Raul: I can't believe this.

Rianna: I am so sorry.

Raul: For what, sleeping with J.T.?

Rianna: It's the biggest mistake of my life. What will this do to us? Are you angry?

Raul: Should I be?

Rianna: I don't know.

Raul: You two were going out. We hardly knew each other. If you wanted to have sex with the guy --

Rianna: I didn't want to. Well, I thought I did. J.T. said things and I believed him.

Raul: So you slept with the guy?

Rianna: I gave him what he wanted. I didn't think about myself. It was too late.

Raul: That son of a bitch!

Rianna: Please don't. It's over. Raul, I learned something.

Raul: What?

Rianna: Not to give it away. It's gone forever.

Raul: That's why you're so uptight around J.T.

Rianna: I guess he still gets to me.

Raul: Oh, great. Rianna, that is just great!

Billy: J.T. was telling the truth?

Mackenzie: Raul doesn't know everything that happened between J.T. and Rianna.

Billy: They broke up so long ago. What could be such a big deal?

Mackenzie: J.T. and Rianna slept together, Billy.

Billy: Mac, you know you can't believe a word J.T. says.

Mackenzie: Rianna told me.

Billy: They really did?

Mackenzie: Yeah.

Billy: When?

Mackenzie: Before they broke up.

Billy: That's typical J.T., score and dump.

Mackenzie: Billy, you're missing the point here. It was her first time. That's why J.T. is pushing Rianna's buttons.

Billy: I thought she loved Raul.

Mackenzie: She does.

Alex: I don't appreciate the way you're speaking to me.

Malcolm: Forgive my manners.

Alex: You seriously messed up. Taking Nate to a baseball game was a huge mistake. You knew you weren't allowed to go near him.

Malcolm: This is such nonsense.

Alex: Malcolm, you acted without thinking. I am trying to help minimize the damage.

Malcolm: Begging for a compromise? I don't think so. I will still win this thing. Neil, where'd you go? What, you talk to Olivia?

Neil: Yep.

Malcolm: Okay. What'd she say?

Neil: Malcolm, my brother, you are right. She was rethinking her position.

Malcolm: Now?

Neil: She's even more determined to keep you away from Nate.

Marissa: What happened?

Lynne: Paul canceled his trip.

Marissa: Why?

Lynne: I don't know. But I'm going to find out.

Paul: I'll deal with it later.

Lynne: Paul, I know it was difficult deciding to reach out to Chris. If you're having second thoughts --

Paul: Lynne, please.

Lynne: There's still time for you to make it to the airport.

Paul: I mean it.

Lynne: I don't understand.

Paul: Join the club. Neither do I.

Lynne: Will you talk about it?

Paul: No.

Lynne: I'll leave this on your desk. Divorce papers?

Paul: Now that you know, you can get out of here.

Lynne: Oh, Paul.

Paul: I'm not going to ask you again. Please.

Marissa: What is it?

Lynne: Marissa, you can't tell a soul. Chris has filed for divorce. I don't care what anyone says, this is all Isabella's fault.

Isabella: You want me to look into my heart?

Mary: Before you do something rash, Isabella, you need to know how you truly feel. Now I'm not trying to push you and Paul together.

Isabella: What are you doing, Mary?

Mary: I'm concerned about my son.

Isabella: You expect me to care for him.

Mary: Paul is going through such a difficult time now. You can be of such a great comfort to him.

Isabella: I'm sorry, Mary. I'm not interested in being a baby-sitter.

Mary: Isabella, Christine and Paul have been apart for quite some time now.

Isabella: All after sudden he decides to fly to Australia and save his marriage.

Mary: And he finds out she files for divorce. Can you even imagine what he's going through? He needs you. Surely you can remember what it was like when you first realized that your marriage was over. It is over, isn't it?

Raul: J.T. gets to you?!

Rianna: Not the way that you're thinking.

Raul: It's been over a year. You have been obsessed with him the whole time?

Rianna: Of course not. You're making way too much of this.

Raul: Am I?

Rianna: J.T. was my first. Big deal. I pretended it wasn't afterwards. I acted like it never happened. Mac and I talked and she forced me to deal with this. I promise it won't be an issue.

Raul: How can you say that?

Rianna: Because I have you. I don't want J.T.

Raul: Why didn't you tell me the truth?

