful thing, but it's over. What paul and isabella have is a beautiful thing named ricky.

Lynne: If you think children can hold people together, you need to look at the statistics, lauren.

Lauren: I see. So you're wishing a broken home on this poor, little kid?

Lynne: Of course I'm not. You know, I'm sitting here. I'm trying to have a little conversation and a cup of coffee. 3E920281.JPG

Lauren: Oh, you know, I really don't want to spoil your day. But I happen to know that you will do everything you can to get your boss and his ex back together.

Lynne: Which is a bad thing?

Lauren: Exactly.

Lynne: In your opinion.

Lauren: Yes! Please, don't you realize that all you're doing is putting off the inevitable process of paul and christine finally getting over each other?

Lynne: You seem to think that I have some special power, that I can make things happen. Well, I tried, and last time I checked, paul and isabella were still married.

Lauren: And you believe that will stay as it is?

Lynne: Why wouldn't it?

Lauren: So while we're looking in your crystal ball, what do you think about christine and michael? You think there's a wedding in their future? 3E9202AB.JPG

Marissa: Yeah, right.

Lauren: Really.

Lynne: It's not gonna happen.

Lauren: Well, michael's a pretty persuasive guy, and he happens to love christine a lot.

Lynne: Doesn't matter. Christine is way too smart for him.

Marissa: But now michael and isabella, that I could see.

Lynne: Well, you know, they'd be made for each other, absolutely.

Marissa: Why can't things ever turn out the way that they're supposed to?

Lauren: You guys gotta be kidding. I mean, if they were ever gonna be together, that would have happened a long time ago.

Lynne: Well, they dated once for a little while.

Lauren: No, I mean a long, long time ago. 3E9202D0.JPG

Lynne: What are you saying?

Lauren: Well, those two go way back. I mean, if there was ever gonna be any chemistry... what? What did I say?

Isabella: When you were asking me all those questions, did you know kelly was christine in disguise?

Paul: Yes. Yes, I've known for a while.Isabella: Why, paul? Why wouldn't you tell me?

Paul: I was going to.

Isabella: But you didn'T.

Paul: The way it happened, no.

Isabella: Meaning what?

Paul: Just the way the conversation went.

Isabella: The conversation was you badgering me about a woman you knew didn't exist. Why would you do that? What were you trying to prove? 3E920305.JPG

Isabella: I was right. You're suspicious of me, aren't you? That's where you went last night, straight to christine's to compare notes.

Paul: You know, there are things about this whole mess I still don't get.

Isabella: Which mess are we talking about? There have been so many.

Paul: You and kelly, or chris, if you will. I didn't understand then, and I don't understand now.

Isabella: Well, then ask me, paul. Ask me. Let me have a chance to put your mind at rest.

Chantal: You wouldn't believe that jerk she's dealing with.

Michael: What? Who, gilardi? What'd he do now? 3E92032B.JPG

Chantal: Threatened to garnisherer wages.

Michael: Oh, that ass! That's preposterous. What an idiot.

Chantal: Mrs. Callahan said-- look, maybe I shouldn't get into all this.

Chris: No, no. What's this all about?

Michael: Funeral home. A chain, actually-- one of the biggest.

Chantal: Kroehner. Those people are vampires.

Michael: Yeah. A woman's husband was killed, a tragic accident. And they sold her a funeral.

Chantal: You mean a bill of goods.

Michael: Mrs. Callahan put $22 on the table-- everything she had in her purse, and she was told that she had 18 months to settle their account.Chris: Told. 3E920352.JPG

Michael: Yeah. Told. Nothing in writing. So now they're trying to strong-arm her into paying up. And we're talking thousands of dollars. That's money the family doesn't have.

Chantal: I think it's shameful. The poor woman was grief-stricken. It's like they're preying on her.

Michael: I know. That's exactly what they do. This is that company's M.O. They lure their bereaved clients into purchasing these elaborate funerals, often things that they could never afford, only to use the e high-powered collection techniques on 'em. You know, they give the industry a bad name. I would love to hit them with a class action suit. That'll show 'em. 3E920374.JPG

Chantal: Right now I'm worried about mrs. Callahan. The poor thing is terrified, doesn't know where else to turn.

