Previously on "One Life to Live" --

Sgt. Wagner: We're going to put out an A.P.B. on the gunman, then I want to take this woman down to the station.

Liz: The baby that Keri's carrying for me is Antonio’s.

Natalie: I love Cristian, yet he's marrying someone else right now, and there's nothing you can do about that.

Jen: You tell one person that this baby is yours and I'll make sure there is no baby.

***********************************************

Todd: Stupid phone.

Cassie: What? What? Why isn't he answering?

Todd: I don't know. Maybe there was no signal.

Cassie: What do you mean, no signal?

Todd: He's some backwoods cop in the middle of --

Cassie: Oh, come on, what is Blair doing out there? Come on.

Todd: Oh, shut up. It's ringing.

Cassie: What --

[Phone rings]

Sgt. Wagner: Yeah. Wagner.

Todd: Where the hell have you been?

Sgt. Wagner: Excuse me. This is Sgt. Wagner.

Todd: Yeah? Well, this is Todd Manning. We were talking about my wife.

Sgt. Wagner: Oh, Mr. Manning, I was about to try you again. I'm sorry about losing the signal in the field.

Todd: Look, you said that there was something wrong. There was some kind of an accident. What happened? Is Blair hurt?

Sgt. Wagner: No, no, she's not hurt, but --

Todd: What?

Sgt. Wagner: Mr. Manning, please calm down. Let me speak.

Todd: Okay, okay.

Cassie: What? What? What happened?

Sgt. Wagner: Your wife was witness to a shooting. She's a little shaken up.

Todd: A shooting? What? Who?

Cassie: Oh, my God.

Sgt. Wagner: A woman that your wife was with was shot and killed. She's an eyewitness. She could be in danger.

Todd: I need to talk to Blair. Put Blair on the phone right now.

Sgt. Wagner: Mrs. Manning, your husband's on the phone. He'd like to talk to you. Mrs. Manning?

***********************************************

Viki: She's not answering.

Jessica: See? I've been trying and trying, but knowing Natalie, she probably has her cell phone turned off.

Viki: Now I'm getting her voice mail, and there's absolutely no point in leaving the same message again.

Jessica: Please don't let her be at Cristian and Jen's wedding, Mom.

Viki: Ah. Anywhere but there, huh?

***********************************************

Natalie: Did I do something wrong?

Michael: No, no. The error was mine. I shouldn't have let you do that. You're -- you're hurt and confused.

Natalie: You said that God has a plan for me.

Michael: Yes.

Natalie: Including a plan to help me forget about Cristian and Jen getting married..

Michael: Yes, including that, and if you pray to him, he will reveal it to you.

Natalie: Michael, what if he already has? Help me. Please. Help me forget.

***********************************************

Al: Listen, this won't take long, but I have something I need to say, and I think that everybody is going to want to hear it, or at least they need to hear it.

Jen: No, Al.

Cristian: What is it, Jen? Do you know what Al wants to say?

Jen: Yes. It's about the baby.

***********************************************

Todd: Hello!

Cassie: Where is he?

Todd: Blair? Hello, is anybody there?

Cassie: Come on.

Sgt. Wagner: Mr. Manning, Wagner here. Your wife is --

Todd: What?

Sgt. Wagner: She just isn't able to talk to anybody right now.

Todd: Why not?

Sgt. Wagner: Mr. Manning, she's very shaken up. She's had a rough time here.

Todd: Yeah, well, she'll talk to me. You tell her that I'll be right there.

Cassie: Someone was killed?

Todd: There was a shooting, and Blair saw the whole thing. Now she won't talk to anybody, which is what worries me.

Cassie: Well, wait, wait. What did he say?

Todd: Look, it's not what he said. It's that the last time that Blair saw a smoking gun is right after she shot Max, and she was completely flipped out. She was so freaked out we didn't think she was going to come back.

Cassie: Okay, we got to go to her.

Todd: Let's go find Backwater, Pennsylvania.

Cassie: All right. It's west of here.

Sgt. Wagner: Mrs. Manning, your husband's on his way. How you holding up? Is there someone else we can call for you?

Blair: Poor Suzanne.