Rianna: I didn't want to hurt you.

Raul: I'm sick of people keeping me in the dark for my own good.

Rianna: Raul, I'm sorry, but you have to understand where I'm coming from.

Raul: You had sex with J.T. Did you do it a lot? How many times?

Rianna: What's the point?

Raul: Did you love him?

Rianna: I thought I did. Raul, please don't do this. Please.

Raul: Leave me alone, Rianna.

Nicholas: Okay, Deborah. I'll see you tomorrow.

Sharon: Your secretary?

Nicholas: A guy can't be expected to go to work when he finds out his wife is pregnant. When I was on the phone all I wanted to do was scream out we're having another baby.

Sharon: Why didn't you?

Nicholas: I thought I would put it on the Newman website instead.

Sharon: Good idea. Seriously, how are we going to share the news?

Nicholas: I don't know. We can have a big party, tell everyone at once.

Sharon: Yes, except that we have to let Cassie and Noah know first.

Nicholas: Definitely, yeah. I wonder how they're going to feel.

Sharon: I think they're going to be excited, especially Cassie.

Nicholas: It's definitely going to change their lives.

Sharon: It's going to change all our lives.

Nicholas: Yep. So wifey, are there any cravings like chocolate ice cream, dill pickles, rice cakes?

Sharon: Yeah, I think there is one thing that I would like.

Nicholas: Name it.

Sharon: A kiss by my very, very sexy husband.

Malcolm: Olivia went off on me, huh?

Neil: She's not a happy camper.

Alex: All the more reason to speak to Baldwin.

Malcolm: Why are you so determined to talk to Baldwin? It's not like anything changed here.

Alex: People don't appreciate when you appreciate the law.

Malcolm: It's not like I broke the law. I wanted to take him to a lousy baseball game!

Neil: Calm down. Let her talk to Baldwin about visitation. Right now it's your best option.

Malcolm: To cave in?

Alex: To compromise.

Neil: You want to go all or nothing? You could lose everything.

Malcolm: When I win I get to spend a couple hours a month with my son?

Neil: It's better than not seeing him at all.

Alex: I'm not trying to scare you, but what you've done has seriously hurt your case. I want to do damage control before it's too late.

Neil: What do you say, bro?

Malcolm: Fine, go. Talk to Baldwin. Do what you got to do. I don't have a choice here, right?

Paul: Send him in.

Victor: Hello, Paul.

Paul: What can I do for you?

Victor: This is not about business.

Paul: Oh?

Victor: You and I have been friends for a while. I happen to know things aren't going well between you and Christine. I wonder if there's any way I can help.

Paul: Well, I appreciate the offer. But I really don't think there's anything anyone can do. But you're right, things have gotten worse.

Victor: I know.

Paul: You do?

Victor: I spoke to Christine.

Paul: When?

Victor: The other day when she was in town.

Billy: I can't believe it. J.T. and Rianna?

Mackenzie: They were going out.

Billy: The thought of that creep with his hands all over her. She must have been okay until J.T. started as member of the Glow by Jabot group.

Mackenzie: Could you please not get mad at me again? I had no idea about any of this.

Billy: They've been in the house for a long time.

Mackenzie: Do you think she told him?

Billy: She did drop the bomb.

Mackenzie: Maybe we should check on them.

Billy: They need their space.

Mackenzie: True, true.

Billy: They could be working things out as we speak.

Mackenzie: Right. Rianna, Rianna, what's wrong? What happened?

Nicholas: No more cravings?

Sharon: No. I'm satisfied for now.

Nicholas: Is there anything I can get you?

Sharon: No, honey, I'm okay. Really.

Nicholas: Come on. There must be something I can do for you. How about a cup of tea?

Sharon: Yeah, that sounds good. I think there's some on the stove.

Nicholas: All right, sweet. How far along are you?

Sharon: I'm not sure. I think just a few weeks.

Nicholas: That means the little grappler will be here early next year.

Sharon: Yeah, something like that.

Nicholas: There's only one way to find out.

Sharon: See the doctor.

Nicholas: You have to make an appointment anyway.

Sharon: I've been meaning to call. I was going to get some prenatal vitamins.

Nicholas: Well, allow me. With any luck, Dr. Thompson will be able to see us today.

Paul: You saw Chris here in Genoa City?