Michael: Look, chantal, I know, I know. But there's nothing--

Chris: You would handle this pro bono?

Michael: Well, of course, absolutely. It wouldn't take that much time--something with our letterhead on it, a few well-aimed phone calls.

Chris: What about legal aid?

Chantal: She went there first. They have this huge backlog. Meanwhile, kroehner keeps harassing her. Oh, michael, please--

Michael: Oh, chantal, chantal, stop it.

Chantal: I feel so bad for her. 3E920390.JPG

Michael: Look, I know, this is heartbreaking. I wish I could do this. But I have clients that have already given me money, and they expect something for that money. And you know what I'm talking about-- court dates, obligations. There are only 24 hours in the day. Now you have to call the woman up. Tell her I'm sorry, we can't do it.

Chantal: I understand. I'll let her know.

Chris: Wait. Okay. All right, you win.

Michael: What?

Chris: I know what you're doing. I'm being yanked around. You know I can't let a case like this walk out the door. 3E9203B3.JPG

Chantal: Does this mean...

Chris: Yeah. Consider me back at work. You proud of yourself? You're looking live at edmonton from our skytracker atop manulife placegood afternoon. I'm lesley macdonald. There's another discovery in iraq involving what officials say could be chemical weapons. And the presence of U.S.-Led coalition troops in baghdad became more obvious today. The allied forces took control of a presidential palace with no resistance.Plus...shania twain wins three trophies and the hearts of hockey fans as host of the juno awards last night.

We'll have the hilites...

Victoria: All right. Thank you very much.

Victor: So dr. Walker says music is all right? 3E9204D1.JPG

Victoria: Yeah. He says we should do anything that she might connect with.

Nikki: Great.

Victor: Well, nicholas, does cassie have a favorite song?

Nick: You know, I don't know.

Nikki: Hey, I'll bet noah knows her favorite music.

Victor: Yeah.

Nick: Hey, why don't you go up to cassie's room and get her favorite cds, okay?

Noah: Okay, daddy.

Nikki: Great.

Victoria: I'll go with you.

Nick: How you doing, sweetheart? I wish you'd give us some sign.

Nick: Oh, my god. You're squeezing my hand.

Nikki: Oh, my god.

Nick: Yeah. That's good.

Billy: Mom, I know you won't believe this, but my relationship with mac isn't holding me back. Being with her makes me happy. 3E920512.JPG

Jill: Billy, listen to me--

Billy: You want me to be miserable or something?

Jill: Of course I don't want you to be miserable. I want you to realize that what you're doing right now is gonna shape the rest of your life. U u have tremendous opportunities. I didn't have those choices when I was young. I had to go to work and support my family, but you could do anything. You could be anybody. It kills me that you've already given up the chance to go to two of the best colleges in the whole country, just because you couldn't wait a couple years to be together!

Billy: That's enough.

Jill: I know you don't want to hear this, billy. I've gotta say it. 3E920535.JPG

Billy: Damn it, stop it, mom! I'm sick of this. You keep going on and on about how worried you are about the choices that I'm making. But let's be honest. This isn't about me. It's about you, how you think I should run my life.

Jill: No, it is about you.

Billy: What exactly is it that mac and I are doing that's so wrong, huh? We're going to college. We're getting good grades. We'rholding down part-time jobs. No, we don't have our whole futures planned out. We can't predict what's gonna happen down the road. But we'll take it day by day, and if a tough decision comes along, we'll make it together. 3E920551.JPG

Jill: My god, look at what you've already sacrificed to be together!

Billy: I'm not sacrificing anything. Neither is mac. We're old enough to run our own lives now, and this is what we want. Why can't you just accept it?

Jl:L: Maybe because I've lived so much longer than you. Maybe because I know how hard it is to make relationships work. Most of them don't survive, and particularly with people your age.

Billy: Well, this one will.

Jill: Aw, billy, you don't know that.

Billy: Yes, I do, mom! I asked mac to marry me, and she said yes.