Sgt. Wagner: If it's any comfort to you, I don't think she even knew what hit her.

Blair: Someone is going to have to call her family.

Sgt. Wagner: Mrs. Manning, I know this is very hard right now, but you -- you have to pay attention. You could be in a very dangerous situation. According to you, the shooter said he was sent by mr. O’Brien.

Blair: You know, Jack is going to sense that something is wrong. He's just a little baby. But Starr -- she's going to know.

Sgt. Wagner: No, do you know what this means, Mrs. Manning? If what the man who shot your babysitter said is the truth, this won't be the end of it. He'll come after you again. Now, I want you to listen to what I have to say to you very carefully. Do you understand?

***********************************************

R.J.: Liz.

Liz: Hello, R.J.

R.J.: I wanted to thank you for agreeing to this.

Liz: I've been expecting to hear from you. In fact, I think I owe you an explanation.

R.J.: You -- you think you know what I want to talk to you about?

Liz: Yeah. It's about Keri moving out of your place to come live with me, isn't it?

R.J.: Yeah, yeah, that's what I wanted to talk about.

Liz: Look, it's not going to be like it was the last time, so don't worry, okay? You're still going to be a big part of her life. And it's not going to be forever, either. It's just, you know, right now we just -- Keri and I feel like it makes sense.

R.J.: Yeah. Well, hey, look; you don't have to convince me. I -- I'm fine with it.

Liz: You're being awfully nice about this.

R.J.: Well -- as you say, Keri’s going to need a lot of help, a lot of advice that I'm certainly not qualified to give her. I mean, I'm less experienced being motherly than I am being fatherly.

Liz: Okay. Look, why do I have the feeling that you're not really as okay about this arrangement as you're letting on?

R.J.: Well, I do. I feel like I'm losing something. But it might not be about now. It might be about then.

Liz: Maybe it's about us.

***********************************************

Michael: Natalie, I'll do anything I can to lift the pain from your spirit, but what you did may only add to it.

Natalie: All we did was kiss, Michael. Since when does a kiss hurt anyone?

Michael: Since Delilah kissed Samson. Since King David kissed Bathsheba. Sometimes a kiss can rock the world, Natalie.

Natalie: I don't think I'm in that class. God doesn't notice who I kiss any more than he notices that the man I'm in love with and who loves me is marrying someone else tonight. God's got more important things on his mind.

Michael: You couldn't be more wrong. God is everywhere and sees everything. He's here right now. He sees your pain. He wants to give you the power to drive it from your heart.

Natalie: We don't want to disappoint him, now, do we?

Michael: Blessed is the man who endureth temptation, and the woman. Natalie, the pleasures of the flesh may bring some measure of peace, but there are better ways, better ways more pleasing to God and to yourself.

Natalie: What ways? I'm hurting, Michael, and I can't stand it anymore, but I can't make it go away. I need to get Cristian out of my head.

Michael: Yes, you do, and I can tell you exactly how to do it.

***********************************************

Viki: I think I'll just go to the country club myself, make sure that everything's okay.

Jessica: I'm sure it's okay. Even if she does go to Cristian and Jen's wedding, she wouldn't cause trouble. Would she?

Viki: It's not unlike things she's done in the past, and frankly, I'm worried about her. I think it wouldn't take a lot to break her heart completely.

Jessica: Mom, I'm sorry.

Viki: What are you sorry for?

Jessica: I should have told you about this earlier. I just thought you had enough things on your shoulder as it is, so --

Viki: What do you mean?

Jessica: I know you've been really trying to figure out this mystery, Natalie and I being switched as babies. And also, it's your wedding anniversary today. I know you've been thinking about Ben.

Viki: Yeah. I've been thinking about him so much.

Jessica: See? That's what I figured, so I did'n't want to bother you with anything else.

Viki: Hey. Hey. Let me tell you something, okay? Ben would want to know that I'm looking out for you and for Natalie, okay? Ben loves you very much. Besides, finding out that the two of you are both my biological daughters is one of the greatest blessings in my whole life.

Jessica: Mine, too.