Victor: Yes, before she left for the airport. I spoke with her. She said she'd come to town --

Paul: Victor, you don't -- she's thousands of miles away in Australia.

Victor: Paul, I talked to your wife yesterday at Gina's. What are you talking about? You didn't know?

Paul: No. I never -- I never saw her. What else did she say?

Victor: That it was clear where you stand on your marriage.

Paul: How? I never even spoke with her. When did she arrive?

Victor: The night before.

Paul: You know, none of this makes any sense to me.

Victor: Obviously, I misinterpreted entirely what she said.

Paul: No, not necessarily. Obviously, she feels our marriage is over.

Victor: This is very strange. Christine did not contact you while she was here.

Paul: No.

Victor: These are divorce papers.

Paul: They came today.

Victor: Listen, do you think this was a giant misunderstanding? Do you want me to contact Christine?

Paul: No. No, I don't think there's anything that you could say that would make a difference.

Victor: I'm sorry, old boy. If there's any way I can help, you let me know.

Paul: I will, thanks.

Victor: You know I have to tell you. One of the reasons I came was when you live as long as I have rarely do you see couples that fit as well as you two. I'm sorry to see this happening. If you need anything, you call me.

Michael: What?

Chantal: Is it okay? Have you set a date for the Winters’s visitation hearing?

Michael: It's on my list that's getting longer by the moment.

Chantal: I know you have been busy with Christine away but isn't that good for the firm?

Michael: Oh, Miss Perez.

Alex: Do you have a moment, counselor?

Michael: As you can see, I'm --

Alex: It won't take long.

Michael: I assume this is about the Winters matter?

Alex: I am formally representing Mr. Winters.

Michael: What are you proposing?

Alex: A compromise.

Raul: You heard?

Billy: Rianna's pretty upset.

Raul: She's not the only one. She and J.T. slept together, man.

Billy: I know. Mac told me. So how are you holding up?

Raul: Like I could put my fist through a damn wall.

Billy: Raul, look, man, it's a drag, I know. But she and J.T. were dating --

Raul: Don't, Billy.

Billy: Things happen, man.

Raul: I'm not supposed to care?

Billy: I didn't say that. You've got to put it out of your head.

Raul: How?

Billy: Don't know.

Raul: I wished they broke up because Rianna didn't sleep with him. I don't want to imagine that. It's the last thing I want to do. I wish Rianna and I would be together, our first time.

Billy: It doesn't mean that it can't --

Raul: You have no idea what I'm going through.

Billy: Tell me.

Raul: I can't get the picture of those two out of my mind. It's driving me nuts.

Billy: You can't torture yourself, man.

Raul: I can't help it. It all makes sense now.

Billy: What?

Raul: Why Rianna's been losing it since J.T. joined the group.

Billy: I'm sorry about that, man.

Raul: Every time he gets near her, she freaks out. We have been together for over a year and she still gets weird around the guy.

Billy: It's her first time. She's probably not over it.

Raul: It means she's not over him.

Billy: Raul, you don't mean that.

Raul: It's the truth.

Billy: What are you saying? Are you thinking about breaking up with Rianna?

Isabella: I filed for divorce shortly after I came to Genoa City.

Mary: I see. I know you and your husband went through some difficult times.

Isabella: That's putting it mildly.

Mary: Even though it was inevitable, didn't it come as a shock realizing your marriage was over?

Isabella: What happened between James and me is completely different. I filed for divorce. Paul's been completely caught off guard.

Mary: I'm talking about feelings.

Isabella: The issue with Paul and Christine --

Mary: This is not just about Christine and Paul.

Isabella: There are other reasons I have to leave. I did things, Mary, things I'm not proud of.

Mary: Paul found out.

Isabella: And Paul's feelings changed. He denies it but I know I'm right.

Mary: My son does not tell a lie. Whatever he says I believe him.

Isabella: I don't know what to do.

Mary: I can understand how you feel you need to leave.

Isabella: I don't have a choice.

Mary: Before you do something you might regret, I urge you to please take some time to think things through.

Isabella: I can't stay here.

Mary: No, I understand that. But if you come with me, I know the perfect place.

Sharon: As you can see, Dr. Thompson, we're very surprised.

Dr. Thompson: You took a home pregnancy test.

Sharon: This morning. I know they're very accurate. I thought you should to a test.