Raul: I take it we're no longer talking about brittany and me. Something going on with you and colleen? 3E920579.JPG

J.T.: More like what isn't going on.

Raul: You mean sex.

J.T.: As in we're still not having any.

Raul: Well, that's a good thing, right, J.T.?

J.T.: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's a line we can't cross. I know that.

Raul: Listen, you knew what you were getting yourself into.

J.T.: Guess that's what I get for being so mature. You may be right about mac and billy. I mean, maybe the reason that they've lasted so long is 'cause they waited. I mean, it's true what you said. Sex does complicate things.

Raul: Well, know billy wouldn't mind speeding things up a little bit. 3E9205A1.JPG

J.T.: Yeah, but mac wants to hold off. Billy respects that. I mean, that's what you're supposed to do, right, respect what the person wants?

Raul: Yeah, like what you're doing with colleen.

J.T.: Actually...

Raul: What?

J.T.: That's kind of the other way around.

Raul: What, you're saying that she's the one who wants--

J.T.: Yeah.

Raul: And you're the one who didn't--

J.T.: Mm-hmm.

Raul: Wow.

J.T.: Yeah, "wow" about sums it up. God, I never would have thought I'd compare myself to abbott, but here we both are waiting patiently... or in my case, not so patiently. 3E9205CB.JPG

Raul: Wel don't worry about it. Far as I know, waiting has never killed anybody.

Lynne: Michael and isabella go way back?

Lauren: And suddenly I regret mentioning it.

Lynne: Oh, no. I'm just surprised, that's all. I mean, they made a cute couple. I actually never understood why isabella didn't choose michael.

Lauren: Hmm, do you think because ricky is paul's child and not michael's? Do you think that had something to do with it?

Lynne: I guess it must have.

Lauren: Well, yes, it did.

Marissa: So they're old friends, huh? God, who'd have guessed that?

Lauren: I'm not so sure I would say friends, but they were definitely acquainted before isabella came to genoa city. Well, okay, I'm gonna go.

Lynne: Just curious, lauren. How do you know all this? 3E9206DD.JPG

Lauren: I overheard ricardo braŅa. Now he was a nice man. I really liked him.

Marissa: Yeah, he was nice.

Lynne: You overheard ricardo braŅa...

Lauren: Yes, at the christening. Apparently, he was thanking michael for some legal casework. He came to isabella's aid. I didn't really hear the details, but apparently it happened a long time ago.

Marissa: Wow, what do you know?

Lauren: All right, now you two are not even thinking about trying to get isabella and michael together, are you?

Lynne: Oh, no way. Come on, how could we?Marissa: Really. I mean, like you said, lauren, michael's completely devoted to christine. 3E920701.JPG

Lauren: Yeah. All right, well, I really am leaving this time, but would you stay out of the whole christine thing? You're not doing anyone any favors by getting inlvlved, okay?

Lynne: I hear you.

Lauren: I hope so. Bye.

Lynne: Oh, my god!

Marissa: I can't believe it.

Lynne: This is it. This is the answer to my prayers.

Marissa: What do we do? She didn't give any details.

Lynne: We get on the phone, we call ricardo braŅa, we make an appointment, we sit down and we talk this over.

Marissa: But he's in los angeles.

Lynne: Well, I call him. You call the airlines. This is definitely worth a trip to the coast. If michael and isabella knew each other before she came to genoa city, then, marissa, everything I've suspected for so long is true. 3E92072B.JPG

Marissa: A connection.

Lynne: Yep. Let's go. Let's call from the road.

Paul: So do you have any idea why chris would show up in disguise?

Isabella: Pretending to be a parole officer? No, I don'T. Did you ask her about it?

Paul: Yes, I did.

Isabella: And?

Paul: She didn't want to get into it. She wants to put it all behind us.

Isabella: Paul, don't you?

Paul: Yes, isabella, dodo.

Isabella: Look, I know... I know we've both made mistakes. You know, when you came home last night I pretended to be asleep. There was so much spinning around in my head-- all the ways I've disappointed you, all the things I've done wrong. 3E92075B.JPG

Paul: Shh. Don'T. It's all right. It's over, all right?