Viki: You know, the last two weeks have been very painful and very confusing. But something good came out of it, and that's the discovery that my feelings, which seemed to be flying in the face of fact, were right after all.

Jessica: I'm just as much your daughter as Natalie is.

Viki: Yeah. You didn't come into my life because you were kidnapped or switched. You and Natalie were both meant to be with Clint and me all along.

Jessica: But you always said that. You always said that I was just as much your daughter as I always was.

Viki: That was simply a matter of loving you, which would never have changed no matter what the D.N.A. test said. Yes, Sweetheart, I would like to solve this mystery of our past, but I would never be so preoccupied with it that I couldn't help you in the here and now.

Jessica: I love you.

Viki: Oh.

Jessica: But your other daughter needs you right now, Mom.

Viiki: Yeah. And I love you. I'm going to the country club.

***********************************************

Cristian: What about the baby, Jen? Look, if Al knows something, then I want to hear it.

Jen: Al knows how precious this baby is. It's a gift -- a gift of life. And nothing is more important than that, not even love. This baby deserves to be born and deserves to grow up and be happy and healthy. That's what we were talking about in the corridor just now, weren't we? The future of my baby. And you understand, don't you?

Al: Yeah, that's what we talked about -- you having a healthy baby. Jen's right. I wouldn't want to do anything to hurt her child. And no matter how I feel, that baby matters more. And I know that I've been a total jerk. I realize that now, and I realize what's really important. My feelings about Jen and her marrying Cristian -- well, that doesn't mater. The only thing that matters is that that baby has everything he or she needs to have a happy, healthy life, and I want that more than anything. I really do. I'm sorry for the interruption and everything. I'm going to clear out and let you guys get back to getting married.

Sam: I don't know what Jen said to him, but finally, Al seems to have gotten the message.

Jen: That's a relief. Can we get on with it?

Cristian: Yeah, yeah, as soon as I make sure he's really gone.

Viki: Al. What are you -- what are you doing here? Whoops.

Cristian: Mrs. Davidson. Hi.

Viki: Hi.

Cristian: Did Al just go through here?

Viki: Yes, he did, looking very upset. Are you all right? What happened?

Cristian: He barged in on the wedding.

Viki: Oh, no.

Cristian: It's okay. He didn't really wreck anything. What brings you down here?

Viki: I came to see if maybe Natalie was here.

Cristian: Yeah, yeah, she was. She was here earlier.

Viki: What happened?

Cristian: She was kind of upset.

Viki: Oh.

Cristian: But Jen and I spoke to her, and she wound up wishing us well.

Viki: Oh. Well, good. Do you happen to know where she went? I'm worried about her.

Cristian: Yeah, so am I. Mrs. Davidson, look, I want you to know that I really do care about your daughter. I love her.

***********************************************

R.J.: Liz --

Liz: Yeah?

R.J.: If I hadn't gone to prison back then, you would have told me that you were carrying my baby.

Liz: Of course.

R.J.: And I would have known Keri her whole life.

Liz: And you and I?

Hank: Well, look who we have here.

R.J.: Henry.

Hank: Catching up on old times?

R.J.: No, no. Not exactly.

Hank: How's everything?

Liz: Keri's pregnancy is going well, so everything's just fine.

Hank: No complications?

Keri: Not so far.

Hank: Good. Look, you give me a call if you and Keri need any help moving into the new place, all right?

Liz: I will.

Hank: Okay. Bye.

R.J.: No, wait, hold on. Wait a minute.

Hank: Yeah?

R.J.: You know about this move?

Hank: Is something wrong with that?

R.J.: Since when?

Hank: What difference does it make?

R.J.: Look, I'm Keri’s roommate. I'm the girl's father. I'm the one who should know things about her that you don’t. Why is it always the other way around?

Hank: You're exaggerating, R.J.

R.J.: Am I? Well, no, see, I didn't know the girl existed and you're sending checks to her mother.

Hank: Are we going to have to go through this again?

R.J.: No. We don't have to go through it again. You just need to tell me what else you know about Keri and Elizabeth that I don’t.

Liz: You know the baby that keri's carrying for me? It's Antonio’s.

***********************************************

Michael: You need to let go.

Natalie: Let go?