Dr. Thompson: We'll do that.

Sharon: I wanted to see you early on. I did have problems during the end of my last pregnancy.

Dr. Thompson: You're wise. Every woman should start prenatal care the moment she learns she's pregnant.

Nicholas: That's why we're here.

Dr. Thompson: Sharon, put on a gown. I'll have the nurse take some blood. We'll confirm the pregnancy and check things out.

Sharon: Thank you, Dr. Thompson.

Dr. Thompson: I'll be back in a few minutes.

Malcolm: Neil, I blew it, man. I blew it. Like Alex said, judges don't like people who break the law. And technically, I did.

Neil: Yeah, but the there are extenuating circumstances.

Malcolm: Well, tell that to Olivia. Did Alex give you all the details? She found the tickets in my wallet and tried to talk me out of taking Nate to the game?

Neil: No dice?

Malcolm: She did get through to me.

Neil: What happened?

Malcolm: I thought Mamie could take him instead of me. Mamie left us alone so I could tell him.

Neil: You couldn't go through with it.

Malcolm: I haven't seen him that excited in months. I couldn't let him down.

Neil: That's totally understandable.

Malcolm: I'm an adult, man. I'm supposed to see the big picture. I didn't want to feel guilty so I took the easy way out. Look what I've done. Nate and I may never be able to see each other again.

Neil: It'll be okay, man.

Alex: Mr. Baldwin, I was hoping we could talk, just the two of us.

Olivia: Not on your life.

Alex: You're upset, Olivia. Michael and I would have a better chance of hammering out a deal if --

Olivia: I'm staying. That's final.

Alex: We know why I'm here.

Olivia: Malcolm messed up again. Showed his true colors.

Alex: I won't deny he made a mistake.

Olivia: One that will cost him dearly.

Alex: What about your delay tactics, doctor?

Olivia: Excuse me?

Alex: Pulling every trick in the book to avoid a hearing.

Olivia: Why would I do that?

Alex: You have known all along Malcolm had a strong case. If Nate is put before a judge, he's going to say he wants to see his father.

Olivia: Malcolm is not Nate's father. He's a man I married for a few years, that's it.

Alex: It doesn't matter. The judge will question your son, Olivia. We know what he will find.

Olivia: A little boy that's attached himself to an irresponsible and careless man. Do not even try to justify or excuse what Malcolm's done.

Olivia: What are you doing?

Alex: Being pragmatic.

Olivia: Then get to the point.

Alex: Malcolm realizes he made a mistake. He's willing to cut his visitation by a third.

Michael: That's an interesting offer, Miss Perez but not enough.

Alex: What are you offering?

Michael: Two-thirds.

Alex: I will get back to my client with that. I'll agree to half but that is my final offer. You obviously want to discuss this with your attorney. Michael, you can reach me on my cell and I will leave my number with your secretary. And I hope to hear good news from you soon.

Michael: Thank you, Miss Perez.

Dr. Thompson: Everything looks fine.

Sharon: Oh, thank you.

Dr. Thompson: But I would like to do a sonogram.

Sharon: Isn't it early?

Dr. Thompson: I just want to get a closer look. I'll be right back.

Nicholas: Hey, she's just being thorough, okay?

Sharon: I know, but I can't help being a little concerned. I didn't even know I was pregnant.

Nicholas: When was your last period?

Sharon: I'm not sure. Sometime early in summer. I was kind of irregular. I wasn't keeping track.

Nicholas: Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Let's do this sonogram and see what the doctor has to say.

Dr. Thompson: All right. Why don't we take a look at what's going on.

Olivia: What do you think, Michael?

Michael: It's a good deal.

Olivia: So you keep saying.

Michael: You don't believe me.

Olivia: You've been pretty understanding where Malcolm's concerned.

Michael: My job is to get you to see the big picture.

Olivia: By all means do.

Michael: All right. Alex had a point. Malcolm made an error.

Olivia: But it won't give us the upper hand.

Michael: It just makes the playing field more level. His attorney will argue he was pushed too hard because of the delay tactics. Malcolm was expecting to be with his son by now. He has a very sympathetic case.

Olivia: We have a good counter-argument, don't we?

Michael: It could go either way. Look, are you sure you want to put Nate on the stand? If there's any chance we're going to lose?