Paul: It's over. Just lett t go.

Paul: We're gonna be okay. We really are.

Isabella: I love you so much.

Chantal: Christine, that's wonderful. Thank you.

Chris: Don't thank me. Just put the file on my desk, tell mrs. Callahan I'll call her shortly.

Michael: Ah, lawyer five!

Chantal: You got it.

Chris: (Sighs)

Michael: Don't be so grumpy.

Chris: I come in here for one minute to do my taxes, and you manipulate me shamelessly.

Michael: I did no such thing.

Chris: You expect me to believe that chantal just happened to have a dire need to talk to you about a case while I'm here? 3E9207A2.JPG

Michael: Totally unorchestrated.

Chris: Uh-huh, that'll be the day.

Michael: Maybe I did steer the conversation a little bit, just so you would get a grasp of the facts.

Chris: Uh-huh.

Michael: Look, don't blame me for your being such an old softy.

Chris: What am I gonna do with you? Ooh!

Michael: Come on, this is the kind of case you thrive on. I'm doing you a favor. Look, I'm bringing you back to life. I'm giving you a dose of what you like the best. Just don't be angry with me. Don't be angry.

Chris: On one condition. You do my taxes.

Michael: Oh! All right, I'll do that, and I will also provide other services like this. 3E9207CC.JPG

Chris: Oh!

Michael: Yeah. Come here. Oh, yeah.

Ready for turkey tuesday?

Jill: What are you talking about? Marriage? Are you out of your mind?!

Billy: Done deal, mom.

Jill: When did this happen?

Billy: This afternoon.

Jill: You mean after you left the house?

Billy: Yes. We haven't set a date yet, but we want it to beoooon. Right, mac?

Jill: And how long have you been planning this?

Billy: We've been talking about getting married since--

Jill: No, billy. When did you make the decision to propose?

Billy: What's that got to do with it?

Jill: It was today, wasn't it? Right after our fight. 3E9208B8.JPG

Billy: That's not important, mom.

Mac: This is what we both want, mrs. Abbott.

Jill: Oh, you're too young to know what you want.

Billy: Would you stop with that already? Look, we've made our decision. I hope I can get your blessing, but if I can't, if you don't want to be a part of the wedding, fine with me.

Jill: Oh, for god's sake, billy, there isn't going to be any wedding.

Billy: Mom, are you listening?

Jill: Yes, I'm listening. You're doing this 'cause you're angry at me. You're doing this 'cause of the things I said about her.

Billy: That's not what this is about.

Jill: Did billy tell you about our argument? 3E9208D3.JPG

Mac: He mentioned it.

Jill: He was very emotional when he left the house. I think you should know the state he was in when he asked you to marry him.

Mac: Billy proposed to me because he loves me as much as I love him.

Jill: Mackenzie, I have been a girl of your age, all right? I know that a wedding and a marriage seems very romantic. But the truth is, this is serious lifelong commitment. It is not a fairy tale. Now if he can't see what a huge mistake this is, please tell me you can. Please tell me you see how ludicrous this is.

Mac: Billy and i are adults, jill. This is what we want. We're getting married whether you like it or not. 3E9208FF.JPG

Jill: We'll see about that.

Billy: Mom, I think you should go.

Billy: Now!

Jill: Billy, the only way that this wedding will ever take place is over my dead body.

Nick: Sweetheart, I know you can hear me.

Nick: I'm sure this must be confusing for you. I don't know what you remember or if you remember anything at all. But you've been sick. You've been very sick. And we weren't sure if you were gonna pull through or not.

Victoria: We all love you, honey, especially your daddy. He's been real worried about you.

Nick: Oh, that's true. That's true. My world would be empty without you. 3E92096D.JPG

Cassie: Daddy?

Nick: Yes. Yes, it's daddy. Come here. Oh, you don't know how long I've waited to hear you say that, to feel you hug me. I love you so much.

Cassie: Where's mom?

Reese: Thank you.

Nick: Hey.

Reese: Well, well, well, would you look at this? Cassie's back. Well, let's find out how you're doing, huh? Just right here, honey. Ler.