Michael: Let go of Cristian. Cast him from your heart.

Natalie: What do you think I've been trying to do all this time? I don't want to have these feelings for him, and I keep just waiting for them to go away.

Michael: That's exactly where you have gone astray. You want God to take away your burden. You want him to do all the heavy lifting. Well, that is not how God works. Turn your back on who you've been, Natalie. Commit yourself to a new life, a new way of living. And slowly but surely God will take your pain away.

Natalie: I want to. I really do. But I don't know where to start.

Michael: Start by walking away from Cristian in your heart. Give up every thought of him, every part of him. Now, Natalie.

Natalie: This is all I have of Cristian’s. He gave it to me. I didn't even want to take it.

Michael: And now?

***********************************************

Sgt. Wagner: Now, it's possible that a rival is trying to pin the shooting on O’Brien. On the other hand, there's that copy of "The Sun" that was found on your babysitter's body with the story about the O’Brien organization on the front page. That's why we need you to I.D. the shooter. If it's one of O’Brien’s regular hires, then we have something to go on. Now, Mrs. Manning, are you ready to look at some mug shots for me? Good.

***********************************************

Todd: Are you going to tell me where Blair Manning is?

Officer: And you are?

Todd: Todd Manning. I'm here to take her home.

Officer: I'm afraid I can't let you do that.

Todd: Why not?

Officer: Your wife's going through mug shots right now. She's the only one who saw the shooter.

***********************************************

Sgt. Wagner: Mrs. Manning, is that him? Is that him?

***********************************************

Todd: Somebody said that she wasn't doing so well, and we came all the way down here. Now, you're going to tell me where she is.

Blair: No!

Cassie: My God. Was that Blair?

Todd: You want to tell me what the hell's going on here?

Officer: Wait here.

***********************************************

Jessica: What happened?

Al: It's that obvious, huh? I just came from Cristian and Jen's wedding.

Jessica: Why?

Al: It's a long story. Look, I came by because I needed to see a friendly face, so can I come in?

Jessica: Of course. This is my fault. I shouldn't have told you the wedding was tonight.

Al: No. You did it because you're my friend, and I'm glad that you did.

Jessica: Why did you do this to yourself?

Al: Well, you know me. I'm into public humiliation.

Jessica: No. No. Don't tell me. You made a scene?

Al: Does stopping the wedding count?

Jessica: What? Al!

Al: Oh, relax. I only stopped I for a couple minutes. In the end, I realized that I had to do what was right for the baby.

Jessica: Good. That's good. I'm glad you realized that, because Jen is having Cristian’s baby, Al. They should be getting married. They should be a family.

***********************************************

Viki: Do you happen to know where she might have gone?

Cristian: Did you try the old quarry?

Viki: The quarry at this time of night? No.

Cristian: Well, it's worth a shot. She goes there a lot. Please find her, Mrs. Davidson. I really want to know if she's okay.

Viki: You really do love her, don't you?

***********************************************

Keri: You worried about Cristian?

Antonio: Ah, yeah. I'm sure he'll be okay.

Keri: Better than Al.

Antonio: Yeah, well, the guy doesn't know when to stop.

Keri: It broke my heart. Did you see the pain on his face?

Antonio: Yeah, he took it pretty hard. I know what it's like to love someone that much.

Keri: And to think that you'll never be with that person you love again.

Antonio: Yeah. Well, Al finally did leave, so that took guts, I guess.

Keri: He understands how precious that little life is that Jen's carrying inside of her.

Antonio: Mm-hmm, and someday we'll have a precious little life, too.

***********************************************

Lindsay: What is Cristian’s problem? What, is he outside fighting with Al? Where is he?

Jen: I don't know, but I'm going to go find out.

***********************************************

Viki: Don't worry, Cristian. I will find Natalie, and I'll make sure that she's all right. As far as what's happening here tonight is concerned, I realize there's an unborn baby at stake, and you're doing what you think is right, and that's all that you or anyone else can do.

Cristian: Thanks.

Jen: Are you coming back in? Everybody's waiting.

Cristian: Yeah, yeah. Al is really gone.