Olivia: You recommend I accept their proposal.

Michael: Yes, I am. But the question is what do you think?

Mackenzie: You told him?

Rianna: I didn't want to. He kept pushing and I just couldn't take it anymore. God, Mac, why did this have to happen?

Mackenzie: J.T. felt bad. He wanted to apologize.

Rianna: By going straight to Raul. Do you know how humiliating this was? Raul asked how many times J.T. and I had been together, if I loved him.

Mackenzie: What did you say?

Rianna: I tried to tell him it had nothing to do with him. He asked me to leave him alone.

Mackenzie: I'm sorry, Rianna.

Rianna: Maybe Billy will talk some sense into him and calm him down. It could happen. God, Mac, I love him so much. Raul cannot let this break us up.

Billy: Raul, don't tell me you're thinking of ending things with Rianna.

Raul: It's obvious she's still hung up on J.T. I found out my girlfriend slept with the biggest scum in school, she was in love with him.

Billy: She was afraid you would wig out which is what you were doing.

Raul: It wasn't long ago J.T. had you ready to tear him apart. You couldn't look at Mac.

Billy: That was totally different.

Raul: Because it was a rumor. I'm not so lucky. Come on. Put yourself in my shoes. Imagine J.T. and Mac together. Could you just forget about that?

Billy: Rianna loves you. When you were sick, she never left your side.

Raul: This has nothing to do with this.

Billy: We're talking about feelings, man. If she could, she would go back and do things differently but life doesn't work that way. I know you love her, man. I know you do. Don't make her feel any worse than she already does.

Raul: Look, I know you are only trying to help. But I don't need this, okay? My head is spinning. I don't want to talk about this anymore so just back off!

Dr. Thompson: Let me see if I can zoom in a little closer.

Nicholas: How does it look? Does it look like me?

Dr. Thompson: Everything looks fine.

Sharon: Thank God. I didn't even know I was pregnant and I haven't been watching what I've been eating.

Dr. Thompson: I understand.

Nicholas: When can we expect the little scrapper, March, February?

Dr. Thompson: You're more pregnant than you think, Sharon. You're already several months along.

Malcolm: What could possibly take so long?

Neil: It could be a good sign.

Malcolm: That they're working things out?

Neil: Malcolm, it takes time to cut a deal.

Malcolm: Baldwin's probably giving her the run-around.

Neil: We'll find out soon enough, won't we?

Malcolm: Alex. How'd it go?

Alex: Interesting.

Malcolm: You talked to Baldwin?

Alex: And Olivia. She happened to show up.

Malcolm: That's beautiful. She knocked the deal in the dirt.

Alex: I would have preferred to speak to Baldwin alone.

Malcolm: He try to pull a fast one?

Alex: No. He seemed open to the idea of compromise.

Malcolm: Really.

Neil: What kind of deal did you hammer out?

Alex: We ended up where I wanted, with half.

Malcolm: That's not what I wanted.

Neil: What about Olivia?

Alex: I couldn't tell. At this point all we can do is keep your fingers crossed. [Cell phone ringing] Alex Perez.

Michael: Hello.

Alex: Michael.

Michael: I have an answer to your proposal. It's no. My client wishes to proceed. I am going to the court tomorrow and setting the hearing for next week.

Malcolm: Well?

Alex: We're going to court.

Mary: There you go, dear.

Isabella: This is very sweet for you to open up your home to me, Mary. But I'm not at all certain this is a good idea.

[Phone ringing]

Paul: Hal? This is Paul Williams.

Hal: Yes, Mr. Williams.

Paul: Were you on duty two nights ago?

Hal: You bet.

Paul: Did you happen to see my wife?

Hal: Yes, I did, Mr. Williams.

Paul: Do you remember what time it was?

Hal: It must have been about 11:00. I remember because Melvin was about to relieve me.

Paul: How did she seem?

Hal: She was sweet as always, asked how I'd been, me and the family.

Paul: And when she left?

Hal: It was only a few minutes later, Mrs. Williams, she seemed completely different.

Paul: Different how?

Hal: She didn't say a word. Almost seemed like she was in a daze when she left the building. Mr. Williams, forgive me, but I hope there's nothing wrong, sir.

Paul: Listen, Hal, I'll talk to you later, all right?

Hal: Okay, sir.