Lindsay: Good. And can you keep your out-of-control daughter out of here until we get through this?

Viki: My goodness, Lindsay, for you to call my daughter or anyone else, for that matter, out of control is particularly ironic.

Lindsay: She just disrupted the most joyous day of my daughter's life. I'm trying to protect Jen.

Viki: Okay, I see. I think there's only one person that Jen needs to be protected from, and I'm looking at her.

Lindsay: Good. Leave. I don't want you here any more than I want Natalie here.

Cristian: Mrs. Rappaport.

Viki: Gosh, Lindsay, just imagine how much better off everyone would be if you were back in prison or, better yet, a locked mental ward.

Lindsay: Is that right?

Jen: Mom, stop.

Cristian: All right, that's it. Stop. Come on, Jen; let's go.

Andrew: All right, everybody. Please be seated. I think we're going to give it another try. I think rather than start from the beginning, we'll just pick it up where we left off, at the wedding vows, which is the best part. Cristian, do --

Jen: Just a second, Rev. Carpenter.

Andrew: Yes, Jen.

Jen: Well, if I could, I'd like to say some things to Cristian in my own words.

Andrew: Of course. It's your wedding.

Jen: Well, this is it. In just a minute, we're going to be husband and wife, and we're going to be for the rest of our lives. I know that because I know you. I know how much you love me. And I know how much I can trust you. That's why we're here today. You know, some things don't last, but what we have, it will, because it's real, as real as this baby and as real as what I'm feeling for you right now, knowing that every day from now until forever I'm going to wake up to see your face and you're going to wake up to see mine.

Andrew: Cristian, is there anything that you would like to say?

Cristian: Um -- I'm not prepared. I didn't know we had to have our own vows.

Jen: No, it's okay. Just speak from your heart.

***********************************************

Michael: I'm proud of you, Natalie. You found your strength, as I knew you would.

Natalie: I don't feel any better.

Michael: You will. You've given up one small but important piece of your life, and the rest will follow. And soon you will have that happiness that you're after.

Natalie: You're always so sure of that. How do you know?

Michael: Come with me and I'll show you. "Rise up, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone, the time of the singing of birds is come. Arise and come away."

***********************************************

Hank: Liz had a good reason not to tell you about Keri.

R.J.: Better than yours. But I'm sorry. Go ahead. Take her side. You always did.

Hank: Yeah, I did, when I agreed with her choices.

R.J.: When didn't you? Huh? That's right. I'm sorry. You two are perfect. You and she never make mistakes. What? What did I say?

Hank: Look, I've got to go. I forgot I have a meeting with the mayor. You two have fun.

R.J.: Well, now, that is something.

Liz: What?

R.J.: Henry forgot an appointment. Henry never forgets anything.

Liz: You know, it must be catching. I -- I -- just this instant I remembered I've got to be somewhere, too. I got to go. Thanks for talking. Bye.

Liz: Hank, wait. Thank you for not giving me away in there.

Hank: You nearly gave yourself away when R.J. asked me if I knew anything else about you and Keri.

Liz: You think he noticed?

Hank: That look on your face like you could just sink into the floor

Liz: Hmm.

Hank: Well, I sure did.

Liz: Yeah. You knew exactly what I was feeling.

Hank: How much longer do you think you can hide the fact that Keri is going to have yours and Antonio’s baby?

***********************************************

Cristian: Well, I'm -- ahem. I just want to say that I'm going to be the best husband and father that I can be, just like my dad was. My dad always put his family first, himself last. He put a roof over our head and made sure that everyone under that roof was happy, healthy, and safe. And that's the kind of man I'm going to be. For the rest of my life, everything I do will be for my wife and my child. The two of you will be my reason for living.

***********************************************

Al: You don't know the whole story, okay? Nobody does. I mean, they judge me because of the things I've done to get Jen back, but they just don't know.

Jessica: Know what? How much you love Jen?

Al: Yeah, that, too.

Jessica: Al, love isn't one person wanting the other. It's two people loving each other. That's love.

Al: Oh, and you're an expert, right, because you have such a great relationship with Seth? I'm -- I'm sorry. That was out of line. I'm just -- I'm so upset about -- listen, her whole life is a lie, okay? Jen's whole life is a complete and total lie.

Jessica: What do you mean by that? What are you talking about?

Al: I'm talking about everything -- the marriage, the --

[Baby cries]

Al: What was that?

Jessica: Oh, my cousin Jack. He's staying here for a little while.

Al: Really? Can I see him?

Jessica: You want to see him?

Al: Yeah. Can I?

Jessica: Okay. Okay. It's probably better. He's probably sick of us girls.

[Jack cries]

Jessica: Hey! Oh, my gosh! Hey, beautiful! Hey, you! Yes. Isn't he beautiful?

Al: Yeah.

Jessica: What are you doing?

Al: And totally worth any sacrifice that you'd have to make for him.

Jessica: Yes.

***********************************************

Andrew: Cristian, do you take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live with her in the holy state of marriage? Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, and forsaking all others be faithful to her as long as you both shall live?

Cristian: I do.

Andrew: Jennifer, do you take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to live with him in the holy state of marriage? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, and forsaking all others be faithful to him as long as you both shall live?

[Jen gasps]

***********************************************

Todd: I'm going in there now and I'm going to talk to Blair.

Officer: I can't let you see her until the sergeant says so.

Todd: That's the wrong answer.

Officer: Sir --

Cassie: Please, please, that's my cousin in there. Let us go see her.

Sgt. Wagner: Is that doctor here yet?

Todd: Excuse me.

Cassie: Excuse me.

Sgt. Wagner: Hey!

Todd: You okay?

Cassie: Blair.

Blair: The flowers -- they all died. I watered them and I cared for them, but they died, all of them.

Cassie: Blair, honey. Honey, it's Todd. It's Cassie. We heard you scream. Is everything -- what happened, Honey?

Blair: Did you gas up the car?

Todd: Of course.

Blair: Where are we going? Is there an inn near the lake? I want to see a movie.

Todd: Well, then, all right. Then we'll --

Blair: And not just any movie.

Todd: Okay.

Blair: No, I want to see a happy movie. I want -- I want to laugh. I want to laugh. I want -- I want -- I want -- why does everything die? Why does everything have to die? Why does it all have to die?

[Blair cries]

***********************************************

Liz: Hank, I'm counting on you to keep the baby's paternity a secret, for Keri’s sake, please.

Hank: I still want to protect Keri and the baby and you, too.

Liz: Thanks.

Hank: Oh, don't thank me. I've convinced myself that I'm not really doing anything to help anybody here. But it's your call, Liz. And if you want me to keep the secret, I will. But I'm not the one you have to worry about.

***********************************************

Al: Can I hold him?

Jessica: Of course. He wants to go to you.

Al: Oh, wow. Hey. Hey, little guy. How you doing, little Jack?

Jessica: So, Al, what were you talking about earlier, how Jen's life is a lie? What was that about? Is it because you don't feel that Cristian loves her?

Al: You know what? All that matters right now -- I mean, look at this guy, huh? There's nothing more pure in the world.

Jessica: Al, I know how much you wish Jen was having your baby, but she's not, and it's okay because she's not the right girl for you.

Al: You know what? For the first time, I'm starting to see that. I'm starting to see that Jen isn't the right girl for me at all.

***********************************************

Viki: Natalie?

***********************************************

Natalie: Okay, Michael, you have got to explain this. Come on. What are we doing?

Michael: As I told you, it will all become clear very soon. I want you to make this discovery on your own.

Natalie: Okay, you cannot expect me just to fly off somewhere without asking some questions. What are we doing?

Michael: We're off to do God's will.

***********************************************

Cristian: Jen, are you okay?

Jen: Oh, my God, the baby.

Sam: Call 911.

Antonio: I'll call an ambulance.

Lindsay: Hurry, call the doctor.

Stay tuned for scenes from the next "One Life to Live"

***********************************************

On the next "One Life to Live" --

Roxy: Hey, Commish --

Bo: I'm busy.

Roxy: It's a matter of life and death.

Michael: Tell me more about this Mitch Laurence.

Al: I hope that Jen gets exactly what she deserves.

Jen: What's happening? Is it the baby?
